Product data analytics (PDA) is a data-driven analysis method that uses product data management (PDM) databases as its operational data. It aims to understand and evaluate product development processes indirectly through the analysis of product data from the PDM databases. To educate and train PDA efficiently, this study proposed an approach that employs courses for both product development and PDA in a class. The participant group for product development provides a PDM database as a result of their product development activities, and the other group for PDA analyses the PDM database and provides analysis result to the product development group who can explain causes of the result. The collaboration between the two groups can enhance the efficiency of the education and training course on PDA. This study also includes an application example of the approach to a graduate class on PDA and discussion of its result.

Purpose : This study was conducted to provide for a basic resource, which can be used to set up a efficient management system in Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Units(CSICU). Method: 1) Questionnaires were administered and observation methods were used, to examine the nursing activities performed in the CSICU after having reviewed related literatures and a review by the experts. Thus, the nursing activities were designating 254 activities and classified into 28 categories. 2)The 22 nurses in the 2 CSICUs filled out questionnaires about nursing activities from 12 April, 2002 to 17 April, 2002. The frequency of the nursing activities in the 28 categories counted and new nursing activities added by directly observing 12 nurses by two trained research staffs for 4 day. 3)In terms of validity, the 264 nursing activities were analysed by the 25 experts. As a result, 231 nursing activities were found valid and remained as appropriate nursing activities to be used for the careful analysis of the nursing activities in CSICUs. Result: The 22 categories are as below: assessment, monitoring, respiration management, nutrition management, elimination/drainage management, mobility management, sanitation management, safety management, temperature management, specimens collection, preparation and assistance of treatment, skin/wound management, infection management, medication management, education/support, dying patient care, recording/keeping, supplies management, environment management, communications, evaluations, professional development Conclusion : The manifest job description of the staff nurse will contribute to improving the efficiency of the nursing activities and to reducing the role conflicts among the medical staffs.

Purpose: This article aims 1) to propose improvement directions of the certification by recognizing the quality management practices based on the analysis of the audit results of the military contractors and 2) to suggest some ideas on quality audit planning preparation to help the government quality assurance representatives. Methods: Based on the nonconformity report of the defense quality management system (DQMS) requirements, frequently occurring requirement components are found and summarized. Three hypothesis testings are executed to check whether the maturity levels of the quality management systems are influenced by the company size, weapon tye, and company type, regarding the nonconformity frequency as dependent variable. Results: Nonconformity occurs most frequently in the order of product realization, measurement analysis and improvement, management responsibility, resource management, and quality management system. Nonconformity reduces when the company size increases, for the guided weapons, and in the defense companies. Conclusion: Since small-sized companies are inferior to larger companies with respect to the DQMS maturity level, more support should be provided to these small-sized companies which produce military supplies.

Purpose: Corporate management is under pressure to contribute to social values beyond profit-seeking, and interest in ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) is increasing worldwide. In the recent global climate change crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic, the importance of non-financial values such as ESG is increasing. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to prepare a strategy for future ESG management activities by analyzing the impact of it on corporate performance by food companies. Research design, data and methodology: ESG-related research trends, ESG activities, and corporate performance were analyzed. After that, a regression analysis was conducted to identify the relationship between ESG evaluation grade and corporate performance. Result: ESG management activities measured by ESG scores did not significantly affect the return on assets, one of the variables of corporate performance. However, as a result of setting the return on equity as a dependent variable, ESG management activities have a nonlinear relationship with corporate performance, and ESG management activities have a positive effect on corporate performance when investment in ESG management activities is reasonable. Conclusions: These results show that food companies should engage in an appropriate level of ESG management activities to improve corporate performance.

