Purpose: This study examined the correlations between the satisfaction and effectiveness of practical training and theory lectures under two conditions: face-to-face lectures and non-face-to-face online lectures. Methods: A survey of 436 public health student, whereafter SPSS 20.0 (IBM) was used on the data to conduct frequency, descriptive statistics, and exploratory factor analyses. The Cronbach's α value was estimated in a reliability analysis, and a simple regression analysis was conducted to verify the study hypothesis. Results: It was found that the students preferred pre-recorded lectures online for both practical training and theory, claiming that when compared with face-to-face lectures, these non-face-to-face lectures meant a shorter commute and the ability to repeat the content. However, it was admitted that technical issues such as facilities or access difficulties and lower concentration could be a problem. The hypothesis that course satisfaction affects lecture effectiveness was verified, with both the practical training and theory lectures found to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect. The explanatory power of student satisfaction on the effectiveness of the theory component was slightly higher than that of the practical training component, with the students having more positive perceptions on the necessity of face-to-face lectures in practical training than they did for those in theoretical instruction. Conclusion: Providing non-face-to-face online theory courses and face-to-face practical training courses could increase student satisfaction and lecture effectiveness.

본 연구에서는 초등학교에서 시행되는 온라인 수업 운영 방법 중 '콘텐츠 활용 및 과제수행 수업 운영 방법'과 '실시간 쌍방향 수업 운영 방법'에 대한 수업만족도를 비교 분석하였다. 연구자는 '콘텐츠 활용 및 과제수행 수업 운영 방법'과 '실시간 쌍방향 수업 운영 방법'의 수업만족도를 비교·분석하기 위해 실험연구를 진행하였으며, 연구 집단은 경기도 화성시의 D 초등학생 98명을 선정하였다. 학생들을 대상으로 '콘텐츠 활용 및 과제수행 수업' 과 '실시간 쌍방향 수업'을 각각 진행하였으며, 각각의 수업 운영 방법에 따른 학생들의 수업만족도를 분석하였다. 분석결과 '실시간 쌍방향 수업 운영 방법'에 대한 수업만족도가 높게 나왔으며, 학생의 특성에 따른 만족도를 분석한 결과 과제수행을 잘 못 하는 학생과 수업에 집중을 잘하지 못하는 학생의 경우 '콘텐츠 활용 및 과제수행 수업 운영 방법'의 만족도가 더 높게 나왔다. 이를 통해 '콘텐츠 활용 및 과제수행 수업 운영 방법'과 '실시간 쌍방향 수업 운영 방법' 간의 장단점이 있으며, 학생의 실태를 명확히 조사하여 수업을 진행함으로써 맞춤형 온라인 수업이 될 수 있도록 제언한다.

본 연구는 COVID-19 유행 시기에 온라인 협력학습을 적용한 산업간호 실습교육 프로그램이 간호대학생들의 지각된 동기, 문제해결 능력, 의사소통 능력에 미치는 효과를 검정하기 위해 수행되었다. K시 소재 일 간호대학생 35명에게 비동등성 대조군 사전·사후 유사 실험연구를 수행하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2020년 10월 19일부터 11월 6일까지이며, 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 22.0 program을 이용하여 x² test, Fisher's exact test, independent t-test, Mann-Whitney U test 분석을 실시하였다. 효과를 검정한 결과 실험군이 대조군보다 지각된 동기, 문제해결 능력이 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 개발된 온라인 협력학습을 적용한 산업간호 실습교육은 간호대학생의 산업간호 온라인 협력학습 중재를 통해 지각된 동기를 유발하여 문제해결 능력을 높이는데 효과적으로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 대학생들이 디지털 도서관 검색 행태에 대한 메타인지를 분석하고, 보다 최적의 검색결과를 찾기 위한 사용자 중심의 온라인 정보검색시스템 설계를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 메타인지를 스키마-트레이닝(schema-training), 계획(planning), 모니터링(monitoring), 평가(evaluation), 전이(transfer)의 5가지 주요 범주로 분류하였으며, 총 20개의 하위 범주를 포함하였다. 총 112명의 학생들이 온라인 설문지에 참여했고, 수집된 데이터는 SPSS 버전 26을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 대학생들의 메타인지와 디지털 도서관 탐색 행위 간에 유의미한 상관관계가 발견되었다. 특히 디지털 도서관 탐색경험은 이용자 메타인지 측면을 고려한 디지털 도서관 설계에서 가장 중요한 요소로 밝혀졌다.

The aim of this study was to explore the use of Google Classroom as a learning management system for College English. The study targeted 34 university students. They took part in various activities, such as writing reactions to video lectures, peer-editing essays, and recording video presentations, et cetera. For the study, a t-test was conducted to evaluate the English development of the students. The two essays that each student wrote were used as the data sources. The result (t=-5.854, p=.000) indicated an improvement in their English writing proficiency. In addition, a survey was conducted to gather students' feedback regarding their perceptions towards the course. The study covered five aspects of their experience: Google Classroom, language development, Quizlet, classroom experience, and essay-writing experience. From the results, students indicated a positive response to the program. The use of Google Classroom in an online learning setting accomplishes two things; it helped the students in the development of their English proficiency, and provided activities that students find interesting, which in turn stimulates their self-learning spirit.

