A Research on the Methods of Forming the Fandoms of the Theatre - Centered on the Comparisons between K-POP and the Theatre (연극의 팬덤 형성 방법 연구 K-POP과 연극의 비교를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this thesis is to seek the methodologies for forming the fandoms of the Theatre. For the research, I explain by giving the example of the K-POP, of which the fandom has already been spread. Afterwards, I describe about the items which can substitute the plays and about the limits. By escaping from the passive consumptions, the fandoms have been expanded to the domain in which the culture is reborn. The cultural activities of the fandoms have come out of simply liking the fans, and the domain has been widened to the social activities. In the case of the K-POP, it has gone beyond Korea and has the fandoms in the whole world. Regarding the reasons why the fandoms could be formed in relation to the K-POP, firstly, it is because the project-type stars made by the large-scale agency had existed. Secondly, it is because the methods of accessing the contents had become simple through the online proliferation, such as the YouTube and the SNS's. Lastly, it is because the cultural activities of the fandoms give the joys, thereby continually maintaining the fandoms. If this is substituted for the Theatre, in the case of the Theatre, in order for the large-scale agencies to make the plans for and train the actors and the actresses, there are, somewhat, the excesses. However, if a PR method suitable for the online environment is developed and if the common joy is given to the audience of the Theatre, there is the possibility that the fandoms can be invigorated regarding the Theatre. Although, with regard to the K-POP and the Theatre, there exist the differences between the contents, if the methodologies of the K-POP fandoms, which have invigorated the fandoms and have been managing stably, are substituted for the plays, the invigoration of the fandoms is possible regarding the Theatre, too.

Effect of IT Education on On-Line Social Relationship of Older Adults (정보화 교육이 노인의 온라인 사회관계에 미치는 영향)

  • The study examines the effect of IT education on on-line social relationship of older adults. The study group composed of 114 older adults who received IT education (computer class, internet class, and smart-phone class) at two community welfare centers in Seoul. In order to compare the effect of IT education of the study group, the control group who did not receive any IT education was recruited (N = 30). Social Capital Scale was used to measure on-line social relationship. The on-line social relationship was composed of social bonding type and social bridging type. Results showed that the study group significantly higher scores than did the control group on three subscales (emotional support, access to scare or limited resources, and out-group antagonism) of social bonding type except one subscale (ability to mobilize solidarity). With regard to social bridging type of social relationship, the study group significantly higher scores that did the control group on all four subscales (outward looking, contact with a broad rage of people, a view of oneself as part of a broader group, and diffuse reciprocity with a broader community). The findings highlight the importance of IT education for older adults to expand and increase social bonding and social bridging of social relationship.

  • This study aims to explore and understand better how consumers' value orientation relates to consumer's intention to use and Word-of-Mouth behaviors in using Web sites. Consumers have perceptions of the shopping value they acquire during their experiences in navigating Web sites. This consumer's shopping value is considered as utilitarian shopping value, information shopping value, and hedonic shopping value. The current paper proposes that value orientation of consumers in Web sites would consequently affect consumer attitude such as intention to use and Word-of-Mouth. In addition, the research investigates the moderating effect of consumer's personality between consumer's shopping value and consumers' attitude in Web sites. For testing the hypothesized research model, survey and Lisrel analysis are conducted. The findings emphasize that online providers need to focus on the perceived values most salient to consumers in order to improve their profitability. Furthermore, providers may also identify the reason why consumers perceive these values much lower when using the Web sites.

Through this study, unlike other studies beauty training colleges, graduate schools, universities and high schools were opened in order, the future belongs to the Department of Health Science or Art as areas of growth that was observed. Statistical results ([Fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5] note) similar to the previous studies, but the rise in the proportion of male students, majors, the beauty of the segmentation and high school education is not the beginning of the percentage of high school increased so that it was able to find the differences. This study is to be excuse inadequacy of date selection for only certain number of beauty educational facilities, the learner-centered surveyors, and a lack of ditailled educational curriculum and in-depted researched on educational method, which it is to modofied and supplement in future.

