There has been significant increase in demand of launch opportunities from the small satellite sector that represents the new space era. Providing smallsat-dedicated launch service at an affordable price is a new business model many startup companies have pursued, which requires innovative solutions for cost reduction in combination of low cost components, volume production and optimized manufacturing. We set out a preceding study at KARI to develop a suite of critical and cost-cutting technologies in preparation for a two-staged small launch vehicle development, based on the liquid rocket engine technologies developed from the Nuri program in accordance with the 3^rd master plan for national space development. In this work, we introduce the concept of a two-staged small launch vehicle that aims to be innovative and cost competitive for small satellites, and describe mission design results including staging as well as overall vehicle configuration of the launch vehicle.

This study analyzed the problem of the time difference of medicine price cut in Korea according to the administrative and judicial process and sought to present the amendment in the related law to achieve substantial fairness. We considered unfairness of medicine price cut caused by the administrative and judicial process in three situations, the approval-patent linkage system, realistic differences in the practice of administration and suspension of price cut execution. Based on it, we reasoned out the solution to get substantial fairness in the administrative and judicial process of medicine price cut in Korea. Although each step of the administrative and judicial process is lawful and reasonable, the time difference of medicine price cut according to the administrative and judicial process can result in damages or windfall to both of pharmaceutical company and National Health Insurance Service. In the present legal system of Korea, it is unable to be correct. Thus, we present the amendment to correct the damages and windfall when it happens.

The purpose of this study is to derive COE reduction targets of offshore wind power in Korea. In addition, innovation factors for achieving the COE reduction targets were derived. Also the COE reduction targets of offshore wind power was to improve that national policy, technology, industry and improving regulations would like to help. The results of this study has been created based on the various assumptions, scenarios and experts' discussions. Currently, offshore wind power generation price is 229.72won/kWh in 2012. According to the study, COE of offshore wind power has been proposed 88.8won/kWh at third scenario by 2030. This result has shown competitiveness with fossil fuel power generation.

The purpose of this research is to examine the images and interest degree and purchase intension of consumer and images according to demographic characteristics for Hanji clothing products. 207 subjects evaluated images for Hanji clothing and attitudes and behaviors of consumer were analysed. For statistical analysis, frequency analysis, factor analysis, mean, pearson correlation coefficients, regression, crosstabs and ANOVA were used. The results were as follows: Image factors of Hanji clothing products were 'luxurious', 'practical', 'wellbeing', and 'traditional'. differences of according to the age and occupation were showed at 'practical', 'wellbeing', and 'traditional' image. Hanji clothing products having highest consumer interest degree and purchase intention were shirts, scarf and handkerchief and Hanji clothing products having highest experience of use was socks. interest degree, experience of use, and purchase intention for Hanji clothing products were increased at high age, office worker. For consideration of Hanji clothing products according to demographics variables, age of 20's-30's and students considered design and functionality and age over 40's and office workers regarded price and quality as important consideration.

Sera obtained from 20 milk cows and 20 Korean cattle in group feeding and from 20 Korean cattle from different farmhouses were analyzed for the determination of carotenoid and vitamin A by Carr-Price reaction. The result obtained were as follows: 1. Carotenoid contents of sera from milk cows and Korean cattle in group feeding, and from Korean cattle from different farmhouses were in winter $394.7{\mu}g/100ml$, $157.8{\mu}g/100ml$ and $187.9{\mu}g/100ml$, respectively, and were in summer $735.3{\mu}g/100ml$, $728.2{\mu}g/100ml$ and $760.3{\mu}g/100ml$, respectively. 2. Vitamin A contents of sera from milk cows and Korean cattle in group feeding and from Korean cattle from different farmhouses were in winter 101.2 IU/100 ml, 88.9 IU/100 ml and 48.4 IU/100 ml, respectively, and were in summer 212.0 IU/100 ml, 208.7 IU/100 ml and 208.3 IU/100 ml respectively.

