효율적인 비행계획 연관을 위한 CWP MRT 데이터 처리 모듈 구현 (Implementation of CWP MRT Data Processing Module for Efficient Correlating Flight Plan)

  • 비행계획 연관은 안전하고 신속한 관제 업무를 위해 매우 중요한 기능이다. 본 논문에서는 레이더 감시자료 중 MRT 데이터와 비행계획을 연관시키는 과정에서 발생하는 네트워크 부하를 최소화함으로써 전체적인 항공교통 자동화 시스템의 성능을 향상을 도모할 수 있는 CWP MRT 처리 모듈을 구현하였다. 구현 모듈은 분산형 연관 방식을 적용함으로써 항공교통관제 자동화 시스템의 효율성과 안전성을 동시에 확보하며, 인코딩 방식의 비행계획 연관 MRT 데이터 포맷을 사용함으로써 네트워크 사용률을 감소시킨다. 구현 모듈은 독립형 연관 방식에 비해 네트워크 사용량이 8.54~12.11% 낮았으며, 네트워크 공정성이 8.37~11.27% 높은 것을 확인하였다.

An Arithmetic System over Finite Fields

  • This paper propose the method of constructing the highly efficiency adder and multiplier systems over finite fields. The addition arithmetic operation over finite field is simple comparatively because that addition arithmetic operation is analyzed by each digit modP summation independently. But in case of multiplication arithmetic operation, we generate maximum k=2m-2 degree of ${\alpha}^k$ terms, therefore we decrease k into m-1 degree using irreducible primitive polynomial. We propose two method of control signal generation for the purpose of performing above decrease process. One method is the combinational logic expression and the other method is universal signal generation. The proposed method of constructing the highly adder/multiplier systems is as following. First of all, we obtain algorithms for addition and multiplication arithmetic operation based on the mathematical properties over finite fields, next we construct basic cell of A-cell and M-cell using T-gate and modP cyclic gate. Finally we construct adder module and multiplier module over finite fields after synthesizing ${\alpha}^k$ generation module and control signal CSt generation module with A-cell and M-cell. Next, we constructing the arithmetic operation unit over finite fields. Then, we propose the future research and prospects.

다권선 변압기의 자화 에너지를 이용한 모듈화 전하 균일 장치 (A Modularized Charge Equalizer Using the Magnetizing Energy of the Multi-Winding Transformer)

  • The modularized equalizers normally use additional components among the modules in the long series-connected lithium-ion battery string. In these approaches, the overall systems are heavy, bulky, and high-priced. Furthermore, the losses related to additional components decrease the system efficiency. To avoid these problems, a modularized equalizer, which has no additional components among the modules, is required. This paper proposes a novel control scheme using the magnetizing energy of the multi-winding transformer for the module equalization. In this scheme, the high duty cycle is applied to the module where the voltage is higher than the reference voltage and the low duty cycle is applied to the module where the voltage is lower than the reference voltage. Due to the different duty cycle, more electric charges are transferred from high voltage module to the low voltage module during the turn-off switching interval. Using the proposed control scheme, the equalizer system does not suffer from the size, cost, and loss related to the modularization. The experimental results are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed modularized equalizer.

함수 수준 특징정보 기반의 오픈소스 소프트웨어 모듈 탐지 (Detection of an Open-Source Software Module based on Function-level Features)

  • OSS(Open-Source Software)의 사용 증가와 함께 라이선스 위반, 취약한 소스코드 재사용 등에 의한 분쟁 및 피해가 빈번해지고 있다. 이에, 실행파일(바이너리) 수준에서 프로그램에 OSS 모듈이 포함되었는지 여부를 확인하는 기술이 필요해졌다. 본 논문에서는 바이너리에서 함수 수준의 특징정보를 사용하여 OSS 모듈을 탐지하는 기법을 제안한다. 기존 소프트웨어 특징정보(버스마크) 기반 도용 탐지 기법들은 프로그램 전체 간 유사성을 비교하기 때문에 프로그램의 일부로 포함된 OSS 모듈들을 탐지하는데 부적합하다. 본 논문에서는, 함수 수준의 실행명령어, 제어 흐름 그래프(Control Flow Graph)와 개선된 함수 수준 구조적 특징정보를 추출하고 유사성을 비교하여 OSS 모듈의 임의 사용 여부를 탐지한다. 제안기법의 효율성과 각 특징정보들의 OSS 탐지 성능을 평가하기 위해, 특징정보량, OSS 모듈 탐지 시간 및 정확도, 컴파일러 최적화에 대한 강인성을 실험하였다.

