When demand for transmitting multimedia data increases, network congestion is more likely to occur and users will suffer high loss rate as well as high delay. In order to enhance quality-of-service (QoS) of video multicasting, we need to raise transmission reliability and reduce end-to-end delay. This paper proposes a routing mechanism for a OpenFlow-based small-scale network in order to multicast video reliably with low delay. In our method, multipath routing will be applied to Multiple Description (MD) Coded video to exploit its multi-description property. Through performance evaluation, our method shows improvement on loss rate, delay and video distortion.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술의 발전과 함께 많은 기업들이 관련 기술 연구를 통해 여러 플랫폼들을 제안하고 있다. 이러한 상황은 클라우드 컴퓨팅 플랫폼 발전에 도움이 되지만, 통합되지 않은 다수의 플랫폼으로 인한 문제점도 존재한다. 왜냐하면 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에 대해 처음 접하는 사용자의 경우, 플랫폼 선택시 합리적인 선택을 하기 어렵기 때문이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 가장 많은 업체들이 제공하고 있는 오픈소스 기반의 플랫폼인 OpenStack, Eucalyptus, CloudStack, OpenNebula를 비교 및 분석한다. 분석 결과에서 알 수 있듯이, 각 플랫폼은 지원 가상화 기술, 스케줄링 기법, 배치 기법, 호환성 등 여러 가지 특성들 차이로 인한 장단점이 존재한다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로, 사용자들은 플랫폼들의 특성을 파악해 상황에 맞는 플랫폼을 합리적으로 선택할 수 있다.

This research aims to verify individual and organizational factors that will affect knowledge sharing, especially in research & development organizations with a premise that knowledge sharing is one of the most important factors of successful knowledge management. Many factors which are supposed to affect knowledge sharing arc empirically investigated in this research : individual factors ((1)self esteem (2)expected contribution), organizational factors ((3)top management's will, (4)accessibility of knowledge management system (5)validity of evaluation & reward knowledge sharing, (6)trust, (7)open communication). As a result, it is found that 'expected contribution' among individual factors and 'open communication' and 'validity of evaluation & reward' among organizational factors are highly correlated with knowledge sharing. These findings suggest that enhancement of perceived expected contribution among employees and building cultures of open communication and effective evaluation & reward system for knowledge sharing will contribute to activation of knowledge sharing in the research and development organizations.

The goal of this study was to establish the evaluation method, which consist of the principle, factor, procedure and checklist, on environmental camp program and then to support staffs of environmental camp for decision-making to improve pre-program and develop new one. The main principles of the evaluation method established in this study were Hierarchical holism and Open inter-communication. First, hierarchical holism focused at the interaction among six factors, which were divided by 3 steps : 1) goal(and objectives) 2) learners and sites 3) activities, staffs and media. Second, open inter-communication could be defined a feedback process among all program participants : manager, staff, teacher, volunteer, learner and so on. The evaluation checklist had been developed of 10 comprehensive items and 30 factor-items at the preliminary step but some items were assessed some complex or duplicate in the result of 3 case studies. The suggested checklist was diminished to 5 comprehensive items and 25 factor-items. Several alternatives, which included specifing learners and objectives, developing site-oriented program and establishing the evaluation sheet were suggested for improving environmental camp program.

In this paper, we develope a stock trading system that automatically buy and sell stocks in Kiwoom Securities' HTS system. The system is made by using Kiwoom Open API+ with the Python programming language. A trading strategy is based on an enhanced system query method called a Condition-Search. The Condition-Search script is edited in Kiwoom Hero 4 HTS and the script is stored in the Kiwoom server. The Condition-Search script has the advantage of being easy to change the trading strategy because it can be modified and changed as needed. In the HTS system, up to ten Condition-Search scripts are supported, so it is possible to apply various trading methods. But there are some restrictions on transactions and Condition-Search in Kiwoom Open API+. To avoid one problem that has transaction number and frequency are restricted, a method of adjusting the time interval between transactions is applied and the other problem that do not support a threading technique is solved by an IPC(Inter-Process Communication) with multiple login IDs.

This paper describes ASIC design of multimedia SoC Platform. The implemented Platform consists of 32-bit OpenRISC1200 Microprocessor, WISHBONE on-chip bus, VGA Controller, Debug Interface, SRAM Interface and UART. The 32-bit OpenRISC1200 processor has 5 stage pipeline and Harvard architecture with separated instruction/data bus. The VGA Controller can display RCB data on a CRT or LCD monitor. The Debug Interface supports a debugging function for the Platform. The SRAM Interface supports 18-bit address bus and 32-bit data bus. The UART provides RS232 protocol, which supports serial communication function. The Platform is design and verified on a Xilinx VERTEX-4 XC4VLX80 FPGA board. Test code is generated by a cross compiler' and JTAG utility software and gdb are used to download the test code to the FPGA board through parallel cable. Finally, the Platform is implemented into a single ASIC chip using Chatered 0.18um process and it can operate at 100MHz clock frequency.

In an academic ecosystem evolving into open science, open peer review is gaining attention as a way to enhance transparency and openness in scholarly communication. This study examines the adoption of open peer review components in 118 open access journals that have implemented open peer review, and their characteristics by publisher type, country/continent, language, and discipline. Open peer review has been implemented in a variety of ways, including making review reports or pre-prints publicly available or disclosing the identities of authors and reviewers to each other. We also found differences in the components adopted across disciplines. It appears that commercial publishers, which account for a large proportion of publisher types, have generally adopted it, and it is mainly published in English in European countries. By discipline, we find more open peer review in the medical and natural sciences, which traditionally aim for open scholarly communication and fewer journals in the multidisciplinary and humanities. This provides insights into the adoption of open peer review by journals, as well as a better understanding of the characteristics of the academic community in terms of their adoption of open peer review.

Recently, the research and development of the fish cage in open sea from domestic is active and it is almost complement with commercial scale test on 'seogwipo'. But domestic technology is not sufficient of management RMS(Remote Monitoring System) with advanced country, so it is difficult to maintenance and monitor fish cage in open sea. This paper introduces a fish cage environmental monitoring system for measuring pH, DO and temperature. A signal is treated with DAU(Data Acquisition Unit) by a wireless communication method and transfers data to host computer for data processing. These data are graphically shown on the monitor with LabVIEW program and logged on the data processing system in the form of file.

The major worldwide communication network operators have designed and are building up the NGN with various network capabilities, which conventional Internet do not have. The open network service model makes these network capabilities available to the third party of the value added service providers through the standardized API providing users with more intelligent and enhanced services. This paper proposes the open network service model as NaaS (Network as a Service) and examines service models of several levels. It is believed that these efforts presented in this paper will make the network operators expand their service ranges through the opening of invested network resources producing more various communication services for users.
