  • The purpose of this study is to help you understand the importance of developing of high value added fashion culture goods being integrated with technology and knowledge. And to propose efficient ways of creating a new brand which can be accepted by anyone who has international sensibility. First of all, after making deep research and investigation about the status of current situation in domestic knitwears industries and brands, and exploring problem areas, a growth plan with priority given to strategies for creation of high value added knitwears and its brands will be presented. As methods used in this study, researches was made mainly by digging into technical books on knitwears, fashion trends, and domestic and international fashion information magazine and leaflets, let alone, a lot of domestic market research was performed, as required, and sometimes knitwears simple items were also actually made in parallel.

  • For the effective and efficient management of the information system development project. the domestic market is also required to manage the project and set up the information system audit items, which are applicable to the actual project using CMM(Capability Maturity Model). With this thesis, we suggest a reference model complimenting the project. by letting a project manager recognize beforehand the present maturity status, within an organization as well as step-by-step management items and audit indicators for the future capability maturity improvement.

  • Development of crops with high quality as well as various beneficial functions is necessary to satisfy consumers being interested in their health and to enhance a competitiveness in the international market of agricultural products. What we have achieved so far from our research on crop quality was not sufficient since we often neglected sensory feature of crop products such as eating quality but in many cases, we put more emphases on nutrient contents, physico-chemical properties, and out-appearing features of the products. Therefore developments of sensory elements and technique for evaluation with a priority given to eating quality of each of an individual crop are important and very urgent to be solved in Korea. An endeavor to develop bioactive crops is necessary and resonable but aspects of both productivity and economy with a special emphasis on the original purposes such as production of energy and nutrient for human life must be considered. The development of more concrete ideas for crop functionality is essential before any research goes further.

  • Because of their unique properties, supercritical fluids have been known as one of the most promising materials for the future technology. Supercritical fluid technologies have been widely applied to various operations such as extraction, impregnation, nano-particle generation, oxidation, reaction etc. Industrial applications, especially their successful usage of supercritical fluid, have been reviewed. A special case for the first successful industrial application of supercritical $CO_2$ extraction in Korea was reviewed. Its unique characteristics of enriched antioxidant, $'\grmma-tocopherol'$ enabled this industrial application in Korea in spite of its low market price. Also its size and operation conditions were known as world records.

  • This study discusses the environmental awareness and the second-hand clothing usage of those consumers who actively purchase used clothing through a clothing swap at a used clothing market. The study used the questionnaire method, weか the subjects being those with experience of buying second-hand clothing. The findings were as follows. 1. The group of higher environmental awareness differed from the group with low environmental awareness in terms of donating or swapping clothing at a green store or in terms of discontinuing the wearing of used clothing bought from a green store. 2. The higher environmental awareness group valued fashion, status symbols and the alignment with others while the group with low environmental awareness valued comfort and economy more than those with the higher environmental awareness. 3. It was discovered that environmental awareness, education and income levels were interrelated.

An Assessing of Franchisor's Firm Performance Based on Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA 분석을 통한 프랜차이즈 기업의 평가)

  • Due to the severe market conditions, pre-entrepreneur seeks to start their business through franchise company. This paper, using the data envelopment analysis(DEA) method, examines efficiency of a group of franchise company in order to provide efficiency information with pre-entrepreneur. Output-oriented DEA model is applied in the investigation of efficiency, and the overall efficiency score is decomposed into pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency. The input variables selected to evaluate the efficiency are franchise deposit, franchise contribution cost and the output variables are sales and number of franchises, and length of business. The results of this paper show franchise industry have the low level of overall efficiency and the main sources of inefficiency is found technical rather than scale. As a result, this paper provides not only the current status of efficiency information of a franchise with pre-entrepreneur but also give warning when they sign-up with franchise business.

  • Through the review of developing course of China cemented carbide industry, the writer of this paper at the first time generalizes it into five stages. The writer analyses China cemented carbide industry present status in aspects of produce technology, product structure, operation and management etc. Mean while by analysis of existed shortages in cemented carbide industry, the write considers that it also has three advantages in resource and scale, industry foundation and categories, market and price, and brought out some suggestion and imagination for the future develpment of China cemented carbide industry.

전문가 집단과 비전문가 집단의 고속철도 운임수용범위에 관한 실증분석

  • This study tried to find out alternatives adjusting basic fare using customer survey. But it merely verified that train fare decision is made by government's role and market status. Also, it has a limitation deciding resonable fare of KTX that average cost and marginal cost calculation is impossible because Korean National Railroad does not follow 'Activity Based Costing'. It is rational fare decision that performing survey to railroad experts and general customers, and compare two results. Summarizing results of this study, 1. The hypothesis 'Experts' perceived fare level of KTX is higher than that of general customer. 'is carried. It suggests that following experts' opinion with general customer's is very rational method to decide fare level. 2. The hypothesis 'Experts expect lower level of fare discount rate than general customer.' is carried. 3. It is hard to decide priority among many kinds of discount for difference of two group's preference. However, following recent research project is maximized by discounting fare 30$\%$ on 40$\%$ of total passenger and expand number of discount kinds step by step are desirable.

Structural Ceramics for Automobiles and Industrial Application in Japan (구조용 세라믹스의 자동차와 제조업에의 응용)

  • The status of structural ceramics in Japan is presented. Use of ceramics for structural components had been limited due to their brittleness, and the successful application was wear resistant parts such as thread guides and ceramic cutting tools up to around 1980. Since then, considerable work has been done for applying ceramics to mechanical parts, and automotive components made of silicon nitride were developed and commercialized in 1980s. Unfortunately, the application of silicon nitride to automotive engines is not so popular in these days. Instead, a variety of structural ceramics such as alumina, silicon carbide and zirconia have recently extended the market, and the expanded application includes vacuum process parts for manufacturing semiconductor and liquid crystal devices, refractory tubes for casting aluminum alloy, and dies for optical lens forming. In addition, cordierite honeycombs and diesel particulate filters are widely used in automobiles. In the present review, the recent application of structural ceramics to automobiles and industries in Japan is summarized.
