역 연관규칙을 이용한 타겟 마케팅 (Target Marketing using Inverse Association Rule)

  • Making traditional plan of target marketing based on Association Rule has brought restriction to obtain the target of marketing. This paper is to present Inverse Association Rule as a new association rule for target marketing. Inverse Association Rule does not use information about relation between items that customers purchase like Association Rule, but use information about relation between items that customers do not pruchase. By adding Inverse Association Rule to target marketing, we generate new marketing rule to look for new target of marketing. From new marketing rule, this paper is to show direct marketing about target item and indirect marketing about another item associated with target item to sell target item. The reason is that sales of the item associated with target item have an influence on sales of target item.

  • As the social value gradually increases, the company's social responsibilities are granted and there are a growing number of requirements for a public value to economic value for the company. The cause marketing which has become widely known, it allows us to realize these values and in dictionary meaning, enterprises justification combines with marketing strategically, and is also illustrated as 'Cause Related Marketing.' For specific action plan, it is a marketing by connecting the selling of the product and donation to work out together to improve environment, public health, and poverty. This study examines how the cause marketing impact on the consumer's purchasing behaviour and purchasing intention and to find out whether there is an interrelationship. As a result, it turned out that cause marketing effect on purchasing attitudes and also the purchasing behaviour impact on the purchasing intention. Furthermore, the cause marketing influence on purchasing intention. As the idea of consumption gradually changes from the product consumption to value-based consumption as the time flows, the result of this research drew out the meaningful contents.

  • A study is on the market ing strategy which applied the web site for family restaurant. The internet marketing that the firm uses to attract consumer needs and it can be said to be the strategic effort to cope with dynamic environmental change in the market with strategic flexibility which has competitive advantage and increase its profitablelity. This study establish an internet marketing strategy plan and it presented. First, it constructs a data base using CRM and it manages with to create the benefit model. Second, it constructs the trusted relationship of the customer using Permission marketing. Third, the virus marketing is effect ive to create customers in short duration. Forth, e-mai1 marketing for target customer is also effective Fifth, experienced marketing provides the good experience and an immersion. Sixth, tie-in marketing which co-operate with the other company is magnifies a category of customer therefore this study about internet marketing action will be hopefully continued.

  • Recently, the needs for marketing activities is increasing of the hospitals, but there are no such measurement for the efficiency and the effectiveness of the marketing activities. Thus, the research aims to suggest the necessity of approach method which can combine the efficiency and the effectiveness of the marketing activities both systematically and comprehensively in line with examining the current status of marketing capability of hospitals in Korea. From the research findings, it is known that, in respect of financial performance, hospitals in Korea should establish the plan and implement accordingly in order increase both the sales revenue and profit ratio in contrast to the sales revenue through strengthening the internal marketing activities rather than the external marketing activities.

  • 오늘날 현대 마케팅에서 고객관계 관리(CRM)와 마케팅 환경은 국제화, 세계화로 인하여 다양한 전략이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 현대 마케팅은 상품이나 서비스만으로는 시장에서 생존하기 어렵다. 다양하고 다변화된 시장 상황에서 지속적인 성장을 이루기 위해서는 시장의 흐름을 파악하는 것이 무엇보다도 중요하다. 시장의 흐름은 고객과 고객관리에서 오는 관계이며, 그 과정의 연속선상에서 마케팅 전략으로 수립되어야 할 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 고객관계 관리에 대한 문헌고찰을 실시하고 방안을 제시하여 기여하고자 한다.

The Effect of Oriental Art as an Interior Design for Urban Hotel Business Plan

  • Purpose - The quality of the hotel depends on the Oriental arts established. Customers tend to believe that high prices reflect the offered services. This research expounds on the effects of Oriental interior designs in the hospitality industry in enhancing hotel profitability, opportunities for development, and the growth of urban hotels. Research design, Data, and methodology - This study conducted the comprehensive literature analysis to obtain suitable contents about the effect of Oriental Art for Urban Hotel Business Plan. the literature analysis method systematically assesses the value of qualitative data. Resources are organized into groups using a coding frame. Result - The adoption of the Oriental arts in the interior designs in the hotel industry will lead to customer attraction, improved competitive advantage, customer loyalty, and the preservation of the societal values of culture. Therefore, the marketing practitioners should adopt oriental arts as an integral aspect of interior designs to enhance customer satisfaction Conclusion - Marketing practitioners also use the oriental arts to enhance customers' willingness to pay. This is because oriental arts serve as the cues that enable the consumers to feel that the hotel's products are of quality. When oriental arts are used in interior hotel designs, the customer's willingness to pay increases. Thus the firm's relationships with customers are boosted.

  • The Marketing strategy is basic to the marketing plan for a firm. It encompasses the art and science of employing the means for achieving established marketing goals. The use of the word "strategy" in reference to the performance of marketing operations has been accepted in general usage during the last twenty years by both business practitioners and educators. It has been borrowed from the military vocabulary where it refers to the art and science of employing the armed strength of a belligerent force to secure the objectives of war.   • Recently Korean firms are increasingly interested in internet business while the number of internet users reaches more than 10 million in Korea. As e-commerce develop rapidly, customer-oriented marketing for online business becomes very important. The issues of how to achieve customer satisfaction in Internet business and how to plan a marketing strategy for online business faced managers of Internet business. Customer-satisfaction is much more important for internet business than for traditional offline 'brick and mortars'. Marketing activities need to be carried out on customer-orientation to achieve high level of customer satisfaction. This paper will discuss how to develop customer-oriented marketing for online business. It will specifically study the characteristics and success factors of internet business, differences between online marketing-mix strategy for e-business in view of customer-orientation. Finally it will suggest a future direction for online fashion business by applying the customer-oriented marketing of Internet business to the fashion business.

동대문 패션시장의 생산시스템을 활용한 글로벌 마케팅 전략에 관한 탐색적 연구 (Exploratory Study on Global Marketing Strategy for the Dongdaemun Fashion District)

  • Dongdaemun Fashion District has been successfully positioned as the main hub for fashion product distribution in Korea since 1960 thanks to its unique and successful fashion merchandising system. This system enables the distributors to respond quickly to consumer need and inexpensive price. However, at the present time, Dongdaemun Fashion District has been facing serious challenges from new types of retail stores such as fast fashion brands like ZARA and online shopping malls. To achieve this result, statistical analysis was performed using data from 68 employees of wholesalers in the Dongdaemun Fashion District. They were required to answer questions regarding the marketing system supporting program, amenities like restrooms, and traffic congestion. For the case study, C.I.S, a successful global wholesale system in Italy, was selected. C.I.S has 130 offices offering professional services in the field of trade, legal and tax issues, and insurance. This study suggests cooperation among related wholesalers in order to make an area management plan in the Dongdaemun Fashion District. Also, for the wholesalers to build up product information system and infrastructure for the Global marketing strategy.
