ISO 26262 is applied to vehicle and electrical/electronic component manufacturers for minimizing car accidents and life damage by the extended use of electronic control equipments and their malfunctions. In this standard, safety requirements are required to be applied from the early stage of development upto manufacture and disposal stages throughout the total lifecycle of the full vehicular system, and electromagnetic compatibility must be also managed as an important consideration factor. Therefore, it is nowadays very necessary to research and develop EFS(EMC for Functional Safety) to be applied in each stage of the design, manufacture, accreditation, use, maintenance stages of cars. In this paper, how EFS can be applied for the application of ISO 26262 is described. By the enforcement of this suggestions into the legal requirement or New Car Assessment Program(NCAP) test items, it is necessary that car manufacturer have to perform some procedures for ensuring car safety by themselves.

The integration of international logistics base supply network means that the enterprises which give trust and sincerity deal with market environment change positively and can decide proceeding of various cooperative work. Also, it means the possibility by necessity of cooperative relation and interdependence to continuous immersion and normative immersion, for the maintain of long business relations.

COVID-19, which has spread around the world, is also affecting local economic industries such as the domestic tourism industry and the service industry. In particular, the quality of life is threatened as safety prevention rules related to infectious diseases such as social distancing have been regularized. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact on safety quarantine on users of the summer festival at Songho Beach in Haenam, a summer resort. In addition, it protrudes through big data surveys, demographic analysis, and technology analysis on the management of users who have changed in the COVID-19 era. It is expected to be a reference material by utilizing practical data on users in the future. In addition, this study is significant that it has been reviewed for safety and satisfaction for tourists using the summer beach festival through quarantine management using ICT technology in the COVID-19 situation, and needs to be used as good guidelines and examples for this study in the future.

This study criticizes the wave of liberalization, privatization, thoughtless and uncontrolled over-competition in the electronic communication networks area. This criticism is based on the 'transport economics' on one side, the 'network neutrality debate' on the other side. Through these standpoints, this study insists that it needs to deal with a social agenda related to the problems such as unplanned and unbalanced development of electronic communication networks, double/tripple-investment in the communication industry, conflicts among network companies and the decline of public values. Also does this study stress on the new ideas in the electronic communication network policy and planning to manage these problems. Electronic communication networks are converging and their borders are blurred. As a result of these flows, the field of information technology, media and contents is faced with radical changes. These changes could be so critical and complicated that nobody can diagnose their multi-level implications. However, the one thing sure is that we should start from the communication networks to think and control a communication system. Therefore, we should discuss and plan the now-and-future of communication infrastructure and its management. we need not only a market mentality but also a socio-cultural mentality. In this respect, this study does insist that it requires the vision of digital democracy and democratic communication ecology to put the steps toward social communication system.

Purpose: The study investigated the effect of adolescent health behavior on the prevalence of current allergic diseases. Methods: The subjects were 57,303 middle and high school youth. Data were analyzed using Rao-Scott χ² test and complex sample logistic regression analysis. Results: While controlling the affect of the general characteristics of the subjects, health behaviors affecting the current prevalence of allergic diseases were smoking, drinking, physical activity, eating habits, drug abuse, and mental health. Smoking behaviors affecting the current prevalence of allergic diseases were lifetime smoking experience, smoking days, liquid e-cigarette lifetime smoking experience, number of liquid electronic cigarette smoking days, e-cigarette lifetime smoking experience, e-cigarette smoking days, amount of smoking, second-hand smoking and drinking behaviors were lifetime drinking, drinking days, the amount of drinking, and severe drinking. Variables such as physical activity exceeding 60 minutes days, intake of energy and sweet drinks, water intake, habitual drug use and mental health behavior such as stress perception, weekday sleep time, subjective sleep satisfaction, depression, suicidal thoughts/ plan/ attempts affect current allergic diseases (p<.001). Conclusion: The results showed that current allergic disease related health behaviors in Korean adolescents. Therefore, considering these factors, it may be helpful to facilitate a health promotion plan for prevention and management of such diseases and to promote evidence-based health practices at school.

