다양한 지표모형을 활용한 토양수분 예측 성능 평가 연구 (A Study on Soil Moisture Estimates Performance Using Various Land Surface Models)

  • Soil moisture is significantly related to crop growth and plays an important role in irrigation management. To predict soil moisture, various process-based model has been developed and used in the world. Various models (Land surface model) may have different performance depending on the model parameters and structures that causes the different model output for the same modeling condition. In this study, the three land surface models (Noah Land Surface Model, Soil Water Atmosphere Plant, Community Land Model) were used to compare the model performance (soil moisture prediction) and develop the multi-model simulation. At first, the genetic algorithm was used to estimate the optimal soil parameters for each model, and the parameters were used to predict soil moisture in the study area. Then, we used the multi-model approach based on Bayesian model averaging (BMA). The results derived from this approach showed a better match to the measurements than the results from the original single land surface model. In addition, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the single model and utilizing multi-model methods can help to increase the accuracy of soil moisture prediction.

다목적 고기능성 알칼리용액 BARODON®을 첨가한 발아 현미 식빵의 품질 특성 (Quality Characteristics of sprouted brown rice bread with an anionic alkali mineral complex solution BARODON®)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the effects of the addition ratio of BARODON® on the dough volume, moisture content, loaf volume and weight and the sensory characteristics of sprouted brown rice bread. The loaf volume and sensory characteristics of the bread with BARODON® were higher than those without. The moisture content and loaf weight of the bread with BARODON® were lower than those without. Although these results were irregular with increasing amounts of BARODON addition. The sprouted brown rice bread with 0.6% BARODON® gave the best loaf volume and overall acceptance, whereas those with 4.8% BARODON® had the best odor, color and mouthfeel. BARODON® will be very useful as a leavening agent for improving the overall quality of sprouted brown rice bread.

의류소재용 직·편물의 수분이동 특성 측정 방법에 따른 흡한속건성 평가 (Assessment of Wicking and Fast Dry Properties According to Moisture Transport Measurement Method of Knit and Woven Fabrics for Garment)

  • 본 연구에서는 직/편물 8종을 대상으로 이들 수직방향과 수평방향 수분이동특성 측정방법에 따른 소재들의 수분이동 특성을 분석하였다. 또한, 8종의 시편의 MMT에 의한 건조특성을 수직 건조 측정 결과와 비교하여 논의하였다. 수평수분이동 방법인 MMT 시험 결과는 수직법인 바이렉 방법의 결과와 유사한 거동을 나타내었다. 대나무, 린넨 및 면/나일론 복합 소재는 드롭법의 흡수시간은 짧았으며, 표면의 낮은 접촉각 및 직물의 높은 다공성에 기인한 것으로 판단되며, 친수성 스테이플 섬유의 구조와 상관이 있을 것으로 보인다. MMT에 의한 건조특성은 니트 및 대나무 직물의 최대 흡수반경이 가장 우수했으며, 수식 건조법에 비해 차이를 나타내었다. MMT 방법의 건조속도는 직물의 두께와 포화수분 흡수율과 높은 상관성을 가졌으며, 회귀계수는 각각 0.9와 0.88이었다. 이는 직물의 두께가 얇을수록 위킹 및 건조특성이 우수하며, 기능성 소재기획시 착용 내구성을 판단하는데 중요함을 의미한다. 또한 상이한 섬유소재, 실 및 구조의 소재에 대한 수분이동특성(위킹, 건조)는 측정 방법에 따라 다른 결과를 나타내었다.

