This study examined issues of copyright relating to digitization of bibliographic data, copyrighted works, factual data, and manpower's data that the library have. It analyzed issues of copyright relating to the use of digital works and linking. Also It investigated legal issues related information service for user in the library and digital transmission service on need of user out of the library. Finally. this paper proposed basic task for solving issues of copyright in the context of digital libraries.

The purpose of this study was to survey and analyse the technical information flow and the status of information use of end user in the venture capital. The survey by questionnaire was used to collect data for the study and the SPSS program was used for analysiso of descriptive statistics. As the results of the study, the researchers of the venture capital thought that their research activities were important for the improvement of their company. They also suggested their opinion that the technical information was essential on research activities. The researchers wanted the manpower to take charge of gathering and managing technical information.

Production schedule and realization quantity of Large type bus [929(HD), 928, 928-A(SD), 937E/L, 937/L,] were analyzed in order to intruoduce FMS(Flexible Manufacturing System) appropriate for varities of customer desire and multi-item, small lot production. And this paper is aimed to propose introduction method of FMS, analyzing zig tools change times and idle times with production line and workers as an object. According to analysis results, only simple spec., depending on bus type, changed with decrease in production. For 929(HD), 928,928-A(SD), 937Eh, 937/L bus type, there was no harmony between schdule and realization. Therefore, it caused many difficulties in part supply. And there was loss of manpower and reduction of productibility due to idle time of process with bus type change. Production processes were operated inefficiently because tact time exceeded or shortaged of allow time.

This paper is dealing with a 6 sigma application in chemical industries. The company is enterprise which produce PR that is semiconductor material. CTQ is consisted of thickness (Big Y$_1$) and EOP (Big Y$_2$). After 6 sigma improvement activity that thickness (Big Y$_1$) improved from 0.98 sigma to 2.80 sigma and EOP (Big Y$_2$, energy optimizer) improved from 1.53 sigma to 3.98 sigma. The effectiveness of financial scope reduced 58,200,000 won of COPQ. But there are some problems to enforce 6 sigma in small enterprises. First, it is a lack of complete charge manpower enforcing S sigma activity. Second, it is a lack of professional knowledge of project leaders. Third, the passion of sponsorship (champion) is a lacking. Nevertheless useful tool was certified so that 6 sigma achieves quality reform in small enterprises.

This study is aimed to validate errors for detected suspicious temperature data using various quality control procedures for 61 weather stations in the Republic of Korea. The quality control algorithms for temperature data consist of four main procedures (high-low extreme check, internal consistency check, temporal outlier check, and spatial outlier check). Errors of detected suspicious temperature data are judged by examining temperature data of nearby stations, surface weather charts, hourly temperature data, daily precipitation, and daily maximum wind direction. The number of detected errors in internal consistency check and spatial outlier check showed 4 days (3 stations) and 7 days (5 stations), respectively. Effective and objective methods for validation errors through this study will help to reduce manpower and time for conduct of quality management for temperature data.

This paper is aimed to construct a CIM(Computer Intergrated Manufacturing) model through optimal flexible manufacturing systems for factory automation in order to provide higher productivity. This paper provides a ease through an analytical method to construct flexible manufacturing systems for factory automation. The contents of this paper include forecasting of demands which analyze variation of demand using Winter's model, line balancing utilizing Lanked Positional Weight Method, and a case analysis through simulation by Monte Carlor Method. The result shows the manpower and net present value of investment have decreased 42% and 19.6%, respectively, and yearly net profit has increased 30%.

This paper includes an example of applying Six Sigma to Non-function test process to improve the efficiency and reliability of the Ammunition Stockpile Reliability Program (ASRP). By applying the DMAIC which is one of the Six sigma methods. we found out the vital few and as an improved version : effective redesign of check-sheets, pre-examination of technology, on-the-scene support system. As a result, we could enhance the reliability and reduce manpower and additional expenses.

The purpose of this study is to compare the standards and guidelines of long-term care facilities based on the physical environments and human resources in Korea, Japan, USA, and Australia. Ultimately, this study suggests the directions for amendments of long-term care service or running of the facilities in Korea. For achieving this purpose, we reviewed the homepage of national health departments, reports and articles of long-term care service, and acts related with long-term care in each country. This comparisons were carried in terms of physical environments, human resources by long-term care related acts and legal sanctions as means of quality control. This study implies that long-term care service guidelines or standards should be revised for developing the quality of our long-term care services.

This study investigates whether the post-merger bad performance of merging firms was caused by the increase of cost and which cost is responsible for that, if it were. To do this, it is investigated whether there is any difference in terms of cost between pre-merger versus post-merger firms. Also the comparison of cost is used between merging firms and non-merging control groups. The finding is that the merging firms have a bigger cost than the non-merging control group and the post-merger firms have a bigger cost than the pre-merger firms. Especially labor cost to revenue and depreciation cost to revenue are statistically very different among them. Thus it is suggested that there are inefficiency of manpower and assets.
