본 연구에서는 과학자들의 상상력에 대한 인식과 과학 연구 과정에서 나타나는 과학적 상상력의 특성을 탐색하였다. 문헌 연구를 바탕으로 상상력의 개념과 특성을 도출한 뒤, 실제 과학자를 대상으로 상상력에 대한 인식과 연구 과정에서 강조되는 상상력의 특성을 알아보았다. 연구 참여자로는 스노우볼 표집을 통해 국내 과학자 8인을 선정하였으며, 개별 심층 면담을 통해 자료 수집이 이루어졌다. 면담은 주로 60-90분 동안 진행되었으며, 면담 내용은 모두 전사하여 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 면담 질문은 상상력에 대한 인식과 연구 과정에서 상상력이 발휘되었던 경험과, 상상력의 역할 등을 물어보는 반 구조화된 형식으로 구성하였다. 연구 결과, 과학자들은 상상력이 과학 연구 활동에서 중요한 역할을 한다고 인식하고 있었으며, 상상력에 대하여 긍정적인 관점을 지니고 있었다. 특히 과학자들은 상상력이 인간이 지니고 있는 특성으로 바라보았으며, 상상력의 개념을 폭넓게 이해하는 현대적 관점을 지니고 있었다. 연구 과정에서 강조되는 상상력의 특성은 문헌 연구에서 나타나는 상상력의 특성과 일치하였으며, 크게 세 가지로 분류하였다. 첫째, 과학자들의 상상력은 경험을 통한 지적 호기심과 궁금증이 원동력으로 작용한다는 것이다. 둘째, 과학적 상상력이 발휘되는 과정에서 창의적 특성이 나타난다. 셋째, 과학적 상상력은 과학 지식을 기반으로 현실 가능성을 고려하며, 새로운 것을 산출하는 특성을 지닌다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 결론에서는 과학적 상상력의 특성을 도출하고, 그 의미와 함께 과학 학습에서의 상상력 활용 방안에 대하여 논의하였다.

현대시조에 나타난 기독교적 상상력에 관한 연구는 양적으로 영쇄한 편이다. 이 연구는 기독교 문학의 심도있는 이해와 기독교 시조문학사의 올바른 정립을 위한 기초 작업의 일환이다. 현대의 시조시인 중에서 기독교적 상상력을 드러낸 시조를 가장 많이 쓴 선정주 시조시인과 장순하 시조시인의 시조를 텍스트로 삼고자 한다. 먼저, 선정주 시조시인(1935~2012)의 시조에 드러난 기독교적 상상력을 파악해 보면 다음과 같다. 선정주 시인은 목회자로서 생전에 6권의 시조집과 1권의 시조선집을 발간하였다. 그가 발표한 시조의 대부분에는 기독교적 상상력이 침윤되어 있다. 특히 그의 시조에는 기독교 관련 내용들을 역설적 상상력을 활용하여 시적으로 형상화한 작품들이 다수 있다. 역설적인 표현을 통해 목회자로서 가지게 되는 종교적 번뇌와 구도자적 열망을 드러낸 시조가 다수 있다. 아울러 역설적인 표현을 통해 부활신앙에 대한 시인의 확고한 믿음을 표출한 시조도 다수 있다. 다음으로, 장순하 시조시인(1928~)의 시조에 드러난 기독교적 상상력을 파악해 보면 다음과 같다. 장순하 시인은 12권의 시조집과 1권의 전집을 발간하였으며, 현재까지 시조 창작을 하고 있는 현대시조계를 대표할만한 원로 시조시인이다. 그는 1996년 기독교에 입문하여 시조집"사랑학 입문"에 있는 210편을 포함하여 200편이 훨씬 넘는 기독교 관련 시조를 발표하였다. 그의 기독교 관련 시조에는 성경 구절 등을 인용하거나 성경 속의 예화를 차용한 작품들이 대다수이다. 인유적 상상력을 통해 그는 신앙고백을 하고 있으며 종말사상을 비유적으로 표현한 시조가 다수 있다. 이와 같이 살펴본 결과 두 시조시인의 기독교 시조에 나타난 차이점은 다음과 같다. 선정주 시조시인의 기독교 시조는 목회자로서의 사명감과 갈급한 심정 및 부활신앙을 역설적 상상력을 통해 형상화하였다. 장순하 시조시인은 성경 구절을 그대로 인용하거나 변용하는 방법인 인유적 상상력을 통해 자신의 신앙을 고백하고 종말사상을 형상화하였다. 두 시조시인의 기독교 시조에 나타난 공통점은 다음과 같다. 선정주 시조시인과 장순하 시조시인은 기독교적 상상력을 표출한 시조를 다수 발표했으며, 각자 개성적인 기독교 시조의 한 영역을 구축하였다. 두 시조시인의 기독교 시조에는 기독교의 핵심 교리와 기독교에 대한 절실한 신앙심을 표출한 작품이 다수 있다. 두 시인의 기독교 시조는 나름의 시적 성취를 이루었으며 기독교 시조의 양적, 질적 심화에 기여를 했기에 기독교 시조문학사에서 독자적인 위치를 확보할 만하다. 이 연구 결과를 통하여 앞으로 기독교 관련 시조에 대한 연구가 활발하게 전개되기를 기대하며 앞으로 보완해야 할 과제와 연구 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저, 기독교 정신을 바탕으로 창작을 한 다른 시조시인의 작품을 대비하여 고찰함으로써 기독교 시조의 정체성을 규명해야 할 것이다. 다음으로, 기독교 정신을 바탕으로 창작을 한 다른 자유시와의 대비 연구를 통해 한국 기독교 문학의 위상을 정립해야 할 것이다.

