This study measures whether people who are expected to live in the new city of Namak are environmentally and ecologically aware, and it investigates which variables are related to their willingness to move to an ecological city. This study investigated the environmental cognition of inhabitants in Chollanam Province; it focused particularly on ecologically -oriented values, environmental knowledge, environmental management behavior, and the awareness of an ecological city. For the purposes of this study, 500 inhabitants from Mokpo, Kwangju and Muan who are expected to live in a new city of Namak were surveyed. Awareness of the ecological city was at medium level; half of the respondents were not aware of an ecological city. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to estimate the effects of the variables on the awareness of the ecological city. The most significant variable was environmental knowledge. Next, experience in environmental education and homeownership affected awareness. Half of the respondents were willing to move to an ecological city. Among all of the variables, seven variables were significantly related to the willingness to move to an ecological city.
In this paper, we formulate a new local move on virtual knot diagram, called arc shift move. Further, we extend it to another local move called region arc shift defined on a region of a virtual knot diagram. We establish that these arc shift and region arc shift moves are unknotting operations by showing that any virtual knot diagram can be turned into trivial knot using arc shift (region arc shift) moves. Based upon the arc shift move and region arc shift move, we define two virtual knot invariants, arc shift number and region arc shift number respectively.
This study aims at reviewing satisfaction on facility modernization project of traditional market by case study on integration & move method of 2 markets (Seongbuk 5 day market & Geumgye daily market). Following this study, it asked 182 merchants & customers at Naju Moksagoeul Market about satisfaction and performance on integration & move and the facility modernization project of traditional markets. According to results of the survey, not only merchants but also customers are satisfied with the modernization project. But in detail, valuations between 5 days market and daily market, and between merchants and customers are different. For example, merchants regard as negative, but customers as positive about move of the markets from city to outside. About half of respondents answer that number of market visits and sales volume after move of the markets are higher than before. More than 80% of respondents answer that culture & tourism market programs are helpful to the market revitalization.

In this study, four methods for calculation of continuous daily flow was suggested using short-term or partial recording station of streamflow including missing data. Using these methods, standard flows at the outlet of unit/small basins for the management of total maximum daily loads (TMDLs) in Namgang dam basin were estimated from full-period flow duration curve (FDC). Four methods of extension are described, and their properties are explored. The methods are regression (REG), regression plus noise (RPN), and maintenance of variance extension types 1 and 2 (MOVE.1, MOVE.2). In these methods, the continuous daily flow was calculated using extension equation based on correlation analysis, after conducting the correlation analysis between historic record of streamflow and long-term recording station (a base station). Finally the best optimal method was selected as the MOVE.2, and the standard flows in the abundant, ordinary, low and drought flow estimated from FDC was evaluated using MOVE.2 in unit/small basins.
With the rapid development of the science and technology, it has been becoming more and more convenient to obtain abundant information via the diverse multimedia medium. However, the contents of the multimedia are easily altered with different editing software, and the authenticity and the integrity of multimedia content are under threat. Forensics technology is developed to solve this problem. We focus on reviewing the blind image forensics technologies for copy-move forgery in this survey. Copy-move forgery is one of the most common manners to manipulate images that usually obscure the objects by flat regions or append the objects within the same image. In this paper, two classical models of copy-move forgery are reviewed, and two frameworks of copy-move forgery detection (CMFD) methods are summarized. Then, massive CMFD methods are mainly divided into two types to retrospect the development process of CMFD technologies, including block-based and keypoint-based. Besides, the performance evaluation criterions and the datasets created for evaluating the performance of CMFD methods are also collected in this review. At last, future research directions and conclusions are given to provide beneficial advice for researchers in this field.
Conventional Real Time Kinematics (RTK) collect measurements in stationary state for several minutes to resolve the integer ambiguity in the carrier phase measurement or resolve the integer ambiguity on the move assuming low maneuvering movement. In this paper, an On The Move-RTK (OTM-RTK) technique that resolves the integer ambiguity on the move for fast and precise positioning of ground vehicles such as high maneuvering vehicles was proposed. The OTM-RTK estimates the precise amount of movement between epochs using the carrier phase measurements acquired on the move, and by using this, resolves the integer ambiguity within a short period of time by evaluating the integer ambiguity candidates for each epoch. This study analyzed the integer ambiguity resolution performance using field driving experiment data in order to verify the performance of the proposed method. The results of the experiment showed that the precise trajectory including the initial position bias can be obtained prior to resolving the integer ambiguity, and after resolving the integer ambiguity on the move, it was possible to obtain the bias-corrected precise position solution. It was confirmed that the integer ambiguity can be resolved by collecting measurements of about 10 epochs from the moving vehicle using a dual frequency receiver.

