As modular production becoming increasingly widespread in globalized manufacturing industries, sub modules or parts of the final product are being provided by many suppliers. Some part suppliers design their own products for themselves. In some cases, part suppliers provide the same type of product to multiple OEM companies. Because all part suppliers and OEM companies typically cannot use the same CAD system, engineering change in the CAD model of one company cannot be directly propagated to related CAD models of other companies. Even if two companies use the same CAD system, it may be difficult to share their CAD model owing to corporate security policy. In this paper, a neutral reference model that consists of a neutral skeleton model and an external reference data model is proposed as a new medium for the sharing and propagation of engineering change information among collaborating companies.

In this paper, the neutral reference model, which consists of the neutral skeleton model and the external reference model, is proposed to apply a global top-down modeling approach to collaborating companies.

Three-level neutral point clamping (NPC) converter has been widely applied in high power drive system. And in this paper, a novel method is proposed to realize this algorithm based on FPGA, And the system is consist of two parts, the DSP part and FPGA part, the DSP part includes the control algorithms and the FPGA part works to generate and putout 12 PWM pulses. And the system is tested and verified using both simulation and experimentation.

In this paper, we prove the existence of mild solutions for a first order impulsive neutral differential inclusion with state dependent delay. We assume that the state-dependent delay part generates an analytic resolvent operator and transforms it into an integral equation. By using a fixed point theorem for condensing multi-valued maps, a main existence theorem is established.

The optical characteristics of cresol red, phenol red, and neutral red immobilized in the thin film were investigated with absorbance measurement in order to find a sensing part of a fiber-optic pH sensor. Sol-Gel method with tetramethyl orthosilicate as a precursor was used to immobilize the pH indicators in the thin film. The absorbance spectra were measured when pH indicators were immobilized in the film and were dissolved in the buffer solution. Experimental results showed that the absorbance spectra could be changed when the pH indicator is immobilized in the thin film. As compared with other pH indicators, the neutral red exhibited similar absorbance spectra regardless of physical conditions and was sensitive over whole pH range between 4 and 11. In addition, the absorbance ratio of base peak to acid peak tended to increase in proportion to the increase in pH. Experimental results indicate that the neutral red is a good pH indicator for fabrication of a sensing part of the fiber-optic pH sensor.

In this paper, we establish the existence of solutions and the approximate controllability for the semilinear neutral differential control system under natural assumptions such as the local Lipschitz continuity of nonlinear term. First, we deal with the regularity of solutions of the neutral control system using fractional powers of operators. We also consider the approximate controllability for the semilinear neutral control equation, with a control part in place of a forcing term, using conditions for the range of the controller without the inequality condition as in previous results.

This paper presents one possible approach for liberalization of the radio spectrum based around spectrum usage rights (SURs) which are technology and usage neutral. This is challenging technically because of the complexity of defining rights which are flexible and technology-neutral while retaining sufficient safeguards against interference. The work presented here is part of an ongoing process of defining and testing SURs. Of com is currently considering SURs, though is not committed to implementing them at this stage, and will issue further discussion documents on this area in due course.

The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data necessary for the effective performance of administrative readjustment and demend and suppley medical care service by of analysing the extent of satisfaction of outpatient toward hospital. The subjects of this study are the 832 outpatients (398 male and 434 female) visit to 2 different university hospital in Seoul. The data were collected through self-administered techniques with a structured questionnaire from Oct.21 to Nov. 9, 1982. All the collected data were analyzed by means of percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results were as follows: 1. Those who are between :30 and 39 of age constitute the largest part of them as being 31.7 percent of the whole body. 40.0 percent of them graduated from the college and they take the lergest part of those who answered the questionnaire. 43.3 percent of the patients visit to the hospital by the reason for the reputation of a doctor and they take the largest part of the subjects. 2. The extent of satisfaction for hospital system. The mean extent of satisfaction for hospital system was revealed 2.50 scores, which is evaluated to neutral. The mean extent of satisfaction for waiting time of prescribed medicine presented 1.51 scores, the lowest among the component of hospital system, which is evaluated to high dissatisfaction. 3. The extent of satisfaction for the environment and facilities of hospital. The mean extent of satisfaction for the environment and facilities of hospital was revealed 3.08 scores, which is evaluated to moderate satisfaction. 4. The extent of satisfaction for doctor and other hospital employees. The mean extent of satisfaction for doctor and other hospital employees was revealed 3.05 scores which is evaluated to moderate satisfaction. The mean extent of satisfaction for doctor presented 3.39 scores, the highest among the components of doctor and other hospital employees. 5. The extent of satisfaction for charge of hospital. The mean extent of satisfaction for charge of hospital was revealed 2.74 scores, which is evaluated to neutral. 6. The extent of whole satisfaction for hospital. The mean extent of whole satisfaction for hospital was revealed 2.84 scores which is evaluated to neutral.

This paper discusses the effects of CD type superconducting cable operation in 22.9kV multi neutral grounded distribution system during L-G fault and counterplans to power system protection. In case of using the 3-phase CD-type superconducting cable, the inductance of superconducting cable system would be decreased due to the current of shield part of superconducting cable, which is opposite direction and nearly equal value with respect to main superconductor. However, when the shield circuit system is operated in shorted state, shield current decreases faulted ground current and give effects to power system protection scheme. This study examines the phenomena of single line to ground fault case in above mentioned system using the EMTDC program and discusses the right operation method of superconducting shield.
