본 논문은 사용자 및 동적환경의 변화를 파악하고 분석된 정보를 바탕으로 최적화된 경로를 제공하기 위한 시스템을 멀티에이전트를 이용하여 해결하고자 하였다. 멀티에이전트를 통해 설정된 목표를 찾아가는 먹이추적 문제에 적용하였고 현실 세계와 흡사한 무한 공간 환경에서 알고리즘의 성능을 실험하였다. 적용된 환경의 모델은 순환구조(circular)형 격자 공간이라는 새로운 실험 공간으로 방향 벡터 함수 알고리즘을 통해 새롭게 멀티에이전트의 목표를 획득하기 위한 해법이다. 기존의 연구와 비교하여 먹이의 효율적 포획, 에이전트간의 충돌문제 해결에 대한 새로운 해법을 제시할 수 있었다.

Program management is a concept to deal with huge and complex business activities from social, economical, cultural and environmental points of view and increase their value for client and society. The aim of this study is to establish a framework of program management process and develop a supporting system for program management. In this paper we propose a framework and a proto type supporting system based on case studies and report the result of application to an urban redevelopment using partially implemented software.

Public policies in regard to developing reading culture programs and the contents, and in running public libraries have been used to overcome existing social issues such as regional self-centeredness and cultural lagging. It means that public libraries are playing an important role to encourage communications within local communities. The purpose of this research is therefore to analyze the concept of local community, and develop reading culture and contents to reinforce the concept. This research also targeted to analyze the required contents in reading culture. Through the case study of "G" city, the research analyzed their citizenship and sense of local community and the requests. As a result, the requited subjects were for economics, unemployment, poverty, aging, and housing order. For the subjects of environment were environment pollution and energy order. For the subjects of human rights, disabilities, and multi-cultural were requested. For the subject of education, school violence, tutoring, and truly teaching were requested. Based on the requirements, 221 items of reading lists, DVD clips, and abstracts are developed as well as 4 programs of reading culture.

This study aims to examine heterogeneous acculturation patterns of elite North Korean female defectors in South Korea. The study employed a synthetic comparative analysis. A series of in-depth interviews with 5 North Korean female defectors in South Korea were conducted. In addition, the research team implemented 20 open-ended surveys with other defectors. Through this study, we have found various types of cultural adaptation in the group of the elite North Korean women in South Korea. The study findings imply that it is imperative to establish national policies that support different types of North Korean defectors. Putting all North Koreans into one category might result in alienation and discrimination to some groups. Thus how the participants reframed their social identify in South Korea illuminates essential facets of human-right education, especially education for refugees and immigrants in different global and multi-cultural contexts.

In this paper, we divided domestic and foreign digital cultural activation policies into four types. We also described projects of each policy and analyzed the limitations of the policy. Finally, we suggested solutions to overcome these limitations. Changes in daily life caused by the recent development of 5G network technology, augmented reality, and virtual reality technology have brought many changes in the way of preservation and utilization of cultural heritage. In particular, digital technology is used for digitization of cultural heritage, storing, and managing digital data, digitally restoring cultural heritage, and enabling time, space, multi-sensory experiences. For this purpose, new policies was required to utilize this. This study divides domestic and international digital heritage policies into digital infrastructure construction, sharing and communication platform construction, public relations, and demonstration contents production support policies. This study is meaningful in classifying the fields of digital heritage policy and introducing digital heritage policy trends. It is also meaningful to suggest ways to improve digital heritage policies through analysis of domestic and foreign cases.

