Flat Field Anastigmat 조건을 만족하는 3반사 망원경 광학계 설계 (Optical design of flat field anastigmatic three-mirror telescope)

  • 가시광선 영역의 고분해능 3반사 망원경 광학계 설계를 위하여, 광학계의 기구적 제한사항을 만족함과 동시에 Flat Field Anastigmat 조건을 만족하는 해를 구하는 초기설계 기법이 제시되었으며, 이를 기초로 프로그램을 작성하여 F/14.5, 구경 600 mm, 시야 0.27.deg. * 1.3.deg.의 3반사 망원경광학계의 초기설계를 수행하였다. 초기 설계된 광학계의 최적화를 위하여 Code V를 사용하였으며, 그 결과로서 CCD의 모서리 부분 Field를 제외한 모든 Field에서 Nyquist Frequency에서의 MTF값이 0.5이상이었다.

집적형 광 픽업용 대면적 실리콘 미러 제작 (Fabrication of Large Area Silicon Mirror for Integrated Optical Pickup)

  • A large area micro mirror is an optical element that functions as changing an optical path by reflection in integrated optical system. We fabricated the large area silicon mirror by anisotropic etching using MEMS for implementation of integrated optical pickup. In this work, we report the optimum conditions to better fabricate and design, greatly improve mirror surface quality. To obtain mirror surface of $45^{\circ},\;9.74^{\circ}$ off-axis silicon wafer from (100) plane was used in etching condition of $80^{\circ}C$ with 40wt.% KOH solution. After wet etching, polishing process by MR fluid was applied to mirror surface for reduction of roughness. In the next step, after polymer coating on the polished Si wafer, the Si mirror was fabricated by UV curing using a trapezoid bar-type way structure. Finally, we obtained peak to valley roughness about 50 nm in large area of $mm^2$ and it is applicable to optical pickup using blu-ray wavelength as well as infrared wavelength.

  • 반사 굴절 광학계는 굴절과 반사를 이용하여 영상을 전달한다. 영상의 질을 높이려면 광학계에 있는 부경의 편심과 경사가 작게 발생되고 주경이 광량을 최대로 받도록 부경 지지대의 형상이 결정되어야 한다. 특히 감시 정찰용 광학계는 랜덤 가속도 진동을 심하게 받는다. 이러한 환경하에 최선의 설계를 하기 위하여 표준편차로 표현된 편심과 경사에 대한 제한조건을 만족하면서 부경 지지대의 부피를 최소화하여야 한다. 편심과 경사의 표준편차는 통계적인 표현이므로 이들에 대한 설계민감도를 해석학적으로 유도하기가 어렵다. 그러므로, 이 표준편차들을 반응 표면 분석법을 이용하여 2차 회귀 방정식으로 대체한 후 형상 최적 설계를 수행하였다. 검토 결과 본 논문의 방법이 랜덤 진동을 받는 강건한 부경 지지대의 형상 최적화에 효율적임을 알 수 있다.

  • This paper develops a mite element model of a polygon mirror scanner motor supported by the sintered bearing and flexible supporting structures to analyze the shock response by using the finite element method and the mode superposition method. The validity of the proposed model is verified by comparing the simulated natural frequencies and shock response with the experimental ones. It investigates the displacement and the stress of the most vulnerable component, i.e. a leaf spring due to shock, and it proposes a robust design of leaf spring of a polygon mirror scanner motor against shock.

  • In this paper, we present the design of an electromagnetic scanning mirror with rotated serpentine springs. We considered three types of torsional springs: simple beam springs (SBS), classic serpentine springs (CSS), and rotated serpentine springs (RSS). The analysis was done for an electrical resistance, differences in the mode-frequency, and resonances regarding to spring thickness. Electromagnetic coils under the mirror plate were also analyzed for power consumption and the mechanical deflection. From the analysis result, RSS and electromagnetic coils were designed for the silicon scanning mirror.

  • The mirror which is considered in designing a MFD is off-axis primary one and its dimension is wide 556mm height 345mm. The MFD(Mirror Fixation Device) load specification is generated for the high resolution mirror. The optical WFEs for unit loads are calculated from mirror sensitivity analysis and they are compared with allocated allowable optical WFE. The parasite load for the MFD is calculated from their comparison. The MFD compliant with the parasite load is designed.

  • The purpose of this study is to learn the current perception of Total Smart Mirror Display devised with IoT, focused on Hair beauty industry. In detail, this study is to analyze domestic and foreign precedented case studies and conditions of Smart Mirror in beauty industry, and to learn, through survey, the real condition of use of Hair Smart Mirror, which is devised and applied according to the actual state of our country. First, the mean comparison for Total Smart Mirror by gender showed that Function1, Technology 2 and 3 had differences. Second, the mean comparison each by age, external design, function, marketing and technologies showed that Function 4, Marketing 1 to 3, Technology 1 and 3 had differences.

  • In this paper, electrostatic scanner mirror for optical pick-up head is designed and fabricated. The mirror size is $20{\mu}m{\times}2400{\mu}m{\times}2400{\mu}m$ and torsional beam size is $10{\mu}m{\times}20{\mu}m{\times}500{\mu}m$. Static deflection angle is calculated ${\pm}0.4$ degrees when the maximum driving voltage is 20 V. Silicon mirror was fabricated using KOH etching and deep RIE. For passivation of the patterned mirror from KOH solution, parylene thin film was used and its usefulness has been verified. Driving electrode was fabricated using UV LIGA process. Mirror and electrode were bonded.

Compact Catadioptric Wide Imaging with Secondary Planar Mirror

  • Wide FOV imaging systems are important for acquiring rich visual information. A conventional catadioptric imaging system deploys a camera in front of a curved mirror to acquire a wide FOV image. This is a cumbersome setup and causes unnecessary occlusions in the acquired image. In order to reduce both the burden of the camera deployment and the occlusions in the images, this study uses a secondary planar mirror in the catadioptric imaging system. A compact design of the catadioptric imaging system and a condition for the position of the secondary planar mirror to satisfy the central imaging are presented. The image acquisition model of the catadioptric imaging system with a secondary planar mirror is discussed based on the principles of geometric optics in this study. As a backward mapping, the acquired image is restored to a distortion-free image in the experiments.
