복합환승센터 접근교통수단의 승하차 시설배치기준 (Layout Criteria of an Access Mode's on and off Facility at Multiple Transfer Centers)

  • 본 연구에서는 복합환승센터 접근교통수단의 정류장시설 배치기준을 개발하였다. 복합환승센터의 시설배치기준은 접근교통수단(Access Mode)의 승하차시설의 상대적인 위치선정에 관한 것으로 접근교통수단 하차 후 주교통수단(Main Mode)의 승하차 시설까지 이동거리를 최소화하도록 기준을 제시하였다. 이동거리 중 계단은 평면거리 보다 큰 가중치를 적용하였고 에스컬레이터는 평면거리 보다 적은 가중치를 적용하였다. 효과척도로서 접근교통수단별 이용자 가중평면환산거리를 채택하였다. 최종적으로는 본 연구에서 제시된 기준을 기존 김포공항에 적용하여 접근교통수단의 승하차 시설의 위치와 접근시설의 개선방안을 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 상용 유리화설비 설계를 위한 기초자료에 도움이 되고자 용융공정에서 발생되는 배기가스의 특성과 배기가스 처리계통 운영사례를 조사하였다. 유리화설비 운영의 목적은 용융공정으로 투입된 방사성폐기물 내에 함유되어 있는 유해물질과 용융공정 내에서 발생된 다양한 화학종을 함유하고 있는 유해 배기가스를 처리하는 것이다. 유리화설비를 건설, 운영하기 위해서는 안전성 분석을 통한 인허가가 필수적이며, 부산물로 발생하는 방사성핵종이나 유해물질을 법적 환경배출규제치 이하로 처리하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 이를 위해서는 배기가스의 특성을 정확히 파악하여 그 특성에 따라 적절한 배기가스 처리공정을 설계해야 한다. 따라서 적절한 배기가스 처리계통을 설계하는 데는 폐기물 발생 특성, 용융로 특성, 배기가스 규제지침, 배기가스 발생 특성, 배기가스 처리장치에 대한 성능 평가 등의 광범위한 요소를 고려해야 한다.

저온저장고의 뉴로-퍼지 제어시스템 개발 (Development of Neuro-Fuzzy System for Cold Storage Facility)

  • This study was conducted to develop precision control system fur cold storage facility that could offer safe storage environment for green grocery. For that reason of neuro-fuzzy control system with learning ability algorithm and single chip neuro-fuzzy micro controller was developed for cold storage facility. Dynamic characteristics and hunting of neuro-fuzzy control system were far superior to on-off and fuzzy control system. Dynamic characteristics of temperature were faster than on-off control system by 1,555 seconds(123% faster) and fuzzy control system by 460 seconds(36.4% faster). When system was arrived at steady state. hunting was ${\pm}$0.5$^{\circ}C$ in on-off control system, ${\pm}$0.4$^{\circ}C$ in fuzzy control system, and ${\pm}$0.3$^{\circ}C$ in neuro-fuzzy control system. Hunting of humidity and wind velocity was also controlled precisely by 70 to 72.5% and 1m/s For storage experiment with onion, characteristics of neuro-fuzzy control system were tested. Dynamic characteristics of neuro-fuzzy control system made cold storage facility conducted precooling ability and minimized hunting.

Reliability Design Based on System Performance-Cost Trade-off for Manufacturing facility

  • The objective of this paper is to provide a model for effective implementation of costing RAM management in the design and procurement of production facility considering the system cost-performance trade-off. This research proposes a two-step approach of costing RAM design and test of system RAM for production facility. In Step 1, a static model is proposed to find an initial system configuration to meet the required performance based on system RAM and LCC and analyzes the trade-off relationships between various factors of RAM and LCC. In the second Step, we developed time and failure truncated models for system reliability test and analysis. For the computational purpose, we developed computer programs and have shown the sample results. By the sample test run, the proposed model has shown the possibilities to provide a good method to analyze system performance evaluation for both design and operational phase, This model can be applied to a wide variety of systems not only for costing RAM of the production facilities but also for the other kinds of equipment.