윈도우 플랫폼 상에서 Web Module 과 Converter를 이용한 Any-PACS 구현 (Implementation ANY-PACS Using Web Module and DICOM Converter on the windows platform)

  • 본 논문에는 DICOM Converter를 구현하여 새로운 장비를 구입하지 않고, 기존의 장비를 이용해 DICOM 표준안 영상으로 변환할 수 있게 하였다. 그리고 클라이언트/서버 모듈 부분에서 한 시스템 내에서 SCU 와 SCP를 동시에 수행할 수 있어 중소 병원에 적합한 단계적인 PACS 시스템을 구축할 수 있다. 또한 Web 상에서의 환자정보, 영상정보, 검사정보, 그리고 장비정보와 같은 DB 연동을 할 수 있어 점진적으로 확장 및 통합이 가능한 소형의 부분적인 시스템을 구현하였다 결과적으로, 본 시스템은 안정된 개방형 시스템을 기반으로 하였기에 가격을 낮추었을 뿐 아니라 투자에 대한 실패를 크게 감소시키었다.

The First High Solar Concentrator System Performance Test in Korea

  • The worldwide CPV(Concentrated Photo Voltaic) market has been increased rapidly due to the increase in large-scale PV(Photo Voltaic) plants which are situated in sun-rich areas with either a Mediterranean or equatorial-type climate. CPV systems are arguably some of the most important devices in the production of electricity within regions with a sun-rich climate, particularly those which benefit from abundant direct solar irradiation. We have developed a 500X CPV module with rated power of 170Wp. The CPV module must satisfy the constraint of having a sensitive tracking accuracy due to the limited tolerance of the acceptance angle in intrinsic optical design. In this study, the module's acceptance angle used was designed with a tolerance angle of ${\pm}1^{\circ}$ in the secondary optics design. In general, non-concentrated module type 2-axis trackers have a tolerance angle larger than ${\pm}1^{\circ}$ due to standard silicon-type modules which are insensitive to the tracking accuracy of the sun. They have a tolerance angle of ${\pm}2{\sim}4^{\circ}$, which fails to exert a significant influence on the performance of the module. This paper provides a study of an experimental variation of the efficiency of the CPV module in terms of its tracking accuracy. Also, the performance of the module is studied from the perspective of temperature and direct irradiation.

  • As one of the core technologies in the field of the optical communication with WDM, the optical cross connector with movements of micro mirrors is getting important day by day. The packaging structure of 2-dimensional NxN MOEMS switch should be determined by the harmonization of the following items such as the geometrical compatability between optical and structural components, the characteristics of optical input and output parts with device, and the electrical performance for the operation of micro mirrors. Therefore, the packaging process could be defined as the integrated technology completed by the optical and electrical science and the material science for the understanding of its thermo-mechanical properties with packaging materials. In the present study, the harmonization between the optical and structural components as well as the optical characteristics of lens system used will be investigated.

Basic Architecture of Navigation Safety Module in S2 Service of Korean e-Navigation System

  • IMO introduced the concept of e-Navigation and proposed MSPs(Maritime Service Portfolios) concept to reduce marine accidents, to improve efficiency of ship operation, port operation, and ship operation technology. Korean e-Navigation defines S1 ~ S5 services, as the service concept focused on domestic e-Navigation service corresponding to IMO MSPs, and is constructing a system as an ongoing project. S2 service (onboard system remote monitoring service) among the concepts of Korean e-Navigation services, is a service concept that judges the emergency level according to risk if an abnormal condition occurs during navigation, and provides corresponding guidance to accident ships based on emergency level. The purpose of this paper is to provide a basic architecture proposal of Korean e-Navigation S2 service navigation safety module, based on the S2 service operation concept. To do this, we conducted a questionnaire survey to ask experts with experience with sailors, to respond to the subjective risk experienced by sailors considering effects of anomalies, including equipment failure relative to sailing and navigational safety. Risk level for each abnormal condition was classified. The basic algorithm design of the navigation safety module is composed of safety index (SI) calculation module based on results of questionnaire and expert opinions, safety level (SL) determination module according to safety index, and corresponding guidance generation module according to safety level. To conduct basic validation of basic architecture of the navigation safety module, simulation of the ship anomaly monitoring was performed, and results have been revealed.