Generally, the term "energy saving is economical" is appropriate for the national view point and for design and assessment of one system, but not appropriate when choosing the system by comparing alternative systems in the early design step. Sometimes, non-energy saving system is more economical than energy saving system because of the price of electricity, gas or oil, which are used for operating the air conditioning system. Therefore, when designing the system, we should consider the efficient alternatives through economic assessment of energy saving method. However, research on non-operating number control of the system is not sufficient because it is more common to use operating number control of the system for most economic assessment of air conditioning system. For this reason, this research can provide the economics through operating number control as basic design data. The data obtained through assesment of Life Cycle Cost based on amount of yearly energy use, were produced by system simulation of HASP/ACLD/8501 and HASP/ACSS/8502 for six alternative heating/cooling systems based on constant air volume conditioning system, which is widely used for medium and large office buildings in Busan.

Purpose - Intense debate is occurring over support for farmers in Korea, specifically on the justification, policy design, and equality issues of the farm support programs. Given this debate, a new type of farm program in the US, a market flexible revenue program(the Average Crop Revenue Election, ACRE), is examined. ACRE stands in contrast to traditional programs that tie payments to price and have parameters that are fixed or change only infrequently. Research design, data, and methodology - Based on the ACRE program formulas, the potential payments are estimated by crop year, program crop and geographical area using the FSA acreage and payment rate data. Results - If all US farm program acres were in ACRE over the 2009-2013 crop years, payments would have totaled $7.95 billion or 1.2 percent of average market receipts for US crops. Enacting ACRE as a revenue program instead of a similarly-structured price-only program increased payments by $1.75 billion or 28 percent. Conclusions - Potential payments by ACRE largely reflected the distribution of the value of production across the program crops eligible for ACRE as well as across state geographical areas. If program parameters can be made acceptable and if data availability issues can be addressed, market flexible revenue programs offer a farm policy option that can address many of the concerns that have arisen over farm policy in Korea.

On the crisis of international economy, the government is making an effort to seek economic growing motivation with the method of overcoming economic crisis and 'low carbon green growth'. Furthermore, to promote maritime vessel traffic service related inefficient energy wastage was revealed and eco-friendly alternative energy was accepted because of high price of oil in the beginning of 2008. In this situation, I'm going to discuss the possibility of eco-friendly energy system in maritime vessel traffic service with the way of cutting the budget and expansion of solar power generation system which was promoted to meet governmental 'energy saving plan for high price of oil'.

The purpose of this study was to compare clothing attitude and clothing purchase behavior of two age groups of adult men,- college students and middle aged. Four aspects of clothing attitude (fashion interest, status symbol, conformity, practicality/comfort) were assessed with 20 Likert type questionnaires adapted from the previous researches. Four aspects of purchase behavior(information sources used, store patronage, importance of store attributes, clothing selection creteria for occasions) were measured with forced choice questionnaire developed or adapted from previous researches. The questionnaire were administrated to 512 male college students and middle aged men. The data were analysed using frequency, percentage, and t-test. The major findings drawn from this study were as follows : 1. Clothing comfort among four aspects of clothing attitude according to the age group was that middle-aged men showed higher conformity than college students. 2. For the information source for apparel purchase, college students used consumer dominated information source while middle-aged men used market dominated information source. 3. For apparel purchase, students preferred brand franchise store, and factory outlet/off-price store, while middle-aged preferred department store and custom-made. Among six store attributes, convenience and price were the most important attributes to the students, while convenience and high quality to the middle aged. 4. The most important clothing selection creteria for formal occasion (job interview, wedding ceremony) was dignity. Comfort/practicality were important creteria for both of leisure occasion and daily attendance (office, school).

Korean agricultural and rural economics has been gotten more difficult through the introduction of economics system under the control of IMF before problems from open market system under WTO get to be settled. Export should be promoted to get the advantage of open market system and to get over today's economic crisis from shortage of foreign currency. Fortunately, Korea adjoins Japan that is largest importing country of agricultural products in a world, therefore Korean Agricultural products has advantage in export to Japan through open market system. Puyo tomato, specialized agricultural products in Chungman province, has been exported 42.2M/T to Japan from 1994 year to 1996 year. But such exported amount was so small that is less than a 1% of total tomato product in Puyo area. Reasons why export volume to Japan was so small were non standard commodities, non performance of export contract, unfavorable price condition, etc.. But it was major reason that missed optimal exporting period. Therefore this study is aimed at finding optimal period exporting Puyo mini tomato to Japan. According to result of analysis based on monthly price and carried quality data of major tomato market between Korea and Japan, it has more comparative advantage that we export tomato during Period of Dec-Feb. rather than March-May which is currently major exporting period.
