본 논문에서는 가시적 워터마크의 삽입으로 저작권 소유자를 명시하고 비가시적 워터마크의 삽입으로 저작권 보호를 할 수 있는 방식을 제안한다. 제안 방식은 저작권의 명시와 보호를 하기 위해 하나의 원본 영상에 두 가지 워터마크를 동시에 삽입한다. 가시적 워터마크의 삽입은 투명도를 높여 원본 영상을 알아보기 쉽게 하였으며, 비가시적 워터마크는 공간영역에 삽입하였다.

현존하는 국내외 인터넷 경매시스템은 경매하고자하는 상품을 게시하고 그 상품에 대해 경매 입찰자들이 입찰(bid)을 제시함으로 해서 최종적으로 경매 시간 내에 가장 높은 입찰가를 제시하는 경매 입찰자에게 거래가 낙찰되는 형식이 사용되고 있다. 하지만 인터페이스 부분에 있어서 사용자의 편의성을 고려하지 않을 뿐만 아니라 경매 참여자에게 지속적인 입찰제시와 확인 등의 여러 가지의 사용자 행위를 요구하므로 전자상거래의 고객 편의를 위한 One-step processing을 만족시키지 못하고 있으며 사용자의 행위를 대신하여주는 에이전트를 이용한 자동 처리 부분은 거의 고려하지 않은 시스템이므로 사용자의 편의성 면에서 단점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 자동적으로 사용자를 위해 입찰 행위를 대신하여 주는 사용자 입찰 가격 전략 알고리즘을 제안하여 기존에 사용되었던 일반적인 경매 시스템의 단점을 보완하여 효율적인 입찰 가격 정책을 이용하며 또한, 모든 일련의 경매에 대한 사용자 행위를 MIME(Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions) 프로토콜을 이용한 메일 양식에 응답만으로 모든 경매 서비스를 받을 수 있는 인터넷 경매 시\ulcorner템을 설계 및 구현하고자 한다.

The stability of the properties of magnetite particles in novel medicinal magnetic ointments of multipurpose application was examined by Mossbauer spectroscopy. Comparative analysis of the results obtained by model fitting of $\^$57/Fe nuclei spectra with those known for the system Fe$_3$O$_4$-${\gamma}$-Fe$_2$O$_3$ allowed to identify the phase composition of the particles. This composition, as well as that of the initial pure component in the form of a highly dispersed fraction (∼ 100${\AA}$), differs noticeably from the stoichiometric one. Despite their small sizes, the particles exhibit no superparamagnetism ( in the temperature range from 95 to 300k ). Radiative sterilization of the ointments has no effect on the magnetic component composition.

The aim of this study was to detect landslide using satellite image and apply the landslide to probabilistic landslide-susceptibility mapping at Gangneung area, Korea using a Geographic Information System (GIS). Landslide locations were identified by change detection technique of KOMSAT-1 (Korea Multipurpose Satellite) EOC (Electro Optical Camera) images and checked in field. For landslide-susceptibility mapping, maps of the topography, geology, soil, forest, lineaments, and land cover were constructed from the spatial data sets. Then, the sixteen factors that influence landslide occurrence were extracted from the database. Using the factors and detected landslide, the relationships were calculated using frequency ratio, one of the probabilistic model. Then, landslide-susceptibility map was drawn using the frequency ration and finally, the map was verified by comparing with existing landslide locations. As the verification result, the prediction accuracy showed 86.76%. The landslide-susceptibility map can be used to reduce hazards associated with landslides and to land cover planning.

최근 기상이변 등에 따라 빈번히 발생하는 이상홍수에 대비하여 댐의 안정성 확보를 위한 댐설계기준이 강화되었고, 이에 따라 가능최대홍수량(PMF) 유입시 댐의 항구적인 안전성 확보를 위하여 치수능력 증대사업이 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 안동댐의 치수능력 증대사업의 일환으로 계획된 비상여수로에 대하여 2차원, 3차원 수치모형실험을 통해 비상여수로의 수리학적 안정성과 기능성을 검토하였다. 최적의 설계안을 결정하는데 필요한 자료를 제공하기 위하여 접근수로의 유황, 월류위어의 방류능력, 급경사수로 및 감세공의 유황을 검토하였다. 특히, 월류위어의 교각형상에 따른 수면형상, 조절부의 제원에 따른 방류량 검토, 조절부의 평면형상에 따른 유황, 급경사수로의 종단경사에 따른 유황, 저유량 방류시 플립버킷부에서의 사출궤적 등에 대한 검토 등을 수행하였다. 본 연구결과, 수치모형실험은 설계자에게 실용적인 해석도구로 사용될 수 있음을 보일 수 있었다.

