한국 성 소수자 건강연구에 대한 고찰 (A Study on the Health Research of Sexual Minorities in Korea)

  • This paper reviewed the past social discussion and health research results on sexual minorities to suggest a future direction. Studies have been done to increase the social inclusion of sexual minorities and promote the health of sexual minorities. However, there is still a lot of exclusive awareness of sexual minorities in Korean society, and the researchers have not identified their health status. Studies have shown that factors that hinder lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and intersex (LGBTI) people from accessing medical services are the lack of knowledge and awareness of LGBTI people and attitudes not inclusive of LGBTI people's culture. Thus, it is necessary to identify the health status of each sexual minority type and prepare health promotion measures accordingly in national health research. In addition, it is essential to provide medical personnel with sexual minority education and introduce a sexual minority education curriculum that includes theory and practice into the health care curriculum. The result of this paper may be able to act as a guide for future operation plans in health research on sexual minorities.

Phophorus External Gettering for High Quality Wafer of Silicon Heterojunction Solar Cells

  • Minority Carrier recombination should be suppressed for high efficiency solar cells. However, impurities in the silicon bulk region deteriorate the minority carrier lifetimes, causes conversion efficiency drop. In this study, we introduced phosphorus external gettering for silicon heterojunction solar cell substrates. Gettering was undergone at 750, 800, 850 and $900^{\circ}C$ in furnace for 30 minutes. Bulk lifetimes and calculated diffusion length were improved. We applied phosphorus gettering to silicon heterojunction solar cells. Gettered group and ungettered group were used as substrate of silicon heterojunction solar cells. After fabrication, characteristics of solar cells were analyzed. The results were observed to see the enhancement of substrate quality which directly connects with solar cell properties.

Quality Degradation of Semiconductor Transistors by 1MeV Electron Beam Exposure

  • This paper presents preliminary results on the degradation of BJTs(Bipolar Junction Transistors) and MOSFETs(Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistors) by 1MeV electron beam. Exposure experimental results show that the change of minority-carrier life time in base region dominates the behavior of BJTs and that the buildup of charges in oxide region can affect the value of threshold voltage for MOSFETs. It was possible to correlate the decrease of the minority-carrier life time of BJTs with irradiation dose, while the shift of MOSFETs' threshold voltage was not only a function of charge buildup in oxide region.

  • 본 연구는 서울 영등포구 대림동 인근에 집단적으로 거주 및 활동하고 있는 중국 동포들을 심층 면담하는 질적연구방법을 사용하였다. 이를 통해 이들의 이주초기와 현재의 지역사회에 대한 인식변화 및 현실문제를 극복하려는 대응방법을 고찰하였다. 이들이 처해 있는 현실과 갈등, 현안의 극복 노력, 동포사회 내부변화와 지향방향 등을 이해하는 것은 우리사회로의 통합에 핵심변수가 된다. 이들은 이미 방대한 거주지를 형성했고 소수자집단화 되었으며 인정투쟁을 하는 동시에 권력의 열세를 극복하고자 정치권력을 쟁취하려고 시도하고 있다. 이들에 대한 사회복지적 개입은 외국인 유입으로 초래되는 사회파편화 방지를 위해 보다 적극적인 것이어야 하고 다민족 다문화 현상에 대한 우리의 적응과 이들을 주민으로 받아들이기 위한 상호계몽적인 질서를 구축, 전파하기 위한 방안이어야 한다.

후열 처리 조건에 따른 a-Si/c-Si 이종접합 태양전지 특성 분석

  • 본 연구에서는 n-type wafer에 비정질 실리콘을 증착한 이종접합 태양전지를 열처리 방법을 이용하여 열처리의 효과를 분석함으로써 이종접합 태양전지에 효율적인 열처리 효과에 대하여 연구하였다. P, N-layer는 PECVD(Plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition) I-layer는 HWCVD(Hot wire chemical vapor deposition), ITO는 RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링법으로 동일한 조건에서 제작하였고 rapid thermal process를 이용하여 진공 중에서 $150^{\circ}C$, $200^{\circ}C$, $220^{\circ}C$, $250^{\circ}C$까지 열처리를 하였다. 열처리 전과 후 QSSPC로 minority carrier life time, 자외 가시선 분광분석 장치로 투과 반사도를, Ellipsometer로 흡수 계수 등의 변화를 조사하였다. 열처리 후 Minority carrier life time, Voc 및 광변환 효율이 증가하였다.

열선 CVD를 이용한 a-Si:H의 c-Si표면 passivation 및 열처리 효과 분석

  • c-Si wafer에 HWCVD로 증착된 a-Si:H 박막은 초기에 낮은 passivation 특성을 가지나 열처리 공정을 통해 효과적인 passivation을 가진다. 열처리 공정은 온도와 시간에 따라 큰 차이를 보인다. 이에 열선CVD를 이용하여 n type의 c-Si 기판에 a-Si:H을 증착하여 열처리 온도에 따른 Minority carrier Lifetime를 QSSPC를 통해 passivation 특성을 측정하였다. 온도는 $150^{\circ}C{\sim}270^{\circ}C$로 변화하여 측정하였다. 또한 열처리 시간을 10분씩 증가시켜 열처리 시간에 따른 passivation을 연구, 1ms에 이르는 Minority carrier lifetime을 얻었다.

Research on Fault Diagnosis of Wind Power Generator Blade Based on SC-SMOTE and kNN

  • Because SCADA monitoring data of wind turbines are large and fast changing, the unbalanced proportion of data in various working conditions makes it difficult to process fault feature data. The existing methods mainly introduce new and non-repeating instances by interpolating adjacent minority samples. In order to overcome the shortcomings of these methods which does not consider boundary conditions in balancing data, an improved over-sampling balancing algorithm SC-SMOTE (safe circle synthetic minority oversampling technology) is proposed to optimize data sets. Then, for the balanced data sets, a fault diagnosis method based on improved k-nearest neighbors (kNN) classification for wind turbine blade icing is adopted. Compared with the SMOTE algorithm, the experimental results show that the method is effective in the diagnosis of fan blade icing fault and improves the accuracy of diagnosis.

Intelligent LoRa-Based Positioning System

  • The Location-Based Service (LBS) is one of the most well-known services on the Internet. Positioning is the primary association with LBS services. This study proposes an intelligent LoRa-based positioning system, called AI@LBS, to provide accurate location data. The fingerprint mechanism with the clustering algorithm in unsupervised learning filters out signal noise and improves computing stability and accuracy. In this study, data noise is filtered using the DBSCAN (Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise) algorithm, increasing the positioning accuracy from 95.37% to 97.38%. The problem of data imbalance is addressed using the SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique) technique, increasing the positioning accuracy from 97.38% to 99.17%. A field test in the NTUST campus (www.ntust.edu.tw) revealed that AI@LBS system can reduce average distance error to 0.48m.