배할 및 자상-인사이징 전처리가 Douglas-fir 중목구조부재의 함수율과 재면할렬 발생에 미치는 영향 (Effects of The Knife-incising and Kerfing Pretreatment on Moisture Content and Surface Check Occurrence of Douglas-fir Heavy Timber)

  • 본 연구는 배할과 자상-인사이징 처리가 Douglas-fir 중목구조부재의 함수율과 재면할렬 발생에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 수행되었다. 그 결과 함수율의 경우, 횡단면 크기에 관계없이 모든 시험재들에서 수분경사가 존재하였으며, 전처리 조건에 따라 표층으로부터 72 mm 깊이까지 수분경사가 다르게 형성되어 있었다. 표층으로부터 72 mm 깊이까지 형성된 수분경사는 자상-인사이징보다 배할 처리한 시험재가 더 완만하게 형성되었다. 또한 전기저항식 수분계를 이용한 평균함수율 측정에 있어 단면이 증가함에 따라 실질률의 고려가 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 재면할렬의 경우, 전처리 조건에 따른 차이가 존재하였으며, 자상-인사이징처리와 배할처리 모두 건조 후 발생된 재면할렬의 감소가 가능하였다. 특히 배할은 재면할렬의 폭이 확장되는 것을 억제하는데 효과적이었다. 하지만 자상-인사이징의 경우, control과 비교하였을 때 재면할렬 발생의 억제가 가능하긴 하였으나, 그 효과가 배할의 수준에 미치지 못하였다.

정어리 마쇄육의 저수분에서의 유전특성 1. 수분함량과 주파업에 따른 유전특성 (Dielectric Properties of Sardine-Starch Paste at Low Moisture Contents 1, Effect of Moisture Content and Frequency)

  • Dielectric properties of sardine-starch paste with moisture content of 4 to $13\%$ were investigated as functions of moisture and frequency. And the effects of the levels of fat and starch of the mixtures upon dielectric permittivity, critical moisture, were also mentioned. In addition, a theoretical prediction of frequency dependence of dielectric constant which was computed by the lumped circuit of two layer condenser model was evaluated. For the preparation of sardine-starch paste, comminuted sardine meat was washed thoroughly several times in chilled water by soaking and decanting, and finally centrifuged. This procedure was extended longer to provide a low fat sample. The centrifuged meat was mixed with adequate amounts of starch and salt, and ground for 25 minutes in a stone mortar, moulded in the form of disk with 7cm diameter and 1.2cm thickness and then freeze dried. Dried meat disks were cut off for the size of 5.5cm diameter and 1.0cm thickness and their moisture contents were controlled in humidified desiccators with saturated solutions. Dielectric constants of sardine-starch paste tended to decrease frequency was increased showing a critical charge at the moisture called critical moisture content. In case of the sample with $20\%$ starch and $2\%$ salt an average complex permittivity($\epsilon^{\ast}$) at 7 to $8\%$ morsture as the critical moisture content was presented; $\epsilon^{\ast}$=3.37+j 0.39 at 0.1 MHz, $\epsilon^{\ast}$=2.54+j 0.19 at 15 MHz, and $\epsilon^{\ast}$=2.15+j 0.08 at 1.8 GHz, respectively. The theoretically obtained complex permittivity values from the two layer condoner model were in close agreement with these actual measurements under the same conditions, that appeared as $\epsilon^{\ast}$=2.53+i 0.09 at 0.1 MHz and $\epsilon^{\ast}$=2.28+j 0.06 at 15 MHz, respectively. The fast level of the mixture also revealed an influence on dielectric property that defatted neat with $1.0\%$ fat showed a higher hc and $\epsilon^{\ast}$ value than the meat with $4.8\%$ fat. Complex permittivity being related to the moisture level remained nearly unchanged or slightly changed at the moisture range of 4 to $8\%$ but was dispersed widely at higher moisture contents.

