이동통신망 진화와 함께 다기능 단말기를 기반으로 한 무선인터넷 서비스가 활성화되고 있다. 무선인터넷 서비스는 브라우저 기반의 정보서비스와 다운로드 플랫폼을 사용하는 이동멀티미디어 서비스가 제공되고 있다. 다기능 단말기보급이 확산됨에 따라 이를 기반으로 한 신규서비스 개발이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문은 무선인터넷 서비스에서 핵심서비스로 발전할 위치기반 서비스를 위한 모발일 맵 브라우저로, 개발된 맵 브라우저는 국내 무선인터넷 플랫폼인 WIPI를 사용하여 GIS 서버와 연동하여 지도정보를 제공한다. 또한 개발된 시스템은 위치정보 서비스 이외에 텔레메틱스를 위한 GIS 플랫폼으로 사용되고, 향후 WIPI 플랫폼 확산과 더불어 PDA, 텔레메틱스 단말기 등에서도 서비스가 가능할 것이다.

기존의 전력망 중심의 스마트그리드는 최근 들어 스마트에너지로 표현되는 열과 가스 등 신에너지 및 재생에너지 중심으로 빠르게 확산되고 있다. 스마트에너지는 전기에너지와 상호작용을 통해 AI를 활용한 에너지 분석을 기반으로 IoT센서 기반의 유무선 네트워크로 연결되어 다양한 에너지 사업자와 고객들과 생태계를 빠르게 확장시켜 나가고 있다. 그러나, IoT기반의 스마트에너지는 정부와 사업자의 이해관계에 따라 시장 활성화 노력에 비해 보안에 대한 기술적, 제도적 준비가 많이 부족한 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 스마트에너지의 개인정보 보호정책에 대해 융합ICT의 가치체계(CPND) 관점에서 제시해보고자 한다.

This study is to investigate the relationships between R&D collaboration and competitive advantage in Korean international venture firms from the perspective of resource-based theory, organizational learning and network theory. The R&D collaboration is divided into vertical cooperation within the value chain and horizontal cooperation beyond value chain. The first key finding from empirical analysis is that both vertical and horizontal R&D collaborations have significantly positive impacts on technology based competitive advantages. The vertical R&D collaboration has more impacts on competitive advantages than horizontal R&D collaboration. This suggests that R&D collaboration with purchasers and suppliers plays a greater role for venture organizations' competitiveness. Second, the potential knowledge based absorption capacity and mutual goodwill trust also work significantly to reinforce the positive influences of R&D collaboration to the competitive advantage. This implies that mutual trust between partners participating in collaboration and absorption capacity within venture organizations would strengthen the effectiveness of R&D cooperation. This study provides the practical implications that the performance and effectiveness of R&D collaboration may rely on the nature of cooperation partners and internal organization capability.

최근 유 무선 홈 네트워크를 위한 다양한 기술들이 개발되고 있는데, 이러한 기술들을 수용하여 댁내 유무선 정보가전기들을 인터넷을 통해서도 통합제어 가능한 효율적인 미들웨어를 필요로 한다. UPnP(Universal Plug and Play)는 기본적으로 표준 TCP/ 프로토콜에 근거하여 PnP(Pulg and Play)개념을 네트워킹에 확장한 것이다. 지능형 가전, 무선기기 및 모든 종류의 PC들을 연결하기 위한 파급력이 있는 P2P(Peer to Peer) 네트워크 연결 구조를 지닌다. UPnP는 TCP/IP를 기본으로 하여 댁내 정보가전들을 통합제어 하기 위한 홈 네트워크 미들웨어로 제시되어 상용화되고 있지만 그 한계가 내부 네트워크에 국한되고 기능의 한계와 다른 기기들을 제어하기가 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 홈 네트워크 가전 제어를 위해 UPnP를 확장하여 인터넷 게이트웨이를 통하여 인터넷망을 통하여 서로간의 모든 기능 및 컨트롤이 가능한 시스템을 구축을 연구한다.

네트워크 분석 기법을 활용한 연구가 다양한 학문 분야에서 수행되고 있다. 본 연구는 2003년부터 2021년까지 국내 학술지에 게재된 네트워크 분석 논문 총 2,187건을 대상으로 계량서지적 분석과 내용분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과는 살펴보면, 논문 생산에 있어서 교육학, 학제간연구, 컴퓨터학, 문헌정보학, 행정학, 경영학 등의 우위를 확인할 수 있다. 학술지 단위로 보면, 메가 학술지의 강세가 나타난다. 그러나 피인용 기반의 영향력을 살펴보면, 행정학, 문헌정보학, 교육학의 영향력을 뚜렷하게 확인할 수 있다. 저자 단위로 분석한 결과 역시 언론정보학, 행정학, 문헌정보학의 우위를 확인할 수 있다. 파악된 1,537명의 저자 중에서 극소수의 저자가 활발한 연구활동을 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 이를 통해 연구자 저변 확대의 필요성도 확인할 수 있다. 내용분석의 결과를 살펴보면, 논문을 데이터셋으로 하여 가중/비방향네트워크를 형성하는 것이 가장 일반적인 네트워크 형태로 나타났다. 노드는 단어, 링크는 동시출현으로 표현되는 것이 보편적이며, 분석을 위해서는 KrKwic, UCINET, NetMiner, NetDraw 의 활용이 가장 두드러졌다.

