Recently, the global financial crisis and the increasing number of unsold houses in Korea are construction companies to assess their efficiency. The most important factor in analyzing the efficiency of a company is the input-output variable. However, systematic stud the core input-output variables, which have a great influence on the efficiency analysis. Thus, to the core input-output variables for efficiency analysis of construction companies, this study propose a model that includes all combinations of input-output variables and to find the core input-output variables using the Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) model and Principal Component Analysis(PCA). Existing research and theories were studied variables and 21 models were established to measure efficiency. were obtained that the core input and output variable in 2006 the number of employees and sales. For 2008, the core input variable was capital stock and the core output variable was quarterly net profit. For 2010, the core input variable was fixed asset and the core output variable was sales. Through obtaining the variables that greatly affect the efficiency of construction companies, it is considered that individual construction companies will be able to prepare a priority strategy to enhance efficiency.
A lot of local governments are trying to develop and brand the regional unique resources as a digital contents because of focusing on the intangible value of it's culture and economy of cultural industry. But every cultual contents business is not always successful. It must be successful on the condition that the cooperation of local government including citizens and private company's participation should make this business a good model of continuous potential growth power. The most important factor of it's business will be the realization of stable plan based on the design of business and carefully throughout plan. The other key factors are the analysis of the objective source and current market demands, the development of contents and story telling. Also the development of strategy of the content including OSMD(One-Source Multi-Device) and OSMU(One-Source Multi-Use) through the step analysis of the result must take into consideration. With the help of analyzing the successful cultural model "Honggildong cultual content business in Jangseong, Jeonnam" which is the representative case of OSMD and OSMU, this study attempts to suggest the successful strategy of regional culture resource brand. In order to provide a typical approach to the local government and cultural content industry which is trying to brand the regional cultual resource, this study researches the analysis of the development of Honggildong cultural resources and it's process step by step which was already finished it's first business stage.
The Journal of Digital Policy & Management. This space is for the abstract of your study in English. In this paper, we propose a u-convergence Tourist Information 3.0 System using Flow Theory. It generates a sense of u-challenge and u-skills to maximize the enjoyment of tourists is u-convergence Tourist Information 3.0. This is a challenge to good sense and adjust the rating of the Convergence Contents information quality(CCIQ) analysis to maximize the enjoyment of tourists. Convergence Contents information quality(CCIQ) of the conductive continuity of the content closed antecedents u-conductive sense, the tourist synchronization adequacy may generate data that can be analyzed. Content Information Quality of rating is the leading factor in the ability of the u-skill mastery of tourists, can generate data availability. The result is to create a meta-model is referred to as content information to reach the best quality maximize enjoyment. Design a sense of u-challenge the skill of the information quality of the tourist information content has the advantage of being able to identify the data formation has the pleasure of tourists. By applying to future national competent standard it is expected to maximize the enjoyment of the job.
This is the second of two papers on the 3D numerical modeling of nearshore hydro- and morphodynamics. In Part I, the focus was on surf and swash zone hydrodynamics in the cross-shore and longshore directions. Here, we consider nearshore processes with an emphasis on the effects of oceanic forcing and beach characteristics on sediment transport in the cross- and longshore directions, as well as on foreshore bathymetry changes. The Delft3D and XBeach models were used with four turbulence closures (viz., ${\kappa}-{\varepsilon}$, ${\kappa}-L$, ATM and H-LES) to solve the 3D Navier-Stokes equations for incompressible flow as well as the beach morphology. The sediment transport module simulates both bed load and suspended load transport of non-cohesive sediments. Twenty sets of numerical experiments combining nine control parameters under a range of bed characteristics and incident wave and tidal conditions were simulated. For each case, the general morphological response in shore-normal and shore-parallel directions was presented. Numerical results showed that the ${\kappa}-{\varepsilon}$ and H-LES closure models yield similar results that are in better agreement with existing morphodynamic observations than the results of the other turbulence models. The simulations showed that wave forcing drives a sediment circulation pattern that results in bar and berm formation. However, together with wave forcing, tides modulate the predicted nearshore sediment dynamics. The combination of tides and wave action has a notable effect on longshore suspended sediment transport fluxes, relative to wave action alone. The model's ability to predict sediment transport under propagation of obliquely incident wave conditions underscores its potential for understanding the evolution of beach morphology at field scale. For example, the results of the model confirmed that the wave characteristics have a considerable effect on the cumulative erosion/deposition, cross-shore distribution of longshore sediment transport and transport rate across and along the beach face. In addition, for the same type of oceanic forcing, the beach morphology exhibits different erosive characteristics depending on grain size (e.g., foreshore profile evolution is erosive or accretive on fine or coarse sand beaches, respectively). Decreasing wave height increases the proportion of onshore to offshore fluxes, almost reaching a neutral net balance. The sediment movement increases with wave height, which is the dominant factor controlling the beach face shape.
