수원 화성이 가지고 있는 교육성, 역사성, 관광성이 방문의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Educational, Historical, and Tourism Characteristics of Suwon Hwaseong on Visiting Intention)

  • 본 연구는 교육성, 역사성, 관광성, 심리적 혜택, 교육적 혜택, 쾌락적 혜택이 방문의도에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하고, 이를 통해 수원 화성 관계자들에게 수원 화성을 활성화 할 수 있는 문화 마케팅 및 문화 정책적 제안점을 제시하고자 하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수원 화성 관계자들은 화성의 의미를 단순히 돌로 쌓아올린 형태의 구조물이라는 인식보다는 한국의 역사를 배울 수 있는 곳, 다양한 문화 체험과 볼거리, 화성을 소재로 한 먹거리 등을 경험할 수 있는 곳으로 다양한 콘텐츠들을 개발하여 방문객들에게 제공할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 둘째, 수원 화성 관계자들은 화성의 역사성을 한국 역사의 대표 역사로 이해될 수 있도록 교육물들을 개발해야 할 것이고, 나아가 다양한 세계 성들과 비교하여 수원 화성이 어떤 면에서 우수성이 있는지를 보여줄 수 있는 콘텐츠들이 개발 및 제공될 수 있도록 정책적 지원을 해야 할 것이다. 셋째, 수원 화성 관계자들은 방문객들이 방문 시 관광적 요소로 발굴될 수 있는 문화원형 개발과 콘텐츠 제공 방식에 대한 고민을 해야 할 것이고, 관광객들이 관광하면서 불편함이 없도록 다양한 편의시설도 관광지 곳곳에 충분히 갖추어야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 수원 화성 관계자들은 화성을 중심으로 다양한 오락적 요소들을 만들어 제공해야 할 것이고, 체계적인 홍보 방식을 통해 화성 방문욕구가 생길 수 있도록 노력해야 할 것이다.

자가혈위지압을 활용한 모바일 의료 어플에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰 (A Systematic Review of Mobile Health Applications Using Self-Acupressure)

  • Objectives : This study aims to provide information regarding the status and quality of mobile applications (MAs) using self-acupressure by performing a systematic review. Methods : We conducted comprehensive searching on five international databases and two app markets from inception to July 31, 2022 to identify MAs using self-acupressure. We analyzed the characteristics of each MA regarding the name of the MA, registered app markets, target symptoms, developers, the year and country of development, cost, target age, media function, and expertise. We assessed the quality of each MA using Mobile Application Rating Scale (MARS). Results : We identified a total of 30 MAs using self-acupressure (25 MAs from the app market and 6 MAs from clinical studies, with 1 MA in common). 17 out of 24 MAs from the app market provided self-acupressure regimens for various symptoms and the others provided regimens for specific symptoms such as memory, anxiety, depression, asthma, allergy, low back pain, and headache. 14 developers were reported. 23 MAs were developed after 2013. The largest number of MAs were developed in the United States. The target age group of 12 MAs was above the age of 3, and that of 11 MAs was above the age of 12. 14 MAs provided multimedia functions such as videos. 13 MAs provided information of expertise. From clinical studies, only 3 out of 6 MAs were accessible through the app market. 4 MAs were developed by the researchers of the study. In terms of MARS, the score of MAs from the app market was higher than that of MAs from clinical studies in both objective and subjective evaluation areas. Conclusions : This study summarizes the characteristics of MAs using self-acupressure. More MAs using self-acupressure should be developed and further clinical research for MA on each symptom and disease is warranted for the diversification of MA fields using self-acupressure.

심우주 탐사선과 통신을 위한 심우주 통신 프로토콜 분석 (A Study of Deep Space Communication Protocols with Spacecraft on Deep Space)

  • 우주 탐사를 향한 인류의 도전은 이제 태양계 바깥으로 확대되고 있다. 2010년대 전후의 우주 탐사 무대는 달에서 벗어나 주로 화성, 금성, 그리고 소행성(Asteroids)이 되고 있다. 우주선이 지구에서 멀어 질수록 여러 가지 기술적인 도전을 받고 있는데 통신 프로토콜이 대표적인 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 심우주 탐사선과 통신을 위해서 국제적으로 사용되고 있는 통신 프로토콜 기술을 소프트웨어적인 측면에서 분석한 결과를 기술하였으며 이는 2017년에 한국으로는 최초로 발사되는 시험용 달 궤도선 개발에 중요한 참고 연구가 될 것으로 판단된다.

  • Ultra-high performance (UHP) tires, for which demand has recently surged, are subject to severe strain conditions due to the low aspect ratio of their sidewalls. It is important to ensure sidewall material durability, since a sudden tire sidewall breakage during vehicle operation is likely to cause a major accident. In the automotive application of rubber parts, cracking is defined as a failure because when cracks occur, the mechanical properties of rubber change. According to Mars, Andre et al., strain and strain energy density (SED) are mainly used as a failure parameters and the SED is generally used as a fatigue damage parameter. In this study, the fatigue life curves of sidewall rubber of tires were determined by using the SED as fatigue damage parameter while the effect of aging on fatigue life was evaluated after obtaining the SED-Nf curves according to aging condition.

ATL 1.0: 인공지능 기술 수준 정의 (ATL 1.0: An Artificial Intelligence Technology Level Definition)

  • Artificial-intelligence (AI) technology is used in a variety of fields, from robot cleaner motion control to call center counselors, AI speakers, and Mars exploration. Because the technology levels of all applications and services that utilize AI vary widely, it is not possible to view all applications using AI technology at the same level. Nevertheless, there have been no cases in which the level of AI technology was defined. Therefore, the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) Artificial Intelligence Research Laboratory has defined the levels of the main technical elements of AI from steps 1 to 6. In this report, the Artificial Intelligence Technology Level 1.0 (ATL 1.0) is presented. It was established by comprehensively referring to the AI technology prospects and technology roadmaps of major countries. It is hoped that it can be used as a measure for determining the levels of AI applications or services or as an indicator for establishing a technology roadmap.

