In this paper, we proposed effective algorithm that do Availability of communication network account using total probability formula. Use path tracing method about PSTN linked with MSC in WCDMA considering occasion that do not consider mobility of terminal and Availability did account. First, express minimum path series gathering by structure function after network that do modeling by stochastic graph for communication network saves all minimal path sets between particular two abutments and we gain Availability value in angular variable after express structure function by Boolean operation form and Availability between two abutments did account.

We here report on the outreach activity using the Keio University Internet telescope performed by Science agora 2012 and 2013 in Tokyo. Many visitors came to our booth and operated the Keio University Internet telescope, and our project was awarded the prize of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology. In addition, based on the questionnaire for that occasion, the usefulness of the Internet telescopes in outreach activities is considered.

This study explored the perceptions of Korean college women concerning their clothing deprivation and clothing decision factors. A convenience sample was used consisting of 101 female college students aged from 18 to 36 years, with a mean age of 20.78 (SD = 4.24). Descriptive statistics were used to develop a profile of the participants. To test the research objectives, multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA), using Wilk's lambda criterion was conducted for the study. The results indicated that a college woman's year significantly influences her perceived clothing deprivation, at p =0.003 (Wilk's lambda). There was a significant positive correlation (r = 0.24, p= 0.02) between college year and perceived clothing deprivation for special occasion clothes. The two clothing decision factors clothes that fit me well and clothes that look best on me were found to be the top two factors determining clothing decisions for the study participants.

Vacuum tubes are electron tubes in which the motion of electrons are utilized. There are many kinds of vacuum tubes, e.g. diode tubes, triode tubes, pentodes. muti-tubes and etc. Generally accommodated in glass tube, its eletrodes can be seen easily from outside and it easy to understand. In 1884 Edison discovered a current flow in the vacuum tube. He could not, however, explain this phenomenon. This is called Edison effect. In 1904 Fleming developed the backup for the practical diode theory. The most important milestone in this early history of electronics came in 1906 when De Forest put a third electrode (a grid) into the above, and thus invented the triode tube. It is 90 years since the triode was invented by De Forest (as of 1996) and 100 years (centennial also as of 1996) since the specific electric change e/mo$_0$ ≒ 1.7589 ${\times}$ 1011 (C/kg) was confirmed by the English scientist Thomson in 1896. On the occasion of the 90th and 100th anniversary of these inventions and discovery, E would like to describe the rise and 1111 of the vacuum tubes and the current status of these tubes.

In this paper we studied for multi-user detection system, which hold the merit of CDMA system and can enhance the system capacity. We designed actually realizable quasi-optimal multiuser detection system by use of linear equalizer on the concept that multiuser detection algorithm can be reduced by combining TDMA with CDMA. we call this the hybrid TDMA/CDMA system. And we proposed multiuser detection system, which can use PSAD and MSDD channel estimation method. As a result of performance analysis we acquired equal or much better performance by use of linear multichannel equalizer in the case of not so many user. And on the occasion of many user within cell we can also acquired much better performance in comparison with conventional single user detection system by use of hybrid TDMA/CDMA system.

Carbon fibers are a new breed of high-strength materials which have been described as a fiber containing at least 90% carbon obtained by the controlled pyrolysis of appropriate fibers. Carbon fiber composites are ideally suited to applications where strength, stiffness, lower weight, and outstanding fatigue characteristics are critical requirements. They also can be used in the occasion where high temperature, chemical inertness and high damping are important. In recent decades, carbon fibers have found wide applications in commercial and civilian aircraft, recreational, industrial, and transportation markets. Therefore, understanding the basic structure, synthesis and physicochemical properties of carbon fibers is very important to apply them as a precursor of above applications. This review paper discuss the general information and manufacture technique of carbon fibers used for improving the performance of composite materials in various industries for the present.

The existing CPC(Center Position Controller) has unstably performed because of dusts on reflection panel, CCD protector contamination due to high temperature in furnace or other parameters. The reason is that the existing CPC has a Z80 processor as a CPU and only performs low level image processing as a simple edge detector. So the improvement of control system through the development of robust edge detection algorithm overcoming changes of measuring environment is needed. For this, in this study we carefully analyze the image of the strip rolled in occasion that measuring environment is changing, develop the optimal edge detection algorithm to solve the problems, generate the control signal suitable for the existing CPC(Center Position Controller), and propose the capability of application to the actual environment.

The purpose of this study is to present the advanced plans to get the activation of the domestic furniture manufacture, considering the conditions of the furniture market and business environments before and after IMF Economic Crisis. These are necessary to get over some problems which result in reduction of demand, consumption, and investment under the recession. The furniture manufacture should take the occasion as a pertinent opportunity to strengthen the competitive edge and step up the exploration of the international markets. It is reasonable to conclude that the advanced plans should be designed, implemented, and expanded through the inducement of the government, manufacturers, and foreign investors.

Neurogenic tumors of the mediastinum may have an intraspinal component connected by a narrowed segment of tumor in the intervertebral foramen,hence the descriptive term dumbbell.Recently we had an occasion to remove a dumbbell neurilemmoma in a 62 years old woman using an approach designed to allow wide posterolateral thoracotomy and concomitant laminectomy for a single stage removal of the entire tumor. The mass in the posterior mediastinum was discovered on routine chest roentgenography. CT scan demonstrated a dumbbell shaped soft tissue mass density compressing spinal canal but preserving spinal cord. There were no neurologic signs. A standard posterolateral thoracotomy incision was made to remove tumor mass and then T5 unilateral laminectomy has done by Neurosurgeon. 7 x 7 cm sized extrapleural neurilemmoma was round, cystic, soft mass which covered parietal pleural with invaded regional vertebrae. There was no postoperative neurological complication.

This paper is to analyze the effect of demographic factors on children' wear buying pattern, media and information utilization, and design preference. A total of 355 usable data was collected from house wives in three metropolitan cities(Seoul, Daejon, Bundang) in Korea. Correlation analysis showed that there were statistically significant correlation between demographic factors and clothing buying behavior, information utilization, and design preference. Also, Regression results showed that 8 Demographic Factors are significant predictors. The results with ANOVA showed that there were significant relationships between PURCHASE OCCASION and DISPLAY INFORMATION UTILIZATION, and showed that there were significant relationships (F=28.625, p=<.001) between PURCHASE MOTIVATION and SALES PERSON ADVICES UTILIZATION. Thus, both visuality and friendliness of service were affected by consumers. Considering the increasing importance of service quality in the retail VMD, sale promotion should be enhanced and sale person is needed to be trained to be friendly to all consumers regardless of product composition