Distance learning for students with intellectual disabilities can prove beneficial, particularly if adjusted to their educational characteristics and needs. This study seeks to identify the views of parents living in Saudi Arabia, regarding the opportunities offered by distance learning for students with intellectual disabilities, alongside their challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research employed qualitative methods using semi-structured interviews with six parents of students with intellectual disabilities. The results revealed a number of both opportunities and challenges, including issues related to the family, in addition, the data highlighted difficulties related to the educational process (i.e. a lack of variety of educational methods) and technical issues related to access to the Internet and the insufficient computer skills of both teachers and students. The findings have several important implications for future practice, including the need for training workshops for parents concerning the online platform, as well as further research to determine students' perspectives of their experiences with distance learning.

This research aims to explore the factors affecting engineering students' major persistence and career decision. To achieve this goal, the experiences and perceptions of engineering students and other stakeholders regarding the factors influencing engineering students' major persistence and career decision were analyzed through online focus group interviews (FGI). The analysis of the interviews resulted in the identification of seven categories, which include meeting with older alumni, team project experiences, and internship experiences as factors influencing major persistence. Additionally, engineering interest, engineering self-efficacy, employment rates, economic factors, and limitations in women engineers' career development were identified as factors affecting career decision. Based on these findings, it is expected that engineering education will develop plans that focus on supporting the major persistence and career development of engineering students, thereby contributing to the future direction of engineering education.

최근 코로나19 사태로 인해 온라인 매체나 수업 도구의 활용이 점차 증가하고 특히 고등 교육에서의 전반적인 교육 방향이 강의 중심형 수업에서 활동적이고 학생 중심적인 학습이 가능한 수업으로 이동하면서 학습자의 적극적·능동적인 참여를 유도할 수 있는 수업의 전략적 요소로서 온라인 학습 환경의 제공이나 다양한 학습자 주도형 교수·학습법이 주목받고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 문제 중심 학습법(PBL)을 적용한 실시간 온라인 수업에서 학습자의 주요 학습효과 변인인 자기주도적 학습 능력, 협력학습 능력, 문제해결 능력이 궁극적으로 학습자가 인지하는 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는지 검증하였다. 이를 위해 충청도에 소재한 S대학교의 의류학 전공 수업 중 3학년 35명의 재학생을 대상으로 이론과 실습이 병행되는 '패션마케팅과 머천다이징' 교과목에 4주 간에 걸쳐 온라인 PBL을 적용하였으며 학습자는 온라인 실시간 강의를 수강 후, 동료 학습자와 소집단을 구성하여 주별 학습 내용과 연관된 문제를 해결하는 활동을 수행하였다. 학습자의 원활한 문제해결을 위해 교수자는 과제수행서와 다양한 학습 도구를 제공하였고 학습자는 소집단별로 Zoom 소회의실에서 집단 토의 활동을 통해 정보의 공유와 분석, 해결안 도출, 결과물 정리를 하였다. 실시간 온라인으로 진행된 PBL 수업의 학습 효과를 알아보기 위해 학습자의 학업성취도를 종속 변인으로, 학습자의 자기주도적 학습 능력, 협력학습 능력, 문제해결 능력을 예측 변인으로 설정하여 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하였으며 그 결과, 자기주도적 학습 능력, 협력학습 능력, 문제해결 능력, 학업성취도 간에 모두 유의한 정적인 상관관계가 나타났고 온라인 PBL 수업을 통한 학업성취도에 협력학습 능력, 자기주도적 학습 능력, 문제해결 능력 순서로 모두 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 실시간 온라인 PBL 수업에서 학습자가 자기주도적인 개별 학습은 물론 협력학습을 통해 최적의 결과를 도출할수록 전공 지식을 적절하게 확산·적용할 수 있으며 학업 성취감을 느낄 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

본 연구의 목적은 기술수용모델이 원격교육환경에서 인지된 상호(相互)작용에 미치는 영향을 탐색하고, 확장된 기술수용모델이 원격교육환경에서의 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 총체적으로 탐색하고자 하였다. 자료는 2009년 봄 학기에 원격교육대학에 등록된 842명의 학생들로부터 수집하였다. 또한 수집된 자료는 요인분석과 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 자료 분석 결과, 인지된 유용(有用)성이 원격교육환경에서의 인지된 상호(相互)작용과 유의한 관계를 가지고 있으며, 인지된 용이(容易)성, 유용(有用)성, 그리고 인지된 상호(相互)작용이 모두 고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

이 연구의 목적은 정규학위 과정의 온라인대학에 다니는 노인학습자들의 삶의 경험을 묘사하고 이해하는 것으로 질적 연구방법론을 적용하여 노인학습자들이 대학에서의 학업에 대해 해석하고 의미하는 바를 고찰하였다. 자료는 사이버대학에 입학하여 학업을 수행하고 있는 서울과 수도권 지역에 거주하는 10명의 노인들과의 심층면접을 통해 수집되었다. 사이버대학에서의 노인학습자들의 학업경험에 대한 분석 결과 과거의 자아, 관행 깨뜨리기, 새롭게 도전하기, 자기실현을 얻기, 새로운 정체성으로 통합됨, 미래지향적 자아라는 6개의 중심주제가 파악되었다. 결론적으로 참여자들은 온라인대학에서의 학업의 경험을 통해 과거지향적인 자아감에서 더욱 긍정적이고 미래지형적인 자아감으로 변화한 것으로 나타났다.
