An important problem to be carried into a plan on the occasion for introduction of TQC is to establish the clear-cut policy and workable system on QC. In connection with escalation the product liability in recent days, especially, a point to he considered in relation the real state of enterprise, it seems likely to be difficult an effective performance without distribution of the definite duality function to each departments in the company, and to define the quality function, it should be educed and coordinated under agreement organization wide participation and conciliation. In this paper, we have tried to have a more effective graft the European style QC on the oriental enterprise, by means of presenting a model that manages synthetically a way of deployment the fundamental factors affecting quality, and establishing the control subject in each function unit.

To secure abyssal resources, submarine environment should be firstly explored. On that occasion, the withdrawal of the instrument is of importance and the submarine ultrasonic wave should be stably identified regardless submarine environment and passive factor. In the existing control methods, the control informations, received from an observation instrument, are identified used by hardware and repeatedly compared with standard information. Hereupon, a marine observation instrument remote control system using the combination of FSK and ASK that was improved its controllability and movability was presented in this paper. Likewise, the logicality of control algorithm and remote control system were ascertained by experiments.

This paper starts with the assumption that in order for hanbok to be made known to the world as a cultural code representing Korean beauty, it must first be made familiar among Koreans with opportunities for widespread use of hanbok in a way which forms an understanding with the fashion sense of young generations, and that wearing hanbok must be promoted. We observe the contents and problems of past hanbok festivals and provide methods to promote the wearing of hanbok among the population, creating an occasion for mingling with various cultures in hanbok events which may be experienced by the general population, and developing hanbok as a tourist item and promoting the hanbok industry through standardized hanbok festivals. Globalization of hanbok most occur through a combination of related academic fields, division of roles in fields of expertise, and a scientific understanding of hanbok. The re-creating of traditional hanbok will allow for affirmation of Korean image, a rediscovery of the value of Korean culture, and the establishment of cultural identity. The development of such global designs will form a foundation for hallyu wave culture within popular culture.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the awareness and preference for the commercial Korean traditional foods among college students in Chungbuk area. There was no significant difference between male and female strudents in frequency and occasion of utilization of the commercial Korean traditional foods. Grilled and pan fried foods were the most preferred items and most frequently used by both male and female students They disliked cooked rices and soups most. The major reason why they liked or dislike them was due to whether they were palatable or not. The flavor seemed to be the most important factor for consumer's preference and it should be improved to increase the consumption of the commercial Korean traditional foods.

This paper describes the properties of between the residual voltage for ${\gamma}$-irradiated in electric power cable using in nuclear power generating station. As these properties related with ${\gamma}$-irradiation dose, it is suggested that these properties can be utilized as a index of irradiation degradation. From theory and experiment We found the residual voltage is not influenced by cable length. We found that residual voltage of basic composite and practical composite have not a difference an occasion be the same cable length. As the ratio of degradation increases, the residual voltage in the initial time range increases and the peak moves to the shorter time. Therefore, We can know the degree of radiation degradation from the position of the peak.

Recently, the demand of high-productivity injection mold increases since the consumption of packaging grows in the world. Stack mold is composed of more than two molds and it has very high productivity and economic efficiency. In advanced country, stack mold which has $4Level{\times}96cavity$ was developed already but, in occasion of domestic mold industry, there is no study of stack mold. In this study, stack mold which has $2Level{\times}4cavity$ is developed for securing the technique of manufacturing high-productivity mold.

There are several approaches for dealing with the structural change in regression model, but by introducing a concept of Spline, the structural change can be expressed more clearly. This makes it possible not only to know the location where the structural change happens and the total number, but also to derive posterior distribution from anterior-posterior distribution when the probability of the judgement anterior for entire combination was given to each model, by which, the model that has the highest posterior probability is the method which realizes the structural change. The purpose of this study is to find a peculiarity of the posterior probability on the occasion of anterior information acquired and of not acquired with Baysian approach.

In successive sampling on two occasions the problem of estimating a finite population quantile has been considered. The theory developed aims at providing the optimum estimates by combining (i) three double sampling estimators viz. ratio-type, product-type and regression-type, from the matched portion of the sample and (ii) a simple quantile based on a random sample from the unmatched portion of the sample on the second occasion. The approximate variance formulae of the suggested estimators have been obtained. Optimal matching fraction is discussed. A simulation study is carried out in order to compare the three estimators and direct estimator. It is found that the performance of the regression-type estimator is the best among all the estimators discussed here.

We have generated a novel baculovirus genome which can be maintained in Escherichia coli that facilitates the rapid and efficient generation of recombinant baculovirus expression vectors. To make $Occ^{+}$ recombinant expression vectors, polyhedrin gene under the control of p10 promoter was inserted to bAcGOZA and this genome was designated bApGOZA. As in bAcGOZA, bApGOZA lacks a portion of the essential ORF1629 gene, but includes a mini-F replicon and selectable kanamycin-resistance marker, This occasion-producing activity of bApGOZA can be used very conveniently for its oral infectivity to insect larvae in mass production of foreign protein and insecticides.

Recently, demands for the reduction of noise generated by transformers have been increasing. Accordingly the noise of transformer occasion displeasing to residents therefore the transformer needs to decrease of noise. One method of reduction such a noise is to build a free-standing enclosure of concrete and steel plates around the transformer, however, this method has some disadvantages, for example, a lage area is needed for equipment installation. In the paper, the vibration and noise effect which is transferred from reinforce channel to insulation panel generated by transformer have been identified for the several kinds of insulation panel and damping sheet experimentally.
