성인여성의 자기존중기억 주제에 관한 연구: 성취 혹은 관계 (Themes of self-esteem memories in female adults: Achievement or relationship)

  • 본 연구는 성인여성을 대상으로 자기존중기억 내용의 주제를 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 자기존중기억(self-esteem memory)이란 자기에 대해 현저하게 긍정적으로 또는 부정적으로 생각했던 사건에 대한 기억을 말하는데, 성취에 관한 내용과 관계에 관한 내용으로 대별될 수 있다. 연구 참가자는 청년기 여성(M=21.56) 18명, 중년기 여성(M=54.13) 15명, 노년기 여성(M=74.35) 20명으로 총 53명의 성인여성이었으며, 긍/부정적 자기존중기억을 각 4가지씩 총 8가지를 회상, 구술하도록하여 그 내용을 주제별로 분류하고 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, 성인여성은 긍정적인 자기존중기억과 부정적인 자기존중기억 모두 성취보다는 사회적 관계에 관한 내용에 초점이 맞추어져 있었으며 그러한 경향은 청년의 긍정적 기억에서 또 중년의 부정적 기억에서 발견되었다. 이는 개인이 강조되는 서양문화와 비교해 집단주의적 성격이 중시되는 우리 문화 특성과 공동체적 특질이 두드러진 여성의 특성을 반영한다고 할 수 있다. 추후에 자기존중기억의 주제에 대한 성차 및 생애 주기별 차이에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

  • 본 연구는 여성 고령자의 주관적 계층의식이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 생활 수준 기대감과 우울의 다중매개 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국고용정보원의 '2018 고령화 연구패널 조사 7차' 자료의 55세 이상 여성 고령자 8,070명을 대상으로 SPSS Process Macro를 사용하여 분석을 시행하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 여성 고령자의 주관적 계층의식이 높을수록 삶의 질이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 여성 고령자의 주관적 계층의식이 높을수록 생활 수준 기대감은 높고, 우울감은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 여성 고령자의 주관적 계층의식과 삶의 질과의 관계에서 생활 수준 기대감과 우울을 동시적으로 회귀식에 투입하였을 때, 두 변수 모두 유의미한 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 여성 고령자의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 실천적 및 정책적 함의를 함께 논의하였다.

E대학 실습환자의 구강건강관리실태와 삶의 질에 대한 조사 (The Conditions of Patients' Oral Health and Their Quality of Life at 'E' College Dental Practice)

  • 본 연구는 2006년 8월 28일부터 2006년 12월 8일까지 E대학 치위생학과 치면세마 실습실에 방문한 환자(총 256명)를 대상으로 스케일링을 시작하기전 사전 동의를 받고 자기기입식에 의한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문내용은 대상자의 성별, 연령에 따른 구강건강관리실태과 구강관련 삶의 질 척도를 이용하여 조사하였다. 1. 연구대상자의 일반적인 특성은 성별에서 남자가 117명(45.7%)이고, 여자가 139명(54.3%)으로 나타났다. 연령은 20~29세가 158명(61.7%), 10~19세가 60명(23.4%). 40~49세가 16명(6.3%), 30~39세가 11명(4.3%), 50세 이상이 11명(4.3%)순으로 나타났다. 2. 성별에 따른 구강관리 습관은 스케일링 경험 유무에서 '있다'가 남자 37.6%, 여자 46.8%,로 나타났고, 잇솔질 횟수는 남자와 여자 모두 '2회'가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 잇솔질 시기에서는 '식사 후'가 남자는 91.5%, 여자는 89.9%로 나타났으며, 잇솔질 방법은 회전법이 남자 41.0%, 여자 53.2%로 나타났다. 구강보조위생용품 사용 유무는 '사용하지 않는다'가 남자 68.4%, 여자 65.5%로 나타났다. 3. 연령에 따른 구강건강관리실태은 잇솔질 방법에서 10대와 20대는 회전법을 가장 많이 사용하며, 30대 이상은 '위 아래'로 닦는 종마법을 가장 많이 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 잇솔질 횟수는 모든 연령에서 '2회'가 가장 많았으며, 잇솔질 시기도 모든 연령에서 '식사 후'에 하는 것으로 나타났다. 4. 성별에 따른 삶의 질 비교에서는 '명확한 발음하기'는 남자 4.42점, 여자 4.17점, '일상적외출'은 남자 4.53점, 여자 4.29점으로 나타났고, '감정 상태 유지하기'는 남자 4.27점, 여자 4.27점으로 나타났다. 5. 연령에 따른 삶의 질 비교에서는 '식사하기'는 10대가 4.28점으로 가장 높게 나타났고, '명확한 발음하기'는 40대가 4.44점으로 가장 높게 나타났다. '치아 혹은 틀니 깨끗이 하기'는 30대가 4.55점으로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 50대의 경우 대부분의 항목에서 가장 낮은 점수를 보였다.