장기모의를 통한 도시유역 비점오염원 처리장치 용량 산정 (Determination of Design Capacity for NPS Pollutant Treatment Facilities by Long-term Simulation in Urban Areas)

  • In this study, a method to determine the design capacities of nonpoint source (NPS) pollutant treatment facilities in urban areas was suggested. A facility capacity to treat 80 percent of total SS discharge was estimated by 2-year rainfall - runoff - build-up and wash-off simulation at Goonja drainage district in Seoul. For wash-off simulation, four wash-off models (EMC, RC, EXP, and Joo model) were used. As the results, 80 percent of total SS discharge could be treated with only 7.7~31.4% facility capacity of peak flow. The suggested method and results will provide a guideline to determine design capacities of NPS pollutant treatment facility in urban areas.

An Experimental Study on Two Parameter Control for Radiant Floor Heating System

  • An experimental facility consisting of two 3$\times$4.4$\times$2.8m rooms identical in construction is built. Each room has a control system and storage tank supplying hot water to the radiant floor heating system. The facility enables simultaneous comparison of two different control strategies each implemented in a separate room. The operating performance of three kinds of flow control scheme is tested and compared in this study: (ⅰ) conventional on-off control based on feedback from room air temperature (ⅱ) TPSC(two parameter switching control )(ⅲ) TPOC(two parameter on-off control). Results show that TPSC and TPOC using room air and surface temperature sequentially as feedback signal to control hot water supply is the better temperature regulation scheme than conventional control based on feedback from only room air temperature. They are good candidates for the room with radiant floor heating system under continuous and intermittent heating mode.

  • Since the HF release in 2012 in Korea, it became one of the most significant to evaluate consequence to the vicinity of industry facilities handling hazardous materials. BTX plant is selected to assess off-site risk to check whether the facility satisfies the Chemical Control Law by Korea Government. Accident scenarios were listed using process safety information. The scenarios having effect to the off-site were selected and assessed further according to guideline provided by Korea government. Worst case and alternative scenarios including other interested scenarios were evaluated using ALOHA. Each evaluated scenario was assessed further considering countermeasures. The results showed that the facility handling chloric acid is safe enough and needed no further protections at the moment.

  • 액체로켓엔진은 발사 전까지 성능의 입증을 위해 많은 시험을 거친다. 점화 및 시동 조건 설정을 위한 시험이나 정격 조건에서의 성능시험을 통해 설계 성능을 검증한다. 하지만 개발과정에서 여러 작동조건의 시험을 통해 탈설계 조건에서의 성능확인이 필요하며 이는 엔진 개발기간에 영향을 준다. 엔진 내의 제어 밸브의 개도를 변화시키는 엔진 성능 시험과 함께 엔진으로 공급되는 추진제의 조건을 변경시켜 탈설계 성능 시험을 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 나로우주센터에 설치되어 있는 한국형발사체 액체로켓 엔진 시험설비에서 수행된 엔진 시험 운용 결과를 기초로 하고 있으며, 시험 대상체에 공급되는 추진제의 압력과 온도의 변화로 터보펌프의 입구 조건을 변경시키는 탈설계 조건 성능시험을 위한 시험설비 운용에 관한 내용을 기술하였다.

  • Underground facility DB that is constructed by NGIS project need efficient management methodology, because falling-off in quality was worried by confused of existing management affair and management affair of computerization environment. Through analysis of existing management affair, underground facility DB and management system decide that modification/renewal factor of underground facility DB and subject affair Through modification/renewal factor of underground facility DB, developed underground facility DB management methodology using MMS. Result that apply developed management methodology to subject affair, existing affair environment improved to computerization environment and Could improve underground facilities DB authoritativeness.

바닥 난방공간의 다인자 제어에 관한 실험적 연구 (An experimental study on the multiple parameter switching control for floor heating system)