    • Collaborative Filtering (CF), one of the most successful technologies among recommender systems, is a system assisting users in easily finding the useful information. However, despite its success and popularity, CF encounters a serious limitation with quality evaluation, called cold start problems. To alleviate this limitation, in this paper, we propose a unique method of building models derived from explicit ratings and applying the models to CF recommender systems. The proposed method is divided into two phases, an offline phase and an online phase. First, the offline phase is a building pre-computed model phase in which most of tasks can be conducted. Second, the online phase is either a prediction or recommendation phase in which the models are used. In a model building phase, we first determine a priori predicted rating and subsequently identify prediction errors for each user. From this error information, an error-reflected model is constructed. The error-reflected model, which is reflected average prior prediction errors of user neighbors and item neighbors, can make accurate predictions in the situation where users or items have few opinions; this is known as the cold start problems. In addition, in order to reduce the re-building tasks, the error-reflected model is designed such that the model is updated effectively and users'new opinions are reflected incrementally, even when users present a new rating feedback.

    • How are real libraries affected and what are they planning and working on in the current coronavirus era? Based on these questions, the purpose of this study was to analyze the Corona-related trends based on the 2020 implementation plan of the Library Development Comprehensive Plan and the 2021 implementation plan, and to analyze the impact and changes of the libraries in the city and the direction of corona response. The problems in the 2020 municipal libraries are largely attributed to the closure or curtailment of libraries due to the epidemic of coronavirus, budget cuts and budget limits due to coronavirus, declining users' interest and participation, infrastructure limits due to rapid service changes and operational limitations. Furthermore, the improvement measures and future plans could be divided into 1) development and provision of non-face-to-face programs; 2) development and provision of online-based services; 4) expansion of budget for response to demand; 5) provision of space against corona; and other response directions. In addition, in order to systematically cope with coronavirus in the future, it is expected that first, hybrid-type programs and services, second, infrastructure for online and non-face-to-face services, and third, budget utilization flexibility will be required.

    • The purpose of this study was to stimulate the online word-of-mouth advertising by developing the concept of word-of-mouth constraint factors and measurement tools in connection with the SNS advertising on social networks. To achieve the objective of this study, this study was conducted in 3 phases. First, the exploratory investigation(target group interview, in-depth interview, and expert interview) was performed to determine the concept and scope of the word-of-mouth constraint based on literature study and qualitative investigation method. Second, the reliability and validity of the measurement questions were verified through the survey in order to refine the developed measurement items. Third, the predictive validity of measurement items was verified by examining the relationship with other major construct concept for which the developed measurement items were different. Based on the results of study, 6 components and a total of 23 measurement questions for those components were derived. Each was called intrapersonal and interpersonal constraint(psychological sensitivity, compensatory sensitivity, and other person assessment), structural constraint(reliability, informativity, and entertainment). We developed the measurement questions related to word-of-mouth constraint based on qualitative study and quantitative study and holistically examined the social and psychological, environmental interruption factors acting as the word-of-mouth constraint factors for SNS advertising in terms of SNS achievements and evaluation from the perspective of word-of-mouth constraint. The results will lead to creation of basic framework for systematic and empirical research on the online word-of-mouth constraint and to achievement of effective SNS word-of-mouth advertising.

    Effect of Multimodal cues on Tactile Mental Imagery and Attitude-Purchase Intention Towards the Product (다중 감각 단서가 촉각적 심상과 제품에 대한 태도-구매 의사에 미치는 영향)

