  • Haute couture denotes a luxurious made-to-order dressmaker's shop. In principle, it refers to a place that is registered with the Paris Apparel Association and has met the size and criteria specified by the association. The features of modern fashion expressed in haute couture have been contemplated by categorizing them into mixed impression appearing in haute couture work pieces. turning the collection event into a spectacle and commercialization for the succession of haute couture. Mixed impression manifested in the haute couture has engendered (1) the creative and dynamic feature (2) eclecticism with popular culture (3) mixed impression of reactionism (4) ethnic characteristics. From the above considerations, one could say that the factors drive the very existence of haute couture and comprise three elements of impeccable backgrounds, They are (1) organizing ability and protective policies of the French fashion industry, (2) relentless experimental spirit of the haute couture designers and (3) Paris that supports creativity and fashion fabrication, have coincided with rising up of the value of persistence on originality of work pieces in accordance with diversifying cultural transformations. consumer-oriented patterns by way of capital symbolized by consumers and restructuring of company operation by each shop. This report describes comprehensive understanding of haute couture, creativity and dynamic power of the haute couture work pieces. Akin to the efforts to maintain the existence of high-grade cultures throughout the overall cultures themselves, haute couture, on the basis of these factors, should also become the motive power through which luxurious culture in fashion is created in the days ahead.

  • The present study was performed to evaluate how cellular and humoral immune responses were perturbed by immunization of mixed periodontal bacterial biofilms. Each group of mice was immunizared with 1) Poqhyromonas gingivalis (P. gingivaliis) grown as a planktonic culture, 2) Fusobacterium nucleatum (F. nucleatum), 3) P. gingivalis grown as a biofilm, or 4) mixed P. gingivalis plus F. nucleatum grown as a biofilm culture, respectively. Immune mouse sera were collected from each mouse. Spleens were harvested to isolate T cells and consequently stimulated with antigen presenting cells and P. gingivalis whole cell antigen to establish P. gingivalis-specific T cell lines. There were no significant differences in the mean anti- gingivalis IgG antibody titers among mouse groups. Immunization of mice with pure P. gingivalis biofilm or mixed P gingivalis plus F. nucleatum biofilm resulted in significant reduction o f antibody avidity and opsonophagocytois function. INF-$\gamma$production by P. gingivalis-specific T cell lines was also substantially recluced in mouse groups immunized with the biofilm. It was concluded that P. gingivalis biofilm perturbs the cellular and humoral immune responses in periodontal disease.

  • A mathematical model has been proposed for the batch culture of Agaricus blazei with mixed carbon sources of glucose and dextrin. In the proposed model, the metabolism of A. blazei was divided into three parts: cell growth, exopolysaccharides (EPS) production, and another EPS production pathway activated by dextrin hydrolysis. Each pathway was described mathematically and incorporated into the mechanistic model structure. Batch cultures were carried out with six different carbon source compositions. Although parameters were estimated by using the experimental data from the two extreme cases such as glucose only and dextrin only, the model represented well the profiles of glucose, cell mass, and EPS concentrations for all the six different carbon source mixtures, showing a good interpolation capability. Of note, the lag in EPS production could be quite precisely predicted by assuming that the glucose-to-cell mass ratio was the governing factor for EPS production.

  • Lactobacillus acidophilus KFCC12731 and Saccharomyces cerevisiae KFCC32017 were incubated together in soymilk and the conditions for acid production were investigated. The acid production of Lactobacillus acidophilus was much higher when this organism was incubated with Saccharomyces cerevisiae in soymilk than when it was incubated alone. Optimum acid production by the mixed cultures of Lactobacillus acidophilus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae was achieved with the following conditions; a temperature of 34$^{\circ}C$, a 3:7-8:2 (OD 660) ratio of Lactobacillus acidophilus to Saccharomyces cerevisiae at inoculum, a 1.5% level of sucrose fortification or a 2.0-3.0 % level of skim milk powder fortification and a culture time of 12 hours or more.

  • As urbanization accelerates and facilities that use energy increase, human life and property damage due to fire is increasing. Therefore, a fire monitoring system capable of quickly detecting a fire is required to reduce economic loss and human damage caused by a fire. In this study, we aim to develop an improved artificial intelligence model that can increase the accuracy of low fire alarms by mixing DeepSORT, which has strengths in object tracking, with the YOLOv5s model. In order to develop a fire detection model that is faster and more accurate than the existing artificial intelligence model, DeepSORT, a technology that complements and extends SORT as one of the most widely used frameworks for object tracking and YOLOv5s model, was selected and a mixed model was used and compared with the YOLOv5s model. As the final research result of this paper, the accuracy of YOLOv5s model was 96.3% and the number of frames per second was 30, and the YOLOv5s_DeepSORT mixed model was 0.9% higher in accuracy than YOLOv5s with an accuracy of 97.2% and number of frames per second: 30.