Due to their excellence for the high-energy therapy range of photon beams, researchers show increasing interest in applying MOSFET dosimeters to low- and medium-energy applications. In this energy range, however, MOSFET dosimeter is complicated by the fact that the interaction probability of photons shows significant dependence on the atomic number, Z, due to photoelectric effect. The objective of this study is to develop a very detailed 3-dimensional Monte Carlo simulation model of a MOSFET dosimeter for radiological characterizations and calibrations. The sensitive volume of the High-Sensitivity MOSFET dosimeter is very thin (1 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$) and the standard MCNP tallies do not accurately determine absorbed dose to the sensitive volume. Therefore, we need to score the energy deposition directly from electrons. The developed model was then used to study various radiological characteristics of the MOSFET dosimeter. the energy dependence was quantified for the energy range 15 keV to 6 MeV; finding maximum dependence of 6.6 at about 40 keV. A commercial computer code, Sabrina, was used to read the particle track information from an MCNP simulation and count the tracks of simulated electrons. The MOSFET dosimeter estimated the calibration factor by 1.16 when the dosimeter was at 15 cm depth in tissue phantom for 662 keV incident photons. Our results showed that the MOSFET dosimeter estimated by 1.11 for 1.25 MeV photons for the same condition.

A hull form for an Aframax tanker whore form parameters cover the values of $C_B{\simeq}0.8,\;L/B{\simeq}5.5\;and\;B/d{\simeq}3.5$ has been developed by applying a composite stern frameline concept and its excellent performance has been evaluated through a series of model tests at the Korea Research Institute of Ships and Ocean Engineering. The tests showed that this concept was very much promising in the cases of wide breadth and shallow draught vessels and suitably applicable to the stern frameline shape. For the comparison, a hull form developed by Japanese 'H' yard has been selected and the performances of two hull forms were evaluated by model tests and theoretical calculations. The comparison shows that Daewoo hull form requires less effective power by 10% and less delevered power by 5-6% at both full load and ballast conditions. In addition, it is suggested that Hushes method can give better correlationthan Froude method because the full scale resistance extrapolated by Froude method would be very much optimistic in case of the hull form with very low value of form factor.
Purpose - This study is to propose a creative idea for constant business growth and development by examining characteristics of business outcomes by phase, which are "growth" and "erosion and stagnation," respectively. Research design, data, methodology - It is necessary to identify an occurrence of crisis and its diffusion with a dynamic model in order to identify a success and failure of businesses in an organic way, not on a binary structure. The static perspective is to understand a crisis as a simply one-time event or as a linear causation. Thus, it has a limited understanding of the overall situation and has limits to investigating a foundational cause and developing long-term countermeasures. On the contrary, the dynamic perspective is to understand the crisis as circulation process of the overall system. Thus, it divides elements of the crisis as external and internal ones to understand it as the causal relationship of each element. Results - During the growth period of Burger King, the company promoted its brand very successfully with aggressive and creative marketing activities. However, due to the founder's disposal of management rights and the following changes in the management, the company had no choice but to lose focus on its business philosophy and brand management, and eventually it had to face the big crisis (resonance) which was delisting from the stock market because of the external threat; well-being trend. However, Burger King resumed lifting on the stock exchange by making great efforts to clearly identify the current issues and seek solutions. Under the spirit of "perseverance" and its slogan "Have it your way" the company is now going head to head with McDonald's in the North American region and emerging countries. Conclusions - Then, what is the most crucial factor in the success and failure of businesses? Answers may vary, however, as learned from the case study of Burger King, corporations should inspect the present and focus on developing a long-term strategy for the future and actively fulfill the actions. McDonald's may not be able to innovate by itself in the future as it may become routinized to the growth. There will be chances of winning if we change conditions of individuals or organizations to an organic system in terms of being creative. There is a hopeful message here that an individual or small business may have more advantages in the era of the idea and innovation.
