Purpose: This research examines the factors that influence organic food purchasing decisions of kindergartens in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: A mixed-method research was utilized in this study. It included a focus group of 10 participants and a survey of 304 respondents, (quantitative research) who are employed in the selected kindergartens, using both online and paper surveys based on nonprobability and convenient sampling. The SPSS and SmartPLS 3 software were used to analyze data. Results: a) Eight factors affect the purchase decision of kindergartens; b) Environment Attention, Normative Beliefs, Trust belief on brand, Cost of meal set, and Reference group positively affect Intention behavior; c) Feeling safe positively affect Perceived Quality Product. Perceived quality of product and Intention behavior positively affect organic food Purchase Decision of kindergartens. Conclusion: Eight factors affect organic food purchasing decisions of kindergartens in Ho Chi Minh City. This study offers recommendation and solutions for a stable output of organic products in Vietnam, and ways to popularize them within the community.

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship among the sub-dimensions of interaction and the relationship between interactions and needs satisfactions in the apparel brand online communities. Subjects of 317 members for 9 selected apparel communities responded the questionnaire in the home-page or in the attached file. The results were as follows: The suggested structural equation model which showed the relationship between the interactions and needs satisfaction in communities were accepted($\chi^2=63.80/df.=48/p=0.06$, GFI=0.97, AGFI=0.95, RMR=0.045, NFI=0.93, AIC=123.80). The interaction of company-consumer hads a positive influence on the interaction of consumers-consumers(H1) and the interaction of consumers-consumers had a positive influence on the interaction of consumers-company(H2). The interaction among community members had a positive influence on the satisfaction of interest needs(H3), transaction needs(H4) and relationship needs(H5) in the community. The relationship needs satisfaction had a positive influence on the interaction of members to the company(H6). Therefore, marketers in apparel company should be fully aware of reciprocal influence among types of interaction when planning marketing programs to promote each type of interaction. Furthermore, they also have to plan marketing activities to manage effective interaction.

The importance of eWOM (electronic word-of-mouth) communication through online communities is increasing on a daily basis. This study analyzed how the relationship between eWOM (electronic Word-Of-Mouth) factor and eWOM communication depends on the cultural orientation of users in the online community. The research model was developed based on four cultural orientations of individual affect Social tie and usefulness. The model consists of variables such as social tie and perceived usefulness as predecessors of eWOM, four dimensions of cultural orientation (Horizontal Individualism, Horizontal Collectivism, Vertical Individualism, Vertical Collectivism), and eWOM. The model was tested empirically using the PLS (partial least squares) structure equation model. Survey was conducted for online community users in South Korea. Data was statistically validated whether fits on research model. The study results reveal that Social Tie have a positive effect on Perceived Usefulness. Social Tie and Perceived Usefulness have a positive effect on eWOM. 3 of cultural orientations (HC, VI, VC) have a positive effect on Social Tie. Only one of cultural orientations (HC) have an negative effect on Perceived Usefulness. Especially, horizontal collectivism (HC) shows strong correlation with perceived usefulness, whereas vertical collectivism (VC) shows weak correlation with perceived usefulness andvertical individualism (VI) shows strongly correlation with social tie, whereas horizontal individualism (HI) shows weak correlation with social tie. Based on the study results, customized service strategy could be formulated according to the different vertical styles and various eWOM factors.
Objectives: Despite the growing market share of online grocery shopping, there is a need to understand customer perceived value due to the ongoing advancements in information technology. This study explores the connections between attributes, consequences, and values. Additionally, it conducts a cross-country comparison of consumers' online grocery shopping behaviors to gain a deeper understanding of consumer market segments and any potential variations among them. Methods: Data was collected through an online questionnaire survey conducted from May 1 to 15, 2024, targeting 400 consumers in Seoul, Korea, and Shanghai, China, who have experience with online grocery shopping. The survey utilized the Means-End Chain theory and association pattern technique hard laddering. Data collation and analysis were conducted using the IBM SPSS Statistics 28.0 program. The LadderUX software was employed to analyze the links between attributes, consequences, and values and create the consumer purchasing process's implication matrix and hierarchical value map (HVM). Results: The study identified key attributes that influence online grocery shopping decisions, including delivery service, price, freshness, and quality. Korean consumers demonstrated a higher sensitivity to price (19.0%) and delivery service (17.0%). In contrast, Chinese consumers prioritized delivery service (15.0%) and after-sales service (14.8%). Commonly cited consequences included time saving (12.6% for Koreans, 11.3% for Chinese), whereas prevalent values encompassed convenience (36.8% for Koreans, 19.6% for Chinese) and economic value (26.6% for Koreans, 14.7% for Chinese). The HVM underscored these insights, highlighting diverse consumer preferences and country-specific nuances. Conclusions: The findings highlight the current state of online food consumption and consumers' value systems, revealing variations among countries. These findings offer empirical insights that can be used to create customized global marketing strategies that resonate with various consumer preferences and market dynamics.
Little research on sensory study has been conducted from a marketing perspective and most of sensory studies have been done from a science perspective. Thus, this study examined wine sensory perceptions in the consumers' minds, which is how wine consumers associate grape variety Shiraz/ Syrah by the three different region of origins with specific sensory images. Total 234 questionnaires were collected from online wine community members at restaurants in Korea. The main results show that the most two shared sensory images of Shiraz/ Syrah were 'Dry' and 'Fruity' across the three region of origins. For Barossa Shiraz, the unique images were mainly found in Aroma image category such as 'Chocolate', 'Prune', whereas for Rhone Syrah, the unique images were mainly revealed in Overall image category e.g. 'Deep', 'Fascinating'. Additionally, this study confirmed that Maipo Valley is not recognizable region of origin of Shiraz/ Syrah. This study employed a free choice, Pick Any and conducted correspondence analysis to find out the degree of associations of sensory images and each region of origin.
As the Internet environment develops, Internet has already been being established as important tool of business marketing and branding. In particular, a brand community where customers interact with other customers who have the same interest in brand provides a variety of benefits to customers as well as companies. The brand community makes it possible for company to build, and retain relationships with customers, and capture new market opportunities. Therefore, this study examines the relationship among service quality of brand community, customer value, customer satisfaction, customer trust, and brand community loyalty in online brand communities. The results of empirical analysis can be summarized by the following: First, service quality of brand community had a significant direct effect on customer value. Second, service quality of brand community had a significant direct effect on customer satisfaction. It had also a positive, significant indirect effect on customer satisfaction through customer value and customer trust. Third, service quality of brand community had a significant indirect effect on brand community loyalty through customer satisfaction, customer value, and customer trust. Therefore, These finding will spawn both academic and practitioner interest in brand community and serve as a foundation for further research in this important area.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the value and type of online and offline linked advertisement, which is a new advertisement type that emerged with the advent of the 4th industrial revolution. In this study, based on literature research, we understood the marketing method that evolves from "4P (product, price, place, promotion)" to "4C (co-creation, community, conversation, currency)" and extracted derive 4C elements. Based on this, we analyzed what elements of 4C showed online and offline connectivity through the investigation of on and offline linked advertisements. Through the analysis results, online and offline linked advertisements were classified into 4 types and 14 detailed types according to how they were connected to the number of 4C elements. In this paper, as a final result, we verified that 4C elements of marketing that appeared in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution are represented in advertisements and suggested the typology of advertisements accordingly. This study is expected to contribute to providing new insights to advertisers and researchers who produce and study online and offline advertisements.

