In accommodating the asymmetric traffic for future wireless multimedia services, the dynamic time division duplexing (D-TDD) scheme is considered as one of the key solutions. With the D-TDD mode, however, the inter-BS and inter-MS interference is inevitable during the cross time slot (CTS) period, and this interference seriously degrades the system performance. To mitigate such interference, we propose a region and time partitioning D-TDD architecture for OFDM systems. Each time slot in the CTS period is split into several minislots, and then each cell is divided into as many regions as the number of minislots per time slot. We then assign the minislots only to the users in its predefined corresponding region. On top of such architecture which inherently separates the interfering entities farther from each other, we design a robust time slot allocation scheme so that the inter-cell interference can be minimized. By the computer simulation, it has been verified that the proposed scheme outperforms the conventional time slot allocation methods in both the outage probability and the bandwidth efficiency.
The impurity profiles from the raw materials of glycyrrhizin were performed by the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)/electrospray ionization (ESI)- mass spectrometry (MS). For the HPLC experiment, a $C_{18}$($3.9{\times}300mm$, $10{\mu}m$) column was used and the mobile phase was acetic acid/$H_2O$ (1:10):acetonitrile=3:2 with a flow rate of 0.8 ml/min. The effluent was splitted into the ratio of 50:1 and went into the ESI-MS. Three to six impurities were found and informed of the identification of the structure of the impurities by ESI-MS. And the structures of impurities were suggested to a hydroxy-glycyrrhizin which is added with hydroxy group (-OH) in the glycyrrhetic acid moiety and a reduced-glycyrrhizin which the position of 12 of the glycyrrhetic acid moiety is reduced. The purities of the standard materials were about 90%.

The construction of traffic facilities has generated a variety of problems in the equality and efficiency when it would be planed and evaluated. One of the reasons for these phenomena isn't the definition of an objective standard about benefit items. Thus, results of evaluation couldn't give a demonstration of confidence. But, the traffic facility construction and its operation costs are securely appeared. Therefor, it will be demonstrated to decide the benefit items in this study. Before deciding the items, user's satisfaction evaluation and economic analysis would be carried. We find out subway user's satisfaction higher than load traffic mode user in satisfaction evaluation, while subway's economic feasibility is lower than load facility, as a result of B/C analysis. In this inconsistent results, we found out that the benefit value is a little lower because of indefinite standard of it's items as comparing Busan Metropolitan City's population with subway's modal split ratio. Accordingly, we enumerate some benefit items in the case of feasibility evaluation as constructing traffic facility. And each of evaluation items' weight is estimated by using ANP. We found out that the weight value of accessibility has the highest one, that of punctuality has second, that of travel time has third, and benefit items according to improvement of user's traffic condition have much more important than those which were considered in the existence economic analysis.

In this paper, we designed a 4Kb poly-fuse OTP IP (Intellectual Property) required for analog circuit trimming and calibration. In order to reduce the BL resistance of the poly-fuse OTP cell, which consists of an NMOS select transistor and a poly-fuse link, the BL stacked metal 2 and metal 3. In order to reduce BL routing resistance, the 4Kb cells are divided into two sub-block cell arrays of 64 rows × 32 rows, with the BL drive circuit located between the two 2Kb sub-block cell arrays, which are split into top and bottom. On the other hand, in this paper, we propose a core circuit for an OTP cell that uses one poly-fuse link to one select transistor. In addition, in the early stages of OTP IP development, we proposed a data sensing circuit that considers the case where the resistance of the unprogrammed poly-fuse can be up to 5kΩ. It also reduces the current flowing through an unprogrammed poly-fuse link in read mode to 138㎂ or less. The poly-fuse OTP cell size designed with DB HiTek 90nm CMOS process is 11.43㎛ × 2.88㎛ (=32.9184㎛2), and the 4Kb poly-fuse OTP IP size is 432.442㎛ × 524.6㎛ (=0.227mm2).
BACKGROUND: This study focused on the development of an analytical method about dichlorprop (DCPP; 2-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)propionic acid) which is a plant growth regulator, a synthetic auxin for agricultural commodities. DCPP prevents falling of fruits during their growth periods. However, the overdose of DCPP caused the unwanted maturing time and reduce the safe storage period. If we take fruits with exceeding maximum residue limits, it could be harmful. Therefore, this study presented the analytical method of DCPP in agricultural commodities for the nation-wide pesticide residues monitoring program of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. METHODS AND RESULTS: We adopted the analytical method for DCPP in agricultural commodities by gas chromatograph in cooperated with Electron Capture Detector(ECD). Sample extraction and purification by ion-associated partition method were applied, then quantitation was done by GC/ECD with DB-17, a moderate polarity column under the temperature-rising condition with nitrogen as a carrier gas and split-less mode. Standard calibration curve presented linearity with the correlation coefficient ($r^2$) > 0.9998, analysed from 0.1 to 2.0 mg/L concentration. Limit of quantitation in agricultural commodities represents 0.05 mg/kg, and average recoveries ranged from 78.8 to 102.2%. The repeatability of measurements expressed as coefficient of variation (CV %) was less than 9.5% in 0.05, 0.10, and 0.50 mg/kg. CONCLUSION(S): Our newly improved analytical method for DCPP residues in agricultural commodities was applicable to the nation-wide pesticide residues monitoring program with the acceptable level of sensitivity, repeatability and reproducibility.

