남해 대륙붕 도미분지 탄성파자료의 층서해석을 고려한 전산처리 (Seismic Data Processing Suited for Stratigraphic Interpretation in the Domi Basin, South Sea, Korea)

  • 남해 대륙붕 도미분지는 제주분지의 북동단에 위치하는 지역으로 동해의 울릉분지와 인접해 있으며 그 발달시기에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 수행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도미퇴적분지의 해석에 적합한 탄생파자료 전산처리 모듈을 시험하고 매개변수를 도출하였다. 도미분지 천부 퇴적층인 제3기 층의 경우 반사파 신호의 연속성 향상과 페그레그(peg-leg) 다중반사파 억제가 요구되었고 이를 위하여 중합 층서속도분석(Horizon Velocity Analysis, HVA)과 표면-연관 파동방정식 다중반사파 제거(Surface Relative Wave Equation Multiple Rejection, SRWEMR)모듈을 조합하여 중합단면의 품질을 제고하였따. 연구결과 제작된 도미분지 탄성파 중합단면에서 퇴적층서가 구분되는 부정합면이 인지되었다. 분지의 발달양상 규명에 적절한 중합단면이 도출되었고 다중반사파의 억제로 백악기 기반암의 해석에 도움이 되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 검증된 전산처리과정은 도미분지와 인근 소라분지, 북소라분지의 탄성파 자료 전산처리 품질의 규격화 및 처리속도 향상에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

  • The standard prestressed concrete I-girder bridge (PSC I-girder bridge) is one of the most prevalent types for small and medium bridges in Korea. When determining the member forces in a section to assess the safety of girder in this type of bridge, the general practice is to use the simplified practical equations or the live load distribution factors proposed in design standards rather than the precise analysis through the finite element method or so. Meanwhile, the live load distribution factors currently used in Korean design practice are just a reflection of overseas research results or design standards without alterations. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an equation of the live load distribution factors fit for the design conditions of Korea, considering the standardized section of standard PSC I-girder bridges and the design strength of concrete. In this study, to develop an equation of the live load distribution factors, a parametric analysis and sensitivity analysis were carried out on the parameters such as width of bridge, span length, girder spacing, width of traffic lane, etc. Then, an equation of live load distribution factors was developed through the multiple linear regression analysis on the results of parametric analysis. When the actual practice engineers design a bridge with the equation of live load distribution factors developed here, they will determine the design of member forces ensuring the appropriate safety rate more easily. Moreover, in the preliminary design, this model is expected to save much time for the repetitive design to improve the structural efficiency of PSC I-girder bridges.

가스 하이드레이트 부존층의 구조 파악을 위한 탄성파 전산처리 및 AVO 분석 (Seismic Pre-processing and AVO analysis for understanding the gas-hydrate structure)

  • Multichannel seismic data acquired in Ulleung Basin of East Sea for gas hydrate exploration. The seismic sections of this area show strong BSR(bottom simulating reflections) associated with methane hydrate occurrence in deep marine sediments. Very limited information is available from deep sea drilling as the risk of heating and destabilizing the initial hydrate conditions during the processing of drilling is considerably high. Not so many advanced status of gas hydrate exploration in Korea, the most of information of gas hydrate characteristics and properties are inferred from seismic reflection data. In this study, The AVO analysis using the long offset seismic data acquired in Ulleung Basin used to explain the characteristics and structure of gas hydrate. It is used primarily P-wave velocity accessible from seismic data. To make a good quality of AVO analysis input data, seismic preprocessing including 'true gain correction', 'source signature deconvolution', twice velocity analysis and some kinds of multiple rejection and enhancing the signal to noise ratio processes is carried out very carefully. The results of AVO analysis, the eight kinds of AVO attributes are estimated basically and some others of AVO attributes are evaluated for interpretation of AVO analysis additionally. The impedance variation at the boundary of gas hydrate and free gas is estimated for investing the BSR characteristics and properties. The complex analysis is performed also to verifying the amplitude variation and phase shift occurrence at BSR. Type III AVO anomaly appearance at saturated free gas area is detected on BSR. It can be an important evidence of gas hydrate deposition upper the BSR.