Sustainability is bound to be an eternal topic for managers who run companies. This sustainability is required not only by managers but also by various stakeholders. As a result, many companies are implementing sustainable management and are actively utilizing ESG, which has become a hot topic since 2020. In this study, we examined sustainable management and ESG, focusing on LX Hausys, which was the first in the interior industry to write a sustainable management report and received an ESG evaluation grade A for five consecutive years. As LX Hausys promoted sustainable management, it naturally focused on ESG management. As a result of meeting with LX Hausys HR executives and ESG managers for this study, ESG is not accepted as a new one. Rather, he emphasized that there is no need to approach this approach to ESG with grandeur and difficulty. This approach is consistent with the argument that ESG is a true approach to sustainable growth, not a management strategy based on the times. Like LX Hausys, ESG management can be consistently and continuously performed when implementing ESG strategies based on the resources and capabilities of companies, which can be seen as leading to corporate sustainability. This ESG management will be the right way to create a permanent company.

In the information society where knowledge plays a significant role, the value of the corporate organization creates knowledge strategically and spreads it to the whole organization so as to reinforce the efficiency of the work force. After KMS(Knowledge Management System) was recognized as one of core competences of company, KMS based on information technology has been introduced actively to many corporate organizations for the implementation of realizing knowledge management. As the strategic use of KMS increases in company, it has attracted attention to the system and the investment in the system, now attention has brought to the effect of the system. The efficiency and effectiveness of KMS has been tackled as one of the most important issues, and then many studies have been implemented to measure the result of the system. The purpose of this study is to overcome these problems and to help make an important decision in establishing introduction strategy by abstracting the reasons and success factors and result indices which are important sources for introducing KMS.

본 연구의 목적은 제품수명주기(PLC)와 시장 리스크 관리(MRM)의 상관관계를 규명하는 데 있다. PLC는 기업이 경영성과를 증진시키기 위하여 마케팅적인 시각에서 소비자의 구매행동과 가격 및 판매변동성을 분석한다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 MRM을 활용하여 PLC를 포괄적이고 통합적인 시각에서 분석하고자 한다. 두 이론 간의 관련성을 규명하기 위하여 본 연구는 PLC와 MRM의 경영성과에 공통적으로 영향을 미치는 요인들을 추출한다. 그리고 MRM의 관점에서 PLC의 요인들을 분석한다. 연구결과 PLC와 MRM은 가격변동성과 거래 리스크 및 시장점유율면에서 관련이 있음을 보여준다.

기업이 지속적으로 성장하기 위해서는 실현가능한 목표를 설정하고 그 목표를 달성하였는지 파악하여 끊임없이 목표를 관리하여야 한다. 나아가 개선해야 할 부분을 보완하여 목표를 재설정하고 그에 맞도록 성과를 관리하여야 한다. 최근 건설 분야에서도 조직, 프로젝트 및 기업의 성과에 대해서 많은 논의가 이루어지고 있다. 특히 건설사업관리는 건설공사의 사업수행 단계는 물론 시설물 생애주기에 걸쳐 효율적이고 전문적인 관리활동이 요구된다. 건설사업관리의 성과측정에 대해 국내의 많은 연구 대부분은 성과측정 모델의 기본적인 개념을 정립하는 수준에 머물러 있다. 또한, 건설현장 및 건설사업관리의 특성이 제대로 반영되지 못하여 성과관리시스템을 현장 실무에 적용하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 균형성과표를 활용한 건설사업관리의 성과영역 및 핵심성과지표를 도출하여 객관적인 성과측정을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 한다.

Company perform a lot process to produce products. If company try to satisfy for customer and improve technological competition, they must be changed to new system. As a result, we developed knowledge based smart search system and customized it to PDM system on commercial use. In this smart search system, wherever process designer can seek to result quickly. This will be upgraded for be applied to some company.

In many countries safety management on track worker have been carried out alter serious accidents and drastic safety improvement have been achieved as a result of safety management. In order to improve track worker safety in Korea, recent 5-year accident data were analysed and other countries' safety management systems were reviewed. As an result of this study 5-basic requirements for the safety improvement on track worker are derived: education, certification, clear responsibility definition, work planning and upgrade of train warning system.