한국역사에서 일제강점기에 대한 당위적 결론은 종종 역사적 상상력을 압도하는 경우가 많았는데, <경성탐정이상>도 근대역사학의 한계를 지적하면서 등장한 역사추리소설장르임에도 비슷한 양상을 보여준다고 지적되고 있다. <경성탐정이상>에 등장하는 역사적 사실, 민족주의에 기반 한 독립의 당위성, 근대문명 등은 일제강점기 역사문화 콘텐츠에서 눈에 익은 구도이다. 이는 '상상의 공동체(민족)'에 대한 대중의 현재적 욕망을 현재로서의 역사, 현재의 사회적 갈등이 투사된 역사로 역사문화콘텐츠에 반영하기 때문이다. 역사를 다룬 콘텐츠들에서 역사, 역사적 사실, 허구는 뒤섞여지며 새로운 '역사적 상상'을 만들어 낸다. 실재로서 과거의 사실은 하나지만, 역사가가 만드는 역사적 사실은 하나가 아니라 여럿이듯이 역사문화콘텐츠의 역사적 상상은 다양하다. 아직까지 역사학은 미래를 위한 상상력으로까지 나가고 있지 못하지만, 역사문화콘텐츠를 통한 역사쓰기는 '가능성의 역사'를 만들어낼 수 있을 것이다.

이 논문은 오늘날과 같은 다매체시대에서 중요한 화두가 되고 있는 생태학을 바탕으로 한국문학, 특히 시조와 현대소설에서의 자연친화적이고 자연동화적이 상징물이 어떠한 의미로 나타나고 있으며, 어떻게 생태학적 상상력으로 형상화되고 있는가를 고찰하면서 시대와 장르간의 통시적 통합적 사고를 도출하려는 데 그 목적이 있다. 한국문학, 특히 우리의 시조에서는 자연을 주거공간으로 생각하고, 인간과 자연의 불가분리의 관계에서 자연친화적이며 자연동화적인 삶을 노래하고 있다. 그리고 현대소설에서도 시조에서 나타난 것과 마찬가지로 은유나 상징의 자연공간이 생태적 상상력으로 형상화되어진다. 따라서 이 두 장르는 통시적 통합적 관계에서 소통이 가능하다고 본다. 문학생태학과 장르 간 소통을 위한 올바른 방향 몇 가지를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 먼저 문학이 현실에 바탕을 두고 있다는 생각에서 과감히 벗어나 문학생태학적 상상력을 탐색해야 할 것이다. 오늘날 인류가 겪고 있는 환경 위기나 생태계위기도 따지고 보면 진보와 발전이라는 목표를 세워놓고 거기에만 매달려 초래된 결과라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 앞으로의 문학은 녹색의 문학생태학에도 많은 관심을 갖고서 문학생태학적 상상력을 찾아 부단히 움직이는 모습을 보여야 할 것이다. 그리고 우리 문학작품에 두루 나타나고 있는 공통의 자연관과 문학생태학적 상상력을 이제 수용과 창작의 통합의 원리에서 접근해야 할 것이다. 교사와 학생에게 자연과 환경. 생태계의 문제는 현실적이고도 공동적인 주제가 될 수 있다 따라서 자연친화적이고 생태학적 문학작품의 수용과 창작 활동이 문학적 감수성과 상상력을 함양하는 실천적 교육모형이 될 수 있도록 해야 한다. 또한 통시적이며 통합적인 맥락에서 한국문학의 각 장르에 대한 활발한 연구와 모색이 전제되어야 할 것이다 특히 한국문학의 전통적 자연의식을 전승하고 있는 시조의 활성화가 필요하다고 본다 열린 사고를 갖고 시조가 지니고 있는 고유한 특성을 고수하면서 새로운 시대에 적응하는 방법 모색은 더욱 치열하게 전개되어야 할 것이다. 따라서 소설의 장르가 디지털시대의 새로운 문학 환경에서 새로운 정체성을 확보하기 위하여 나름대로의 대응방법을 모색하는 데서 그 하나의 단초를 마련할 수 있을 것이다.

