According to the CISG, there are no special regulations for a reasonable period of time among the obligations to notify the contractual suitability of the goods. As a result, many disputes arise in 'notification within a reasonable period' despite being the most important treaty in practice in defining the obligation to notify nonconformities according to the suitability of goods for each case. Regarding the interpretation of Article 39 of the CISG, various judgments and arbitration decisions are being made in each country for a reasonable period to notify that the goods are not suitable for the contract.There are criticisms that these various views are too harsh on the buyer in the buyer's obligation to notify.It is important to create a unified principle because courts or arbitration agencies of the Contracting States of this Convention interpret in various ways the reasonable period of violation of the contract of goods stipulated in the Convention. Since most of the international commodity trading transactions around the world are regulated by the CISG, it is necessary to analyze and interpret cases in which this Convention is applied in court or arbitral tribunal of each country to derive a unified principle.

According to the commercial law in Korea, a marine cargo insurance contractor (policyholder, insured person, agent) has the duty to disclose risks before establishing an insurance contract and the obligation to notify changes in risks after before establishing the contract. Marine cargo insurance policy clauses include one about the obligation to notify changes in risks. This clause assumes that an insurance contract should be implemented according to what has been answered to the important questions asked by the insurer in connection with the insurant's duty to disclose before establishing an insurance contract, and it stipulates that, if any change in what has been disclosed should be notified to the insurer since it is regarded as a change in risks. Neglecting the obligation to notify may lead to the termination of the appropriate insurance contract by the insurer. The problems here concern the clauses about changes in risks and about the obligation to notify. The problems are like these. Can it be that the circumstances which might be seen in the past as changes in risks according to the territorial sea laws and institute cargo clauses stipulated long ago are considered as such still today? And a marine cargo insurance policy till valid when changes in risks have not been properly notified by the original discloser of risks to the insured who currently holds the marine cargo insurance policy, which, unlike other insurance policies, is a marketable security? In Korea, the commercial law has a clause the obligation to notify changes in risks established based on the territorial sea laws and institute cargo clauses. In this regard, this study aims to consider if the clause still valid today or not and, if not, to propose alternatives to the clauses.

자바에서 또한 이러한 병행성 프로그램을 지원하기 위한 다양한 언어적 지원과 병행적인 요건을 지원하고 있다. Thread class지원, Synchronized 예약어, 상호협동 관계를 표현하기위한 wait(), notify(), notifyAll() 메서드 , monitor 메커니즘등을 지원하고 있다. 하지만 이는 아주 저 수준의 지원형태이며 여러 가지 문제점을 야기할 수 있다. 이에 대해 병행적 이론의 정수라고 할 수 있는 pi-calculus의 이론과 기법을 도입하여 새로운 시각으로 병행성 프로그래밍에 대한 접근을 하고자 한다. 여기에 실용적으로 많이 사용되고 발전되어온 자바에서 적용하고자 한다. pi-calculus에 기반한 pict를 모델로 하여 pict에서 지원하는 아주 명료한 연산자와 current object를 도입함으로써 보다 표현력과 확장성, 검증성이 뛰어난 고 수준 자바 라이브러리를 설계하고자 한다.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the attitude toward the oriental hospital among 1,234 outpatients. Methods: A questionnaire about the general characteristics of patients, the decision-maker of use and the reason of choice or alteration was implemented. Results: The results of this survey as follows: Among outpatients 56.4 % were female in sex, 25.6 % were below 9 years of age; in educational level, 50.1 % were college graduates. Among outpatients, 33.6% chose the oriental hospital as their first choice and the rest were recommended by other persons. The recommenders were mostly relatives(73.9 %), female(73.4 %), young(30-39 years old, 40.1 %), high educational level (above the college, 54.9 %) people. 37.8 % among outpatients were secondary selection after the western medical clinic for the same symptom and sign. 7.0 % were the concomitant users of both therapies. 62.8 % among the concomitant users did not notify the western doctor about the dual therapies. The reasons they did not notify their Western doctors were 'be afraid of western doctor s bias' (42.6 %), 'no special reason' (29.6 %). Conclusions: The appropriate transfer system between oriental and western clinic must be constructed and the proper recognition about dual therapies will be needed among patients and doctors who practice both kinds of medicine.