과학기술인력의 성별 임금격차에 관한 연구 (Study on Gender Pay Gap of Scienceand Engineering Labor Force)

  • 창조경제를 견인하기 위해 다양성과 창의성이 중시되는 환경에서 여성과학기술인력의 활용은 무엇보다 중요해지고 있으며, 경제적 지위를 측정하는 기준으로 노동의 시장가격인 임금에 대한 분석을 통해 성차별을 인식하고 개선하기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 Oaxaca-Ransom 임금분해 방법(1994)을 활용하여 과학기술인력을 대상으로 남녀 임금에 미치는 영향 요인 및 성별 임금 분해를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과학기술인력의 특성을 살펴보면 여성의 평균 임금 수준은 남성의 65%에 불과하며, 학력 등 개인적 특성에서 남성이 우세한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 임금에 영향을 미치는 변수를 살펴보면 여성과 남성 모두 학력 연령이 높을수록, 근무기간 및 주당근로시간이 많을수록, 관리자 직종에 근무할수록 임금 프리미엄이 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 남성과 여성의 임금분해 결과를 살펴보면, 과학기술인력의 경우 개인적 특성에 의한 생산성 차이가 약 58%, 노동시장에서의 특성에 기인한 성별에 의한 차별은 41%로 나타났다. 비과학기술인력에 비교하였을 시 과학기술인력이 생산성으로 인한 임금격차가 크며 성별에 의한 차별은 덜 한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나, 전공별 및 학력별로 분석한 결과 성에 의한 여성차별은 전체 인력 중 여성의 비율이 낮을수록 노동시장에서 임시근로자 비율이 높을수록 심한 것으로 나타났다. 이를 개선하기 위해서는 여성과학기술인력의 노동시장에서의 여성 불균형 현상이 무엇보다 필요하며, 여성스스로는 개인의 역량을 지속적으로 강화하는 노력이 수반되어야 할 것이다.

초등학교 성교육 내용체계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Systematizing Contents of Sex Education in Elementary School)

  • The purpose of this study was to be of use for the preparation of more desirable sex education system at elementary school, by making content analysis of the current textbooks related to sex education and surveying what opinions the persons concerned had about it. The purpose of this study were as follows; Elementary school textbooks were analyzed to find out what kind of sex education was included in them. And questionnaires on how to improve school sex education content were prepared, by which 207 male and female teachers were surveyed in the city of Paju and Koyang, Kyonggi province. The conclusions were as follows; 1. Content Analysis of Textbook Sex Education The content related to sex education was relatively much included in textbooks of the right life, morality and physical education. Although morality was a subject to be instructed for the third-grade students or older, elementary school students virtually received sex education from the first grade, as the right life and the joyful life were a subject for the lower-grade students, and this met the goal of sex education or the need of the times. However, sex education content leaned heavily toward family, family life or parental love. There was no mutual complement among subjects, and no link among grades, either. 2. Teacher Opinion on Sex Education Content for Each Grade When the subjects were asked about if sex education content was appropriate for each grade, they answered 20 items should be more emphasized and 6 items might be left out. And there were 6 items regarded by them as one that should be rearranged in consideration of grade. 3. The Ideal Opinion of Sex Education Content The following model could be recommended for elementary school sex education, which was designed to meet the objectives of school sex education as much as possible and to offer a systematic link among grades, based on the findings by textbook analysis and Questionnaire survey, and on elementary school sex education materials recommended by the Ministry of Education: The content selected for the first grade of elementary school was my body, cleanness of genitals, male-female cooperation, and family cooperation. For the second grade, the selected content was male-female physical difference, male female psychological difference, parental and I(origin of a birth). For the third grade, the selected things were important a body(cleanness of genitals), birth of a life, and male-female comprehension and cooperation. For the fourth grade, the selected things were physical development, management of genitals, physiology and management of menstruation, propagation and growth of organism, concern for the other sex, comprehension of and cooperation with the other sex, and prevention of sexual violence. Four the fifth grade, the selected things were secondary sex characteristic, physiology and management of menstruation, operation for phimosis, understanding of seminal emission, structure and function of the genital organs, birth and growth of a baby, television/sex information, and mass communications/sex information. For the sixth grade, the selected things were secondary sex characteristic, understanding of seminal emission, male-female cooperation, male and female role, male-female manners, mass communications/sex information, family and family life. Finally, what should be taught in sex education must be studied constantly, as it should be revised or supplemented periodically, according to student's sexual maturity or social, cultural changes.