지식탐사 프로세스의 핵심적인 역할을 담당하는 데이터마이닝 단계에서는 여러 가지 목적에 따라 알고리즘을 선택하여 사용한다. 최근 통계, 비즈니스, 전자 상거래, 의학, 생물학 등의 분야에서 데이터마이닝 기술아 적극적으로 활용되고 있으며, 이를 위해 다양한 알고리즘들이 계속해서 연구.개발되고 있다. 그러나 시간이 지나면 이들 중 각 분야 별로 우수한 응용성을 보이는 알고리즘이나 방대한 양의 데이터를 다루는데 있어 좋은 성능을 보이는 몇몇 알고리즘만이 남게 될 것이며 또한 앞으로는 이러한 알고리즘들만을 선별하여 집중 연구할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 데이터마이닝에 널리 사용되고 활발한 연구가 진행중인 알고리즘들 중에서 연관규칙(association rule), 클러스터링(clustering), 신경망(neural network), 결정트리(decision tree), 유전자 알고리즘(genetic algorithm), 베이지안 네트워크(bayesian network), 메모리 기반 추론(memory-based reasoning)등 7가지 카테고리에 속하는 알고리즘들을 선정하여 분류.분석하였다. 우선 각 알고리즘의 계통과 특성들을 분석하였고 이를 토대로 비교.분석을 위한 14가지의 분류 기준을 제시하였다. 이러한 분류 기준에 근거하여 세부 알고리즘들을 분석해 보고 비교 가능한 일부 알고리즘은 여러 특징과 성능을 중심으로 각각 최상의 알고리즘을 도출해 보았다. 본 연구 결과는 데이터마이닝 분야의 흔재된 알고리즘들을 분류.분석함으로써 마이닝 기술 적용시 사용자에게 알고리즘 선택의 지표를 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

This paper looks at "network" aspects of research and development (R'||'&'||'D) with a special focus on small and medium (S'||'&'||'M) automotive part makers in Korea. It throws light on recent changes in the technological capability building mechanism of Korean automotive firms. The Korean automotive firms have mostly built up technological capability from scratch. It is widely acknowledged that they have benefited from two cooperative relations: namely (1) the close cooperative relationship with their own assemblers and (2) technical assistance from auto parts makers abroad. Too much emphasis on these two links can, however, keep us from understanding new developments. This paper argues that auto parts firms have diversified their networks for technological development. It is based on the analysis of the data drawn from the survey on technological development activities of small and medium sized firms, which was carried out by the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business. Many automotive firms have recently increased joint R'||'&'||'D links with university and/or research institution while their reliance on foreign sources have decreased.

Grid computing environment can be used to interconnect a wide variety of geographically distributed heterogeneous computing resources based on high-speed network. To make business service, it is necessary for Grid accounting system to measure the computational cost by consuming computer resources. To collect resource consumption data, and to keep track of process without needing to recompile kernel source, we use system call wrapping. By making use of this technique, we modifies system call table and replace existing system call to new system call that can monitor processes running in CPU kernel currently. Therefore we can measure user process resource usage for Grid accounting system.

전세계적으로 초고속 통신망 구축이 활성화됨에 따라 네트워크에서의 멀티미디어 서비스가 현실화되어 가고 있다. 인터넷의 보급과 함께 앞으로 네트워크 상에서의 비지니스가 일반화될 것이며 그래픽스 및 애니메이션을 이용한 텔레마케팅 시스템 개발이 활성화되리라고 본다. 멀티미디어 텔레마케팅 시스템 개발에 있어서 이러한 3차원 고급 이미지로 구성한 VR(Virtual Reality)을 응용하면 사용자에게 보다 첨단의 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 통신망에서의 멀티미디어 텔레마케팅을 위한 클라이언트/서버 시스템과 이를 기반으로 하여 각종 응용서비스를 개발하는데 이용할 사용자 인터페이스로서의 대화형 VR 저작도구의 구성에 대해 기술한다.

In the smart grid, it will be possible to communicate with the consumers for the purposes of monitoring and controlling their power consumption without disturbing their business or comfort. This will bring easier administration capabilities for the utilities. On the other hand, consumers will require more advanced home automation tools which can be implemented by using advanced sensor technologies. For instance, consumers may need to adapt their consumption according to the dynamically varying electricity prices which necessitates home automation tools. This paper tries to combine neural network and nonlinear autoregressive with exogenous variable (NARX) class for next week electric load forecasting. The suitability of the proposed approach is illustrated through an application to electric load consumption data. The suggested system provides a useful and suitable tool especially for the load forecasting.