폭 변화에 따른 잠제의 파랑 차단 성능 (Wave Screening Performance of the Submerged Breakwater With Various Crown Widths)

  • 본 연구에서는 폭이 좁은 1열 및 다열 잠제 대한 파랑 차단 성능을 폭이 넓은 1열 및 2열 잠제의 파랑 차단 성능과 비교$.$연구하였다. 파동장은 선형포텐셜 이론으로 모형화 하였으며 유한요소법을 적용하여 수치해석 하였다. 수치해석 결과, 1열 잠제에서는 폭이 좁은 잠제가 폭이 넓은 잠제보다 파랑 차단 성능이 다소 떨어지나 어느 정도 효과적인 파랑 차단 성능을 보여주고 있으며, 폭이 좁은 잠제를 2열 또는 3열로 배치하였을 때에는 폭이 넓은 1열 또는 2열 잠제보다 훨씬 뛰어난 파랑 차단 성능을 보이고 있다.

HPLC SEPARATION AND QUANTITATIVE DETERMINATION OF GINSENOSIDES FROM PANAX GINSENG, PANAX QUINQUEFOLIUM AND FROM GINSENG DRUG PREPARATIONS

  • A new HPLC-method for separation and quantitative determination of ginsenosides in Panax ginseng, Panax quinquefolium and in pharmaceutical drug preparations is elaborated. A reversed-phase-system with ${\mu}Bondapak\;C_{18}$ column (3.9 mm $I.D.{\times}30\;cm$) using acetonitrile-water (30:70) 2 ml/min and acetonitrile-water (18:82) 4 ml/min is suitable for the base-line separation of $Rb_1,\;Rb_2,\;Rc,\;Rd,\;Rf,\;Rg_2,\;respectively\;Re,\;Rg_1$ in 30 minutes. The ginsenosides are directly detected at 203 nm (without derivatization) with the LC-55 or LC-75 spectrophotometer (Perkin-Elmer) at $100\%$ transmission. Detection limit is 300 ng at a signal-to-noise ratio of 10:1. The ginsenosides-peak identification is carried out with HPTLC (high performance thin layer chromatography), with MIR-IR (multiple internal reflection-IR-spectros-copy) and with FD-MS (field desorption mass spectrometry). The calibration curve of each ginsenoside has a correlation coefficient very near to 1. Relative standard deviation for quantitative determinations depends upon the amount of ginsenosides and is approximately 1\%$ for ginsenoside contents of 1\%$. This method is adaptable for routine analysis in quality control laboratories.

Managing Employee Work Stress using Health Psychology

  • Purpose - Work stress environment is expanding alongside the speed of worldwide change and psychological well-being concerns are coming about because pressure over-burden can bring about lost workdays, lower representative usefulness, and high occupation turnover rates. For this reason, this study investigates to provide how practitioners can manage employee work stress using health psychology based on prior studies. Research design, Data, and methodology - Qualitative textual research involves collecting and analyzing various non-numeric data to establish different concepts or opinions in prior literature. That means that the present researcher carried out qualitative research in multiple ways, investigating many kinds of previous textual data, such as prior published peer-reviewed resources and case studies analysis. Result - The results revealed that directed symbolism has been displayed to improve prosperity and tranquility among employees with an assortment of persistent infections. Like diaphragmatic breathing, reflection practices consolidate zeroing in on a particular article or sensation (like breathing) while at the same time separating from other distracters and controlling inward encounters (for example, feelings, musings) through non-critical acknowledgment. Conclusion - This research proposes that intellectual rebuilding or figuring out how to perceive maladaptive musings and change them to reflect more versatile; judicious idea examples can fundamentally further develop temperament, diminish pressure, and reduction negative feelings for employees.

