The purposes of this study are to define the family life events as a input factor of system model and to understand structural characteristics of the family life events in the modern multilateral society have and orientation of the management system leads a satisfactory life. This study attempted through the relation of cause and effect among the components of management system by Deacon & Firebaugh systems theory. The findings of this study are as follows: 1) As for the influence of family life events on the orientation of home management behavior the influential family life event on overall the orientation of home management behavior was social problem of family members($\beta$= -128). 2)Family life events which have influence on the family life satisfaction were financial problem and trouble with husband members problems demand for housework and everyday affairs. 3) The subdivison of home management behavior which influenced on the overall family life satisfaction were communication and decision originality the use of resources and the flexibility of plan. 4) Results of path analysis revealed that relation of cause and effect out of family life events resources the patterns of home management behavior and family life satisfaction the family life events made the family life satisfaction higher because they had negative effect on the family life satisfaction directly but changed total effect into positive one by family management behavior.
The Publicly Purchased Property (PPP) Program since 2004 has allowed low-income households to reside in decent housing at a reasonable expense and to live in a community they choose. With an increasing number of the housing stock, management of the properties becomes a growing concern. The purpose of this research is to find out the satisfaction of the tenants with residential environment and housing management. To collect data, a face-to-face interview survey was conducted for 310 households living in the designated properties of 8 cities in and outside the Seoul Metropolitan Area (SMA). Most of the households were a family of three headed by late middle-aged man and lived in physically sound, small-sized units at an affordable cost. Overall satisfaction with living environment was higher in non-SMA than in SMA, and influenced by building deterioration and unit size. Further, most of the respondents were in favor of housing management services provided by a nearby public housing estate. Building deterioration and regular onsite visits of management staff were determinants in the satisfaction with housing management. The results indicate that proper housing management delays building deterioration and assures decent living for low-income people, leading to high levels of residential satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of two variable groups(socio-demographic factors and psychological factors) on money management strategies and financial satisfaction. The major findings of this study are as follows : Household income, level of education of wives, and locus of control had significant effect on the level of financial satisfaction. After the effect of socio - demographic variables and psychological variables was controlled, Especially evaluating strategy was found to be the most powerful variable in explaining financial satisfaction.
Food is an essential component of good health and a high quality of life. This is especially true for the elderly, where health and quality of life can vary due to eating issues. This study attempts to measure the satisfaction with food-related life in the elderly of South Korea, while examining differences in social support, depression, isolation, and life satisfaction based on the level of satisfaction with food-related life. Data collection was conducted using one-on-one surveys from December 2011 to January 2012. A total of 390 elderly (aged 65 and over) who live in Korea participated in this study. The results showed that the satisfaction with food-related life was high (3.52 out of 5). The elderly who had company during a meal or a meal preparer showed a higher satisfaction with their food-related life. Social support was high (5.32 out of 7) and the feelings of isolation were low (3.85 out of 5). The average satisfaction with life was 4.42 out of 7, indicating a fair satisfaction with life, while the average depression score was relatively low (8.77 out of 26). In general, the elderly with a higher satisfaction with food-related life had a higher social support and overall satisfaction with their life. On the other hand, the elderly with a lower satisfaction with food-related life generally reported higher levels of depression and isolation. A positive correlation was observed between satisfaction with food-related life, social support, and satisfaction of life, while a negative correlation was found between satisfaction with food-related life, isolation, and depression. The results of this study indicate that managing the satisfaction with food-related life is an important component of mental health in the elderly.
The purpose of this study was to examine overall customer satisfaction associated with medical service quality in Taiwan by integrated Kano's model and customer satisfaction index model. Another purpose was to confirmed nonlinear and asymmetric relationship of Customer Satisfaction and Quality Performance by the research outcome. By analyzing 1,100 patients or their family members, this study used the structural equation model (SEM) with AMOS software for data analysis. The results show that must-be attributes, one-dimensional attributes and attractive attributes had a direct effect on overall customer satisfaction, Surprisingly, overall customer satisfaction had positively influenced customer loyalty customer satisfaction had negatively influenced customer complaints. The study also found that customer complaints have direct effect on customer loyalty. Importantly, the study found out the must-be attributes, the attractive attributes and one-dimensional attributes increased, the level of overall customer satisfaction also increased. The customer satisfaction positively influences customer loyalty in medical service quality in Taiwan. The findings might reveal new insights for researchers dealing with quality of medical service and for hospital managers who devote resources exclusively to achieving highest possible levels of patient satisfaction.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of power sources of department store and fashion company, and salesperson's job consciousness on job satisfaction in the middle management system of department store. Questionnaire data from 193 salespeople in the middle management of department store were analyzed by reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, hierarchical regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows: First, coercive power, informational and expert power, and referent power of department store had significant effects on job satisfaction. The coercive power of department store had a negative influence on job satisfaction, while informational and expert power, and referent power of department store had a positive influence on job satisfaction. Second, referent power, expert power, reward power, coercive power of fashion company had a positive influence on job satisfaction. Third, referent power of department store had a greater influence on job satisfaction than other power sources. Fourth, job commitment and pride, prospect awareness had a positive influence on job satisfaction, while professional self-awareness had no effect on job satisfaction.
