The purpose of this study is to enhance the development of construction waste-recycling technologies and its economical efficiency by developing environment-friendly tetrapod, precast concrete, where recycled aggregate is used in order to promote recycling of waste concrete. The results of concrete mechanic characteristics experiments by the circulation coarse aggregate-replacement ratio are as the following. The circulation aggregate is lower and higher than natural aggregate in specific gravity and absorption ratio, respectively so that in case of mix proportioning, unit volume increases, while unit aggregate amount decreases. From the result, sufficient experiments of physical characteristics of circulation aggregate are required to get proper mix proportioning. When circulation aggregate-replacement ratio increases, compressive strength tends to decrease comprehensively, but 50% of replacement ratio is good enough to use. When circulation coarse aggregate's replacement ratio is 0%, drying shrinkage, which causes cracks in concrete and deteriorates durability, shows the minimum length change and the higher the ratio, the larger the length change. Thus. when using circulation coarse aggregate, drying shrinkage should be fairly examined. In freezing-and-thawing resistance, weight loss tends to comprehensively increase its loss at the circulation aggregate-mixed site. And the examination of surface aggregate-omission ratio is further needed and dynamic elastic modulus and durability factor(DF) require more study as well. In order to use circulation aggregate to tetrapod, a clear standard for strength should be first prepared and at the same time, more study about durability is needed.
The rapid development of the construction industry in the world causes a rapid increase in the consumption of aggregate resources, which leads to the depletion of existing aggregate reserves. The use of recycled aggregate in the production of concrete and mortar may be a good solution to reduce the use of natural raw materials and to reduce demolition waste in the environment. In this study investigating the use of recycled aggregate in mortar production, mortar mixtures were produced by substituting 0%, 25%, 50% and 100% fine recycled aggregate (FRA) instead of natural aggregate. The effect of 20% and 40% fly ash (FA) substitutes on cement mortar performance was also investigated. Compressive and flexural strength, drying shrinkage, abrasion resistance, water absorption and capillary water absorption were investigated on the produced mortars. The increase in the use of FRA reduced the compressive and flexural strengths of mortars. While the capillarity coefficients, water absorption, rapid chloride permeability and drying shrinkage of the mortars increased with the increase in the use of FRA, the effect of the use of fly ash on the rate of increase remained lower. The increased use of FRA has improved abrasion resistance as well.

Fine dust can cause serious problems to human health, and fugitive dust generated at construction sites is one of the main sources of fine dust in Korea. However, monitoring of the amount of fugitive dust generated at the ready-mixed concrete plant site is not performed, and only passive monitoring methods are partially applied in the field. Since it is impossible to control fugitive dust after it is exposed to the air, it is very important to suppress the occurrence or to remove it immediately at the stage of occurrence. Therefore, after identifying the characteristics through real-time monitoring in the fugitive dust generation stage, systematic management is required for suppressing or removing scattering dust in the field. In this study, the scattering dust generation characteristics were analyzed by measuring the particle mass concentration(PMC) of Fugitive dust generated at the aggregate unloading site of the ready-mixed concrete plant in real-time.

Recently, the knowledge access about concrete might be 2 methods. One is approach about advanced and new technical development through the institute journal, the other is construction technology which is using at construction fields. However, there is no research for the interrelationship between them. So, this paper investigates the demands on construction fields at the ready mixed concrete plants on the 4 cities, the characteristics of the products like the maximum size of coarse aggregate and slump, and the extension of market on the high strength and flow ability concrete in 2000 and 2008. Moreover, this study would like to propose the investigation about diversification of construction materials for the fine construction cultures and development of the ready mixed concrete to the engineers at the construction fields.
In China, serious environmental problems are induced by the extremely soft construction waste slurries in many urban areas, and there is no appropriate method to treat it presently. In this paper, four model tests were conducted to investigate the efficiency of waste slurry treatment by combining three conditioning agents which can change characteristics of the slurries with a traditional vacuum preloading method. The tests of size analysis of particle aggregate were conducted to investigate the influence of different conditioning agents on the size distributions of particle aggregate. During the model test, the discharged water volumes were monitored. The pore-size distribution and void ratio of the waste slurries after the vacuum preloading were measured by mercury intrusion porosimetry (MIP). It is found that 1) During the natural precipitation, volume of water out of the organic agent is higher than that of the mixed agent, but it is smaller than that of the mixed agent in the vacuum preloading stage; 2) the mixed agent has a higher total volume of water out than the organic agent and the inorganic agent after test, while the organic agent and the inorganic agent have little difference with respect to the drainage effect. The results demonstrate that the combination of mixed conditioning agent and vacuum preloading for the solid-liquid separation in waste slurry has a satisfactory effect and can be applied in engineering practice.

The purpose of this study is to choose the right chemical admixture to reduce slump loss of lightweight aggregate concrete. So we compare 3 types of chemical admixture as measuring slump loss from mixing to 60 minutes. The lightweight aggregate of this study is made by clayt and dust from lots of industry. To save natures, we will use many types of industrial wastes and try to spend much making artificial aggregate.

Recently, in the trend of using aggregate, it is common that coarse aggregate is replaced with crushed stone and fine aggregate is replaced with sea sand as a replacing aggregate. In this study, to judge the adaptability of using antiwashout underwater concrete, we used mixed sand (river sand : sea sand= 5 : 5) and changed W/C. After carrying out the research on the strength development of the compressive strength of specimen, tensile strength, fluxural strength which is produced and cured in the air and salt water, we founded that when W/C was low and the amount of AWA and SP were increased, the state of strength development was excellent.

The performance of high-strength concrete is controlled by the fact, affecting the quality management, especially by revision error in water content of the ratio of surface moisture in fine aggregate. The difference in water content results from the revision error of the ratio of surface moisture and errors in sampled aggregate in the processing ready-mixed concrete plant. This study is to investigate the properties of flowing and hardening by investionally varying the revision error of the ratio of surface moisture in fine aggregate to compare and analyze the variance in quality.

As a result of the reduction of natural aggregate, most of developed country have been studied the utilization of Blast-furnace Slag(BFS) as aggregate of concrete. bur, in korea there are only basic study about these even though other country are using Blast-furnace Slag production of Ready Mixed Concrete. According, in this study, we carried out fundamental experiments in order to know the material properties of BFS and possibilities of the BFS as fine aggregate of concrete. It is included that analysis concerning material properties of BFS as like specific gravity, absorption. unit weigth, grading including investigation of the surface shape by SEM, also, analysis concerning properties of concrete with BFS as like air-content surface slump. compressive strength .etc.

In this study, bottom ash, lightweight aggregate, and Expanded Polystyrene was used to lighten the mortar. In order to compensate the reduction of strength caused by lightening, the waste foundry sand produced as solid waste was substituted for fine aggregate. As the device of reducing the ratio of absorption, the procedure of mixture was altered to check the effectiveness of surface coating of porous lightweight aggregate. It was observed over 170kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$ compressive strength at gravity about 1.3, an over 380kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$ at gravity about 1.7. the maximum strength was occurred when 30% of fine aggregate was replaced was replaced with waste foundry sand, and the ratio of absorption was decreased over 10% by changing the procedure of mixture.
