  • Because of the convenience of variable speed control and proportion of input current and torque, DC servo motor has been used as an actuator. With increasing development speed of robot and factory automation machinery, the actuator of excellent control characteristics is demanded. In this paper, The control characteristics of DC servo motor is tested by Fuzzy control with microprocessor and DC servo motor controller is designed for drive of the cartesian coordinate type robot. The control characteristics experimentation is realized to one axis position, two axes coordinate and circular motion control by experimental equipments.

  • 파일시스템과 I/O 워크로드에 따라 Solid State Drive (SSD)의 성능은 변하는 것이 일반적인 사실이지만 파일시스템과 SSD과의 상관 관계는 명확히 알려지지 않았다. 파일시스템과 SSD 간의 상관관계 그리고 성능을 이해하기 위해 SSD과 4개의 파일 시스템을 IOzone 벤치마크에서 다양한 I/O 크기와 direct I/O 모드에서 실험을 하였다. Nilfs2를 제외한 모든 파일 시스템의 성능이 일정하지 않은 것으로 보이고 2MB 이상의 파일 크기에서는 100MB/s 정도의 성능을 보이고 있다. 반면 Nilfs2의 경우는 레코드 크기, I/O 단위가 작을 경우 성능 역시 낮고 I/O의 크기가 커질 경우 그 성능이 같이 증가하고 있는 것을 볼 수가 있다.

  • The customers demand of a good vehicle agility consists of a quick reaction of the vehicle with the actuation of the throttle pedal on one hand and a high comfort level of vibration and noise within the vehicle on the other hand, which means the reduction of disturbing side effects. In order to achieve a satisfactory compromise it is necessary to gain a deeper understanding of the complex, high dynamic vibrations system "vehicle / drive train". For several years the ika has been carrying out such detailed vehicle investigations and test bench measurements in addition to comprehensive CAE analysis for various research projects in partnership with different vehicle manufacturers.

  • This paper focuses on improvement of the reliability for endurance test to serve military automobiles. The driving loads have been measured by use of the wireless telemetry system for the drive shaft of the 4-wheel drive car. In order to analyze the transmission input torque and engine revolution of loads of the test courses and unpaved road have been made use of the revolution counting and cumulative damage by miner's rule. This paper presents the evaluated result for quantified damage about the test courses and roads.

  • 본 논문에서는 Multi-level PDP 구동회로의 Sustain 스위치를 구동하기 위해 Boot-strap chain 방식의 Gate driver를 제안한다. 제안된 Gate driver는 한 개의 High-side N-MOSFETS를 구동하기 위해 별도의 Floating power supply 가 필요치 않고 한 쌍의 다이오드와 캐패시터만을 사용한다. 제안 Gate driver 회로를 적용함으로서, Multi-level PDP driver의 가격과 무게 및 부피를 줄일 수 있다.

  • On this paper, digitally controlled push-pull dc-dc converter and dc-ac inverter for induction motor control are presented, which is used one DSP(digital signal processor). This system has 12V battery input for the push-pull converter, and the push-pull converter generates 300V output for induction motor inverter input. In order to compensate the push-pull converter, the transfer function of push-pull converter is derived and digital PI compensator is adapted. Through bode diagram, stability of digital controlled push-pull converter is analyzed. To verify the proposed system, digital simulation of the induction motor drive using digital push-pull converter are performed.

  • On this paper, digitally controlled flyback dc-dc converter and dc-ac inverter for bldc motor control are presented, which is used one processor. This system has 12V battery input for the flyback-converter, and the flyback-converter generates 30V output for BLDC motor inverter input. In order to compensate the flyback-converter, the transfer function of flyback converter is derived and digital PI compensator is adapted. Through bode diagram, stability of digital flyback-converter is analyzed. To verify the proposed system, digital simulation of the bldc motor drive using digital flyback-converter are performed.

기진회로를 이용한 사이크로콘버터에 의한 유도전동식 구동 (Cycloconverters with Resonant Circuits for Induction Motor Drives)

  • This paper presents a cycloconverter with an LC resonant circuit for an induction motor drive. The cycloconverter can keep input displacement factor at 1.0 by independently controlling real and reactive power under any load conditions. Furthermore it can keep power factor at about 1.0 since input and output current waveforms are nearly sinusoidal. Since it uses high frequency resonant circuit for commutation source, it can produce an output voltage of hundreds of hertz. Since it is also possible to make a system of high capacity using the cycloconverter, it is appropriate to drive motors with high speed and high capacity as well as general purpose motors, In this paper, we describe the operating principles of the cycloconverter and power control algorithms, and analyze its waveforms and present its characteristics. Expermental results are shown for the volts/hertz control of the induction motor and the validity of the proposed model is verified.

  • As a menas of designing a robust servo system for electrical motor drive system, an iterative learning control method is proposed by employing the structure of the model algorithmic control. A sufficient condition for the convergency is shown, and via simulation for permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system, it is demonstrated 1hat the method yields a 'good performance even in the presence of the external load distrurbances.

고정 감속비트랙션 드라이브의 압부력 발생장치에 대한 연구 (Study on a loading mechanism for fixed ratio traction drives)

  • A novel loading mechanism of wedge roller type has been developed. This type traction drive has long system life and high efficiency by changing the pre-load on a contact point. And this loading mechanism does not need precision machining. So it has, as opposed to the conventional loading mechanism, an advantage in saving manufacturing cost. In this paper, by analyzing pre-load generating mechanism, spring pre-load and the roller size are defined and the stress on the contact point by pre-load is calculated. On the basis of this analysis, the model of wedge roller type traction drive for the test is made and was carried out its performance test. It can transmit input torque up to 1.5 N m, with high efficiency over 91% up to 98%, with slip rate under 2.5%.