  • Co-immobilized mixed culture system(A-Z system) composed of two different oxygen-demanding strains, aerobic(Aspergillus awamori) and anaerobic(Zymomonas mobilis) strains, in a Ca-alginate gel beads was developed to increase ethanol production from raw starch as a carbon source. Optimal mixture ratio of A. awamori and Z. mobilis was $1.25{\times}10^{9}\;spores/L-gel$ and 0.5g cells/L-gel, respectively. After 120 hours of cultivation, gel beads distinguished oxygen-rich surface for A. awamori from oxygen-deficient central part for Z. mobilis. At A-Z culture system, yield of ethanol on glucose, $Y_{p/s}=0.18$, was very low and there was high leakage of cells from surface of gel beads. At A-Z 36 cultrue system with changing silicon check valve for cotton plug at 36 hours in A-Z culture system, there was no cell leakage from gel beads, pH was maintained at around 4.3 during cultivation, and yield of ethanol on glucose, $Y_{p/s}=0.36$, showed 2 times higher than that of control culture system(cotton plug culture).

Specially, we can see terms about style surfing supermarket style through visulization process for critic, combination, reconstruction, of modernism, that is post modernism. Not new style show up any more but displayed union of past style history complex, slices of decoration series. A designer group called as memphis, they designed such like that. Our view for fashion could be new in the technology, mixed media, cyber situation is stimulated us and accepted in extened concept of culture. In this study, I approched as a view of streetism cyber punkism haute couture Romanticism linked extension concept of culture. Haute couture fashion has the most historical, and constructive and decorative aspects, and regarded as principle of construction of deconstruction. And this season trend is romantic & emotional image are complexed.

  • The effects of transformation capacity on cometabolic degradation of trichloroethene (TCE) were evaluated using TCE-degrading actinomycetes pure and mixed culture under various culture conditions. The TCE transformation capacity of the actinomycetes enrichment culture in a batch test with phenol addition was 1.0 mg of TCE/mg of volatile suspended solids (VSS). The resting cell TCE transformation capacity of the actinomycetes pure culture cell was 0.75 mg TCE/mg VSS, which increased to 2.0 mg TCE/mg VSS when phenol was added as an external substrate. When the pure culture had an internal substrate in the form of poly-β-hydroxybutyrate (PHB) at 19% of the cell mass, the resting cell TCE transformation capacity increased from 0.47 to 0.6 mg TCE/mg VSS. The presence of PHB increased transformation capacity by 57%, whereas, the addition of phenol caused more than two fold increase in transformation capacity. The actinomycetes culture showed the highest transformation capacity.

  • The effects of density and soil nutrient regime on competition between individuals in pure and mixed populations of two annuals. Chenopodium album and Digitaria sanguinalis were investigated at the level of enegy allocation. Seedling emergence of two species was extremely high (>90%) in both pure and mixed culture irrespective of the density and nutrient regime, but percentage of seedling establishment or fertile plant became gradually low with increasing density owing to 'self-thinning'. The mean plant dry weight was significantly reduced with increasing density and decreasing soil fertility. The dry matter production of D. sanguinalis in mixture was markedly greater than in pure culture under medium and high density. Also, as considered the number of seed production as reproductive allocation, relationship between them and the number of seed production per plant showed a similar tendency. Therefore, these results indicated that D. sanguinalis had a greater competitive advantage than C. album and energy allocations to variious organs were regulated by plastic response rather than determined genetically.

  • A mixed bacterial culture capable of mineralizing methyl tort-butyl ether (MTBE), other fuel oxygenates ethers, tertiary carbon alcohols, benzene and toluene was used to inoculate batch reactor and sequence batch reactor (SBR) to treat gasoline contaminated ground water containing about 60 mg/L MTBE, 5 mg/L benzene, 5 mg/L toluene, and low concentrations of several other aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons. Respirometery studies showed that MTBE degrading mixed culture could treat MTBE contaminated ground water with addition of nitrogen and phosphate. SBR was operated to demonstrate the feasibility of using suspended growth activated system for the treatment of ground water and to confirm that the respirometry derived kinetics and stoichiometric coefficients were useful for predicting reactor performance. Theoretical performance of the reactor was predicted using mathematical models calibrated with biokinetic parameters derived from respirometry studies.