    • The purpose of this research was to determine whether multimodal cues in an online shopping environment could enhance tactile consumer mental imagery, purchase intentions, and attitudes towards an apparel product. One limitation of online retail is that consumers are unable to physically touch the items. However, as tactile information plays an important role in consumer decisions especially for apparel products, this study investigated the effects of multimodal cues on overcoming the lack of tactile stimuli. In experiment 1, to explore the product, the participants were randomly assigned to four conditions; picture only, video without sound, video with corresponding sound, and video with discordant sound; after which tactile mental imagery vividness, ease of imagination, attitude, and purchase intentions were measured. It was found that the video with discordant sound had the lowest average scores of all dependent variables. A within-participants design was used in experiment 2, in which all participants explored the same product in the four conditions in a random order. They were told that they were visiting four different brands on a price comparison web site. After the same variables as in experiment 1, including the need for touch, were measured, the repeated measures ANCOVA results revealed that compared to the other conditions, the video with the corresponding sound significantly enhanced tactile mental imagery vividness, attitude, and purchase intentions. However, the discordant condition had significantly lower attitudes and purchase intentions. The dual mediation analysis also revealed that the multimodal cue conditions significantly predicted attitudes and purchase intentions by sequentially mediating the imagery vividness and ease of imagination. In sum, vivid tactile mental imagery triggered using audio-visual stimuli could have a positive effect on consumer decision making by making it easier to imagine a situation where consumers could touch and use the product.

    • Purpose - Every company studies how to attract and retain new customers to increase competitiveness and profitability. Companies establish strategies to attract customers, secure competitive advantage and generate revenue. Businesses are looking for newer and better ways to differentiate themselves in the marketplace. One of the requirements for service differentiation is to make it a prerequisite for an engaging customer experience. Customer experience can be attained through service experience. Satisfaction determine whether to reuse the food service franchise. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of customer experience on the satisfaction and revisit intention of food service franchise. In this study, customer experience consists of three attributes such as service environment, food quality, and price fairness. Also, this study is to identify the importance of three service experience attributes of customer satisfaction and revisit intention using ANN (artificial neural network) analysis. Research design, data, methodology - The survey was conducted on customers who have visited franchise restaurants in one month in order to examine how service environment, food quality, and price fairness have been influenced customer satisfaction and revisit intention through online survey company (SM culture & contents). A total of 300 representative surveys were collected. Of those collected surveys, 26 were not used due to missing information, resulting in 274 as the final sample size. The sample size was more than 10 times more than the number of variables used in the structural model analysis. Results - The findings of this study are as follows: Service environment and price fairness have a significant effect on satisfaction. However, food quality did not have a significant effect on satisfaction. Finally, it was found that satisfaction had a significant effect on revisit intention. Meanwhile, according to the results of ANN analysis, satisfaction as a dependent variable was found to be the most important in male price fairness and service environment in female. Also, when the revisit intention is used as a dependent variable, both male and female price fairness are important. Also, when the intention to revisit is used as a dependent variable, both male and female price processes are important. Conclusions - First, a restaurant franchise enterprise needs to manage customer service experience. Customers should strive to eat and enjoy at a dining franchise store. Second, it is necessary to design a food service franchise shop as a customer-oriented service environment. Franchise companies need to improve the environment so that customers can use the store conveniently. Third, the restaurant franchise menu price needs to be cheaper than the alternative menu. The restaurant franchise menu needs to be constructed with a popular menu that can be used continuously by the customer, so that it can be set at a reasonable price.

    A Comparative Study of University Students' Satisfaction on the Online Courses between Primary & Secondary Teachers' University: Focused on the English-Related Subjects (온라인 영어강좌에 대한 대학생들의 수업만족도 분석연구: 초등예비교사와 중등예비교사의 비교)

    • This study aims to investigate the class satisfaction of the students enrolled in between a primary and secondary teacher's college, and to identify any statistical differences among the class satisfaction factors. In order to answer these questions, a survey of 50 questionnaires were distributed to 54 primary teachers' college students and 50 secondary teacher's college ones, respectively. A survey consisted of 5 categories including class contents, instruction results, class environment, instructional supports and efficiency. To analyze data, the descriptive analysis and independent sample t-test were administerd using Jamovi statistical program. The results revealed that there was no significant difference between two groups in terms of the overall class satisfaction, even though the mean score from the secondary teachers' college students was higher than that of the primary teachers' college students. However, there was a significant difference in the class satisfaction's sub categories: class environment, instructional supports and efficiency.
