본 논문에서는 비동기적 분산시스템에서 고장 추적 장치를 이용한 상호배제의 문제를 서술하고 이러한 문제를 해결하는 가장 약한 고장 추적 장치를 결정하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 $M^*$라고 정의한 modal failure detector star 고장 추적 장치를 정의하고 $M^*$를 이용해서 상호배제 문제는 비동기적 분산 시스템에서 해결 가능함을 보인다. $M^*$는 perfect failure detector P보다 확실히 약하며 eventually perfect failure detector ◇P보다는 강한 고장추적 장치이다. 본 논문에서는 어떤 환경 안에서 이러한 문제가 해결 가능함을 보인다.

본 연구는 방위산업체의 연구개발 투자활동이 경영성과에 대하여 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 실증적 분석을 수행하였다. 연구의 주요 분석 결과에 대해서 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 방위산업체의 성장성 증대를 위해서는 연구인력의 교육지원 기회 확대, 관련부서간의 긴밀한 협력이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 방위산업체의 생산성 증대를 위해서는 연구개발 투자비를 증대해야 하며, 셋째, 방위산업체의 수익성 증대를 위해서는 관련부서 간 협력강화가 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The alternative marketing can be defined a face to face regional marketing that commodities are traded based on mutual trust and understanding which have been accumulated through relationships formation and interaction between producers and consumers. Essences of an alternative marketing are formation, expansion and solidarity of relationships between producers and consumers, mutual trust and communication, and cooperation. Based on these, it makes it's principle to trade regionally and shorten food mileage and psycho-social distance. For example, there are local food direct stores, local food markets, farmer's markets, food package sales, CSA, local food school or public meal and so on. In alternative marketing, the relationship among them is especially considered very important in marketing process, not just a flow of commodities.

저전력 RFID 시스템은 무선 주파수를 이용하여 물리적인 접촉 없이 사물에 대한 정보를 읽거나 기록하는 자동인식 기술이다. 이 시스템은 무선 주파수와 RFID 태그 사용으로 불법적인 위변조, 도청, 추적, 프라이버시 침해 등은 불가피하다 따라서 본 논문에서는 태그와 데이터베이스간에 해시 체인을 이용하여 키를 생성하는데 이를 통해 공격자는 위의 공격을 수행할 수 없다. 또한 계산 량을 줄이기 위해 해시 함수를 이용하여 효율성을 높였다.

This paper presents several important status and strategic rotes for APEC Engineer Framework. Every technologies and engineering services are opened to the world and freely competed under WTO system after 1995. Most developed economics have been organized and coordinated each other within the common economic zone, such as EU, NAFTA for the mutual recognition agreement for professional engineers . Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Engineers ( APEC Engineers) has been organizing to proceed the mutual recognition agreement for professional engineers among the Asia and Pacific economic including Korea from 1996. Therefore, Korean government and civil organization, such as KPEA must monitor and investigate the activities and managements of APEC Engineers.

Recently Korea and China's logistics industry developed rapidly. Because two countries' industry have complementarity, there are broad basis and area for cooperation between China and Korea. This study compares and analyzes the logistics development trends and competitiveness of two countries, and suggests mutual win-win logistics cooperation between the two countries based on macro cooperation of government and micro cooperation of enterprises. This is important for the two countries to participate in the global supply chain system, promote regional cooperation in Northeast Asia, and enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of the logistics industry.