The National Assembly Archives of the Republic of Korea has been using the National Assembly Archives and Records Management System, which added some archival function to the Standard Records Management System that they had previously developed. However, the Standard Records Management System has limits in order to reflect all the business functions of the National Assembly Archives, which also acts as an archival institution, because the system had been developed and distributed to perform the function of a records center. Moreover, the current National Assembly Archives and Records Management System focuses on the management of official records transferred in accordance with the regulations. For this reason, it is difficult to register and manage various record types such as records of the members of the National Assembly (related to legislative activities), oral history collected from the National Assembly leader, audiovisual records of proceedings, and so on. As such, this study analyzed the problems of the current National Assembly Archives and Records Management System and conducted case studies of the systems in the National Archives, the Presidential Archives, Changwon City, and the Cultural Heritage Administration. Through this research, it proposed that system functions, metadata, the target system of the National Assembly Archives, and the Records Integrated Management System need a development plan.

As many people all over the world increasingly take more time in exchanging with other people or acquiring information on the internet, use of social media becomes a part of their daily lives. A lot of changes of consumer culture, which have been occurring through social media, have significant effects on corporate marketing activities. Since social media's importance to airlines has been continuously increased, this study attempts to examine effects of passengers' uses of social media, who plan to select an airline, on dependence on reliance of electronic word-of mouth(EWOM) and EWOM acceptance. To this end, a questionnaire survey of passengers who use airlines and the airline's social media was conducted, and then effective data of 302 copies were analyzed by using the structural equation modeling. The findings show that social media use intensity has a significant effect on Acceptance of EWOM via reliance of EWOM, while a direct effect of social media use intensity on Acceptance of EWOM is not significant. From this study, it is found that control and management of social media and only EWOM are effective tools for marketing of airline businesses, suggesting that innovative strategies are required to preemptively cope with changes in consumers' behaviors and markets, which continue to evolve.

Clinical photography is an essential component of patient care in plastic surgery. The use of unsecured smartphone cameras, digital cameras, social media, instant messaging, and commercially available cloud-based storage devices threatens patients' data safety. This paper Identifies potential risks of clinical photography and heightens awareness of safe clinical photography. Specifically, we evaluated existing risk-mitigation strategies globally, comparing them to industry standards in similar settings, and formulated a framework for developing a risk-mitigation plan for avoiding data breaches by identifying the safest methods of picture taking, transfer to storage, retrieval, and use, both within and outside the organization. Since threats evolve constantly, the framework must evolve too. Based on a literature search of both PubMed and the web (via Google) with key phrases and child terms (for PubMed), the risks and consequences of data breaches in individual processes in clinical photography are identified. Current clinical-photography practices are described. Lastly, we evaluate current risk mitigation strategies for clinical photography by examining guidelines from professional organizations, governmental agencies, and non-healthcare industries. Combining lessons learned from the steps above into a comprehensive framework that could contribute to national/international guidelines on safe clinical photography, we provide recommendations for best practice guidelines. It is imperative that best practice guidelines for the simple, safe, and secure capture, transfer, storage, and retrieval of clinical photographs be co-developed through cooperative efforts between providers, hospital administrators, clinical informaticians, IT governance structures, and national professional organizations. This would significantly safeguard patient data security and provide the privacy that patients deserve and expect.

The purpose of this paper is to a develop model for generation expansion planning that can support diverse environmental policies for the reduction of greenhouse gases (GHGs) of South Korea. South Korea is required to reduce its GHG emissions by 30% from the BAU level by 2020. The Wien Automatic System Planning Package currently used in South Korea has limitations in terms of the application of renewable energy policies and GHG targets; this paper proposes the use of an equipment planning model named generation and transmission expansion program, which has been developed to resolve such limitations. For verification of the model, a case study on the 6th Basic Plan of Long-Term Electricity Supply and Demand has been conducted. The results show that for the year 2020 South Korea's annual GHG emissions will be 36.6% more than the GHG Target Management System (GHG TMS) target set for the same year (30%). To achieve the GHG TMS target, the costs involved amount to about 72 trillion KRW (70 billion USD). Consequently, the South Korean government needs to review the performability of this target.
