The current participative government has started to carry out Residents Service Reform that transforms the transmission system of suppliers' oriented convenience to one-stop tai for made civil and governmental integral ion service for the purpose of realizing universal Social Benefits in responding to increasing desires of people according to the changes of social and economic conditions by overcoming the existing limit of transmission system. This study has analyzed the status and problems of local autonomous organizations according to the innovation of support for the life of residents and in order to solve these problems, I present the implementation strategy of transmission system of civil and government cooperation tailor-made integral ion service through the project of "30 experiencing hall for Social Benefits, " which is a joint project of civil and government dove loped by Jungrang-gu. In addition, it aims for the completed accomplishments of this project to settle as eight largest services market ing brand in 30 method and also as the best strategic brand for the "establishment of network of civil and governmental cooperation" with suppliers of public services, suppliers of civil service, and residents, who are suppliers as well as potential customers, for solving problems of local communities.

In most shipbuilding company, cutting procedure is proceed by cutting machine which run by CNC(Computer Numerical Code) data. In our cutting process, all CNC data is created by our nesting post processor system automatically. Among them, in case that cutting piece in the remnant plate, our system creates only one piece CNC data. Because remnant plate is not typical shape, and ship designers don't know remnant plate shape and quantity. In can happen some merit and good point if we modify 1:1 piece NC data by shorten cutting path, reducing cutting time or re-arrangement piece. For modifying cutting data, outside workers have to call to ship designer or have to go to NC control room where control the CNC system and cutting machine. It makes stop work process, and it waste time. In this paper, we introduce a program that can modify and replace 1:1 NC data with continuous or common NC data automatically.

This study has the aim of developing an evaluation index that can help evaluate the reliability of the information resources of institutions retaining humanities assets for the purposes of laying out the foundation for providing one-stop portal service for humanities assets. To this end, the evaluation index was derived through the analysis of previous research, case studies, and interviews with experts, the derived evaluation index was then applied to the humanities assets retaining institutions to verify the utility. The institutional information resources' reliability evaluation index consisted of the two dimensions of the institutions' own reliability evaluation index. The institution provided a service and system evaluation index. The institutions' own reliability evaluation index consisted of 25 points for institutional authority, 25 points for data collection and construction, 30 points for data provision, and 20 points for appropriateness of data, for a total of 100 points, respectively. The institution provided service and system evaluation indexes consisting of 25 points for information quality, 15 points for appropriateness (decency), 15 points for accessibility, 20 points for tangibility, 15 points for form, and 10 points for cooperation, for the total of 100 points, respectively. The derived evaluation index was used to evaluate the utility of 6 institutions representing humanities assets through application. Consequently, the reliability of the information resources retained by the Research Information Service System (RISS) of the Korea Education & Research Information Service (KERIS) turned out to be the highest.

Korean societal concern for the train accidents is fast and widely increasing with an ever-increasing demand and use for KTX. Most of these train accidents are inclined to be caused by human error. Experts used to attribute the causes of human error to the defects in various aspects such as technology, organizational system, practices, corporate culture, and/or human resource itself. Among the diverse causes of human error, an important one, even though it was rarely focused, may be the issue of impact of rule or procedure change on human error. Giving attention to the implicit importance of this issue, this study intends to highlight the theme of frequent procedure change in railway driving manual as a critical factor of human error. To attain this purpose mentioned above, dual methodologies were adopted. One is to qualitatively analyze the real cases of procedure change in relevant manuals followed by the incident case(passing the station scheduled to stop) happened lately. Another is to quantitatively perform statistical analysis based on questionnaires received from 224 train drivers. Results show that frequent changes in internal affairs procedure is or may be an important factor causing stress and human error from train drivers.

In this paper, we implemented that MMT(Multimedia Terminal) demonstrates spot news, weather forecast, sports news and cultural news employed CDMA mobile communication networks. The MMT displays mobile pictures/joint pictures/on screen ad and to make known Bus stop or Mobile stations. The MMT gives driver's and passenger's safety and valuable information for one's use GPS satellites. We verified to make real time mobile picture transfer use of CDMA2000 1×(IS-95C) network and development the scheduler control each module. This system tested on vehicle that train and bus. MMT was implemented high reliability and stability by the embedded system. The mobile terminal shows reliable data transfer rate about 74Kbps on IS-95C.

