Measurement of UHF noise penetration into the barrier and bushing of the open barrier type gas-insulated switch gear(GIS) (개방형 스페이서를 가진 가스절연개폐장치(GIS)의 극초단파대 외부잡음 유입 측정)

  • 개방형 스페이서(barrier)가 적용된 가스 절연개폐장치(GIS)에 외장형 부분방전(PD) 센서를 적용 하고 센서장착부, 인근 스페이서 또는 부싱으로 유입되는 광대역 잡음신호의 투과율을 10 - 2000 MHz의 극초단파 영역에서 측정하였다. 또한 간단한 금속 차폐체에 의한 잡음신호의 감쇄효과도 측정 하였다. 스페이서 또는 부싱을 통하여 인근센서에 유입되는 잡음의 크기는 차폐시와 대비하여 약 25 dB 증가하였다.

  • Due to a variable noises in the field underground lines, clear technology of noises is very important in the diagnosis technology of partial discharge. Therefore we progressed filter test to improve the measuring test of partial discharge in a field. We applied to field test after making W-LC filter for partial discharge measurement, and then designed experimental environment such as under-ground distribution lines of field. Measuring sensor for test was UHF sensor. And we analysed those using the Lemke Probe and oscilloscope (TDS-3054, Tektronix). Finally, we obtained excellent data of noise decrement in the joint box of 22.9[kV] distribution lines from above experiment.

  • This paper presents a new adaptive autopilot for ships based on the Adaptive Neural Networks. The proposed adaptive autopilot is designed with some modifications and improvements from the previous studies on Adaptive Neural Networks by Adaptive Interaction (ANNAI) theory to perform course-keeping, turning and track-keeping control. A strategy for automatic selection c! the neural network controller parameters is introduced to improve the adaptation ability and the robustness of new ANNAI autopilot. In Part II of the paper, to show the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed ANNAI autopilot, computer simulations of course-keeping and track-keeping tasks with and without the effects of measurement noise and external disturbances are presented.

  • In Part I (theoretical study) of the paper, a new adaptive autopilot for ships based on Adaptive Neural Networks was proposed. The ANNAI autopilot was designed for course-keeping, turning and track-keeping control for ships. In this part of the paper, to show the effectiveness and feasibility of the ANNAI autopilot, computer simulations of course-keeping and track-keeping tasks with and without the effects of measurement noise and external disturbances are presented. Additionally, the results of the previous studies using Adaptive Neural Network by backpropagation algorithm are also showed for comparison.

  • 최근들어 제품개발에 앞서 제품으로 인해 유발되는 감성을 측정하기 위한 시도가 늘고 있다. 그러나 제품을 사용하면서 나타나는 행동의 변화는 많은 영향 요소를 포함하고 있어 이를 해석하기가 어렵다. 본 연구는 안정을 유도하는 Herb차를 개발하거나 치약과 같이 사용으로 인한 감성유발 효과를 보고싶어하는 요구에 따라 시행하였다. 우선 실험전 피검자의 불안 척도, 기본 check list에 따라 피검자를 선택하였다. 또한 객관적 감성 지표로는 Fz, Fp1, Cz, Oz에서 뇌파를 측정하였고 EOG를 시행하여 noise를 제거하였다. 자율신경계 반응으로 galvanic skin resistance(GSR), 피부온도, 심박수등을 동시에 측정하였다. 이들 제품 사용으로 인한 객관적 감성 변화의 대조군으로는 행동 시행전에 측정하였다. 제품 사용 후 10분 간격으로 30-60분까지 나타나는 변화를 측정하였으며, 이들 제품들은 안정 효과를 유도하고자 기획되었으므로 대조군으로 00 $\times$ 0의 복잡한 계산문제를 주어 stress로 인한 감성, 걷는 동작, 손 씻는 행위등을 나누어 측정하였다. 본 연구의 결과에 의하면, 제품 사용으로 인한 감성의 변화는 GSR에서 가장 잘 반영되었고 또한 계산 문제로 인한 자극에서도 역시 GSR의 변화가 가장 뚜렷하였다. Herb차인 경우 기호도에 따른 차이가 나타났음을 알 수 있었다.

An Improved Hybrid Kalman Filter Design for Aircraft Engine based on a Velocity-Based LPV Framework

  • In-flight aircraft engine performance estimation is one of the key techniques for advanced intelligent engine control and in-flight fault detection, isolation and accommodation. This paper detailed the current performance degradation estimation methods, and an improved hybrid Kalman filter via velocity-based LPV (VLPV) framework for these needs is proposed in this paper. Composed of a nonlinear on-board model (NOBM) and VLPV, the filter shows a hybrid architecture. The outputs of NOBM are used for the baseline of the VLPV Kalman filter, while the system performance degradation factors on-line estimated by the measured real system output deviations are fed back to the NOBM for its updating. In addition, the setting of the process and measurement noise covariance matrices' values are also discussed. By applying it to a commercial turbofan engine, simulation results show the efficiency.

  • This paper deals with the algorithm of estimating the longitudinal speed of a braking vehicle using measurements from an accelerometer and a standard wheel speed sensor. We evolve speed estimation algorithms of increasing complexity and accuracy on the basis of experimental tests. A final speed estimation algorithm based on a Kalman filtering is developed to reduce measurement noise of the wheel speed sensor, error of the tire radius, and accelerometer bias. This developed algorithm can give peak errors of less than 3 percent even when the accelerometer signal is significantly biased.

  • In this paper, an adaptive neural network controller and its application to automatic berthing control of ship is presented. The neural network controller is trained online using adaptive interaction technique without any teaching data and off-line training phase. Firstly, the neural networks used to control rudder and propeller during automatic berthing process are presented. Secondly, computer simulations of automatic ship berthing are carried out in Pusan bay to verify the proposed controller under the influence of wind disturbance and measurement noise. The results of simulation show good performance of the developed berthing control system.

  • A measuring technique for the fast transient high voltage is under development by use of laser source in order to substitute for the conventional measuring system which could bring about several technical inconveniences. At this moment, this work is aimed to construct a compact measuring system with the use of Pockels cell and specially designed voltage divider. This system is likely to enable us to measure the lightening impulse voltages at the level of 30kV, 50kV and 70kV. Throughout this work, qualified measuring devices are required to be developed for discriminating different kinds of noise from which the system should be protected.