직장의 유무가 야간대학생의 식행동 및 영양섭취 상태에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Daytime Jobs on the Dietary Behaviors and Nutrient Intakes among Evening Class University Students)

  • This study was conducted among the university students to investigate the effects of working in an daytime and studying in an evening class on dietary behaviors and nutrient intakes. A 24-hour recall method was used along with food frequency questionnaires. The subjects were composed of three groups : 172 were in the daytime calss regular student group(RS), 178 were evening class students without a job(ESWOJ), and 140 were evening class students with a job(ESWJ). An average age of the ESWJ was 31 years old, which was 9 years older than the RS and 7 years older than the ESWOJ. The types of the residence were significantly different among the groups ; were seif-boarding 74% of the ESWJ stayed at home while 47% of the RS were self-boarding and 61% of the ESWOJ. The survey shows that while a great majority of the RS and ESWOJ has breakfast and supper at home, about 10% and 17% of the ESWJ ate breakfast and supper, respectively, at the cafeteria in their work place. The most frequently skipped meal was the breakfast in all groups. Approximately 9% of the ESWJ tended to skip the breakfast, while 27% of the RS and 33% of the ESWOJ did. It turns out that the mose common reason why ESWJ skipped meals was due to a lack of time. About 71% of the ESWJ ate out more than once a week compared to 57% and 62% of the RS and ESWOJ, respectively. Approximately 30% of the ESWJ ate out more than once a week compared to 57% and 62% of the RS and ESWOJ, respectively. Approximately 30% of the ESWJ spent less than 10 minutes at meal time, showing a hurried eating habit. The results show that the ESWJ tended to eat a variety of food s and eat less instant foods, but drink coffee more often compared to the other two groups. The results also show that in all groups, the intakes of energy, Ca, and vitamin A were lower than the Korean Recommended Daily Allowances(RDA). In addition to these nutrients, protein, vitamin B1, vitamin $B_2$, and niacin were also lower than the RDA in all make students, and Fe was lower than the RDA in all female students. Among the deficient nutrients, vitamin A showed the lowest % RDA : 48% in the male and 64% in the female students. The intakes of Ca, Fe, and niacin in the ESWJ were significantly greater than those in the RS and ESWOJ groups, and the vitamin C intake in the ESWJ was greater than that in the ESWOJ(p<0.01). In conclusion, university students in all three groups have a serious imbalance in the nutrient intakes, and the evening class students with a daytime job have unhealthy dietary behaviors in the light of high frequency of eating out and heavy coffee drinking, a rushed eating pattern, and therefore showing a strong need of proper nutritional education for them.

