Two-Way 스트레치 직물의 열응력분석 연구 (A Study on the Thermal-Stress Properties of Bi-Elastic Woven Fabrics)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the High Functional Stretch Yarns and Woven Fabrics to produce the high value added textile goods and to meet the consumer's needs. For the study 8 yarns and 10 fabrics were made with three develop machine and the thermal-stress properties of the sample were tested and analysed. The result indicated that the sample fabrics kept their stretch performance regardless of conventional process. EDY(elastic DTY) had higher stretch than that of DTY(drawn textured yarn). Especially Macel yarn had higher stretch than that of DTY compared with the same condition of yarn. With time course behavior the elongation of DTY and EDY had stabled tendency without variation. The above results show that wearing sensation and comfort properties of fabrics are changed depending on the end-use. and thus, above results can be used to manufacture of fabrics for specific end-use with high comfort properties.

  • According to previous research, welding-induced residual stresses in steel structures can significantly affect the fatigue behaviour. Usually, high tensile residual stresses up to the yield strength are conservatively assumed at the weld toes. This conservative assumption can result in misleading fatigue assessments. Thee welding-induced residual stresses need be known in advance for a reliable fatigue assessment, which becomes possible to an increasing extent by numerical welding simulation. In this study, a fatigue Analysis technique for steel structures with welding induced residual stress is presented. First, We calculate the history of temperature according with welding process. Secondly, residual stress with a welding thermal history was evaluated by non-linear thermal stress analysis and lastly, fatigue strength is estimated with modified Goodman equation which can consider the effect of mean stress level.

  • 고무제품의 기계적 특성은 혼합물 성분, 경화 상태 공정 및 충진제 같은 많은 요소에 기인된다. 우리 연구의 목적은 N-isopropyl-N'-chloro-P-phenylene diamine, 항산화제의 영향을 열적 상태에서 노화 및 오존 균열에 관해 조사하였다. 이 연구에서 항미생물 고무매트의 퇴화가 연구되었는데, 항산화제 함유 및 항산화제가 함유되지 않은 항균매트에 관한 열적 상태의 노화 및 오존 균열을 조사하였다.

  • The evaporation of water from an aqueous solution is widely used in the food, desalination, pulp, and chemical industries. Usually, a large amount of energy is consumed in the evaporation process to boil off water due to atmospheric pressure. As a way of improving the energy efficiency of the evaporation process, the combination of multiple effect evaporation and thermal vapor recompression has been proposed and has become a successful technique. In this study, 4 multiple-effect falling film type evaporators for sugar solution are designed and the energy efficiency of the system is analyzed in response to the selection of the steam ejector position. Energy efficiency is increased and vapor is more compressed in the steam ejector as the Thermal Vapor Recompression (TVR) is arranged in the rear part of the evaporator system. A simplified 0-dimensional evaporator model is developed using non-linear equations derived from mass balances, energy balances, and heat transfer equations. Steam economy is calculated to compare the evaporation performance of the 4 proposed evaporators. The entrainment ratio, compression ratio, and expansion ratio are computed to check the ejector performance.

큐폴라 용해로 철피의 열응력 및 피로수명 해석 (Analysis of Thermal Stress and Fatigue Life in the Steel Shell of a Cupola Furnace)

  • Themo-mechanical analysis was carried out using the finite element method for the steel shell of a cupola furnace. When the outer surface of the shell was cooled with water to within the temperature range of 35-80 ℃ during operation of the cupola, the inner surface of the shell was expected to exhibit a temperature of 65-248 ℃ based on heat transfer analysis. The shell was also expected to have an equivalent stress range of 100-280 MPa in the outer surface over the temperature range examined. Upon cooling the shell to obtain an outer surface temperature <80 ℃, the maximum equivalent stress of the shell did not exceed the yield strength. Although the temperature of the outer surface varied between 35 and 80 ℃ periodically due to the cooling control problem, the fatigue stress at the outer surface of the shell was calculated to be within the fatigue strength. During a non-operational period to examine the system between furnace operations, the thermal stress presented in the shell was sufficiently low to reach the desired yield strength and fatigue limit.

