  • Cleaning robot system consists of four parts; navigation system for moving of robot, cleaning system, power system, and main system with cleaning algorithm. Navigation system is the most expensive part because it has motors and sensors which is high price. Navigation system is also essential to service robot system, but user should buy two systems which are service robot system and cleaning robot system. If it is possible to share navigation system, user can save money. In this paper, we design the cleaning robot system based on modular architecture.

  • The purpose of this study is localization of safety relief valves for Nuclear Service through technical development with overall design, fabrication, inspection, capacity certification test and functional qualification test of safety relief valves in accordance with ASME Section III and KEPIC Code. Safety relief valve is the important equipment used to protect the pressure vessel, the steam generator and the other pressure facility from overpressure by discharging the operating medium when the pressure of system is reaching the design pressure of the system. But we're depending on technology of the other country up to the present time. Because we don‘ have our own technologies, we have been spent the great time and money on installing and repairing safety relief valve at nuclear power plant. Therefore we have to achieve the development of safety relief valves for Nuclear Service with our own technologies.

  • Recent years have shown a great interest of public in buying and selling of crypto/digital currency. With hundreds of digital currencies in financial market, bitcoin remains the most widely used, adapted, and accepted currency around the world. However, the critics of bitcoin still consider it a threat to modern day power usage. This paper discusses the important pitfalls, pros, and cons related to bitcoin's energy consumption. The paper begins by highlighting the flexibilities cryptocurrency can bring to online money transfers compared to traditional 'fiat' architecture. Then, the focus of the paper entirely remains on listing various facts related to bitcoin's energy utilization including a brief description of several emerging approaches for energy optimization. This paper is concluded by revealing key current challenges associated to bitcoin's energy usage.

  • Underground pipe is an instrument to transport rapidly and safely a lot of fluid like gas, oil, water supply and drain system. It acts like blood vessels of human body in a modern industry. As in this country, the pipe facilities have been constructing since 1970's. The pipes constructed for a long time ago are already starting to reveal the problem like corrosion and most of them are built underground. So for companies, the managing of the underground pipes is very hard because it needs high technology and a lot of money. So we made a new robot system to repair and maintain the pipes at a low price. This new robot is devised using pressing wall type to work inside 700${\sim}$900(mm) size pipe. And it has good carrying and working power.

  • Research and development of mineral resource related products has progressed with the increased need to develop mineral resources. The DTH hammer is one a resultant product. However, due to particular work conditions of underground drilling, it is difficult to obtain direct data on the DTH Hammer. A DTH drill rig requires a lot of money and time for actual testing. This thesis aimed to resolve this problem by using CAE. First, the structure of the DTH hammer and the movement was analyzed. Next, a standard model based on simulation was proposed and then experimentation and comparison verification was conducted. In addition, the verified models were applied to products of various sizes, and the models used in simulation were compared by conducting field tests.

  • The large forgings used in chemical plants or nuclear power plants are produced by complex heat treatment. because of thickness up to 200~300 mm and weight up to 200~300 ton, setting proper heat treatment cycle is so difficult. In addition, defects of products make companies wasting large money and valuable time. In this study, to reduce try & err, when setting heat treatment of reactor pressure vessel steel SA508Gr.3, carrying out the basic mechanical property test of SA508 Gr.3 and testing hardness of SA508Gr.3 in various tempering temperature. and calculating temper curve with Hollomon-Jaffe parameter.

  • The challenge to be faced in public transportation today is to satisfy human needs with the least delay, with the smallest number of accidents, and with the most economic use of energy, space, materials, man-power and money. One possible solution may lie in city train system, including AGT system. Specially, Passenger space in AGT is important to balance the budget of layout with passenger's satisfaction. This study focuses on lay-out and space, comfort which should be considered from the conceptual design stage of the interior layout work. Traditionally, the interior layout of the passenger room has emphasized ridequality and style. However, as the train becomes more prevalent and versatile, the focus also tends to shift toward layout and space to have comfortable circumstances. After all, the purpose of this research focused on arrangement a rational interior layout of the train through ergonomics research. Finally, the key was ensuring the comfortable environment based on cultural background of the passenger.

  • The two stroke spark ignition engine is the greatest contributor of the total vehicular pollution in a country like India. It is therefore an item that requires great attention in order to reduce fuel consumption and its concomitant pollution. The use of strong magnetic charge in the fuel line gives a complete and clean burn so that power is increased while operating expenses are reduced. The magnetic flux on the fuel line dramatically reduces harmful exhaust emissions while increasing mileage, thereby saving money and improving engine performance. It increases combustion efficiency and provides higher-octane performance. The experimental results show that the magnetic flux on fuel reduces the carbon monoxide emission up to 13% in a base engine, 23% in a copper-coated engine and 29% in a zirconia-coated engine.

  • When the system is larger then the past we need estimation for the customer and continuous maintenance for that. For example like kind of EMS which is the system manage huge information we wants to add and change the extra module. In this operation the first interesting is compatible with the existing system. This is connected with reliance. If you wanted to modify the system under non-standardization we have to pay much money and human resource. Thus in this paper we will mention that the improvement of system structure and necessity of adaption for standardization.
