정보통신부의 기술개발사업의 하나인 우수신기술개발과제(2000년~2002년 사업)에 참여한 초기 단계벤처기업 160개를 대상으로 설문조사하여 116개 기업으로부터 응답을 받았다. 우선 벤처기업의 일반특성과 기술개발 활동 특성, 재무특성을 분석하였고, 이를 통해 기술개발 현 실태와 성장 및 애로요인, 정부지원 희망분야 등을 조사한 후, 향후 벤처기업이 계속기업으로 갈 수 있는 방향에 대해 분석해 보았다.

The therapeutic effect of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for patients with Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD) is supported by evidence from numerous studies. This article provides an overview of cognitive models and major techniques (i.e., cognitive restructuring and exposure) of CBT for SAD, developed by the study group of SAD in the Korean Academy of Anxiety Disorder. Korean-culture specific factors and new trends such as a third wave of CBT are also described.

E-tade has the potential to accelerate existing trends and introduce new ways of conducting traditional trade. The primary purpose of this research is to investigate performance factor and analyzes influence between performance of e-Trade and implementation of company. This research will be used as a basis for examining the actual results of e-Trade usage and export productivity. In order to facilitate the process, analysis began after a research prototype was created and research thesis established.

Recent issues in the automotive industries are, improvement of fuel efficiency according to the worldwide $CO_2$ regulation, passenger safety through enhanced crashworthiness, superior design and cost reduction due to price fluctuation of raw material. To meet these demands, steelmaking companies are developing advanced high strength steel and new process technologies such as hydroforming, TWB(Tailor Welded Blank), hot stamping and so on. In addition, eco-friendly and high corrosion resistant coating technologies are getting more attention to comply with the environmental regulations. In this paper, reviews and prospects of recent coating technologies for automotive use are presented.

Laser cleaning has begun to attract a considerable amount of interest recently as a new cleaning technique among scientists and engineers. The unique characteristics of laser cleaning are currently finding successful applications in industry, in medicine as well as in the world of art conservation. This paper takes an overview of the laser cleaning technique itself including basic principles and characteristics, and provides an account of current trends especially with regard to practical applications. Experience with its successful applications in various fields shows that laser cleaning may be about to emerge as a real alternative to conventional cleaning methods.

The number of women seafarers around the world is 2%, and about 30% of women in the shipping industry. International organizations are making efforts in various ways to advance women in the maritime industry. This study provides recent information about the International Maritime Organization(IMO)'s new programme as IMO focuses on women in maritime during 2019, under the World Maritime Day theme "Empowering Women in the Maritime Community".

Sharing vehicle data among the companies within a car ecosystem can improve driving experience, increase driver comfort, contribute to social goals such as improving road safety and lowering fuel consumption. Furthermore, by participating in the ecosystem, companies can secure long-term and sustainable new revenue-generating opportunities. In this paper, we will examine the bottleneck and success factors of data sharing, as well as the technological solutions that urgently require development for car data sharing.

The development of metal catalysts that can polymerize or copolymerize "polar" $Ch_2=CHX$ monomers by insertion mechanisms would significantly expand the scope of metal-catalyzed polymerization and enable the synthesis of new materials with enhanced properties. We have studied the reactions of single-site olefin polymerization catalysts with vinyl chloride, acrylonitrile, and vinyl ethers, in order to probe monomer coordination trends, insertion rates and regioselectivity, and the structures and reactivity of metal alkyls that contain functional groups on the alpha and beta positions of the alkyl chain. These studies provide insights to the key issues that underlie the "polar monomer" problem. Copolymerization of olefins and selected vinyl ethers has been achieved.
