The load analysis for the distribution system and facilities has relied on measurement equipment. Moreover, load monitoring incurs huge costs in terms of installation and maintenance. This paper presents a new model to analyze wherein facilities load under a feeder every 15 minutes using meter reading data that can be obtained from a power consumer every 15 minute or a month even without setting up any measuring equipment. After the data warehouse is constructed by interfacing the legacy system required for the load calculation, the relationship between the distribution system and the power consumer is established. Once the load pattern is forecasted by applying clustering and classification algorithm of temporal data mining techniques for the power customer who is not involved in Automatic Meter Reading(AMR), a single-line diagram per feeder is created, and power flow calculation is executed. The calculation result is analyzed using various temporal and spatial analysis methods such as Internet Geographic Information System(GIS), single-line diagram, and Online Analytical Processing (OLAP).

Recently, electronic-book (e-book) market is growing rapidly due to the evolution of information technology and e-book standard EPUB. Users can search e-book on-line and download easily to their e-book readers such as amazon's kindle or smartphones. On the other hand, there is lack of e-book contents for the reading disabled people because of high cost of making e-book accessibility for the reading disabled people. If we can translate EPUB specified e-book contents to the alternative e-book contents suitable for the reading disabled people, then there are many advantages to acquire various types and large volumes of e-book contents for the reading disabled people. This paper suggests a new electronic publishing ecosystem for the reading disabled people using e-book translation method. It also suggests a promotion strategy of e-book market for the reading disabled people.

In this paper, geographic information system(GIS) for an intelligent power distribution network was implemented with location informations acquired from automatic meter reading system, where the location informations of power line communication(PLC) modems installed at customer side were collected at data concentration units(DCUs) of headend equipment via PLC and then were transmitted to front end processor server. By displaying the connection status of the power distribution network on GIS map, operation of advanced metering infrastructure(AMI) or management of power grid system could be performed intuitionally and in real time, because the configuration state of the power grid could be easily monitored. The feasibility of the proposed system was confirmed with the especially constructed laboratory-level test bed and the verification test of the system will be carried out for a real power distribution network.

본 연구는 초등학교 6학년 학생들의 그래프 이해 능력을 알아보기 위해, 자료 읽기, 자료 사이의 관계 찾기, 자료 해석하기, 상황 이해하기의 4가지 과제 유형을 설정하고 초등학교에서 학습하는 6가지의 그래프를 대상으로 검사 문항을 구성하였다. 이를 이용하여 서울 시내 초등학교 6학년 학생 187명을 대상으로 검사를 실시한 후, 과제유형별 반응과 그래프 종류별 반응을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 그래프를 보고 자료 읽기와 자료 사이의 관계 찾기 과제에서는 높은 이해도를 보였으나 자료 해석하기와 상황 이해하기에서는 상대적으로 낮은 이해도를 나타냈다. 또한 같은 수준의 과제 내에서도 그래프의 종류에 따라 상당히 다른 이해도를 보였다. 이를 통해 그래프 교수 학습 방향에 대한 시사점을 도출하였다.

현재까지 우리나라에서 출판된 큰글자도서는 저시력자를 위한 교재가 전부였다. 하지만 최근 독서문화진흥법에서 노령화에 인해 독서자료를 이용할 수 없는 사람들도 독서장애인이라고 정의한만큼 향후 노인을 위한 큰글자도서가 더 많이 보급되어야 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 노인용 큰글자도서 개발을 위한 적정문자를 밝히고자 80명의 노인들을 대상으로 조사연구 하였다. 연구 목적으로 문자 모양과, 문자 크기, 문자의 행간, 도서의 판형 등에 대한 선호도를 명확하게 밝히는 것으로서 연구방법은 설문조사와 참여관찰 등을 통한 질적연구를 동시에 수행하였다.

