정보시스템개발 프로젝트의 상황적 관리모형에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Contingent Management Model of IS Development Projects)

  • Recently It becomes a rapidly growing concern to find effective ways of managing IS development projects as the projects increase in many organization. This paper focuses on developing an integrative management framework for IS development project in contingent perspective. The framework is based upon contingent relationship between management dimensions of IS development project and the characteristics of the task replaced or supported by an IS. Management dimensions of IS development consist of mode, content and process. Task characteristics which are considered as contingent variables include project size, unstructuredness level, hierarchical level, interdependence level and system innovativeness level. The data used for validating this conceptual framework are collected from 119 IS development projects in 70 Korean business organizations. One-way ANOVA and T-test are employed to test the hypotheses.

  • This paper presents a new evolutionary algorithm to solve complex multi-level integration problems, which is called multi-level symbiotic evolutionary algorithm (MEA). The MEA uses an efficient feedback mechanism to flow evolution information between and within levels, to enhance parallel search capability, and to improve convergence speed and population diversity. To show the MEA's applicability, It is applied to the integrated planning of production and distribution in supply chain management. The encoding and decoding methods are devised for the integrated problem. A set of experiments has been carried out, and the results are reported. The superiority of the algorithm's performance is demonstrated through experiments.

패션 브랜드 분류 기준에 관한 소비자 인식 연구 (A Study on Consumer Cognition about Criteria for Classifying Fashion Brands)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out criteria for classifying fashion brand from consumer point of view in order to develop strategy of fashion brands and to manage brand effectively and systematically, and to suggest theoretical frame for application of these criteria. Survey was used as a research method. Subject were 422 age of 20-30 women living in and near Seoul. Questionnaires was developed to based on 37 classification criteria, and SPSS package program were used to analyze data. The results of this study were as follows: First, factor analysis considering 37 classification criteria identified 8 factors as classification criteria. They were the level of brand form, the level of product concept, the level of management item, the level of brand sales ability, the level of customer management, the level of brand advertizing and awareness, the level of brand value, the level of product lead ability. Second, the most important factor was the level of customer management, but comparatively factor of the level of brand sales ability the level of brand value was less important. Third, consumer cognized difference of criteria for classifying fashion brands. And the level of product lead ability was the most important factor in women's wear category and the level of brand form was in general casual wear category.

당뇨병 대상자에게 실시한 사례관리 프로그램의 효과 - 중규모 사업장 근로자를 중심으로 - (The Effects of Case Management Program for Diabetic Patients - Focused on Medium-sized Industrial Workers -)

  • Purpose: This paper studies the influence of the case-management program on the change of blood sugar, lifestyle, and knowledge level of diabetes mellitus (DM) for medium-sized-enterprise employees suffering from DM. Method: Subjects, divided into experimental and control groups, are 59 workers with FBS higher than 126mg/$d{\ell}$ or under DM medication treatment in the medium-sized enterprises, being managed by two distinct university hospital group occupational health management service teams. The case management program for DM patients consists of 6 different processes in which each subject is treated. Result: FBS decreased in the experimental group after the program, while that of the control group increased significantly. In the experimental group, the amount of smoking, the frequency of drinking and the amount of drinking per week decreased. Also, the knowledge level for DM and the change of nutrition management showed significant increase. In the control group, the amount of smoking increased and the frequency of drinking, the amount of drinking and nutrition level did not change significantly. And the knowledge level for DM decreased. Conclusion: We expect that taking this case management program for DM management may significantly improve diabetic patients' overall health.

  • Construction system modeling can enhance work performance by following the behaviors of a system. System behaviors may originate from physical aspects of a system, namely operation level variables, or from non-physical aspects of a system known as context level variables. However, construction system modelers usually focus on only one type of system variable (i.e., operation level or context level) which can lead to less accurate results. Hybrid modeling with System Dynamics (SD) and Discrete Event Simulation (DES) is one of the approaches that has been utilized to address this issue. In this research, an SD-DES hybrid model of a steel fabrication shop is developed, and the benefits of capturing context level variables together with operation level variables in the model are discussed.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to design an objective and comparable diagnostic system for diagnosing the technology level of military maintenance depots and verify its actual applicability. Methods: Literature Review, Capability Maturity Model Integration, Analytic Hierarchy Process. Results: Military maintenance depot maintenance quality level diagnosis items, Maintenance quality level by maintenance technology area, Guidelines for diagnosing maintenance quality level, Quality level comparison results by area and implications for improvement. Conclusion: In order to systematically evaluate the maintenance quality of military maintenance depots, this study was conducted with the goal of designing an overall maintenance quality diagnosis system, including diagnosis areas, diagnosis items, and a diagnosis score award system, by improving the existing evaluation method. In addition, the newly developed maintenance quality diagnosis system was applied to actual evaluation activities and the results were returned to members, confirming the usefulness of the developed maintenance quality diagnosis system in the field.