구미지역 성인들의 건강행위와 구강건강관리실태조사 (A study on the health behavior and oral health management of adults in Gumi)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate attitudes toward and practice of oral health management among adults in the Gumi area. Health behavior especially drinking and smoking have been proven to affect the tissues around the teeth and increasing in importance. Thus the study set out to examine oral management according to drinking and smoking to suggest a need for education about oral health and provide basic data for oral health education. Methods : Total 226 subjects, who consist of 141 male adults and 85 female adults, in Gumi were asked to fill out a self-administered questionnaire on October 24, 2009. Their answers to the items about general characteristics, health behavior, and oral health behavior were analyzed with the SPSS WIN 12.0 program. Results : 1. As for the frequency of visiting a dental clinic(hospital) for the last year, the non-movement group recorded higher frequency than the movement group, and the drinking group also did than the non-drinking group(p<0.05). 2. As for the experience and frequency of scaling, the female subjects were higher in the experience and frequency of scaling than their male counterparts. The older they got, the more they tended to have scaling. The married respondents had more experiences of scaling than the singles, and the non-drinking group was high in the experience of scaling(p<0.05). 3. As for the number, time, and method of toothbrushing a day, more women answered they brushed teeth three times or more per day than men; those who were in their forties were the highest in terms of the roll method, and those who were in their twenties were the highest in terms of toothbrushing time. The married group and the non-smoking group answered they brushed teeth in the roll method three times or more per day in higher percentage. And the non-drinking group was high in the roll method, which was statistically significant(p<0.05). 4. As for use and kinds of auxiliary oral hygiene devices, the female respondents used them more than their male counterparts. The older they became, the more they used them. The married group, the non-smoking group, and the non-drinking group used such devices a lot. The smoking group used dental floss most, and the non-smoking group used more kinds of such devices than the smoking group, which was statistically significant(p<0.05). Conclusion : Oral diseases can be prevented by adopting healthy and right oral management behavior. Using the findings of the study, more diverse programs about actual oral health education should be activated so that people can change their bad oral management and behavior and develop a habit of the right oral management attitude.

학교급식의 관리와 효과에 대한 초등교사들의 태도 분석 (Analysis of Elementary School Teachers' Attitude Toward School Food Service Management and Effect)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the general problems of school food service and to explore a way to improve it, by examining elementary school teacher's consciousness and attitude toward it that gave a big impact on children's development of food habit. For attaining the purpose, the following research questions were posed : 1) What's elementary school teacher attitude toward school food service management? 2) What's elementary school teacher attitude toward school food service effect on children? 3) What's elementary school teacher opinion about how to develop school food service? The subjects of study were 328 male or female teachers who served at elementary school in urban and rural area, including eup, myon, or farming and fishing villages, Kyonggi province. A questionnaire survey was conducted over them. The conclusions were as follows: 1) Teacher Attitude Toward School Food Service Management Concerning food service place, the subjects were more satisfied at food service room(73.3%) than at classroom(23.0%). They responded that food service room was more effective, than classroom, for food transportation, distribution and post-arrangement. Their satisfaction at food service place was significantly different. The older teachers considered personnel management and cooking room's sanitary management to be more efficient, and their age made a significant difference to their consciousness of these things. Many teachers(63.1%) thought the measures to prevent and manage group food poisoning were relatively efficient. The male teachers expressed more affirmative view on the efficiency of school food expense management and menu preparation than female teachers, and there was a significant disparity between male and female teachers. 2) Elementary School Food Service Effect School food service was thought to be very effective for physical growth(74.1%) and physical strength improvement(70.1%). Teachers at smaller school revealed more affirmative response toward school food service effect on correcting an unbalanced diet, and older teachers considered its effect on nutrition knowledge acquisition and learning outcome to be more great. Teachers at larger school put less value on its effect on table manners, and school size produced a significant difference. The number of teachers who thought school food service generally raised parent concern and support for school(36.6%) was a little more than that of teachers who didn't think so(15.2%). And the number of teachers who didn't consider its effect on improving parent food life to be good(29.3%) was slightly more than that of teachers who did. 3) School Food Service Reform Measure What's most urgently needed for better school food service management appeared to be an expansion of facilities concerned, followed by more effective food distribution and transport, cooking room's better sanitary management, more successful food poisoning prevention and management, more effective food expense management, and an increase of food service personnel in the order named. The most effective means of school food service education was found to be a creation of link system to family, followed by a development of school food service education program, a development of teaching materials, an insertion of school food service in curriculum, and teacher education in the order named.