본 연구에서는 최근 금융 감독당국이 상호금융기관에 대한 다양한 규제조치를 취하는 과정에서 상호금융 예수금 증가가 대출금 연체율을 상승시키는 것으로 판단하고 금융 감독정책을 수립하고 시행하는 것에 대한 타당성을 실증적인 방법으로 검증하였다. 전국의 1,161개의 지역농협에 대해 전수조사를 통해 2005년부터 2011년까지 상호금융 예수금 증가율과 대출금 연체율과의 상관관계를 통합회귀모형에 의해 분석한 결과 결국 금융 감독당국에서 전제하고 있었던 양자 간의 양(+)의 상관관계는 증명되지 않았으며, 오히려 음(-)의 관계를 가지는 것으로 판명되었다. 이는 상호금융기관 중에서 농협이 가지고 있는 특성으로서 증가된 예수금의 운용 방안이 다양화되고 있다는 점과 예수금증가가 동시에 자금의 조달금리를 낮추는 효과를 가져와서 이는 다시 대출금리를 낮게 운용할 수 있는 여지를 제공하게 되어 전반적으로 대출에 대해 긍정적인 영향을 미치기 때문이라고 할 수 있다. 금융 감독당국은 이러한 농협의 자금운용 상의 특수성과 예수금 증가율과 연체율과의 구체적인 상관관계를 잘 이해하고 정책방향을 재정립해야 할 것이다.

Background : Mutual understanding between North and South Korea is essential for the engagement of Inter-Korean exchange and cooperation. However, the two Koreas have been divided for 70 years where Korean evolved differently within the two countries. This created a gap in the most basic foundation for mutual understanding, language. Fostering exchange and cooperation in the traditional medicine field requires a higher understanding of the specialized traditional medicine terminologies. Objectives : The purpose of this study is to formulate a future management plan for the "Comparative Terminology of Korean Medicine in South and North Korea," providing a foundation for standardizing Korean medicine terminology of the two Koreas. Methods : The study collected case studies of Korean medicine terminology management and standardization from government and international organization websites and documents. It provided future terminology management strategies based on this data. Results : The project for the standardization of Korean medicine terminology between North and South Korea can be divided into 4 stages according to the level of exchange and cooperation. The first step is to "establish a foundation for terminology standardization." The second step is "term comparison." If the exchanges and cooperation between North and South Korea, the third step will be to promote the "terminology standardization" project through Inter-Korean dialogue. Finally, after incorporating discussion on terminology standardization, the Inter-Korean Medicine Terminology can be published. Conclusions : This requires a system to support and facilitate Inter-Korean medicine exchange and cooperation. It is important to provide a support system that can provide results in a timely fashion by training relevant experts, collecting data and information, communicating with experts in the industry, academia and research institutes. This system will be able to ensure the continuity of the terminology standardization project.

본 논문에서는 다양한 재난안전 위협요소를 단위 산업체 시설물뿐만 아니라 지역 및 국가 단위에서 실시간으로 감지 예측하고 예방 대응하는 시스템에 대하여 알아본다. 예방 대비 대응 복구로 이뤄지는 재난관리의 전 단계를 체계적 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 정보통신기술을 기반으로한 융복합 구현에 대하여 분석하였다. 또한 조기예측을 통한 선제적 예방과 대비 즉각적인 재난 정보 전달로 피해규모의 축소와 첨단 기술을 통해 재난현장에서의 인간한계 극복에 대하여 분석하였으며 스마트 재난안전관리의 전략으로 선제적 위험관리 및 예방 신속하고 효율적 현장 대응 및 복구와 민관 상호협력 및 효율적 연계협력의 사회안전 스마트 재난안전관리 시스템을 제시하였다.

농산업을 포함한 식품산업은 미얀마에서 가장 큰 산업분야로서 미얀마 정부와 산업계는 비록 투자와 생산, 기술수준의 제약사항에도 불구하고, 식품제조업을 발전시키고자 하는 의지가 강하다. 특히 미얀마 정부는 농산물 기반의 식품산업이 국가 경제성장의 필수요소임을 인식하고, 산업발전을 위해 다양한 정책적 노력을 추진 중이다. 이에 미얀마 식품산업의 전반적인 현황을 살펴보고, 공적개발원조(ODA)로서 식품가공산업 분야의 TASK(Technology Advice and Solutions from Korea) 사업에 대해 사업추진 배경, 목표 및 전략, 주요내용, 추진체계, 기대효과 등을 상세하게 소개하는 동시에, 사업 수행을 통해 식품산업 분야의 한-미얀마 상호협력 강화 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
