본 연구는 푸드 트럭 이용고객의 주관적 인식을 파악하고자 푸드 트럭 이용 경험이 있는 소비자를 대상으로 Q방법론을 적용하였다. 연구의 목적은 푸드 트럭 이용고객의 주관적 인식구조를 유형화 하며, 그 유형들간의 특성을 기술하고 분석하여 향후 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 유형분석 결과, 총 4가지로 도출되었다. 제 1유형(N=10) : 푸드 트럭 존 접근성 선호 형(Food truck zone accessibility preferred type), 제 2유형 (N=8) : 복합 엔터테인먼트 체험 형(Complex entertainment experience type), 제 3유형(N=9) : 메뉴 위생중점 이용 형(Menu hygiene center use type), 제 4유형(N=3) : 패스트푸드 선호 형(Fast food preference type)으로 각 각 독특한 특징의 유형으로 분석되었다. 향후 푸드 트럭 및 외식 관광 분야에 관한 연구에서는 많은 문헌과 실증연구를 바탕으로 보다 세밀한 Q방법론적인 질문과 분석기법으로 수정 보완하여, 응답자들의 다양한 의견을 보다 구체적이며 객관적으로 분석하고자 한다.

N type single crystal CdTe is grown by doping Gallium as 0.01 percent, by using zone melting method. And also p type CdTe is grown by doping Ag, Sb, and Te as 0.01%. Resistivity and Concentration of the n.p type single crystal are measured. And then Li ions are implanted on the n type CdTe by high voltage accellerator with different amount of impurity. Indium is evaporated on the p type in high vacuum condition. These sample are heated so as to make P-N Junction in Argon gas flow. Electrical properties for solar cell are investigated. Photovoltage and current are found to be varyed according to following factor: 1) amount of impurity 2) diffusion thickness 3) temperature and time for making P-N junction. Efficiency of the P-N Junction evaporated Indium is 6.5 when it is heated at 380.deg. C for 15 minutie.

알루미늄이 도핑된 p+후면 에미터 구조를 갖는 n-type 결정질 실리콘 태양전지를 제작하였다. 기판으로는 n-type Cz 실리콘 웨이퍼가 사용되었으며 크기, 두께 및 비저항은 각각 6"x 6", $200{\mu}m$, $3{\sim}5{\Omega}cm$이었다. 실험을 통하여 에너지 변환 효율 17.5%를 얻었다. 모든 공정은 p-type 실리콘 상용 태양전지 제작에 쓰이는 것과 동일하게 적용하였다. 또한 PC1D 시뮬레이션을 통하여 전면 전계의 두께 및 피크 농도, 기판의 소수 운송자 수명, 후면 에미터의 도핑 농도, 실리콘 기판의 두께를 변수로 하여 후면 에미터 구조의 n-type 실리콘 태양전지의 최적화 작업을 실시하였다.

For setting a general weight function on n dimensional complex space ℂⁿ, we expand the classical Fock space. We define Fock type space $F^{p,q}_{{\phi},t}({\mathbb{C}}^n)$ of entire functions with a mixed norm, where 0 < p, q < ∞ and t ∈ ℝ and prove that the mixed norm of an entire function is equivalent to the mixed norm of its radial derivative on $F^{p,q}_{{\phi},t}({\mathbb{C}}^n)$. As a result of this application, the space $F^{p,q}_{{\phi},t}({\mathbb{C}}^n)$ is especially characterized by a Lipschitz type condition.