The purpose of this research is to identify if psychological temptation, site quality and sense of community influence user's flow and addiction and if causalities among flow, addiction, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty are different between Korean and Japanese online games. To perform our research, we use MCSF(Multi-group Confirmatory Factor Analysis) and MSEM(Multi-group Structural Equation Model). The empirical results of SEM(Structural Equation Model) including high-order factor analysis indicate that all of paths in our model are the same for both countries. Therefore, site quality and sense of community have impacts on the flow, while on the other hand, psychological temptation has impacts on the addiction. Customer satisfaction and loyalty are positively related not with the addiction but with the flow. In addition, customer loyalty is significantly influenced by the flow and the customer satisfaction. In Conclusion, the empirical results of MSEM(Multi-group Structural Equation Model) indicate sense of community to flow, flow to loyalty and customer satisfaction to loyalty are different between Korea and Japan. This indicates that companies to penetrate into Japa online game industry should have a concern with Japanese Social and Cultural features and to develop strategies which correspond with Japanese culture.

Since 9/11 attack, internet has become a major space for terrorist activities and also emerged as the most important spot of lone wolf terrorists for acquiring tools and radicalization. The accident of student Kim's defection to IS (Islamic state) in January 2015 told us that Korea is not any more "terrorism clearance area" and leaded us to look closely into the possibility of lone wolf terrorist. In this paper, I developed a "lone wolf cyber evolution model" using various materials collected by preceding papers and interviewing investigators and terrorism experts in Korea. I analyze Kim's radicalization process using this model. And I picked and closely looked over some facilitating factors of lone wolf such as multi-cultural socialization, increase of international migrants, expansion alienation hierarchy and ideological conflicts deepening and predicted the possibility of lone wolf. Finally, this paper presents some effective policy measurements against lone wolf terrorism in Korea.

'One Book, One City' reading campaign is one of the major reading campaigns, successfully conducted by public libraries in this century. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the significance of 'One Book, One City' reading campaign, as an innovative, continuing, and collective reading campaign by analyzing its growth and diffusion during the past six years. Also, analyzed are the themes. genres, and publication dates of the books and the characteristics of authors selected for 'One Book' in order to understand the cultural, social, and community-wide trend and objectives of 'One Book, One City' reading campaigns. An analysis of lists of 'One Book, One City' Reading Promotions Projects' available from the website of the Library of Congress, the Center for the Books, and bibliographic records of ninety books from LC OPAC, shows the preference for books recently published, significance of biographies and biographical fictions, and focus on the themes which help people better understand a multi-cultural and multi-racial society.

Recently multicultural female population is increasing of our country as international marriages increase. With oral care programs, conducting follow-up surveys on multicultural women's oral health condition to figure out the condition and examining improvements and related factors, it tried to contribute to building oral care programs for the future of multicultural families. The study participants were recruited from multi-cultural family center in a metropolis, they were treated their oral conditions at local dental clinics during a year. All participants were 608 people, and among them, one year follow-up sample was 40 women. An interview questionnaire was used to collect information on socioeconomic level and general characteristics related to oral status, through oral examination were conducted to obtain dental caries experience and periodontal conditions. The statistical analysis was done by using the SPSS 20.0 program. Comparing the results between before and after oral health program for an year, DMFS, DS, FS, DT, FT and CPI were significantly decreased during a year. The present study increases interest about multicultural women and family and we look forward to using it as basic data for oral health promotion.

Multicultural education is not about learning about a specific ethnic group, but rather developing the ability to cross the border of one's own culture and have conversations with people of other cultures. I think the purpose is to promote empathy and consideration. This study emphasizes the importance of developing multi-dimensional educational programs for all members of society for multicultural social integration, and it is necessary to lead personal, social and civic action movements to create a fair society through media-based multicultural literacy education. said that In order to achieve harmony and integration in a multicultural society, it is the most important to acknowledge cultural diversity and to discard cultural prejudices and inequalities for symbiosis between the mainstream culture and the minority culture. In particular, the United States and Germany, which have successfully led multicultural social integration, are comprehensive in all areas, including interculturalism based on peaceful coexistence and respect, labor market issues, vocational education issues, housing and health issues, and communication issues through media literacy. He led a multicultural national integration system with approaches and methods. Therefore, our multicultural education policy should also pursue a new paradigm that presupposes a change in the public's awareness of a multicultural society.
