Improving energy efficiency is the important thing of energy saving strategies that was shown up result of IEA meeting and the G8 Summit. Energy audit was started in 2006 that Korea government policy for improving energy efficiency. Who used over 2,000toe/yr(tons of oil equivalent per year) energy consumption has to perform energy audit program of obligation every five years with auditing company. HANMI C&E as a company authorized by Government has diagnosed various type building. This case studies are chosen to best practices by KEMCO. This studies present efficient recommendation methods for improving system performance.

In this paper, the first to identify in detail the direct and indirect causes of trade claims and to provide a way to prevent the causes and measures specific claims. Trade claims is not the best way to prevent in advance, measures to prevent future trade claims is as follows. First, it should be the credit investigation of the counterparts. Second, the contract must determine the rights and obligations of each other through sufficient consultation with contract and faithfully perform its contractual obligations. Third, the explicit trade arbitration clause of arbitration in the contract, and shall be a sufficient review of the procedure such as import and export, international business practices, norms and partners of economic policy, foreign exchange regulations, the trade system transactions. Finally, for it is to be treated as a one-stop strengthening the organization and function, and the Ministry of Commerce and Trade Association, and KOTRA and Trade Insurance Corporation strategic support systems, such as done by covering the work on trade claims prevention and resolution in the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board.

The United States has used legal theoretical constructions such as equitable estoppel and the third party beneficiary under which non-signatories of an arbitration agreement can be bound to the arbitration agreement of others. The third party beneficiary theory has been used when a signatory defendant argues that a non-signatory plaintiff is bound by an arbitration agreement, or a non-signatory defendant argues that a signatory plaintiff is required to arbitrate the plaintiff's claims against the non-signatory. On the other hand, equitable estoppel has developed as two distinct theories. According to the first theory, if a non-signatory party knowingly accepted the benefits of an agreement, it can be estopped from denying its obligation to arbitrate. The second theory compels a signatory to arbitrate because of the close relationship between the entities involved and the fact that the claims were intimately founded in and intertwined with the underlying contract obligations.

As the divorce rates in Korea have increased dramatically in recent years, it has been assumed that the attitudes towards divorce changed as a consequence. It has been proposed that people have become more accepting of marital dissolution as an alternative to unhappy marriage. The Purpose of this study is to empirically examine the assumption and to explore whether there is a rural-urban differences in the attitudes towards divorce. The data were gathered from 716 respondents who reside in Seoul and 593 respondents who reside in rural areas, using the structured questionnaire. The data analysis revealed that there exists significant rural-urban differences in the attitudes towards divorce in some aspects, suggesting the gaps in the cultural changes. Yet, rural-urban residents seems to share the attitude that one should not sacrifice personal happiness to maintain an unhappy marriage for the shake of obligation and traditional family norm.

The aim of this study is to assess the social value of Ham-Pyung Butterfly Festival in the year of 2011. The tool for the assesment is the zonal travel cost method. The result of the study can be summed up as follows; First, the average individual consumer's surplus measures approximately from 29,700 to 30,100 Won. Second, the total consumer's surplus, that is the social value of the festival, ranges approximately from 7.6 to 7.7 billion Won. The most beneficiary of the event is turned up to be the people who are living in the outside of Ham-Pyung and go on a tour there. For that reason, the central government looks to have the obligation to support and to sponsor the festival.

It is easily can be expected that Korea cannot be free under the regulation, because Korea is one of the major $CO_2$ emitter in the world. Even though Korea currently doesn't have any obligation to mitigate the carbon emission, power industry needs to study the effect of that. this paper aims to analyze the change of economic loading order for generation dispatch by various carbon price, looking at each plant's or generator's variable generation cost per unit electricity(kWh) that consists of basic generation price calculated by automatic generation system planning model, WASP 4.0, and $CO_2$ price per unit electricity generation.

This paper presents the greenhouse gas emission trading scheme which is under progress as a pilot project at the power sector in preparation for UNFCCC. By referring UK's, Emission Trading is introduced incentive auction to maximize the reduction of greenhouse gas emission. At the 1st step, from year 2006 to 2008, only CO2 is regarded as an objective target to decrease but emission credit is excluded with an assumption and only 5 Generation company take part in as participants. The market operating procedure is composed of participants' registration, baseline verification, incentive auction, the registration of initial and yearly allocation, emission trading, yearly emission verification & approval, yearly obligation conformity, carry forward & incentive grant. It can be serve a guideline the whole aspects of emission trading which will start in 2006 including operation, verification and profit sharing.

Medical disputes can always arise in the medical environment. We aimed to decrease the medical disputes by analysis for causes and results of cases of medical disputes. The cases of medical dispute were found on the homepage of the Supreme Court based on the judgment data which was searched using the keyword 'Jeju, Medical accident' and it was described as the area related to each medical accident. There was total of 13 cases related medical disputes in Jeju. The final states of the patients were different in each causes, but death accounted for 10 cases (76.92%), comatose state for one and disability for two respectively. The cases were 2 related with an injury from a fall. The major cause was violation of medical care obligation. Physician have to learn recent medical knowledge, have competence, and explain the detailed procedures and complications before the procedures dependent on patient autonomy.

In this paper, we investigate a pricing model for mortgage-backed securities (MBSs) of a pay-through type of collateral mortgage obligation (CMO), embedded call options, which can be exercised by the intermediary, and pass-through MBSs. We suggest a prepayment-risk-neutral pricing model, applying a reduced-form prepayment rate model, and then compute and investigate the appropriate prices and spreads in the coupon rates between CMOs and PT MBSs. We believe that this study contributes in that it provides a sophisticated pricing model for MBSs, especially to the financial markets which are not advanced enough to finance with a simple type of MBSs.