With the steady growth of our nation's economy, the purchase power of our domestic citizens has continuously enhanced. In recent years, online overseas shopping has rapidly warmed up, increasing number of Chinese people have started to purchase overseas products via internet. According to China's current legislation, the imported goods are divided into goods and items based on "profitability standard", and regulated by different rules of clearance supervision and import duties. Goods can't pass through custom and pay duties in the form of items, and the import duties burden of goods is generally much heavier than that of items. Goods of entrusted overseas shopping pass through custom and pay duties in the form of items, but goods of profitable purchasing are goods, not items. Therefore, the profitable-purchasing behavior is smuggling. Although goods of unprofitable purchasing are items, unprofitable-purchasing behavior may also constitute smuggling. The author concludes that causes of smuggling crime are: huge market demand for overseas goods, lack of customs supervision, law blank of petty foreign trade, and public's misconception of entrusted overseas purchasing are the major factors. The author proposes the corresponding preventive measures against the crime, such as to establish an one-stop service system in online Shopping Mall, to modify the Passengers' Baggage Declaration Form, to establish a relatively simplified clearance system of small cargo, to establish a relatively reasonable import duties of petty trade.

In order to operate Internet Banking, there is a important thing to precede, That is to carry out a scheme of one-stop to let clients transact anything they want to buy and establish the preservation of public security system between existing banking networks. (of course, that should be designed handily to the clients). In this paper, the protocol which is determined between banking network and Internet to maintain the preservation of public security. In other words, each XPM(X.25 Packet Manager) is a program to manage both system security and service at each other side; manage all packets which are connected by X.25 protocol. If other condition like law and institution is improved, it will be adopted to real operation with various service. Further more, we tan construct Electronic Commerce and adopt various digital money like electronic coin or check.

High resolution satellite imagery is regarded as one of the important data sets to engineering application, as well as conventional scientific application. However, despite this general view, there are a few target applications using this information. In this study, the possibility for the future wide uses in associated with smart graphics of this information is investigated. The concept of smart graphics can be termed intelligent graphics with XML-based structure and knowledge related to semantic web, which is a useful component for the data dissemination framework model in a multi-layered web-based application. In the first step in this study, high resolution imagery is transformed to GML (Geographic Markup Language)-based structure with attribute schema and geo-references. In the second, this information is linked with GIS data sets, and this fused data set is represented in the X3D (eXtensible 3D), ISO-based web 3D graphic standard, with styling attributes, in the next stop. The main advantages of this approach using GML and X3D are the flourished representations of a source data according to user/clients’ needs and structured 3D visualization linked with other XML-based application. As for the demonstration of this scheme, 3D urban modelling case with actual data sets is presented.

Red traffic light indicates a different meaning, the green one. Motorists and pedestrians in the crosswalk must stop or move in accordance with a signal light. However, the probability of an accident is high if you do not see or ignore these signals. In addition to the curved pedestrian crossing installed the announcement system using an infrared sensor is difficult. In this paper, we design and implement methods of detecting pedestrians using the camera. A camera installed on the pontoon walking up the pedestrian and the pedestrian detection range is set through the image. With the proposed system it is effective in detecting pedestrians in the crosswalk curved.

It is called self-alignment or initial alignment that INS(Inertial Navigation System) is aligned using the measurements from the inertial sensors as an accelerometer and a gyroscope and the inserted reference navigation information in the stop state. The main purpose of self-alignment is to obtain the initial attitude of INS. The accuracy of self-alignment is determined by the performance grade of the used inertial sensors, especially horizontal attitude accuracy by the horizontal accelerometer and vertical attitude accuracy by the E-axis gyroscope. Therefore the uncertain errors in the inertial sensors cause the performance of self-alignment to degrade. In this paper, we analyze theoretically and through a simulation how the errors of inertial sensors in the temperature stabilizing state, one of the uncertain errors, affect the accuracy of self-alignment.