The Psychology of putting on clothes has close relation with sexuality, and eroticism is important in clothing. Present article aims to understand eroticism correctly and to make it evaluated as an art in modern fashion and as an aesthetic to express woman\`s beauty. Modern eroticism in fashion may be divided into direct, indirect and symbolic expression made. The result are as follow: First, direct made, a representation of desire into direct, indirect and symbolic expression of body or physical curve with tight garment. Second, indirect made, a see-though technique using association, represents sexual appeal by imagination on body area hidden by clothes made of see-through material. And third symbolic made express sexual libido by representing body area or clothes which symbolizing woman\`s sexuality using materials like fur or silk. Eroticism in modern clothing, therefore, should be understood as a beauty that is expressed by human artistic desire. Further studies are needed to explain the characteristics of eroticism in every culture because human nature is apt to from diverse kind of cultures.

On the World Refugee Day in 2017, Yao Chen, a Chinese actress, philanthropist, and social media influencer, posted messages in her Weibo in support of the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR). Yet, social media users quickly interpreted this supportive message of the refugee program as encouraging people to "accept and receive refugees" (jieshou nanmin) into China. Particularly, the category of Middle Eastern refugees elicited most criticism in China's cyberspace. As the inclusion of refugees is an integral part of immigrant multiculturalism, this article examines the limits of multicultural imagination of refugees―particularly those from the Middle Eastern and North Africa―in contemporary China. I argue that the limits of multicultural imagination in contemporary China is profoundly shaped by an intricate interweaving of domestic policies and global imaginaries toward refugees. By deploying a mixed methodology, such limits are examined from legal-institutional, ideological, and sociocultural perspectives. More specifically, three interrelated aspects will be highlighted in the article: (1) the global circulation of right-wing populism imaginaries, and their entanglements with the anti-Muslim sentiments in contemporary China; (2) the current insufficiency of the legal-institutional framework regarding refugees and asylum-seekers, which needs to be contextualized in China's modern history of dealing with refugee issues; (3) population politics, the rise of Han-centric nationalism, and their constraining impact on the interpretation of historical events related to cultural diversity. In conclusion, this article also offers potential implications for further examining the different yet potentially intersected genealogies of multicultural imaginaries beyond the Middle Eastern and North African refugees in Asia.

The purpose of this study is to clarify how modern fashion show makeup reflects surrealism: it also proposes fashion show make-up expressed by focusing on objects. This study aims to research make-up characterized by surrealistic object expression, which is frequently used in the 21st century modern fashion shows, and reviews the concept of the objects positioned importantly in the history of modern makeup. In this study, the influence of the object over modern makeup, particularly fashion show makeup is reviewed together with the characteristics of the object. As a result of reviewing the concepts of modern fashion show makeup by applying objects, the conclusions that are gained are as follows. Fashion show makeup expressed in today's modern time tends to emphasize the artists' unique expressions and personality, while many artists attempt to use various expression ideas and techniques. Objects are variously expressed in makeup and in the $21^{st}$ century, this is the due to the development of digital technology and expansion of designers' imagination Furthermore, surrealistic makeup achieves eminence in styling by showing the formative limits of human beings. The types of surrealistic techniques are expressed as transposition, distortion, and optical illusion in makeup. Expansion of material became the momentum in order to provide unique ideas in fashion show makeup. Moreover, the object of surrealism has a considerable influence on the development of makeup. In this regard, more positive attempts for new designs are being expected.

Science in the 21st century does not consider participants' welfare, safety and human rights in clinical studies, but modern science puts economic profits in its priority. This leads to a growing concern about social responsibility and professionalism ethics of companies, sponsors and scientists. Specifically, there is no way to control conflicts of participants' welfare with economic profits, leading to simply relying on individual ethics, social responsibilities and audit. This paper helps relevant agencies and people involved understand conflict of interest. Also this study presents the guidelines as well as independence, autonomy, ethical imagination and phronesis required for scientists.

Architecture is a shelter for society whose social pattern requires a specific form to accord with its material and spiritual needs. Providing a truly acceptable architecture requires our deeper understanding of cultural tradition - mythic values - not only because myth is an interpreted and configured form of 'thing' through man's second nature, such as his subjective and objective consciousness -'self-revelation of the absolute'- but also because, in the world of mythical imagination, a fragment of substantial reality -'thing'- becomes an equivalent mode to the signification, and emerges as 'its independent spiritual form' and 'the characteristic force of the logos.' In this sense, myth of place and myth behind tectonic form are the most essential sources for comprehending people's relationship to the world of inner and conscious experience. The recent efforts of modern architects to achieve cultural continuity should begin with re-interpretation and configulation of the myths behind describable material culture, especially artistic imagination inspired by deeper understanding of the myth of place. Myth provide artists with a creative inspiration, as they did in the past.