  • 본 논문에서는 IPO 방법을 사용하여 Ka-band Von Karman 레이돔을 해석한다. Ka-band에서 레이돔같은 큰 물체를 해석하기 위해서는 보통의 수치 방법을 사용하기 힘들다. 그리고 PO(Physical Optics) 방법은 다중 반사(multiple reflection)를 고려할 수 없어 레이돔 해석에서 중요한 파라미터인 부엽(sidelobe level) 해석의 정확도에 한계를 갖는다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 Nystrom 기반 PO 방법을 사용하는 IPO 방법을 사용하여 Ka-band 레이돔 해석 방법을 제안하고, 정확도 검증을 위해 Ku-band 실험 데이터와 IPO 결과를 비교한다. 또 Ka-band 시뮬레이션을 통해 높은 주파수에도 제안된 IPO 방법이 사용할 수 있음을 수치적으로 보인다.

간호대학생의 자기주장이 간호사와 의사의 협업에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of Assertiveness on Attitudes toward Nurse-Physician Collaboration in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the factors affecting nursing students' attitudes toward nurse-physician collaboration. Methods: The subjects were 200 nursing students from a college in K city, and the participants were recruited by posting a recruitment announcement. Data were collected from June 26 to 29, 2018 and analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Sheff? test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: Attitudes toward nurse-physician collaboration showed a statistically significant difference according to grade, the reflection of opinion within the family, and the number of the counselor in general characteristics. Assertiveness and attitudes toward nurse-physician collaboration showed weak positive correlation (r=.18, p=.011). In hierarchical multiple regression analysis, the most affecting factor was junior grade (${\beta}=.25$), followed by positive assertiveness (${\beta}=.18$) and the number of the counselor (${\beta}=.14$). These variables explained 12.0% of the total variance in attitudes towards nurse-physician collaboration. Conclusion: To create positive attitudes toward collaboration between nurses and physicians in nursing students, various educational programs related to assertiveness on communication skills need to be provided from the lower grades. Also, a multidisciplinary simulation program should be developed and applied to be able to experience the situation of nurses and physicians.

  • A methodology is proposed to estimate a trajectory of a flying target and its velocity using the time and frequency analysis of the acoustic signal. The measurement of sound emitted from a flying acoustic source with a microphone above a ground shall receive both direct and ground-reflected sound waves. For certain frequency contents, the destructive interference happens in received signal waveform reflected path lengths are in multiple integers of direct path length. This phenomenon is referred to as the acoustical mirror effect and it can be observed in a spectrogram plot. The spectrogram of acoustic measurement for a flying vehicle measurement shows several orders of destructive interference curves. The first or second order of curve is used to find the best approximate path by using nonlinear least-square method. Simulated acoustic signal is generated for the condition of known geometric of a sensor and a source in flight. The estimation based on cepstrogram analysis provides more accurate estimate than spectrogram.

기체 열화학 모델이 연소 비행하는 초음속 로켓 유동장에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Gas Thermochemical Model on the Flowfield of Supersonic Rocket in Propulsive Flight)

  • 케로신/액체산소 추진기관을 갖는 KSR-III 로켓의 플룸 유동장에 대하여 로켓 동체/플룸 유동장에 대한 통합적인 해석을 수행하였다. 기체 열-화학 모델이 유동장에 미치는 영향을 평가하여 로켓 유동장을 해석하는 목적에 가장 적합한 기체 모델을 제시하기 위하여 열량적 완전기체, 다윈 화학종 반응기체, 그리고 화학적 동결기체의 세 가지 기체 모델을 사용하여 유동장을 해석하고 그 차이를 검토하였다. 반응유동 해석 결과는 노즐 내부에서의 화학반응에 의한 연소가스의 온도 증가로 인해 다른 기체 열화학 모델에 비해 전체적으로 더 높은 온도 분포를 나타내었다. 플룸에서의 모든 화학반응은 전단류와 배럴 충격파 반사지점 후방의 고온 영역에 국한되어 일어났으며, 본 해석의 경우 플룸 내에서의 유한속도 화학반응이 유동에 미치는 영향은 미약한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 본 연구에서 이루어진 유한속도 화학반응을 고려한 플룸 해석을 통하여 플룸에서의 주된 화학반응 및 반응 메커니즘을 확인할 수 있었다.