In this paper, we have studied for development of unmanned remote supervisory system using mobile communication network, not wire network, not to be affected by space or distance. The unmanned remote supervisory system consists of data processing unit main part and measuring systems (modules part)-temperature measuring module, humidity measuring module and human body sensing module. The data processing unit to collect and process informations of each measuring module has the functions of data communication between a mobile cellular telephone and measuring systems. Each measuring module has supervisory and warning functions for a target of supervision. And then we have designed each system and evaluated accuracy and reliability of the combined total system.

원자로 압력용기의 수명 및 건전성을 결정짓는 중성자 조사취화현상에 대해 손상과정, 기구, 영 향인자, 예측 및 평가방법을 소개하였다. 용기재료의 현상, 특성과 설계, 제조, 운전시의 건전성 확보를 위한 활동 및 방법도 함께 살펴보았다. 설계시는 물론 수명기간 동안 건전성을 유지하 면서 운전하고 나아가 수명연장 운전을 위해서는 용기의 상태(파괴인성치, 결함, 작용응력)를 정확히 진단, 예측, 평가해야 하고, 이들이 건전성에 미치는 영향평가와 건전성 평가방법을 통한 수명예측 기술의 확보가 매우 중요하다. 특히, 고리 1호기가 가동된지 15년이 되어 계속적인 감 시가 요구되고 수명연장 타당성 연구를 추진중에 있으며, 영광 3, 4호기를 시작으로 앞으로 건 설되는 원자로가 국내에서 제작 . 설치되고, 설계 및 소재의 국산화율을 높이고자 하는 우리나 라에서는 더욱 그러하다. 미소시험법 및 시편재활용 기술개발을 통한 시험자료의 확충과 국내 원자로에 대한 데이터베이스 구축 및 각 발전소 특유의 경향곡선 확립 . 적용이 필요하며, 조사 손상 기구 및 모델링 관련연구가 계속되어야 한다. 조사효과에 대한 기초 및 응용연구는 1994년 한국원자력연구소의 다목적연구용원자로(MRR ; multipurpose research reactor) 가동과 더불어 더욱 활발해질 것이다.

Offices and other multipurpose buildings commonly have suspended ceilings installed over room dividing wall. But Korean Standards don't include any code on test methods and test facility of the suspended ceiling system. Therefore, test methods and test facility from ISO and ASTM have been used for evaluating sound performance in domestic so far. In this study, Korean Standards draft on test methods and test facility of suspended ceiling system and materials is proposed on the basis of ISO and ASTM.

This study aims at the determination of the coefficienties of runoff and infiltration affecting runoff. The rating curve is more available than the peak flood runoff to determine flood control plan of flood control reservoir and the volume of hydroelectric power plant, or to make multipurpose dam. In hydrologic analysis and design, it is necessary to develop relations between precipitation and runoff, possible using some of the factors affecting runoff as parameters. In order to calculate the runoff discharge, the runoff process constituting elements are divided to the surface runoff, the subsurface runoff and the groundwater runoff. By comparing the computed hydrograph with the measured hydrograph, determinned the watershed TANK Model constant Varying the tank model constant for approximating the computed hydrograph to the measured hydrograph.

The seismic qualification for the class 1E battery of Korea Multipurpose Research Reactor was accomplished by the analysis as well as testing. The full rack consists of 4 similar sections of typical frame structure and contains 60 cells. However, since the seismic qualification was required on the frame structure and only on 3 aged ones among 60 dells, 2 sections of the full rack were assembled as a test rack with 28 cells including the 3 aged cells for an economic test. Seismic analysis for the full rack was carried out using the finite element program ANSYS. The modal parameters identified from the resonance search thest on the test rack were used to the seismic analysis of the full rack. It was confirmed that the test rack could represent the full rack with regards to seismic responses and function of cells, and that the full rack and aged cells were qualified to the given seismic test requirements.
