Since the 1960s, semiconductor packaging technology has developed into electrical joining techniques using lead frames or C4 bumps using tin-lead solder compositions based on traditional reflow processes. To meet the demands of a highly integrated semiconductor device, high reliability, high productivity, and an eco-friendly simplified process, packaging technology was required to use new materials and processes such as lead-free solder, epoxy-based non cleaning interconnection material, and laser based high-speed processes. For next generation semiconductor packaging, the study status of two epoxy-based interconnection materials such as fluxing and hybrid underfills along with a laser-assisted bonding process were introduced for fine pitch semiconductor applications. The fluxing underfill is a solvent-free and non-washing epoxy-based material, which combines the underfill role and fluxing function of the Surface Mounting Technology (SMT) process. The hybrid underfill is a mixture of the above fluxing underfill and lead-free solder powder. For low-heat-resistant substrate applications such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and high productivity, laser-assisted bonding technology is introduced with two epoxy-based underfill materials. Fluxing and hybrid underfills as next-generation semiconductor packaging materials along with laser-assisted bonding as a new process are expected to play an active role in next-generation large displays and Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) markets.
This study aims to investigate various cultural activities of the Korean youth including the subcultural and popular cultural activities and their characteristics and influences on the youth fashion during the period 1996-2004. This study employs a qualitative approach based on the previous discussions of relevant literatures dealing with Korean youth culture and their fashion styles. The result of the study shows that the most prominent characteristic in youth fashion of the period was 'bricolage.' The appearance of 'Seotaiji' and the activities of his group laid the cornerstone of youth culture in the early 1990's. The influence of postmodernism changed the conventional sexism and androgynous outfit thrived. The androgynous effect also had strong influence on men's fashion in what turned out to be Metro-Sexual in early 2004. During the period 2000-2004 the postmodernism regained its popularity both in culture and fashion. 'Body' was also an important part of youth culture and has become the most popular and prevalent word of this era. At the same time the 'Well-Being' and sports look were the new trend of youth fashion. Sports look, also known as Caports, is one of these new trends and the most important youth fashion style like mix & match reformation. The youth became more and more aware of the body image and were interested in fashion as well. This trend awareness of their body and Well-Being image as well as their inclination to the fashion in the youth is expected to continue. Therefore the fashion industry, as their marketing strategy, needs to analyze the characteristics of the cultural trends among the youth and to prepare for the future need of youth fashion.

Yogurt is a food produced by bacterial fermentation of milk and the bacteria used to make it are known as "yogurt cultures". Most of them belong to probiotics such as Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus bacteria. Domestic fermented milk market is increasing and about 30 companies are producing yogurt. The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality characteristics of domestic commercial semisolid type yogurt. We collected 20 types of commercial yogurt at local markets. Physicochemical properties including pH, sugar content, acidity, viscosity and microbial characteristics of lactic acid bacteria counts were measured. The yogurt showed pH 4.5, 7.4~18.1% of sugar contents, 0.6~1.3% of total acids and 282~748 cP of viscosities. In the microorganism populations, lactic acid bacteria count were 6.5~11.5 Log CFU/mL and anaerobic lactic acid bacteria count were 7.2 ~ 11.1 Log CFU/mL. The quality characteristics were different depending on the constituents of the sample and the microorganisms used. These results are related to the quality characteristics of yogurts which are useful information about identifying new trends in domestic fermented milk industry.