Purpose: The general test method of the Korean Pharmacopeia specifies the test method on the clauses of quality control after manufacturing. According to KFDA Guidance for Medicines, standards of residual solvents regulates the maximum permissible dose of acetonitrile as 400 ppm, ethanol as 5,000 ppm, and acetic acid as 5,000 ppm. This study aims at identifying the type of resiual solvents in the final [F-18]FDG vial of an automatic synthesizer and measure its residual quantity. Materials and Methods: The center carried out residual solvents test of [F-18]FDG injection using Agilent Technologies 7890A with a Flame Ionization Detector. The column of Agilent Technologies 7890A used in measuring of residual solvents was CP WAX column ($30m{\times}0.53mm{\times}1.0{\mu}m$) and analysis condition was split mode 1:1 at the initial temperature $70^{\circ}C$ which was increased $20^{\circ}C/minute$ after two minutes and maintained at the final $140^{\circ}C$ for two minutes. The analysis method was as following: Firstly, ethanol-acetonitrile-acetic acid mixture was classified into four types of concentration (250-25-250 ppm, 1,000-100-1,000 ppm, 3,000-300-3,000 ppm, and 6,000-600-6,000 ppm), and $1.0{\mu}L$ of each type of concentration was injected into gas chromatography followed by an analysis of its peak domain. Then, a calibration-curve by the external standard method was drawn based on the analysis result. Results: While ethanol and acetonitrile were detected in TRACERlab MX, FASTlab had additional acetic acid. The residual quantity of the ethanol-acetonitrile-acetic acid mixture evaluated using the calibration-curve was average 72 ppm ethanol, 54 ppm acetonitrile, and 1030 ppm acetic acid for FASTlab, whereas average 439 ppm ethanol and 79 ppm acetonitrile for TRACERlab MX. This indicated that both of them were within the maximum permissible dose. Conclusion: Solvent residues in the [F-18]FDG injection were all within maximum permissible doses and proper to be used to examine a patient. The result indicated that types and quantities of solvent resides of radioactive pharmaceuticals vary depending on the automatic synthesizer.
Er:YAG laser has been considered a promising alternative to dental drill and many researches indicate that adjustment to variable parameters, including water flow rate, pulse energy and pulse repetition rate, can be made to improve ablation ability and efficiency of the laser. Of these parameters, addition of water spray during irradiation has been thought to ablate dental hard tissue more rapidly and safely. The purpose of this study was to investigate tooth ablation amount by Er:YAG laser irradiation as related to varied water flow rates added and, ultimately to find the most effective water flow rate for ablation. In addition, the temperature change of pulp chamber during irradiation was also monitored on the irradiated and opposite pulpal walls, respectively. An Er:YAG laser with contact mode was employed. Extracted human molars were split into two pieces for ablation experiment. Pulse energies of 200 and 300 mJ with a pulse repetition rate of 20 Hz and 5 water flow rates (1.6, 3.0, 5.0, 7.0, and 10.0 ml/min) were applied. Each irradiation was performed for 3 seconds. According to these parameters, experimental groups were divided into 10 subgroups which consisted of 5 specimens. For temperature experiment, another 5 tooth-specimens were prepared in the manner that pulp chamber was open through access cavity preparation and two temperature-measuring probes were placed respectively on the irradiated and the opposite walls of pulp chamber. From the experiment on ablation amount related to different water flow rates, it was shown that the least water flow rate of 1.6 ml/min ablated more than any other water flow rates (p<0.000). When the irradiation for 3 seconds, combined with the pulse repetition time of 20Hz and the water flow rate of 1.6 ml/min was done to tooth specimen, the temperature rise was not noticeable both on the irradiated and the opposite pulpal walls (less than 3$^{\circ}C$) and there was no significant difference in temperature rise between the two pulse energies, 200 and 300 mJ. From the results of this study, it is suggested that tooth ablation with Er:YAG laser can be done effectively and safely at a energy between 200 and 300 mJ/pulse and a pulse repetition rate of 20 Hz when the lasing is conjugated with the water flow rate of 1.6ml/min.