목질폐재를 이용한 식물식재용 우레탄폼의 개발 (Development of Urethane Foams for Planting Media from Woodwastes)

  • The availability of large quantities of waste woods provides an impetus for investigating woody biomass potential uses. Polyurethane (PU) foams are prepared with reacting isocyanates and polyols, and are used. in various industry fields. Thus, lignocellulosic waste raw-materials are proposed as replacement for synthetic polyol to PU foam formulation. In this study PU foams were manufactured from liquefied woods, methanediisocyanate(MDI), catalyst, foaming stabilizer, and viscosity aids. The polyol content, isocyanate.hydroxyl group (NCO/OH) ratio, and water content were varied to evaluate their effects on the foaming and water absorption of the PU foams. Less than 400 Molecular weight. of polyethylene glycol(PEG) and 1 to 3 solvent to woody raw-material ratio were desirable for liquefying woody materials. Liquefying rate was increased with more than 3 % addition of inorganic and organic catalysts and raising reaction temperature more than $150^{\circ}C$. Addition of starch enhanced liquefying of woody materials. Fourty percents of starch resulted in about 90% liquefying rates. Foaming rates were increased with increasing moisture contents of liquefied wood. Moisture contents of 0.6% resulted in 5 time-foaming rates, and seven percents of moisture contents more than 30 time-foaming rates. But, an increase in water content may result in a decrease in cross-links between wood polyol and isocyanate, because the NCO/OH ratio is constant. Increasing moisture contents have significantly decreased density of PU foams. The optimum water content should be about 2.5% or less in this adopted condition.

  • Galvalume sheet steel was developed recently, and is used widely in several fields. It has and had a good corrosion resistance in open atmosphere, but it has week corrosion resistance in the ambient surroundings of an airtight packing. Therefore, black patina was synthesized on the surface of Galvalume sheet steel. Corrosion by moisture on a Galvalume surface begins from edge of a droplet and proceeds to the center of droplet. It begins mainly on the interdendritic structure instead of dendritic structure. This suggests that corrosion by moisture occurs on the Zn shrinkage hole from rapid air cooling. In addition, the initial corrosion occurs by the local cell and continues by the oxygen concentration cell.

할로우코어 슬래브의 내화성능에 대한 수치해석 연구 (Numerical Study on Fire Performance of Hollowcore Slabs)

  • Numerical model on precast prestressed concrete (PC) hollowcore slabs using 11.3 mm diameter 7-wire stand was developed based on finite element analysis. In order to validate the modelling, previous experiment results with respect to prestressed solid concrete slabs were used and compared throughout the course of fire exposure. In addition to, the fire performance of hollowcore slabs with different aggregate types, moisture contents and compressive strength of concrete was investigated. As a result, it can be seen that the type of aggregates and moisture contents used in hollowcore slabs can affect the fire performance as well as temperature developments.

견직물의 긴장과 무긴장머어서화 가공에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Tension and Slack Mercerization of Cotton Fabrics)

  • Cotton fabrics were mercerized in ammonia water, sodium hydroxide and mixture of ammonia/sodium hydroxide, slack and under tension. X-ray and infrared spectra analyses were used to measure crystallinity of treated cottons. Changes due to swelling, which took place in the accessible regions were determined by moisture regain and dye adsorption. In addition to that crease recovery was compared mutually, and breaking strength-elongation compared, too. Both ammonia water and caustic treatments produced changes in morphology (swollen fibers, decrease in convolutions) and in fine structure of the cellulose (increase accessibility as measured by increased moisture regain, dye adsorption). X-ray diffraction showed partial recrystallization into cellulose III lattic after tension treatment with ammonia water. Both reagents produced increased cotton elongation-at-break with slack mercerization, increased cotton breaking strength with tension mercerization, and increased moisture regain or dye adsorption with slack mercerization.

HTPB계 고체추진제의 경화 특성에 관한 연구 (Curing Properties of HTPB-based Solid Propellants)

  • 본 연구에서는 일반적으로 사용하는 Hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene(HTPB)계 고체 추진제의 경화 온도와 당량비 변경에 따른 경화 특성을 고찰하였다. 또한, Triphenyl bismuth(TPB), Maleic anhydride(MA) 그리고 Magnesium oxide(MgO) 촉매 시스템에서 이들의 비율 및 함량에 따른 경화 반응 영향도 확인하였다. 마지막으로 추진제 혼화 시 각 공정 별 수분을 투입하여 수분이 추진제 경화에 끼치는 영향을 확인하였다.