The purpose of this study was to research buying behavior and home fashion preferences based on housing size. The target consumers were Korean women, aged 20~40s who reside in the Seoul & Kyunggido areas. We distributed questionnaires to 650 women. However, only 600 questionnaires were used for the statistical analysis. Data analyses were conducted with SPSS program on the frequency, Chi-square test, cluster analysis, t-test and ANOVA. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The considering factors for purchasing such as brand, trends coordinating existing furnishings with new products and functionality were significantly associated with housing size. The buyers who reside in bigger size homes. over 40 pyung place higher value on brand name, trends. or coordinating existing furnishing with new products than residents in smaller units. However, women who live in smaller units place higher value on functionality when purchasing home fashion products. Considering factors such as brand, trend, and materials were also significantly associated with segmented age group; 40~49 age group considered brand, trend, and materials more than 20~29 age group. The group who are highly interested in home fashion considered design/color, rand, coordination, and functionality than the group who are low interested in home fashion. 2. Residents in over 40 pyung homes buy home fashion products at department stores, while residents in less than 39 pyung homes buy them at discounted store. 3. Respondents preferred solid colors more than patterns. However, they favored character pattern for textile bedding products for their children. 4. there is also a statistical difference in preferences for types of window treatments between large ad small housing sizes. Residents living in over 40 pyung preferred tie-back/cottage curtain, while residents living in less than 29 pyung preferred Roman shade style.

Because the Apple Pay which created by U.S's Apple Inc. and launch of Samsung pay in last August in domestic, people have high interest in Pin-Tech industries and new method of easy payment. In this paper, it will study newly introduced Pin-Tech industries and marketability of Pin-Tech industries. Also it will propose safe use of Pin-Tech services based on cases in domestic and overseas. This paper is organized as follows. In Chapter 2, it will study concept of Pin-Tech services and status of Pin-Tech services in domestic and overseas. In Chapter 3, it will look technical trends of Pin-Tech services. In Chapter 4, it will propose direction based on analysis of cases of Pin-Tech services. This paper will finish with conclusion in Chapter 5. Given the global trends, Korea is now just took the first steps in new Pin-Tech era. The Pin-Tech services are in situations that it is not yet activated in domestic due to the various financial regulations and procedures. In this paper, it will shows cases of concerns of Pin-Tech services and domestic authentication which relates to easy payment certification. If Pin-Tech services are develop with easy payment certification and adapt to domestic environment and develop based on stability and security as mentioned in this paper, domestic Pin-Tech services and security technology will grow to the world level. Also it requires unceasing research and efforts from relevant government officials, security companies and Pin-Tech ICT companies.
Fast fashion is widely accepted in young generation who are eager to the new fashion trends. With the consumers' rapid adoption of fast fashion, fashion retailers have tried to adopt strategies to reflect current and emerging trends as quickly as possible and effectively in current merchandise assortment, raises important issues with respect to the processes of effective merchandise management. However, the concept of fast fashion has not been academically investigated and developed properly yet. Therefore, this study mainly reviewed secondary data such as leading fast fashion companies' website, newspaper articles and Zara's case study which covers fast fashion issues. Fast fashion gets widely spreading in market, current investigation showed that domestic fashion companies have adopted fast fashion concept in early stage. This study tried to examine characteristics and strategies used by fast fashion businesses to provide domestic fashion industry with valuable information of production and marketing strategies. Suggestions through the result are as follows: 1. Fast fashion requires flexible managing systems such as SCM, QRS and JIT in order to promote efficient production and assortment management from the entire supply chain. 2. Domestic fast fashion companies should build up not only quality of good design but also reasonable price and strengthen marketing strategies in order to compete with abroad fashion companies 3. Fashion companies that succeed in satisfying consumer's desire for new trend show that it has been successful their strategy to make market area wider to the world not focusing on domestic market.