In this paper, we propose a machine learning-based copy-move forgery detection network with dual branches. Because the rotation or scaling operation is frequently involved in copy-move forger, the conventional convolutional neural network is not effectively applied in detecting copy-move tampering. Therefore, we divide the input into rotation-invariant and scaling-invariant features based on the wavelet coefficients. Each of the features is input to different branches having the same structure, and is fused in the combination module. Each branch comprises feature extraction, correlation, and mask decoder modules. In the proposed network, VGG16 is used for the feature extraction module. To check similarity of features generated by the feature extraction module, the conventional correlation module used. Finally, the mask decoder model is applied to develop a pixel-level localization map. We perform experiments on test dataset and compare the proposed method with state-of-the-art tampering localization methods. The results demonstrate that the proposed scheme outperforms the existing approaches.
Suppose that G is a group of permutations of a set ${\Omega}$. For a finite subset ${\gamma}$of${\Omega}$, the movement of ${\gamma}$ under the action of G is defined as move(${\gamma}$):=$max\limits_{g{\epsilon}G}|{\Gamma}^{g}{\backslash}{\Gamma}|$, and ${\gamma}$ will be said to have restricted movement if move(${\gamma}$)<|${\gamma}$|. Moreover if, for an infinite subset ${\gamma}$of${\Omega}$, the sets|{\Gamma}^{g}{\backslash}{\Gamma}| are finite and bounded as g runs over all elements of G, then we may define move(${\gamma}$)in the same way as for finite subsets. If move(${\gamma}$)${\leq}$m for all ${\gamma}$${\subseteq}$${\Omega}$, then G is said to have bounded movement and the movement of G move(G) is defined as the maximum of move(${\gamma}$) over all subsets ${\gamma}$ of ${\Omega}$. Having bounded movement is a very strong restriction on a group, but it is natural to ask just which permutation groups have bounded movement m. If move(G)=m then clearly we may assume that G has no fixed points is${\Omega}$, and with this assumption it was shown in [4, Theorem 1]that the number t of G=orbits is at most 2m-1, each G-orbit has length at most 3m, and moreover|${\Omega}$|${\leq}$3m+t-1${\leq}$5m-2. Moreover it has recently been shown by P. S. Kim, J. R. Cho and C. E. Praeger in [1] that essentially the only examples with as many as 2m-1 orbits are elementary abelian 2-groups, and by A. Gardiner, A. Mann and C. E. Praeger in [2,3]that essentially the only transitive examples in a set of maximal size, namely 3m, are groups of exponent 3. (The only exceptions to these general statements occur for small values of m and are known explicitly.) Motivated by these results, we would decide what role if any is played by primes other that 2 and 3 for describing the structure of groups of bounded movement.

Trying to deal with the problem of low robustness of Copy-Move Forgery Detection (CMFD) under various transformation and degradation attacks, a novel CMFD method is proposed in this paper. The main advantages of proposed work include: (1) Discrete Analytical Fourier-Mellin Transform (DAFMT) and Locality Sensitive Hashing (LSH) are combined to extract the block features and detect the potential copy-move pairs; (2) The Euclidian distance is incorporated in the pixel variance to filter out the false potential copy-move pairs in the post-verification step. In addition to extracting the effective features of an image block, the DAMFT has the properties of rotation and scale invariance. Unlike the traditional lexicographic sorting method, LSH is robust to the degradations of Gaussian noise and JEPG compression. Because most of the false copy-move pairs locate closely to each other in the spatial domain or are in the homogeneous regions, the Euclidian distance and pixel variance are employed in the post-verification step. After evaluating the proposed method by the precision-recall-$F_1$ model quantitatively based on the Image Manipulation Dataset (IMD) and Copy-Move Hard Dataset (CMHD), our method outperforms Emam et al.'s and Li et al.'s works in the recall and $F_1$ aspects.
This study identifies intention to move, reasons for moving and housing preferences of US residents 55 and older living in non-subsidized and market-rate multifamily housing in the United States. Data were collected using an on-line survey; mixed methods were used for data analysis (N=431). Results show that more than half of the respondents intend to move. Senior residents who were younger than average age of the respondents, not married, renters, had no elevator, and reported lower residential satisfaction with their housing unit, multifamily housing community and local area were more likely to intend to move. Seven reasons for considering moving were found: finance, health, lifecycle stage, housing unit, multifamily housing community, other. When asked about their future housing, more than 80% desired independent living rather than assisted living facilities or nursing homes, 40% wanted to live in multifamily housing, and 51% hoped to own their housing rather than renting. The findings offer meaningful information to the multifamily housing industry in the United States and in countries where the population is aging and where multifamily housing is the predominant housing type.