Lately, in public libraries, there are various service programs for child user by corresponding to importance of reading based education and also a variety of changes by accommodating family based cultural life style. Therefore there is a need for space planning based study on unit-data room. This study gives guide-line of space planning through categorizing of space plot and furniture lay-out in child data room. The researcher, as a first step, searched web sites of 29 data rooms of 26 libraries and summarized space plots and features of data rooms through in-person visits. Then the author made a categorization standard and did a general analysis of featured data rooms through multiple categorization steps. There are Basic Type, General Type, Book-Shelf Centered Type, Book-shelf Scattered type and Multi-Functional Type out of this categorization steps. In sum, six categorizing bases, dividing infant room from child room, space zonning, position of entrance, compactness of reading space, position of book-shelf and orientation of book-shelf will be important design standards for child data-room of future libraries and an effective guide-lines for other unit data-rooms.

최근들어 HDTV를 위한 영상 신호처리 기술이 급속히 발전하고있다. 이러한 신호처리 기술의 향상에 따라 영상신호용 특수 기억소자의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 입력 스트로브로 부터 정보를 반아 기억하는 CMOS 플립플롭을 채용한 데이타 래치 방식과 HDTV 신호에 적합한 엑세스 시간을 얻기 위하여 새로운 읽기 방식이 고안 되었다. 기존의 쓰기 방식과 비교하여 데이터 래치 방식은 완전한 쓰기 동작을 위하여 비트라인 쓰기와 메모리셀 쓰기의 2개의 과정이 필요하고 같은 번지의 동시 입출력이 가능하다. 또한 스태틱 칼럼 모드를 응용한 읽기 방식과 분리된 읽기 워드라인을 채용하여 읽기 동작시 빠른 정보 감지가 가능하다.

This paper proposes a DRMS(Distribution Remote Management System) which can enhance highly the economics of automatic metering system and the power quality supplied to the electric customer improving the efficiency of the meter reading, voltage management and load management work by realizing the remote meter reading, the remote voltage management and the remote load management based on the ADWHM(Advanced Digital Watt Hour Meter). The DRMS is designed so that the voltage management and load management work in remote site can be processed by collecting the voltage pattern and current pattern as well as watt hour data from all ADWHMs one time every month regularly or from special ADWHMS several time irregularly, A new on-line voltage and load management strategy based on the ADWHM is designed by analyzing the existing voltage management and load management process. Also, DRMS is designed so that watt-hour data, voltage pattern data, load pattern data and power factor data can be collected selectively according to the selection of user to assist effectively the methodology. Remote management program and database of the DRMS are implemented based on Visual C++, MFC and database library of MS. Also, DRMS is designed so as to communicate with the ADWHM using RS232C-TCP/IP converter and ADSL. The effectiveness of the remote metering function is proven by collecting and analyzing the data after ADWHMs installed in any site. The developed strategy and program also is verified through the simulation of voltage management and load management.

온라인상에서 다루어지는 비정형 텍스트 데이터는 대용량이면서 비구조적 형태의 특성을 가지고 있기 때문에, 기존 관계형 데이터 모델의 저장 방식과 분석 방법만으로는 한계가 있다. 더군다나, 동적으로 발생하는 대량의 소셜 데이터를 활용하여 이용자의 반응을 실시간으로 분석하기란 어려운 상황이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 대용량 비정형 데이터(문서)의 의미를 빠르고, 용이하게 파악하기 위하여 데이터 셋에 대한 사전학습 없이, 문서 내 단어 비중에 따라 자동으로 토픽(주제)이 추출되는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템의 토픽 모델링에 사용될 입력 단어는 N-gram 알고리즘에 의하여 도출되어 복수 개의 단어도 묶음 처리할 수 있게 했으며, 또한, 대용량 비정형 데이터 저장 및 연산을 위하여 Hadoop과 분산 인메모리 처리 프레임워크인 Spark 기반 클러스터를 구성하여, 토픽 모델 연산을 수행하였다. 성능 실험에서는 TB급의 소셜 댓글 데이터를 읽어 들여, 전체 데이터에 대한 전처리 과정과 특정 항목의 토픽 추출 작업을 수행하였으며, 대용량 데이터를 클러스터의 디스크가 아닌 메모리에 바로 적재 후, 처리함으로써 토픽 추출 성능의 우수성을 확인할 수 있었다.
