Our country has been encountered with severe economic depression since IMF loan(1997). Korean economic system should be reformed according to the globalization and the world industrial trends based on adavanced technologies and skills. Todays the venture business should be considered to be the alternative of recovering Korean economy and increasing highly estimated values. Generally speaking, the venture business is defined as a new business with high risk-high return with new technical entrepreneurship. This treatise suggests the activating alternatives of the venture business in Korea. These alternatives are suggested as follows. First, several measures to incruit excellent technicians are suggested. These measures includes incruitment of parttime technicians, application of cooperative program of education training unemployees, the stock option system, a stock-sharing plan for the employees, etc. Second, in the financial aspect, activation of the foundation investment company, activation of the COSDAQ market, strengthening of technology security are suggested. Third, in the technical development aspect, amplification of inauguration assistant center, construction of technology accumulative network, etc. These measures will contribute to the development of Korean economy and the welfare of Korean people.

A Study of Instant rice selected attributes of instant rice, the decrease in rice consumption is in fact been hailed as a stock and based on dietary lifestyle through prior research, attempting to validate whether the behavior between the related implications. The instant rice revitalization plan of conducting were developed further, consumers want instant rice and at the same time. Confirmed based on the selected attributes of instant rice according to consumer dietary lifestyle through this research to know could have instant rice selection attributes affect the degree of the action. Compare the differences of regional instant rice selected attributes gradually increasing area for future research, instant rice consumers surveyed Seoul, Gyeonggi-do area only residing in the limitations of this study, which, because you are studying in different regions.

Cloud is emerging as a key factor in digital transformation. In particular, the industry is paying attention to cloud as a key factor in economic revitalization after COVID-19. In this economic environment, cloud companies can survive only through continuous innovation. In this study, we propose the innovation types of cloud companies using the meta model, which is a high-level conceptual model that generalizes various corporate activities. The proposed cloud company innovation type applies a conceptual model divided into two axes such as the corporate value chain and the business management layer. The contribution of this study is to provide a basis for research in a new academic field called corporate innovation in the cloud domain, and to provide decision-making tools for diagnosing innovation levels or exploring innovation directions for cloud companies.

Since the foreign currency crisis, Korean economy has suffered recession and the government launches residence and real estate policy in order to increase the demand and trade of real estate and to help the economy revitalization. 1 As a result, the rate of economy growth is shown the high increase with the figure of 10.9% in 1999 and 8.8% in 2000. However, it brings overheating market as a negative effect. Although, the government established the policy for the control of speculation, the policy causes instability of economy. This study is to analyze the effect between the residence policy and the housing cost since the foreign currency crisis through housing sale price estimation and housing lease price estimation and is to apply the basis data of the next residence policy.

The urban renewal type redevelopment project is a project to improve the urban environment for the recovery of urban functions and revitalization of commercial districts in commercial and industrial areas. Urban regeneration projects are not progressing smoothly. The urban renewal type is not so for landowners, who require a high level of professional knowledge and experience to carry out smooth projects. In addition, the core part of business conflicts can be seen as the problem of management and disposal methods. Therefore, as landowners, etc. become the actual subjects, the public will take charge of project execution, but all development gains and losses will be attributed to the owner of the land, etc.

The case study of OB shows dramatic market dynamics between leader brand vs. follower brand similar to Kirin vs. Asahi in Japan for two decades. Almost 20yrs ago, the brand status of OB was dramatically fallen because of the environmental pollution of subsidiary company and harsh competition of rivalry brand. But OB made a ground change in its brand strategy. OB departed from the pride in its past to bet on the new. OB decided to vitalize Cass brand through brand portfolio strategy. They deployed 3 phase articulated marketing plans; Phase I, Acquisition of Cass brand through M&A and strategic segmentation/targeting (1993-2005), Phase 2 - Mega Brand Strategy through Line Extension(2006-2009), Phase 3 - Experiential Marketing focused on Young Culture (2010- present). Finally, OB restored not only brand reputation of Cass and other brands but dominant market position in beer market. Now Cass has been growing rapidly in the last 20 years achieving 50% M/S. The three phases shows the typical successful process of brand management and revitalization adopting brand concept management and S-T-P strategy of manufacturing company.