These days, citizens have a lot of ways to get access to IT. In the past, they tended to neglect IT that was thought to be difficult. But, currently, everyone can manufacture and get access not only software but also hardware when he has an idea. Arduino is used. Rinnai had recently released new product named Smart Sensor Range. Safe consumer who gave priority to the safety made new trend gave attention to fire prevention and smart sensor range. The ones who buy gas range prefer safety to economic advantage and/or fire power. The safety system does not always prevent fire accident. This study makes design and produces alarm that perceives temperature of pot when boiling. Not only temperature sensor but also alarm sensor was used to make alarm of boiling water and to give convenient living life. The arduino can be used at practical life to make products for various kinds of people. The invention can give convenience to housewives at kitchen, children and many persons making use of gas range. Another function can be added to develop. This arduino can develop a lot of products by using the study and other designs.

Platform Screen Door(PSD) has been installed in train manual operation section(ATS/ATC) by SeoulMetro since 2005. PSDs are now operating at 17 stations in SeoulMetro lines. As a result, it increases the safety of passenger, makes a comfortable platform and saves the energy of air conditioning. For PSD operation, train shall stop within 600mm of the train stop reference point. In train manual operation section, the detection system of train position is required to notify the train driver of train position and to ensure the condition that train stops the correct position for PSD operation. To detect the train stop position, the optical sensor shall be installed at platform. However, in case of SeoulMetro lines, the detection criterions of the train correct position stop are different because of using various types of trains which have different size and shape of front cars. In this paper, to solve this problem, the precise detection algorithm of the train stop at the correct position is used, and Laser distance measure sensor is introduced to notify the distance form the reference point of the train correct stop to train driver. This system has been applying to Seoul Metro line total.

임의동행은 경찰행정작용 또는 임의수사의 한 방법이다. 피의자 등은 수사기관의 임의동행의 요구를 받았을 때에 임의로 동행을 승낙할 수도 있고, 거부할 수도 있다. 피동행자가 임의동행을 거부하였을 때에는 수사기관은 동행을 강요할 수 없고, 구속의 요건이 있을 때에 한하여 체포영장을 발부받아 체포하거나, 긴급구속의 요건에 해당될 때에는 영장 없이 긴급체포 형식으로 강제 동행한 후 구속영장을 청구할 수 있다. 이러한 처분은 형사소송법의 규정에 의하지 않는 한 피동행자의 신체를 구속하거나 그 의사에 반하여 답변을 강요할 수 없기 때문에 문제가 되는 것이다. 이러한 문제를 입법론, 판례 등을 참고하여 실제 우리나라의 임의동행에 의한 수사의 적법성에 부수하여 운영실태의 범위와 한계 등 책임성 문제를 고찰해 본다.

차량용 블랙박스의 저장된 영상은 교통사고 발생 시 사고 발생의 원인을 판별할 수 있는 중요한 기록이다. 현재블랙박스의 원격 감시는 차주 본인의 스마트폰으로 충격을 감시 하거나 전송 받을 수 있다. 이를 보완하여 차주가 사고로 인해 부상을 당하거나 정신을 잃었을 경우 SIP 영상 통신을 이용해 "INVITE" 메시지를 메신저 어플리케이션으로 보내고 응답을 하였을 때 "Notify" 메시지로 영상을 전송하여 지인에게 사고 소식을 알리고 영상을 확인 하여 위치 및 사고 상황을 파악하여 신속하게 대처할 수 있는 내용을 구현 및 연구 하고자 한다.

Construction workers experience a high rate of fatal incidents from mobile equipment in the industry. One of the major causes is the decline in the acoustic condition of workers due to the constant exposure to construction noise. Previous studies have proposed various ways in which audio sensing and machine learning techniques can be used to track equipment's movement on the construction site but not on the audibility of safety signals. This study develops a novel framework to help automate safety surveillance in the construction site. This is done by detecting the audio sound at a different signal-to-noise ratio of -10db, -5db, 0db, 5db, and 10db to notify the worker of imminent dangers of mobile equipment. The scope of this study is focused on developing a signal processing model to help improve the audible sense of mobile equipment for workers. This study includes three-phase: (a) collect audio data of construction equipment, (b) develop a novel audio-based machine learning model for automated detection of collision hazards to be integrated into intelligent hearing protection devices, and (c) conduct field experiments to investigate the system' efficiency and latency. The outcomes showed that the proposed model detects equipment correctly and can timely notify the workers of hazardous situations.

This study is to establish the appliance model for the automatic fire alarm system in clean room within the framework of the performance based design. Because of the environmental and dimensional characters of clean room, this space is exposed to fire and toxic damage, so it is very important to notify the occupants of these dangerous situations.