위탁급식계약 개발전략수립을 위한 업체선정 요인분석 (Sales Strategic Planning through analyzing the factors affecting the foodservice management contract)

  • The purposes of this study were to compare, through a factor analysis, the perceived level of importance of 4 categories of features relating to food service management between salespeople and clients, to establish an effective marketing strategy for successful contracting. To obtain data on the perceived level of importance level of the factors affecting foodservice management contracts, questionnaires were developed using the Delphi technique, which were modified by apilot test. The questionnaires consisted of 4 categories and 19 items on the factors affecting foodservice management contracts, with the importance level of these factors measured on a 5 point-Likert type scale. Between March 12 and April 13 2003, the self-administrative questionnaires were mailed to the 60 salespeople and 280 clients. A total of 50 clients (25%) and 48 salespeople(77%) responded to the questionnaires. As a result, forprivate contracts and in competitive biding, the differences of the perceived importance level between the salespeople and clients of the 3 categories (the appropriateness of foodservice operation plan, sales ability, the conditions and costs of the contract) were significant. For the 5 items relating to private contracts, Field trip, Menu Management Plan, Sanitation and Safety Management, Cost per meal and Food Cost per meal, both the salespeople and clients perceived high levels of importance for all these items. For competitive biding, both the salespeople and clients perceived high levels of importance for the 6 item the Foodservice operation supportive system, Field trip, Menu Management Plan, Renewal plans for interior and environment, Cost per meal and Food Cost per meal.

교량 자산관리의 서비스수준 결정을 위한 성능척도 개발에 관한 기초연구 (A Study on Development of Performance Measures for Level of Service(LOS) of Bridge Asset Management)

  • 사회기반시설물 중 교량은 다른 시설물보다 열악한 환경에 노출되며, 파손 등이 발생할 경우 훨씬 심각한 결과를 야기할 수 있으므로 일정 수준 이상의 안전에 관한 성능을 반드시 유지하여야 한다. 하지만 향후 교량의 유지관리를 위한 예산 및 인적자원은 더욱 한정되어 갈 것이다. 자산관리기법은 이러한 한정된 자원으로 효율적인 교량의 유지관리를 위한 중요한 대안이 될 수 있다. 자산관리기법을 적용하기 위해서는 교량이 제공하는 서비스의 수준(Level of Service; LOS)을 평가하기 위한 방법이 결정되어야 하며, LOS는 성능척도(Performance Measures; PM)를 통해 정량적으로 결정될 수 있다. 본 논문은 교량 자산관리를 위한 PM을 개발하였으며, PM을 활용한 LOS 평가 방법을 정립하였다. 이러한 LOS 평가 결과를 활용하여 자산관리 대상, 항목 등을 결정할 수 있으며, 효율적이고 합리적인 교량의 자산관리관련 의사결정을 도울 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

보안성숙도 모델을 활용한 정보보호 관리수준 점검방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Method of Checking the Level of Information Security Management Using Security Maturity Model)

  • 데이터 주도 시대가 형성되면서 경제적 활용가치가 높은 정보의 수집과 분석, 생산과 유통에 관한 안전성 확보를 위한 정보보호 관리의 중요성이 날로 높아지고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 기업은 정보보호 관리체계(ISMS) 인증을 통해 정보보안에 대한 신뢰를 보장받고 있으나 관리체계를 구성하는 세부영역에 대한 수준 평가와 활용은 제한적이다. 이에 반해 보안 성숙도 모델은 기업의 정보보호 수준을 단계적으로 진단할 수 있고 시급히 개선해야 할 영역을 판단할 수 있음은 물론 기업의 특성과 수준에 맞는 목표 설정을 지원하는 도구가 된다. 본 논문에서는 성숙도 모델을 바탕으로 정보보호 분야에 특화되어 개발, 활용되고 있는 보안 성숙도 모델의 사례인 C2M2를 국내 ISMS인증과 비교, 분석하여 정보보호 관리 수준을 점검하기 위한 모형을 벤치마크 하고 ISMS인증의 정보보호대책 세부영역을 구성하는 점검항목 간 우선순위를 도출하여 단계적으로 정보보호 관리수준을 점검하고 구축을 지원할 수 있는 방법을 살펴본다.

제조업의 산업안전보건 관련 의사소통이 안전보건경영 수준에 미치는 영향 - 관리감독자 인원의 매개효과를 중심으로 - (Effect of Occupational Safety and Health-related Communication in Manufacturing Industry on Safety and Health Management Level - The Number of Supervisors as Mediating Factor -)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to identify the general characteristics of manufacturing workplaces and the characteristics of safety and health organizations, and to determine the impact of safety and health-related communication within these organizations mediated by supervisory safety and health management personnel. Methods: This study is based on the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency's 2018 Occupational Safety and Health data targeting 1,486 manufacturing sites. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA, and mediator variable regression analysis using SPSS 25.0. Results: The average score on communication levels related to safety and health was 11.20 out of 15. The average score of the safety and health management level was 31.04 out of 40. As a result of mediation regression analysis, it was found that safety and health-related communication had an effect on the safety and health management level (𝛽=0.434), and the number of safety and health supervisors was found to mediate the effect of this variable (𝛽=0.069). Conclusions: The level of safety and health-related communication affects the level of health and safety management, and the number of supervisors mediates this influence. Therefore, the role of the supervisor is important in safety and health communication. It is expected that the level of safety and health management can be improved through management and supervisors.