조직의 환경이 불확실성이 높고 동태적인 상황에서는 유형 자산 보다는 지식 기반의 무형 자신을 확보하여 차별적인 경쟁 우위를 먼저 확보하고 이를 유지할 수 있도록 하여야 할 것이다. 특히 서비스 산업에서의 인적 자원 관리는 매우 중요하다 하겠다. 본 연구에서는 선행 연구를 바탕으로 IT 기반의 정보 시스템으로서의 e-HRM 시스템에 대해서 도입 요인과 조직의 성과를 연구하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 정보 기술 요인 중 IS 성숙도는 조직 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, IS/IT 기반 구조는 재무적 성과에만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 환경 요인 중 경쟁 정도, 정보화 정도, 환경 불확실성 요인들은 재무적 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 비 재무적 성과에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직의 규모는 정보 기술 요인 및 환경 요인과 조직성과 간에 부분적으로 조절적 역할을 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 서비스 산업에서는 조직의 규모가 큰 경우에는 e-HRM 시스템을 도입하는 것이 조직의 재무적 성과의 향상에 효과적이라는 결론을 조심스럽게 내릴 수 있었다.

The resident committee is a main board of the multi-family housing communities, which discuss and decide important matters regarding the multi-family housing management. So, the purpose of this study was to provide critical informations in order to revitalize the resident committee of multi-family housing. The research was conducted by surveys and interviews with residents and resident committee members. The major results were as follows : The resident committee members indicated that primary reason for them to volunteer as a committee member was because of the encouragement and recommendation of their neighbors. They were willing to be members of the resident committee but they were displeased by the lack of participation and training of some of the committee members. Resident committee members also pointed out that they had difficulties in fulfilling their roles. For one thing, they were not paid for their participation. Another problem was that there were several committee members who did not have knowledge of related laws and they gave themselves a negative evaluation, which told that they had lack of multi-family housing community management skills and knowledge. Training and education of the committee was essential in areas such as budget management, auditing, and damage control.

Purpose - This study aims to study the activation pattern of declining industries by applying the Gompertz growth model using available resources based on the theory of industrial life cycle, classifying declining industries among Korean manufacturing industries, and identifying resource input characteristics. Research design and methodology - This study was conducted by combining the Gompertz growth model that predicts the limit of output based on available resources under the industrial life cycle theory. Using Gompertz model, this study analyzed the life cycle of 39 Korean manufacturing industries from the perspective of domestic production, number of employees, and fixed assets Results - According to a life cycle analysis of 39 manufacturing industries in Korea, the computer, textile, and shoe industries were classified as declining industries. Among them, research on resource input characteristics on the shoe industry showed that domestic production and the number of employees decreased, while the proportion of domestic R&D personnel and the number of research departments gradually increased. Conclusion - Among the declining industries in Korea, the shoe industry is considered to revitalize the industry, that is, to extend the life of the declining industry by offshoring its production site and improving constitution with a "R&D center for global" support.

기업의 기록관리를 통한 가치창출과 편익제고는 공공기관의 기록관리와 견주어도 부족함이 없는데 우리나라의 기업기록관리에 대해서는 아직까지 가이드라인도 제정되어 있지 않다. 글로벌 기업들은 업무과정의 산출물인 기록을 정보자산으로 축적하고 이용하여 업무의 시행착오를 줄이며 경쟁력을 강화해 나가고 있다. 우리나라 기업들도 기록관리에 대한 필요성은 공감하면서도 현용기록관리보다는 사사편찬이나 사료관리 등 비현용기록관리가 대부분인 실정이다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 우리나라에서 성공적으로 기록관리를 하고 있는 K사의 사례연구를 통하여 기업의 현용기록 축적과 이용을 통한 가치와 편익을 찾아보고, 기업기록관리를 활성화할 수 있는 방안을 제안하고자 했다. 이와 함께 4차 산업혁명시대의 중요한 자원인 데이터를 축적하고 이용하는 빅데이터 플랫폼으로서의 기업기록관리를 조명하며 기업기록관리의 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.
