인간공학적 디자인을 적용한 보행가이드 로봇의 개발 (Development of the Gait Assistant Mobile Robot using Ergonomics Design)

  • In this study, the concept of autonomous mobility is applied to a gait support mobile robot. The aim of the development of the service robot is to assist the elderly with gait rehabilitation. This study proposes an ergonomic service robot design parameter. The gait assistant path pattern is derived from analysis of the elderly gait. A lever is installed in the AMR in order to measure both the pulling force and the leading force of the elderly. The path generation of the mobile robot is developed through consideration and analysis of elderly gait patterns. The ergonomic design parameters (dimensions, action scope and working space) are determined based on moving scope of the elderly. The gait assistant mobile robot was offered the elderly guide service and internet service based on the ergonomic design parameters.

  • 스마트워크의 유형은 모바일 기기등을 이용하여 현장에서 업무를 수행하는 모바일오피스, 자택에서 본사 통신망에 접속하여 업무를 수행하는 재택근무, 자택인근 원격사무실에서 근무하는 스마트워크센터근무와 같은 형태를 의미하며 기존 사무실개념에 비하여 공간과 시간의 벽을 극복할 수 있도록 도와준다. 본 논문에서는 엘리베이터 산업의 에프터서비스 산업문야에서 모바일 오피스 시스템을 개발하는 과정을 설명하는데 개발된 시스템은 A/S Work이라 명명 하였다. 개발된 A/S Work 시스템은 M 엘리베이터사의 에프터서비스에 활용되어 기존시스템과 비교하면 다음과 같은 장점을 가진다. 1) 고객별 작업전후 사진관리 2) 현장에서의 고객만족도조사 3) 작업일지관리 앱 4) 작업자 근태관리 5) 그룹 SMS 기능.

전복방지를 위한 가변 구조 이동 로봇의 설계와 구현 (Design and Implementation of a Mobile Robot with a Variable Structure for Tip-over Prevention)

  • In this paper, we design and implement a mobile robot with variable structure for tip-over prevention. The mobile robot is designed for the purpose of stable drive and work in outdoor terrain. The outdoor terrain is rough and uneven. In this terrain, the tip-over of the mobile robot can occur while driving and working. Therefore, the structure of the mobile robot must be designed in consideration of stable drive and work. The proposed structure is defined as an X-shape for overall balance of the mobile robot. The shape is designed by using a multi-level structure for reducing the size of the robot. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed design, we analyze the tip-over characteristics according to the height of gravitational center and the extension length of the robot. Finally, we develop a prototype of the mobile robot with variable structure, taking the results of the tip-over analysis into consideration.

비전과 퍼지 규칙을 이용한 이동로봇의 경로계획과 장애물회피 (Path Planning and Obstacle Avoidance for Mobile Robot with Vision System Using Fuzzy Rules)

  • 본 논문에서는 미지의 환경에서 동작하는 비전 시스템을 갖는 이동로봇의 경로 계획과 장애물 회피를 위한 새로운 알고리즘을 제안하고자 한다. 목표점에 도달하기 위한 경로계획과 장애물회피를 위해 거리 변화율 기법을 적용하였으며, 소벨연산자를 이용하여 장애물의 윤곽을 추출하였다. 이동로봇의 자율성을 향상시키기 위해 경로 설정과 장애물 회피에 퍼지 규직을 사용하였다. 본 논문에서 제안된 알고리즘을 컴퓨터시뮬레이션을 통해 기존의 벡터장 기법을 이용한것보다 우수하다는것을 알수 있었다. 또한 실효성을 실제로 알아보기 위해 소형 이동로봇을 제작하였으며, 제안된 알고리즘을 탑재하여 실험한 결과 복잡한 주변환경하에서도 좋은 성능을 발휘함을 확인할수 있었다.

모바일 오피스 시스템이 사용자의 업무과부하 및 직무 스트레스에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Mobile Office Systems on Users' Job Stress and Work Overload)

  • The use of mobile office systems has been expanded due to the smartphones' rapid diffusion in Korea, and it has brought a new work environment that is different from traditional working patterns. In this study, the unique attributes of mobile office systems, such as ubiquity, usefulness, complexity, and insecurity, are examined along with the impact of these attributes on work overload and job stress. Based on transaction-based model of job stress, organizational support was applied as a stress inhibitor and also the moderator between work overload and job stress. The findings of this study show that ubiquity increases usefulness of mobile office systems; complexity increases both work overload and job stress; and insecurity increases job stress. Surprisingly, usefulness increases job stress, which means employees who perceive the efficiency of mobile office systems higher may feel more job stress. Organizational support for mobile office systems significantly shows the moderating effect, but no direct mitigating effect on job stress. The theoretical and practical implications in order to mitigate the side effects of mobile office systems based on the research findings are thoroughly discussed.

  • Welding processing is used in the various industrial fields such as shipbuilding, car, airplane and steel structure, etc.. But the welding process has a bad working condition and lack of skillful worker. The welding depended on man power causes low productivity and difficulty in keeping continuous and stable quality control. This paper shows the development results of welding mobile robot with the several functions such as continuous/intermittent welding, initial welding speed control, acceleration control, crater and deceleration speed control in welding end. The robot is developed based on microprocess which is intel 80c196kc.