The paper describes the comparison between observed and predicted stress-strain characteristics of marine silty clay in Dangjin district. For prediction, the hyperbolic model which is applied the parameters acquiring by physical and triaxial compression test was adopted, and the obtained results were summarized as follows: 1. The Young's modulus were increased with decreasing of moisture contents and increasing of dry density. 2. The most affective factor to hyperbolic model is lateral stress and dry density. and than cohesion and internal friction angle. 3. The comparision between the statistical and hyperbolic values of maximum deviator stress have few accordance. and the statisticals is lower than the hyperbolics. 4. Without. much labor and tiresome procedures, effective computer program was made and applied, but technical procedure for prevents test errors of parameter calculation is importants.
The purpose of this study is to exploratory examine the structural relationships among meaningfulness of work, personality(Big 5 character-types) and job stress. To conduct such examination, the author (i) designated meaningfulness of work, personality(Big 5 character-types) and job stress as variables and (ii) designed a research model by conducting preceding studies on the variables. To examine the research model the author collected the survey data from the residents in Kyoungsangbuk-do, 332 copies of questionnaire. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS programs. The analysis results are as follows. Especially, (1) the meaningfulness of work had a positive effect on agreeableness, conscientiousness, and extraversion. (2) the meaningfulness of work had a negative effect on neuroticism. (3) the meaningfulness of work had no effect on openness to experience. (4) the neuroticism factor had a positive effect on psychological job stress and physical job stress. (5) the openness to experience had a negative effect on psychological job stress and physical job stress. (6) the meaningfulness of work had no effect on psychological job stress and physical job stress. The implications and limitation which this study are as follows. First, this study has discovered that there was statistically significant relationship between the meaningfulness of work and Big 5 character-types. Second, Big 5 character-types(neuroticism, openness to experience) had statistically effect on psychological job stress and physical job stress. This study have limitation in that was conducted based on cross-sectional design of research. Because, the mechanism of job stress is a dynamic process.
Bone morphogenetic proteins have been shown to possess significant osteoinSductive potential, but in order to take advantage of this effect for tissue engineering, carrier systems are essential. Successful carrier systems must enable vascular and cellular invasion, allowing BMP to act as a differentiation factor. The carrier should be reproducible, non-immunogenic, moldable, and space-providing, to define the contours of the resulting bone. The purpose of this study was to review available literature, in comparing various carriers of BMP on rat calvarial defect model. The following conclusions were deduced. 1. Bone regeneration of ACS/BMP, ${\beta}-TCP/BMP$, FFSS/BMP, $FFSS/{\beta}-TCP/BMP$, MBCP/BMP group were significantly greater than the control groups. 2. Bone density in the ACS/BMP group was greater than that in ${\beta}-TCP$, FFSS, $FFSS/{\beta}-TCP$ carrier group. 3. Bone regeneration in FFSS/BMP group was less than in ACS/BMP, ${\beta}-TCP/BMP$, MBCP/BMP group. However, New bone area of $FFSS/{\beta}-TCP/BMP$ carrier group were more greater than that of FFSS/BMP group. ACS, ${\beta}-TCP$, FFSS, $FFSS/{\beta}-TCP$, MBCP were used for carrier of BMP. However, an ideal carrier which was reproducible, non-immunogenic, moldable, and space-providing did not exist. Therefore, further investigation are required in developing a new carrier system.