Much effort has been exerted to analyze online texts and understand how empirical results can help improve sales performance. In this research, we aim to extend this stream of research by decomposing online texts based on text sources, namely, companies and consumers. To be specific, we investigate how online texts driven by companies differ from those generated by consumers, and the extent to which both types of online texts have different effects on online sales. We obtained sales data from one of the biggest game publishers and merged them with online texts provided by companies using news articles and those created by consumers in user communities. The empirical analyses yield the following findings. Word visualization and topic analyses show that firms and consumers generate different contexts. Specifically, companies spread word to promote their own events whereas consumers produce online words to share winning strategies. Moreover, online sales are influenced by consumer-generated community topics whereas firm-driven topics in news articles have little to no effect. These findings suggest that companies should focus more on online texts generated by consumers rather than spreading their own words. Moreover, online sales strategies should take advantage of specific topics that have been proven to increase online sales. In particular, these findings give startup companies and small business owners in variety of industries the advantage when they use the online channel for distribution and as a marketing platform.
The use of new technology greatly shapes the marketing strategies used by companies to engage their consumers. Among these new technologies, social media is used to reach out to the organization's audience online. One of the most popular social media channels to date is the microblogging platform Twitter. With 500 million tweets sent on average daily, the microblogging platform is definitely a rich source of data for researchers, and a lucrative marketing medium for companies. Nonetheless, one of the challenges for companies in developing an effective Twitter campaign is the limited theoretical and empirical evidence on the proper organizational usage of Twitter despite its potential advantages for a firm's external communications. The current study aims to provide empirical evidence on how firms can utilize Twitter effectively in their marketing communications using the association between brand personality and brand engagement that several branding researchers propose. The study extends Aaker's previous empirical work on brand personality by applying the Brand Personality Scale to explore whether Twitter brand communities convey distinctive brand personalities online and its influence on the communities' level or intensity of consumer engagement and sentiment quality. Moreover, the moderating effect of the product involvement construct in consumer engagement is also measured. By collecting data for a period of eight weeks using the publicly available Twitter application programming interface (API) from 23 accounts of Twitter-verified business-to-consumer (B2C) brands, we analyze the validity of the paper's hypothesis by using computerized content analysis and opinion mining. The study is the first to compare Twitter marketing across organizations using the brand personality concept. It demonstrates a potential basis for Twitter strategies and discusses the benefits of these strategies, thus providing a framework of analysis for Twitter practice and strategic direction for companies developing their use of Twitter to communicate with their followers on this social media platform. This study has four specific research objectives. The first objective is to examine the applicability of brand personality dimensions used in marketing research to online brand communities on Twitter. The second is to establish a connection between the congruence of offline and online brand personalities in building a successful social media brand community. Third, we test the moderating effect of product involvement in the effect of brand personality on brand community engagement. Lastly, we investigate the sentiment quality of consumer messages to the firms that succeed in communicating their brands' personalities on Twitter.
In this paper appears that in this extremely attractive and growing services segment, academics, as well as practitioners, would benefit from investigating the relationships among the players' loyalty, word of mouth and flow, and the impacts of several other key game-related constructs on consumer behavioral intentions. A conceptual framework is proposed and a structural equation model is developed. This paper develops the exploratory LISREL model for identifying the factors affecting the players' loyalty for some specific brand of online games. The concept of flow, feedback, challenge, etc, are all introduced into the model, as the independent variables affecting the loyalty directly and indirectly. Statistical results show that depending upon the types of games, the configuration of structural equation model is a little different from each other, but overall results are very much intuitive in that challenge positively enforces flow, and flow strengthens loyalty. Other interesting results concerning game development strategy are also provided. It is hoped that this result might provide the useful guidelines for developing the successful online game contents. With a better understanding of the players' behavioral intentions, online game developers should be able to make adjustments in their development and marketing plans, providing them with a sustainable advantage over their competition.