PMIPv6 (Proxy Mobile IPv6)에서 고속핸드오버를 이용한 Packet bicasting기법 (Packet Bicasting in Fast Handover for PMIPv6)

  • Mobile IPv6(MIPv6)은 IETF에서 IP망의 이동성지원을 지원하기 위해 제안되었다. 기존의 MIPv6에서는 이동노드가 핸드오버 메시지 교환에 관여하여 핸드오버 지연이 발생하여 패킷을 손실하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이동노드의 핸드오버 메시지 교환과정을 제거하여 핸드오버 지연성능을 향상시키는 Proxy Mobile IPv6(PMIPv6)을 연구하였고, IETF MIPSHOP WG는 PMIPv6망에서 fast handover(PFMIPv6)를 제안하여 패킷의 손실을 최소화 하고자 하였다. 본 논문에서는 PFMIPv6에서 발생하는 핸드오버 과정 동안의 패킷손실을 줄이기 위해 이중 인터페이스 이동단말에 초점을 두고 패킷 bicasting을 적용하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법의 성능을 수치적으로 분석하고, 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안된 가법이 PFMIPv6에서의 핸드오버보다 패킷 손실과 신호비용의 관점에서 성능이 향상되었음을 확인하였다.

A Hybrid Positioning System for Indoor Navigation on Mobile Phones using Panoramic Images

  • In this paper, we propose a novel positioning system for indoor navigation which helps a user navigate easily to desired destinations in an unfamiliar indoor environment using his mobile phone. The system requires only the user's mobile phone with its basic equipped sensors such as a camera and a compass. The system tracks user's positions and orientations using a vision-based approach that utilizes $360^{\circ}$ panoramic images captured in the environment. To improve the robustness of the vision-based method, we exploit a digital compass that is widely installed on modern mobile phones. This hybrid solution outperforms existing mobile phone positioning methods by reducing the error of position estimation to around 0.7 meters. In addition, to enable the proposed system working independently on mobile phone without the requirement of additional hardware or external infrastructure, we employ a modified version of a fast and robust feature matching scheme using Histogrammed Intensity Patch. The experiments show that the proposed positioning system achieves good performance while running on a mobile phone with a responding time of around 1 second.

공단근로자의 작업복 디자인 실태 및 선호도 연구 (The Actual Wearing Condition and Preference of the Working Uniform Design in the Industrial Complex)

  • Functional, aesthetic and symbolic working uniforms in the industrial complex are demanded by employees and employers. The purpose of this research was to find out the actual wearing condition and preference of the working uniform design in the industrial complex. The research selected 7 enterprise subjects located in the Changwon National Industrial Complex and adopted a questionnaire method. 912 workers categorized into 4 work groups according to their work posts replied in total. The data and the degrees of satisfaction/preference of the working uniforms were analysed into descriptive statistics and F-tests by using the SPSS S/W package. The results were as follows: First, the style of the working uniform was the standard two-piece style. Second, the degree of the satisfaction with the entrepreneurial image implied to the working uniform was 2.83 throughout the 5-scale evaluation. In addition, the degree of the satisfaction with the working uniform colors was in between 2.94 and 2.96. Third, unsatisfied parts of the upper and lower uniform garments were: sleeve > pocket > collar; and waist belt loop > hip pocket > hem line respectively. Fourth, beige was the most preferred color for the working uniform top and bottom both. The most preferred color images were the calm and safety and the bright and light in order. Especially, the demand on the safety factors and soil proof colors of the outside field workers was much higher than the clerical workers. Fifth, the blouson type jacket with shirts collar or soutien roll collar was more preferred to than the casual style; and the straight formal pants were more preferred to than the casual/sweat sports pants styles. Sixth, inner pockets to keep the mobile phone and pens were required for upper garment details specially by manufacture workers. Increase of the waist belt loop numbers was required by all work groups.

전이 환경에서 이중 스택 메커니즘을 사용한 이동 IPv4와 이동 IPv6 연동 문제 해결 방안 연구 (Research of solutions for inter-working problem between a mobile IPv4 and a mobile IPv6 using the Dual Stack Transition Mechanism in transition environment)

  • IPv4가 가지는 주소 부족 및 보안등의 문제들로 인하여, 인터넷 환경은 IPv6로 전이가 이루어지고 있다. 또한 노트북 및 PDA등 단말들이 소형화, 간편화되면서 단말의 이동성 문제가 쟁점화 되고 있다. 이러한 오늘날의 인터넷 환경에서. IPv4에서 IPv6로의 전이 환경에서의 두 프로토콜의 연동을 위해 여러 메커니즘들이 소개되고 있으며 단말의 이동성 제공을 위해 IPv4 기반으로는 이동 IPv4(Mobile IPv4)가 표준으로 제정되었으며 IPv6 기반으로는 이동 IPv6(Mobile IPv6)가 현재 표준 제정 완료 단계에 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전이 환경에서 이동성 지원을 위하여 이중스택 메커니즘을 사용한 이동 IPv4와 이동 IPv6의 연동 문제 해결 방안에 대해 모색해본다.
