제품관여도가 요구 신뢰수준 및 온라인 상인의 선택에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Product Involvement on Required Trust Level and the Online Merchant Choice)

  • 소비자행동과 관련된 기존 문헌은 소비자의 위험인식이 제품 관여도에 의해 중요한 영향을 받는다는 점을 제시하는 반면, 소비자가 요구하는 상인의 신뢰수준이나 소비자의 제품구매 상인의 선택이 관여도에 의해 어떻게 영향을 받는지에 대해서는 연구가 부족하다. 본 연구는 제품 관여도가 요구 신뢰수준 및 온라인 상인 선택에 미치는 영향을 조명하는데 목적이 있다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위해, 제품 관여도, 요구 신뢰수준, 온라인 상인 선택 등 개념들 간의 관계를 나타내는 연구모델을 개발하고, 연구모델을 근거로 세 개의 가설 및 한 개의 명제를 설정하였다. 그리고 연구모델을 테스트할 목적으로 230명의 대학생들을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 수행하였으며 수집된 데이터를 이용해 실증분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 통해, 고관여 제품이 저관여 제품에 비해 소비자가 요구하는 신뢰수준이 더 높고, 고관여 제품을 구매하는 소비자는 온라인 쇼핑몰을 선호하는 반면 저관여 제품을 구매하는 소비자는 이마켓플레이스를 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 기초하여 실무자 및 연구자를 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

Brand Credibility and Brand Involvement as an antecedent of Brand Equity: An Empirical Study

  • Very few studies have been done on Studying Brand credibility and Involvement as a determinant of Brand Equity. Literature on Brand Equity signifies lots of constructs like, Country of Origin, Brand Signaling, and Brand Power act as determinant to Brand Equity. This study tries to formulate relationship between the construct Brand Credibility and Brand Involvement as Antecedents to Brand Equity of Product. Using a Two Step Structural Equation Modelling approach analysis on the data collected on Mobile Phone brands were done. Result signified that Brand Credibility and Brand Involvement had significant influence on Brand Equity of the Product. On the Other hand there was no significant relationship between Brand Credibility and Brand Involvement of the Product.

관여도에 따른 와인 소비자의 인지된 구매 위험에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Wine Consumers' Perceived Risk of Purchasing by Involvement)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate Korean wine consumers' perceived risk dimensions affecting wine purchasing behavior and identify the differences in the dimensions by wine involvement. Questionnaires were collected from the wine purchasers of wine retailer shops in Seoul. 230 data were analysed using SPSS package(v. 12.0). Findings were as follows: (1) There were 5 dimensions in the perceived risk of wine purchasing: functional, social, physical, psychological, financial. Social dimension was the most serious risk for wine consumers, then come psychological, functional, financial, and physical ones. (2) There were significant differences in the perceived risk dimensions by involvement level except the financial dimension. The perception level of wine purchasing risk was relatively low in the high involvement group while high in the middle and low involvement groups.

  • The purpose of this study is to reduce the costs required to proactively prevent the turnover intention by the results of personality type of locus of control. which is the behavioral outcome of the members of the organization. Based on this problem consciousness, the present study focused on the personal characteristics of the members of the organization in the enterprise. Among the individual characteristics, the intentions, which are distinct from others, are called personality, Focusing on the locus of control among these types of characteristics of the organization members, the study about how these control positions affect their job involvement and their turnover intention. The results validated in this study are summarized as follows. Among the personality types of the organization's members, internals are found to have higher job involvement than externals. In addition, it was found that internals among the personality types of the members of the organization lower the meaning of turnover intention than external member. In order to overcome uncertain management environment and create and sustain a competitive advantage in the organization, management has a weight-oriented trend and Increasing job involvement in organizational members and lowering their turnover intention will lead to continued productivity, among other things, important management items that managers and managers should pursue. Given these aspects, it is deemed necessary to analyze the personality aspects of the members of the organization and to transform and manage a new management mindset that leads to the enhancement of the personality as an internal rather than an external one and the task immersion of the members of the organization based on it.

  • Due to multiple information sources, external information search(EIS) is the key issue on smart tourism environments. EIS is more important on experiential goods such as exhibition and convention. Despite the increasing importance of EIS, very little is known about what is the more effective information source in this area. In this paper, we attempt to examine the relations of satisfaction and between both online and offline information. This research analyzes an empirical model including EIS, affective involvement, perceived usefulness, satisfaction to student visitors on exhibition experience. Hence, six hypotheses are developed to test the relations of EIS and satisfaction using the mediating effects of affective involvement. Specifically, we developed a research model by employing the Uses and Gratification(U&G) framework and tested it to understand how student visitors' involvement and satisfaction might be changed according to EIS. Survey data was collected from 203 student visitors on "2014 Expo KCCE" was used to test the model using structural equation modeling. The implications of our empirical findings for both research and practice are discussed.

근로자의 일 지향성, 일 스트레스 및 조직문화가 일과 삶의 조화에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effects of Job Involvement, Job Stress, and Organizational Culture on Work-Life Harmonization)

  • This study examined the effects of job involvement, job stress, and organizational culture on work-life harmonization of Korean employees. The data came from 481 employees in diverse organizations located in Seouland the metropolitan area. Key findings of the study were (a) job involvement was significantly different for different types of occupation and job positions, while job stress was significantly different based on gender, education, income, and the term of service; (b) perceptions of organizational culture by employees varied according to gender, age, position, the period of service, and firm size; (c) the level of work-life harmonization was not significantly different based on gender, age, marital status, education, and income - but it did differ significantly based on types of occupation and firm size; (d) the employee's type of education, job involvement, job stress, and organizational culture have effects on work-life harmonization.