Let ${\mathcal{L}}_2=(-{\Delta})^2+V^2$ be the $Schr{\ddot{o}}dinger$ type operator, where nonnegative potential V belongs to the reverse $H{\ddot{o}}lder$ class $RH_s$, s > n/2. In this paper, we consider the operator $T_{{\alpha},{\beta}}=V^{2{\alpha}}{\mathcal{L}}^{-{\beta}}_2$ and its conjugate $T^*_{{\alpha},{\beta}}$, where $0<{\alpha}{\leq}{\beta}{\leq}1$. We establish the $(L^p,\;L^q)$-boundedness of operator $T_{{\alpha},{\beta}}$ and $T^*_{{\alpha},{\beta}}$, respectively, we also show that $T_{{\alpha},{\beta}}$ is bounded from Hardy type space $H^1_{L_2}({\mathbb{R}}^n)$ into $L^{p_2}({\mathbb{R}}^n)$ and $T^*_{{\alpha},{\beta}}$ is bounded from $L^{p_1}({\mathbb{R}}^n)$ into BMO type space $BMO_{{\mathcal{L}}1}({\mathbb{R}}^n)$, where $p_1={\frac{n}{4({\beta}-{\alpha})}}$, $p_2={\frac{n}{n-4({\beta}-{\alpha})}}$.

We consider the Schrödinger type operator ��k = (-∆)k+Vk on ℝn(n ≥ 2k + 1), where k = 1, 2 and the nonnegative potential V belongs to the reverse Hölder class RHs with n/2 < s < n. In this paper, we establish the (Lp, Lq)-boundedness of the higher order Riesz transform T��,�� = V2��∇2��-��2 (0 ≤ �� ≤ 1/2 < �� ≤ 1, �� - �� ≥ 1/2) and its adjoint operator T∗��,�� respectively. We show that T��,�� is bounded from Hardy type space $H^1_{\mathcal{L}_2}({\mathbb{R}}_n)$ into Lp2 (ℝn) and T∗��,�� is bounded from ��p1 (ℝn) into BMO type space $BMO_{\mathcal{L}_1}$ (ℝn) when �� - �� > 1/2, where $p_1={\frac{n}{4({\beta}-{\alpha})-2}}$, $p_2={\frac{n}{n-4({\beta}-{\alpha})+2}}$. Moreover, we prove that T��,�� is bounded from $BMO_{\mathcal{L}_1}({\mathbb{R}}_n)$ to itself when �� - �� = 1/2.

We study finite type curve in $R^3$(-3) which lies in a cylinder $N^2$(c). Baikousis and Blair proved that a Legendre curve in $R^3$(-3) of constant curvature lies in cylinder $N^2$(c) and is a 1-type curve, conversely, a 1-type Legendre curve is of constant curvature. In this paper, we will prove that a 1-type curve lying in a cylinder $N^2$(c) has a constant curvature. Furthermore we will prove that a curve in $R^3$(-3) which lies in a cylinder $N^2$(c) is finite type if and only if the curve is 1-type.

We have prepared p-type ZnO:Al films in pure oxygen ambient on n-type Si (100) and homo buffer layers by RF magnetron sputtering system. Hall effect measurement shows that the film annealed at $600^{\circ}C$ possesses p-type conductivity and the film annealed $800^{\circ}C$ does not. PL spectra show different properties of p- and n-type ZnO film. The corresponding peaks of PL spectra of p- and n-type show at about same positions. The intensities of high photon energy of n-type film on buffer shows decreasing tendency.

The mechanical properties of Al, Ti, Fe, and Cu metals p-type Si, and n-type Si were investigated by using coincidence Doppler broadening (CDB) positron annihilation spectroscopy. The samples in this experiment were irradiated by using X-rays at generating powers for up to 9 kW. The data taken after the irradiation showed all the characteristic features predicted from defects with vacancies. The S parameter values of the metals were generally less than those of semiconductors such as p-type Si and n-type Si. The relationship between n-type Si and p-type Si were more affected when n-type Si rather than p-type Si was irradiated with X-rays.

We introduce a Nielsen type number of a fibre preserving map, and show that it is a lower bound for the number of $n$-orbits in the homotopy class. Under suitable conditions we show that it is equal to the Nielsen type relative essential $n$-orbit number. We also give necessary and sufficient conditions for it and the essential $n$-orbit number to coincide.