The reluctance of Latin American countries to practice international arbitration is not a new topic in international law. This reluctance historically based on Calvo Doctrine provoked not only the absence of Latin American countries from the major international commercial arbitration conventions, but obsolete national arbitration legislation. Recently, however, these countries have undertaken major steps showing that the region is no longer reluctant to practice international commercial arbitration. Most Latin American countries have ratified the 1958 Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards ("New York Convention"), the 1965 Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes ("Washington Convention") and the 1975 Inter-American Convention on International Commercial Arbitration ("Panama Convention"). The majority of Latin American countries have also modified and adapted their national legislation on arbitration to the UNCITRAL model law. Even judiciary has been following this pro-arbitration. This article will focus on some of these factors provoking the acceptance of international commercial arbitration in Latin America to trace the common trends and characteristics in an attempt to understand better how international arbitration set on its place firmly. For this purpose we selected five countries, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico and Venezuela, to analyse legislations and jurisprudence. Latin America is ready to challenge any obstacles to promote arbitration as alternative methods of judicial resolution. There is an ever-increasing number of international arbitration in Latin America. Both practitioners and judiciary have shown desires to promote the resolution of disputes by arbitration and used the legal instruments to ensure that process interpreting and applying legislations for pro-arbitration. Even there remains Calvo Doctrine's culture in Latin America still now, it should be certain this culture will disappear from the conduct of international arbitration.

Recent trends in shipbuilding and offshore industries are a huge increase in the ship size and the exploration and production of oil and natural gas in the arctic offshore region. High performance steel plates are required by these industrial trends. Also in IMO(International Maritime Organization) has begun to regulate of fuel of ship to environmental protection, therefore it is little bit difficult to use bunker-C oil to working ship. As the problem of environmental change such as global warming is emerged, the operation of the ship is considered to be involved in the environmental change problem, and the regulation of environmental pollution is gradually strengthened. As these environmental regulations are strengthened demand for LNG fuel ships is rapidly increasing. Currently, cryogenic steels used in LNG tanks include aluminum alloy, SUS 304, and 9%-Ni steel. Those steels are has high cost to construction of large LNG carrier. The new materials were suggested several steel mills to decrease construction cost and easy construction. The new cryogenic steel should be evaluate safety to applied real structure include LNG ship. Therefore, in this study, fracture toughness of weld joints were investigated with cryogenic steel for application of LNG tank.
The study provided basic data that could be used for future research by identifying trends in the factors that affect the multicultural acceptability of Korean teens from 2008 to 2017. Research methods have searched for papers using keywords from 'Multicultural', 'Youth', 'Middle School Student', 'High School Student' and 'Acceptance' in academic data base. As a result of analysis, journal articles and dissertations soared as of 2012, and the academic field identified the largest number of studies being carried out in the field of social science and pedagogy. Quantitative research and cross-sectional study were the most important methods of previous research. On the other hand, few studies have concurrently analyzed new factors related to multicultural acceptability. The results of this study indicate the need for a combined analysis of the new factors that may affect the multicultural acceptability of adolescents.

This study was conduced out to analyze the price trends of landscape woody plants during the past ten years. The method of this study was applied to secendary data analysis and the data were collected from "Government Specified Monthly Price Book" and "Monthly Price Book" The results of this study were as follows : 1. The annual average increasing rate of the GSP price was 3.9% while the KPRC price was 8.9% for the past ten years. The ratio of the KPRC price by GSP price was 94.7% in 1985 and it increased by 147.3% in 1994. This increase indicates a large price margin between two prices. The GSP price should be readjusted to a realistic level. 2. For the same period, the prices of native Korean tree were raised by 3.8% and 9.5% in annual average rate. Meanwhile, the exotic tree prices were raised by 3.6% for and 7.8% for in annual average rate. The prices of native Korean tree were raised more than those the exotic tree. 3. The annual average increasing rates of the twenty for species prices which were high ranked among all species prices were 12% for and 21.5% for . These top twenty species drove to markup trend of tree prices. 4. The annual average price increasing rate of major species which are used frequently for landscaping was higher than total increasing rate of all species. This result shows that the prices of the major species markup more than others. 5. From 1985 to 1994, the prices of 29 new species were listed on "The government specified monthly price book" and the prices of 40 species were newly listed on "Monthly price book". On the contrary, 3 species from "The government specified Monthly Book" and 10 species from "Monthly Price Book" were eliminated. The number of new listed on the native Korean species were twice as many as the exotic species. In addition, there is a need to study and explain reaon of the elimination.