가상광고와 간접광고에 대한 비교 연구: 광고속성과 광고효과를 중심으로 (A Comparative Analysis of Virtual Advertising and PPL: Focusing on Consumer Evaluation of Advertising Attributes and Ad Effectiveness)

  • With the rapid growth in the use of digital advertising media among consumers, there is an increasing interest in the utilization of virtual advertising and PPL as an alternative to traditional television advertising. Nonetheless, few studies have compared the effects of these new advertising platforms, still lacking knowledge on their relative effects for maximizing advertising effectiveness. This study, thus, intends to compare virtual advertising and PPL with respect to advertising effectiveness (i.e., consumer evaluations of advertising attributes, brand attitudes, and purchase intentions), controlling for the level of product involvement. An experiment was conducted with a sample of 360 participants and actual ads were used as test stimuli. According to the results, consumers exhibit more favorable evaluations on all the three advertising attributes (i.e., entertainment, informativeness, and irritation) for high-involvement products, whereas, for low-involvement products, virtual advertising is perceived to be more irritating than PPL. In particular, the effect of informational value of virtual advertising on brand attitudes was found to be most significant. In addition, for high-involvement products, virtual advertised products. Advertising practitioners may have to consider these results and fully utilize the advantages of virtual advertising and PPL in order to achieve maximum advertising effectiveness.

관광개발 영향인식, 지역애착, 주민관여, 주민지지 및 친환경 행동의도 간의 영향관계: 제주도민을 대상으로 (The Relationship between Tourism Development Impact Perception, Local Attachment, Resident Involvement, Local Resident Support and Eco-friendly Behavior Intention: A Study of Jeju Island Residents)

  • Purpose - This study examined the influence relationships between the impacts of tourism development, local attachment, and resident involvement and local residents' support and pro-environmental behavior intentions in Jeju Island. Design/methodology/approach - A questionnaire was distributed to the Jeju Island residents and 373 samples were used for the analysis. Findings - The results showed that the perceived positive impact of tourism development has a positive effect on local residents' support, while the negative impact has a negative effect. Local attachment has no significant effect on local residents' support, while local involvement positively affects local residents' support. The positive impact of tourism development has a negative effect on pro-environmental behavior intention, while the perceived negative impact has a positive effect. Finally, when analyzing the relationship between local attachment, local involvement, and local support for eco-friendly behavior intention, it was found that they all have a positive effect. Research implications or Originality - Theoretical and managerial implications and suggestions for future research are discussed.

패션브랜드 판매원의 내적특성이 판매 중심직무에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Effects of the Internal Characteristics of Fashion Brand Salespeople on Core Sales Tasks)

  • The purpose of this study was to reveal the effects of internal characteristics, such as fashion involvement, personality characteristics, and customer orientation of fashion brand salespeople on the core sales tasks, and how the core sales tasks and internal characteristics differ depending on differences in the way salespeople are remunerated. The data were collected as a questionnaire to fashion brand salespeople in Gwangju from September to October 2020. Using 235 responses, the data were analyzed with SPSS 21.0 for frequency analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, factor analysis, and regression analysis. The research results were as follows. First, fashion involvement comprises factors such as 'fashion passion and sense'and 'fashion trend interest', and the greater the 'fashion passion and sense', the better the 'sales management'and 'customer relationship management'jobs. Second, 'esthetic openness', 'responsibility' and 'extroversion' of the big five personality characteristics have a positive impact on 'sales management' and 'customer relationship management' tasks. Third, customer orientation comprises factors such as 'customer-centric understanding'and 'gain customer trust', the greater the customer-orientation, the better the 'sales management'and 'customer relationship management'tasks. Fourth, according to the position of the salesperson, the group of professional salespeople at manager level had high responses in core sales tasks, fashion involvement, customer orientation, and characteristics such as 'agreeableness', 'esthetic openness', and 'responsibility'.

아버지의 유아 양육 참여에 대한 가족 사회인구학적 변인과 유아 기질의 영향 (The Influence of Family Socio-Democratic Variables and Preschoolers' Temperaments on Fathers' Involvement in Child-Rearing)

  • This study explored the differences in fathers' involvement in child-rearing according to various family socio-demographic variables (fathers education level, income, mothers employment, preschooler's sex and age) and preschoolers' temperaments and examined the relationship between fathers' involvement in child-rearing and these independent variables (as well as preschooler's temperament). The subjects of the study were 227 fathers whose children were preschoolers between the ages of 3 and 5 attending daycare centers in Keoungbok province, South Korea. Statistical analysis was conducted with the following techniques: two-way ANOVA, interaction effect, Scheffe' test, Pearson's correlation partial correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression (using SPSS 12.0). Results of the study may be summarized as follows. (1) There was a significant difference in fathers' child-rearing involvement according to the fathers' education level, income, and preschoolers' temperaments. (2) There was a significant interaction effect of mothers' employment and preschoolers' temperaments on fathers' child-rearing involvement. (3) Hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that fathers' education mediated the relationship between income and fathers' involvement in child-rearing, and fathers' education and preschoolers' temperaments was also found to have predictive power over fathers' child-rearing involvement.