This study is an empirical study on the relationships among success factors of six sigma(support of top management, education and training, performance-based reward, customer and quality focused thought), job satisfaction, and quality performance. In particular, mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between success factors of six sigma and quality performance is empirically analysed to find causes and impacts among these variables. A survey was conducted on the employees working in 'H' company which is applying six sigma at Ulsan City. The survey questionnaires were sent to 300 people and 216 of them were returned. Data obtained was analyzed with SPSS 18.0. The study results are as follows: First, there were positive relationships between critical success factors of six sigma(except support of top management) and job satisfaction. Second, there was also a positive relationship between job satisfaction and quality performance. Third, there were also positive relationships between critical success factors of six sigma(except support of top management) and quality performance. Finally, job satisfaction were full mediating effects on the relationship between critical success factors of six sigma(education and training, performance-based reward) and quality performance. Critical success factors of six sigma(customer and quality focused thought) had a partial mediating effect on quality performance. On the other hand, support of top management had no mediating effect on quality performance.
This study was conducted to derive useful predictive variations for the qualitative supply of homes to provide information to real estate venture businesses and other business owners in neighborhood amenities and significant basic information to housing suppliers and policy makers. For this purpose, a number of apartment dwellers in Seoul were surveyed to examine their housing satisfaction, difference in housing satisfaction according to variables, and any relevant correlations. In detail, 500 apartment dwellers in Seoul were surveyed from September 1, 2009 to September 20, 2009 to gather resources that were processed through SPSS 14.0 to find percentage of frequency, mean, standard deviations, t-test, ANOVA, and Duncan Multiple Ranger's Test. The following were the findings of this study: First, housing satisfaction of apartment dwellers in Seoul was above average with the highest satisfaction with neighborhood environment. Second, satisfaction with amenities was significantly affected by dweller-related variables. Gangnam dwellers were more satisfied with housing environment and community environment than Gangbuk dwellers. By age, people in 20s and 30s showed high satisfaction with housing environment. Satisfaction with community environment was high among 20s, 30s and 40s. Satisfaction with management conditions was high among 20s. Also, satisfaction was high when housing period was between 1 and 10 years. By size, dwellers in 40py or larger homes showed high satisfaction with housing environment and management conditions. Dwellers in 30py and 40py or larger homes were satisfied with community environment. By ownership, dwellers with ownership of their homes showed high satisfaction. Third, there was a significant difference in satisfaction with neighborhood and social environments according to dweller-related variables. By region, dwellers of Gangnam area showed high satisfaction with neighborhood environment. By age, people in 20s, 30s and 40s showed high satisfaction with neighborhood environment. Also, satisfaction with neighborhood environment was high when housing period was around 10 years. By size, dwellers in 30py and 40py or larger homes were satisfied with neighborhood and social environments. Fourth, there was a close correlation between satisfaction with housing environment and satisfaction with community environment, and between satisfaction with community environment and satisfaction with management conditions. Thus, most dwellers that were satisfied with one variable of housing environment showed high satisfaction with other variables.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of transformational leadership on job satisfaction and to examine the effects of transactional leadership on job satisfaction. This study tried to verify the facial feedback hypothesis in causal relations of charisma, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration, contingent reward, management by exception, job satisfaction. The self-administerd survey was undertaken against 380 respondents who soldier working in Daegu. A total of 375 responses were collected. Excluding missing data, 337 usable data were used for analysis. Results of this study are as follows. First, it is found that charisma factor is positively impact on job satisfaction. Second, it is found that individualized consideration factor is positively impact on job satisfaction. Third, it is found that contingent reward factor is positively impact on job satisfaction. Fourth, it is found that management by exception is positively impact on job satisfaction. The theoretical implication and practical implication for the army and government are discussed. The limitations are also mentioned.

Recently, there has been growing interest in the financial and economic effectiveness of service quality and customer satisfaction. It means that the final goal of customer satisfaction is the maximization with firms' financial performance, enterprise could survive through the creation of continuous financial performance. Companies are working in various ways to identify the direct relationship of service quality and customer satisfaction with financial and economic effectiveness in order to justify and validate customer satisfaction management. In this study, the influence of customer satisfaction on the financial performance is examined. Also, we have analyzed customer satisfaction by comparing financial outcome of each industry Customer satisfaction index, the key non-financial performance measure has significant association with firms' financial performance index. Moreover, high customer satisfaction has a competitive advantage, so it can be the key success factor of firm's financial performance improvement.
