In this paper, we present a novel method of parallelization of the modular multiplication algorithm to improve time and space complexity on RNS (Residue Number System). The parallel algorithm executes modular reduction using new table lookup based reduction method. MRS (Mixed Radix number System) is used because algebraic comparison is difficult in RNS which has a non-weighted number representation. Conversion from residue number system to certain MRS is relatively fast in residue computer. Therefore magnitude comparison is easily Performed on MRS. By the analysis of the algorithm, it is known that it requires only 1/2 table size than previous approach. And it requires 0(ι) arithmetic operations using 2ㅣ processors.
The author has observed the distribution of the tissue mast cells in 67 various tumors and precancerous lesions which occurred in the oral cavity.
The specimcns ware obtained from the department of oral pathology, college of dentistry, Seoul National University, from Jan. 1970 to June, 1973.
The results are as follows:
1) The number of the tissue mast cell was decrease predominantly in malignant tumors, especially in squamous cell carcinomas and in sarcomas.
2) The number of the tissue mast cell distirbution in adenocarcinomas one of malignant group was sligtly increased in with healthy oral mucosa.
3) The number of tissue mast cells in ameloblastomas one of benign group of the tumor of epithelial originwas more decreased than that in healthy oral mucosa.
4) The number of tissue mast cells in fibromas was more than that in healthy oral mucosa.
5) The number of the tissue mast cells in mixed tumors was increased one and a half times as many as that in healthy oral mucosa.
6) The number of the tissue mast cells in mixed tumors was increased one and a half times as many as that in healthy oral mucosa.
7) The tissue mast cell distribution can be observed more densly in the stroma of tumors than in the parenchyme of tumors.

The competition relationship between orchardgrass(Docflis glomerutu L. cv; Potomac) and red clover (Trifnlium prurense L. cv; Kenland) was investigated under the pure and mixed swards. Each species were grown in intra- and interspecific competition in pots and fields for 2-years. Intra- and interspecific competition were evaluated by calculating traditional methods; expected yield, relative yield total(RYT), aggressivity and compensation index(CI), and shoot and root dry matter production in the orchadgrass(ffi) pure, red clover(RC) pure and orchardgrdss(W)-red clover(RC) mixed sward. The results obtained were summarized as follows: Compared to OG and RC pure swards, the shoot and root dry maaer(DM) yield of OG-RC mixed sward were higher and more deeply rooted under the soil than those of OG and RC pure sward. Also, the number of tillen per plant of OG in the OG-RC mixed sward was less than that of OG pure sward, but that of RC in the OGRC mixed sward was more than that of RC pure sward. OG-RC mixed sward were evaluated as a productive sward type compared to OG and RC pure swards in that actual yield was higher than expect yield and that relative yield total(RYT), and compensation index(C1) were high. As mentioned above, compared to intraspecific competition as a OG and RC pure sward, interspecific competition as a OG-RC mixed sward was evaluated to productive type under the ffi and RC species utilization
Many studies have generally used a large number of pure pixels as an approach to training set design. The training set are used, however, varies between classifiers. In the recent research, it was reported that small mixed pixels between classes are actually more useful than larger pure pixels of each class in Support Vector Machine (SVM) classification. We evaluated a usability of small mixed pixels as a training set for the classification of high-resolution satellite imagery. We presented an advanced approach to obtain a mixed pixel readily, and evaluated the appropriateness with the land cover classification from IKONOS satellite imagery. The results showed that the accuracy of the classification based on small mixed pixels is nearly identical to the accuracy of the classification based on large pure pixels. However, it also showed a limitation that small mixed pixels used may provide insufficient information to separate the classes. Small mixed pixels of the class border region provide cost-effective training sets, but its use with other pixels must be considered in use of high-resolution satellite imagery or relatively complex land cover situations.
In this study, a four-node quadrilateral partial mixed plate element with low degrees of freedom (dofs) is developed for static and free vibration analysis of functionally graded material (FGM) plates rested on Winkler-Pasternak elastic foundations. The formulation of the presented finite element model is based on a parametrized mixed variational principle which is developed recently by the first author. The presented finite element model considers the effects of shear deformations and normal flexibility of the FGM plates without using any shear correction factor. It also fulfills the boundary conditions of the transverse shear and normal stresses on the top and bottom surfaces of the plate. Beside these capabilities, the number of unknown field variables of the plate is only six. The presented partial mixed finite element model has been validated through comparison with the results of the three-dimensional (3D) theory of elasticity and the results obtained from the classical and high-order plate theories available in the open literature.

Malignant mixed tumor of the parotid gland account for a very small number of the head and neck malignancies. Authors had experienced the recurrent malignant mixed tumor on 70 years old female patient. The first surgical removal was done before the 5years ago and at that time, histological diagnosis was the malignant mixed tumor. We had done the second operation, and histopathological diagnosis was malignant mixed tumor.

Turbulent mixed convection in heated vertical annulus is investigated using Direct Numerical Simulation (DNS) technique. The objective of this study is to find out the effect of buoyancy on turbulent mixed convection in heated vertical annulus. Downward and upward flows with bulk Reynolds number 8500, based on hydraulic diameter and mean velocity, have been simulated to investigate turbulent mixed convection by gradually increasing the effect of buoyancy. With increased heat flux, heat transfer coefficient first decreases and then increases in the upward flow due to the effect of buoyancy, but it gradually increases in downward flow. The mean velocity and temperature profiles can not be explained by the wall log laws due to the effect of buoyancy, too. All simulation results are in good quantitative agreement with existing numerical results and in good qualitative agreement with existing experimental results.
For the application of silk sericin, silk sericin powders were prepared by various spray dry conditions and the characteristics of silk sericin/polyurethane mixed films were investigated. When the sericin was dried from the solution at higher inlet and outlet temperature, larger sizes of the powder particles were obtained. It was also found that inlet and outlet temperatures were important factors affecting the shape and surface characteristics of sericin power particle. The many holes and empty spaces were observed at the surface and cross section of sericin/PU mixed film. With the increase of the amount of sericin powder in the mixed films, the size and number of holes and empty spaces were increased. The thickness of sericin/PU mixed film was increased with the content of sericin powder. As the portion of sericin powder increase, the tenacity is decreased while the elongation slightly increased.

The Communication Based Train Control(CBTC) System generally used to improving existing lines in the world is efficient and stable for improvement. Also it is efficient for improvement because it does not cause any problems in operation of existing lines. We examined the mixed operation scheme for more efficient and stable improvement when improvement is implemented depending on aged equipment and the increased number of passengers in the Korean city railroad. The biggest point in the mixed operation is to implement a stable test without interfering with the operation of the existing lines. For this purpose, we deduced a method of installing the equipment, a method of testing depending on the installed equipment, and the types of mixed operation, and presented a scheme of execution of the methods depending on the mixed operation.
