이동카메라 환경에서 이동물체분할에 관한 연구 (An Moving Object Segmentation for Moving Camera)

  • 본 논문에서는 이동 카메라 환경에서 이동물체 추적을 위한 영상 분할에 대하여 연구하였다. 입력영상으로 부터 이동물체영역을 분할하기위하여 입력영상에 대하여 윤곽선을 구한 다음 윤곽선 영역에 대하여 BMA을 이용하여 이동벡터를 구한다. 구해진 이동벡터를 같은 특성의 벡터들을 분류하여 이동물체를 분할한다. 제안된 알고리즘이 다중 이동물체의 분할이 가능하였다.

  • In this paper, a background initialization for video surveillance proposed. The proposed algorithm is that the background images are sampled n frames during ${\Delta}t$ All Sampling frames are divided by $M{\times}N$ size block every frame. Average values of pixels for same location block of the sampling frames during ${\Delta}t$t are taken. then the maximum intensity $\alpha$ and the minimun intensity $\beta$ is obtained, respecticely. The intial by $M{\times}N$ size block, then average intensity $\eta$ of pixels for the block is obtained. If the average intensity $\eta$ is out of the initial range of the background image, it is decided the moving object image, and if the average intensity $\eta$ is included in the initial range of the background image. it is decided the background image. To examine the propriety of the proposed algorithm in this paper, the accuracy and robustness evaluation results for human and car in the indoor and outdoor enviroment. the error rate of the proposed method is less than the existing methods and the extraction rate of the proposed method is better than the existing methods.

  • CBTC(Communication Based Train Control) System can improve train operation efficiency by realizing moving block system which makes a continuous train interval control in accordance with the position and speed of train. Adopting radio transmission to make a continuous detection of train position and transmit the control data from the ground to a train, CBTC needs dedicated train operation and control algorithm which should be quite different from the conventional track-circuit-based train control system. This paper provides a train operation display and control algorithm for CBTC system in making train interval control, train route control and train supervision. Signalling pattern diagram is devised to analyze the train interval control mechanism of moving block system, and interlocking logic is devised to represent the train route control mechanism of moving block system. For train supervision, train occupation status on railway are displayed by using the segment which virtually divide the whole railway. The proposed method has been successfully applied to the development of CBTC system for the standardized AGT(automatic guided transit) which is under construction now in Korea, and also can be applied to any other CBTC system.

가변 블록을 고려한 블록 정합 알고리즘에 관한 연구 (A Study on Block Matching Algorithm with Variable-Block Size)

  • A new block matching algorithm that improved the existing block matching algorithm in terms of image quality is proposed in this paper. The subblock of image including the vertical edge of object is subdivided into new two subblocks, and the moving vector found. The result of computer simulation shows on real image that the image quality by the algorithm becomes higher than that of the three step search algorithm by 1.1dB.

  • 동영상에서의 물체추적은 각 프레임간의 시공간적 정보의 대응성을 추적함으로써 이루어질 수 있다. 시공간적 대응성을 결정함에 있어 각 프레임의 color invariant 속성을 이용하여 각 프레임의 물체 위치를 예측하고, 추출된 물체 블록의 누적 유사도 변환을 적용한 수치를 이용하여 프레임간의 물체 대응성을 결정함으로써 물체를 추적하는 방법론을 제시한다. 실험결과를 통하여 이러한 방법의 적용 적절성을 검증하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 동영상 압축에 핵심 기술인 이동정보량추정에 있어 새로운 가변블럭정함 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 이동정보량 추정에 있어서 고려되어야 할 실시간 처리와 정확한 운동벡터를 구하기 위해 연속된 두 프레임 영상을 이용하여 차영상을 구하고 이 차영상에서 나타난 윤곽정보를 2진화하여 윤곽의 포함정도에 따라 블록의 활동도를 정의하고 이 활동도에 따라 움직임이 많은 부분은 퀘드트리를 적용하여 보다 정확한 운동백터를 구하였다. 컴퓨터 모의실험으로 다른 고속블럭매칭 알고리즘과 PSNR과 계산량을 비교하여 제안된 알고리즘의 우수함을 입증하였다.

  • This paper presents channel estimation of an asynchronous W-CDMA reverse link using the interpolation and moving average algorithm in frequency-selective Rayleigh fading channel. The proposed algorithm is an interpolated decision-directed (IDD) block-wise moving average (BWMA) algorithm. The IDD-BWMA algorithm performs two- stage processes. The first stage performs data decision to make a virtual pilot channel by using linear interpolation channel estimation scheme. Then, the second stage performs the channel estimation of the “block-wise moving average” type by using a virtual pilot channel obtained in the first stage. By using Monte-Carlo computer simulations, we show that the proposed channel estimator is superior to other estimation schemes such as the WMSA(K=1) and DD-RAKE at higher Doppler frequencies, especially.

  • There is growing interest in CBTC(Communication Based Train Control) system in accordance with the development of the communication technologies. The CBTC system, which adopts the moving block, has advantages such as headway and installation cost reduction compared with the existing system with fixed block. For the moving block system, it is required to locate the trains in real-time. Based on EPLRS(Enhanced Position Location Reporting System) technology, the train position can be provided only through the communication between radios. This paper introduces EPLRS based train detection method and verifies its effect by instance.

  • In order to scheme the optimal assumption that satisfies the travel demand, it should be review the elements that affect on determining the headway, which are signal systems, line shape, vehicle(Light Rail Transit) performance, and so on. When applying the conventional signal systems, including Fixed Block System and Moving Block System, It was confirmed whether or not satisfy the requirements of target line with the way of a numerical formula reviewing and Train performance Simulation on the main line, station, depot, and so forth. Therefore, it should be used as references that decide target line and each sub-system after identifying the compliances for Minimum Headway to Moving Block System.

  • 본 논문에서는 칼라 동영상에서 물체 이동에 의하여 형성된 동작영역을 확인하고, 이동방향을 추적하는 시스템을 제안한다. 비디오 동영상에서 포착된 물체의 영역을 color invariance 의 분석을 통해 추출하고, 추출된 영역에서 radial homogeneity 정도를 영역의 특징값을 추출하여 대응되는 물체 영역을 추적함으로써 물체의 제적을 확인한다.