서울지역에 거주하는 체중 감량 시도자의 성별, 연령별 체중 조절 실태 (Study on the Status in Body Weight Loss Practice According to Age and Gender of Subjects with Experiences of Attempting to Lose Weight in Seoul)

  • 본 연구는 현재 체중에 대한 인식과 체중 감량 실태를 남녀 각각의 연령에 따른 차이와 성별에 따른 차이를 조사하고자 하였다. 체중 감량 경험이 있는 $10{\sim}60$대의 남녀 각각 60명씩 전체 720명의 대상자들에게 일반사항, 체격, 현재 체중에 대한 인식과 만족 정도와 체중 감량 경험 및 결과를 전화 설문을 통해 조사 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 현재 체중인식과 만족도는 큰 차이를 보여 본인의 체중이 정상이거나 마른 체중이라고 인식함에도 불구하고 전 연령대에서 체중 감량을 원하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 체중 감량 실태 조사결과, 연령이 높을수록 체중 감량 시도 횟수가 낮으나 체중감량 후 유지기간이 길었고 남성이 여성에 비하여 이러한 경향이 강하였다. 또한 연령이 높을수록 여러 가지 체중 감량 방법에 대한 만족도가 높고 요요현상을 적게 경험하였고 이러한 경향은 남성에게 강하게 나타났다. 결론적으로, 잘못된 체중 감량 방법에 의해서 희망 체중에 도달하나, 유지기간이 짧고 여러 가지 요요현상을 경험하면서 체중 감량 방법에 대한 만족도도 낮아져 결국 빈번한 체중 감량을 시도하는 악순환을 경험하게 되는 것으로 사료되어진다. 따라서 성별과 연령에 따른 인식과 체중 감량 실태의 차이를 고려하여 개인별 맞춤형 체중 감량을 위한 영양 교육이 필요할 것이라고 사료된다.

부산지역 청소년의 칼슘에 대한 인식 및 섭취실태 (Calcium Intake and Cognition on Calcium of Adolescents in Busan Area)

  • 청소년들의 칼슘에 대한 인식 및 섭취실태를 파악하기 위하여 부산시내 초등학교 6학년 145명, 고등학교 2학년 140명, 총 295명을 대상으로 이들의 칼슘에 대한 인식 및 섭취실태를 설문 및 식이섭취조사 방법을 통하여 조사하였다. 연구결과, 청소년들은 칼슘과 우유의 기능, 골다공증과 칼슘과의 관계는 잘 인식하고 있었으나, 칼슘의 흡수와 관련이 있는 영양소에 대해서는 인식이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 칼슘에 대한 인식의 정도는 여학생들이 높은 점수를 얻었으며 초등학교 남학생에서 가장 낮은 점수를 나타내었다. 칼슘식품에 대한 기호도는 아이스크림, 김, 요구르트 순으로 높았으나 콩 및 뱅어포 등은 낮은 것으로 나타났으며, 연령 및 성별에 따라 좋아하는 정도가 달랐다. 청소년들의 하루 평균 칼슘 섭취량은 여학생에서 491.51~530.5 mg, 남학생이 554.5~636.7 mg이었으며 이는 한국인 영양권장량의 각각61.4~66.3%, 69.3~70.7%의 범위를 나타내었다 칼슘 섭취량이 RDA 66.7% 미만의 경우가 고등학교 여학생에서 54.9%로 다른 집단보다 높게 나타났으며 특히 여고생들이 운동의 횟수나 운동량이 적다는 사실도 함께 나타나 이 집단에 대한 영양교육의 필요성이 절실하였다. 또한 청소년들의 칼슘급원 식품군은 우유 및 유제품, 채소류, 어패류 및 곡류 순이었으며, 칼슘섭취량은 칼슘에 대한 영양지식과 양의 상관관계를 보여 인식이 높을수록 칼슘섭취량이 많은 것으로 나타났다.