  • 로버트 지메키스 감독의 작품은 사실적인 디지털 케릭터가 등장하는 <폴라 익스프레스>를 제작하면서 많은 주목을 받아왔다. 비록 그가 <화성은 엄마가 필요해>를 마지막으로 애니메이션 제작을 중단하였지만, 그가 입체영상을 기반으로 제작한 3D 입체 애니메이션은 입체영상의 연출 방법에 있어 많은 기여를 하였다. 본 연구에서는 입체영상의 이론적 배경과 입체영상 쇼트 구성 시 연출방법에 있어 유의점 등을 토대로 로버트 지메키스의 대표적인 입체영상 작품을 비교분석하였다. 분석한 작품으로는 <폴라 익스프레스>, <크레스마스 케롤>를 중심으로 로버트 지메키스가 작품에서 입체감을 높이기 위해 공통적으로 연출한 표현기법에 대해서 고찰해 보았다.

  • 인공위성의 임무분석기술 중 하나로 인공위성의 센서가 실제의 궤도상에서 감지하는 것과 거의 같은 자료를 생성하는 자세감지(attitude sensing) S/W 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 S/W 시스템은 두 개의 모듈로 구성되어 있는데, 하나의 천체력 서비스 (ephemeris service) 모듈로 4개 행성(금성, 화성, 목성, 토성)의 섭동향을 고려하여 태양과 달의 위치를 구하고 4 $\times$4 지구중력 포텐셜항을 고려하여 위성의 위치를 계산하여 준다. 또 하나는 자세감지 모듈로 위성체의 자세요소($alpha,delta$)와 태양, 지구, 달의 위치로부터 위성의 자전축에 대한 각 천제들의 시선고도각(look angle)과 이면각(digedral angle)을 산출한다. 개발된 S/W 시스템으로 무궁화 위성의 자전축과 궤도요소를 변화시키면서 모의실험한 결과를 논의하였다.

Development of Precise Lunar Orbit Propagator and Lunar Polar Orbiter's Lifetime Analysis

  • To prepare for a Korean lunar orbiter mission, a precise lunar orbit propagator; Yonsei precise lunar orbit propagator (YSPLOP) is developed. In the propagator, accelerations due to the Moon's non-spherical gravity, the point masses of the Earth, Moon, Sun, Mars, Jupiter and also, solar radiation pressures can be included. The developed propagator's performance is validated and propagation errors between YSPOLP and STK/Astrogator are found to have about maximum 4-m, in along-track direction during 30 days (Earth's time) of propagation. Also, it is found that the lifetime of a lunar polar orbiter is strongly affected by the different degrees and orders of the lunar gravity model, by a third body's gravitational attractions (especially the Earth), and by the different orbital inclinations. The reliable lifetime of circular lunar polar orbiter at about 100 km altitude is estimated to have about 160 days (Earth's time). However, to estimate the reasonable lifetime of circular lunar polar orbiter at about 100 km altitude, it is strongly recommended to consider at least $50\;{\times}\;50$ degrees and orders of the lunar gravity field. The results provided in this paper are expected to make further progress in the design fields of Korea's lunar orbiter missions.

Hydroelastic response of 19,000 TEU class ultra large container ship with novel mobile deckhouse for maximizing cargo capacity

  • This paper is related to structural design evaluation of 19,000 TEU ultra large container ship, dealing with hydroelastic response, i.e. springing and whipping. It illustrates application of direct calculation tools and methodologies to both fatigue and ultimate strength assessment, simultaneously taking into account ship motions and her elastic deformations. Methodology for springing and whipping assessment within so called WhiSp notation is elaborated in details, and in order to evaluate innovative container ship design with increased loading capacity, a series of independent hydroelastic computations for container ship with mobile deckhouse and conventional one are performed with the same calculation setup. Fully coupled 3D FEM - 3D BEM model is applied, while the ultimate bending capacity of hull girder is determined by means of MARS software. Beside comparative analysis of representative quantities for considered ships, relative influence of hydroelasticity on ship response is addressed.

An Overall Investigation of Break Simulators for LOCA Scenarios in Integral Effect Tests

  • Various studies on the critical flow models for sub-cooled and/or saturated water were reviewed, especially on Fauske, Moody, and Henry for basic theoretical models; Zaloudek for insight into physical phenomena for a critical flow in an orifice type flow path; Sozzi & Sutherland for a critical flow test of saturated and sub-cooled water at high pressure for orifice and nozzles; and a Marviken test on a full-scale critical flow test. In addition, critical flow tests of sub-cooled water for the break simulators in integral effect test (IET) facilities were also investigated, and a hybrid concept using Moody's and Fauske's models was considered by the authors. In the comparison of the models for the selected test data, discussions of the effect of the diameters, predictions of the critical flow models, and design aspects of break simulator for SBLOCA scenarios in the IET facilities were presented. In the effect of diameter on the critical flow rate with respect to all dimensional scales, it was concluded that the effect of diameter was found irrespective of diameter sizes. In addition, the diameter effect on slip ratio affecting the critical flow rate was suggested. From a comparison of the critical flow models and selected test data, the Henry-Fauske model of the MARS-KS code was found to be the best model predicting the critical flow rate for the selected test data under study.