  • 붕소-질산칼륨($BKNO_3$)의 열분해특성을 비등온방식의 TGA(열중량분석법)를 사용하여 평가하였다. 상온과 $600^{\circ}C$의 온도범위에서 2단계에 걸쳐 질량감소가 발생하는 것이 관찰되었다. 열분해특성에 대한 속도론적 파라메타값들은 TGA로부터의 데이터를 AKTS Thermokinetics 소프트웨어를 사용하여 분석되었다. $200^{\circ}C$에서 $360^{\circ}C$의 온도범위에서 발생하는 1차 무게감소는 바인더 (Laminac/Lupersol)의 열분해에 해당하며, Friedman의 등전환법으로 분석되는 경우 활성화에너지는 120에서 270 kJ/mol 사이의 값을 가진 반면에 2차감소 영역($360-550^{\circ}C$)에서의 활성화에너지 값은 150에서 400 kJ/mol의 범위 내에 있었다.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a new type dryer, which is to proceed mixing and drying of wet-materials at the same time and drying process is carried out in a closed system. In this drying system, thermal contact occurs, when a fluidized zone is created by paddle mechanism. Accordingly, wet-materials is dried in a short time without any damage. Also wet-materials could be dried uniformly to low moisture contents. It is suitable to dry a small quantity of multi-kind materials. And drying process is carried out in a closed system, so as for environmental pollution dust not to be emitted into the atmosphere. Accordingly, it could be used to dry not only food and chemical materials, but also environmental pollution materials.

Sea surface temperature estimation from remote measurement of the thermal radiation

  • To establish the sea surface temperature estimation scheme for the upcoming advanced remote sensor, the quasi-analytical solution of the approximated radiative transfer equation which express the radiative transfer process of the radiant energy radiated from the sea surface to the satellite is approximated into the non-linear equation. To solve the simultaneous approximated radiative transfer equation which express the radiative transfer process of the radiant energy radiated from the sea surface to the satellite is approximated into the nonlinear equation. To solve the simultaneous approximated radiative transfer equation at each channel, the constrained non-linear optimization technique is adopted. To define the coefficients of the approximated radiative transfer equation and the constraints, the satellite detected radiance and the total transmittance are computed from the 1350 kinds of simulated atmosphere / surface models via radiative transfer code. The verification from the simulated data show the sufficient result.

  • During the cooling process of rail, residual stresses are produced due to the difference of the coefficients of thermal expansion between rail and inhomogeneous non-metallic inclusions such as sulphides and oxides. A micro-mechanical approach is used to obtain the stresses in the inclusions and matrix, After obtaining the stress of an elliptical inhomogeneous inclusion in an infinite domain, average stresses of randomly distributed spherical inclusions are obtained by use of Mori-Tanaka's self consistent method. The magnitude of the calculated residual stress is near to the yield stress of the matrix in case of the spherical inclusions.

드론 열화상 화소값의 타겟 온도변환을 위한 방사율 영향 분석 (Study on the Effect of Emissivity for Estimation of the Surface Temperature from Drone-based Thermal Images)

  • 최근 열화상 카메라의 수요 증가와 함께 열화상 카메라를 활용한 연구 또한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 그 중, 기존의 드론에 열화상 카메라를 부착하여 촬영하는 등의 단순 촬영에서 나아가 열 영상 처리를 통한 디지털 트윈 구축, 영상화된 데이터를 통한 관리 시스템 구축 등 열 영상 처리 후 데이터를 응용한 연구가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 열화상 카메라를 처리하는 과정에서 생성되는 화소값인 DN값(Digital Number)이 실제 표면 온도로 변환하기 위한 관계식 유도과정에서 방사율이 DN값에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 연구를 진행하였다. DN값은 열 영상의 스펙트럼 밴드 값을 나타내는 숫자로 열 영상 데이터를 구성하는 중요한 요소이다. 하지만 DN값은 실제 표면 온도를 표시하는 온도 값이 아닌 열이 높고 낮음을 밝기로 표시한 밝기 값으로 실제 표면 온도와 비 선형적인 관계이다. 그러므로 열화상 카메라로 획득한 영상 이미지의 DN값을 실제 표면 온도와 관계성을 보일 수 있다면 데이터를 처리하기 수월하며, 더 많은 활용성을 기대할 수 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 우선, 실제 표면 온도와 열 영상의 DN값의 관계를 분석하고, 열화상 카메라와 같은 원리로 작용하는 비접촉 열화상 온도계가 실제 표면 온도에 근접한 참값으로 변환할 수 있도록 방사 조정을 진행하였다. 그 결과 실제 표면 온도 및 DN값의 관계 그래프와 방사 조정된 비접촉 열화상 온도계 및 DN값의 관계 그래프가 유사한 선형관계를 보였으며 방사율을 조정하기 전보다 조정한 후의 비접촉 온도가 실제 표면 온도에 더 근접한 결과를 얻었다.
