Fatten Analysis of Trouble Signal on DS for GIS using Neural Network (신경회로망을 이용한 GIS용 단로기의 이상신호 패턴분석)

  • GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear) is power equipment with excellent dielectric strength and is economy merit in high confidence and stability. But, because of structural characteristics, this is difficult to monitor externally and provide much loss in the event of an accident. Recently, because equipment of GIS is occurring problem of confidence used for a long time, development of diagnosis technique have been importantly recognized. therefore, measurement and analysis of PD much has been generally used for equipment of GIS. But, in case of measurement of PD at field, real trouble signals is difficult to classify noise. Accordingly, a variety of trouble conditions for DS are simulated, and detected signals are analyzed by the application of electrical and mechanical methods. For this analysis, detected signals are accumulated according to phase-magnitude with the application of induction sensor, and then we analyzed the characteristics. For the simulation experiment, we make DS for 170KV GIS and analyze the characteristics of detected signals with the application of neural network algorithm. last, we have measured DS for GIS at field, and then have analyzed detected signals.

  • Manufactured easy elevator can drives from the first floor to fifth floor as sequence control circuit in cause opening than existing equipment of experiment and practice, the structure of in the first implementation process are hand-worked control component with push-button, L/S and relay, it is structured a lamp to express that the door open and moving of cage by mechanical action of For/Rev motor-braker of which load. The second structure of implement process to control from the first floor to the fifth floor with the PLC elevator program can control by the sensor of hand-operated function of L/Sl~L/S5 in time that the S/Wl~S/W5 of PLC control panel operates to the For/Rev. The function of two kind process that an elevator is driven by PLC program and the sequence control relay circuit is a mechanical relay sequence control field and it is equipment apparatus of it to get appropriately the technology of For/Rev in that mechanical operating cause of a load using the PLC program. Also the wring circuit using a plug, dissembly. the circuit and the principle of component, and PLC program with the function test can be used the implementation field to the total technology theory about FA.

  • Recently, in accordance with the buildings are becoming to large-sizes, high-stories, the large scaled facilities and equipments in machine room are quite demanding, and the generated noise volume according to this situation is on increasing. Since such noise is becoming to the object of a serious civil appeal, it is the real situation that a reduction countermeasure against the machine room equipment noise is keenly necessitated. On such viewpoint, this study has recorded, measured the noises which were generated from each individual as same as the whole equipped machines and tools, on the object of the dormitory machine rooms of the 3 colleges that haying mutually different peculiarities, then after grasp-ing their characters and acoustic powers, this research has verified its prediction possibility and the authenticity by comparison the estimated numerical value with the actually measured numerical value through the acoustic simulation. After grasping the prediction possibility in such way, by utilization of the sound absorption material in the machinery room, from the stage of design, the soundproof measures for the noise reduction at machine room could be regulated effectively, and it is also considered that such data would be utilized as the fundamental material for an establishment of the measure for sound insulation.

  • The stress of connection points between railway vehicle equipment and carbody is considered as one of the important railway safety factor under the vehicle service condition. If any material or equipment drop in to the rail during the service condition, the vehicle call be lose its control as well as run off the rail. The be]t safety evaluation method by using hand calculation is broadly used by manufacturer is introduced in this paper. Two different kinds of the bolt, such as regular bolt and the bolt aluminum extruded carbody use, are tested based on U.I.C according to equipment fixed. The effect of holder and base to bolt under tile loading condition is analyzed on this paper.

  • This paper performed the basic study for developing the light therapy equipment for medical treatment. We developed the equipment for medical therapy using a high brightness LED. This equipment was fabricated using a micro-controller and a high brightness LED, and designed to enable us to control light irradiation time, intensity, frequency and so on. Especially, to control the light irradiation frequency, and to control the change of output value, TLC5941 was used. Control stage is divided into 4 step by program. Consequently, the current value could be controlled by the change of level in Continue Wave(CW) and the output of a high brightness LED could be controlled, stage by stage.

  • The high enthalpy plasma research center in Chonbuk national university is under construction for four types of plasma equipments. The equipments are 1set of 0.4 MW class enhanced Huels type plasma equipment, 1 set of 2.4 MW class enhanced Huels type plasma quipment, 1 set of 60 kW RF plasma equipment and 1 set of 200 kW RF plasma equipment. 60kW RF plasma system is R&D and pilot scale production equipment of nano powder synthesis and plasma spray coating. 200kW RF plasma system is mass production equipment with high power capacity of nano powder synthesis. 0.4MW plasma system can be applied to the ground test facility for material testing under re-entry conditions for space vehicles.

  • This study was on basic step to develop a good clean extinguishing agent. In order to get a satisfactory result, we tested fire extinguishing ability using Novec which is inert gas. In study used to Cup Burner Test its made by international standard ISO-14520 regulations of gaseous extinguishing agent ability test. The finding is that a new clean agent, Novec has a very efficient extinguishing ability in a state of gas.

  • Blu-ray Disk, the next generation optical information storing equipment used Blu-ray is the next generation leading storing equipment that has capacity is about from six times to thirty-five times bigger than the existing CDs, DVDs. Especially, we need elaborate optical pick-Up equipment to record and recognize detailed date. Moreover, Blu-ray disk has so narrow track-pitch so it is used high NA(Numerical Aperture) aspheric glass objective lens. In this research, we processed optical pick-up aspheric glass objective lens molding press core by parallel grinding method with ultra precision machining and mold core surface measured form accuracy(PV), surface roughness(Ra).

  • The water resource depending on mostly surface water has many problems, such as contaminated and unpredicted contamination event. For this reason, it has been employed highly technical treatment method for them, such as ground water dam and river bank filtration. it has been developed the radial collector wells in kind of bank filtration to increase efficiency for in-taking the water resource insead of the vertical well needed many wells to take more resource. But it has many problems with the incumbent method to bore the horizontal hole for radial collector wells, such as filling with the filter material outside of a strainer by watering, jamming as retrieving the casing tube with the filter material, eccentric boring etc. To reduce the problems of incumbent equipment, it has been developed the horizontal boring equipment and performed the field trial tests several times, which have bits and water jetting system with rotating the cone-shaped front to be excavated easily. In this paper, it was compared the brand-new with the incumbent non-rotating pressing insertion method. Also it was shown the problems of the incumbent method was reduced effectively.

  • This research investigates the application of novel functionally graded small-scale materials (FGSMs) in sport and sports structures through an engineering design lens. Functionally graded materials (FGMs) offer tailored material properties, promising enhanced performance and durability. Utilizing an interdisciplinary approach, this study explores the integration of FGSMs in sports equipment and infrastructure. Design considerations specific to sports engineering are emphasized, including lightweight, high-strength materials capable of withstanding dynamic loads. Advanced manufacturing techniques, such as additive manufacturing and nanotechnology, enable precise control over material composition and microstructure. Computational modeling is employed to evaluate the mechanical behavior and performance characteristics of FGSM-based components. Through case studies and comparative analyses, the study showcases the potential of FGSMs to revolutionize sports equipment and structures, offering improved performance, safety, and sustainability. This research contributes to the advancement of sports engineering by exploring the design and application of FGSMs in sport and sports structures.
